With the deepening of the"three educations"reform,it has been emphasized that higher vocational colleges should strengthen the improvement of talent training strategies,improve the school-running quality,and explore from three aspects(teachers,teaching materials,and teaching methods)to improve the teaching efficiency and quality.Taking the teaching contents of Building Materials in higher vocational colleges as the research idea,this paper analyzes the current situation of the curriculum reform under the background of"three educations"reform and explores the corresponding reform strategies.

Research on Adaption Strategy of Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Industry 4.0

The new revolution of science and technology impacts and overturns the original human production and lifestyle widely and profoundly with the Industry 4.0 as the engine, so that the social production and the people's lifestyle, behavioral habit and thinking mode can be changed and remodeled revolution. In the national educational system, the higher vocational colleges are firstly impacted by the Industry 4.0 most widely and profoundly, and this is due to the basic function and mission of the higher vocational education in China. Under the new situation, the higher vocational colleges in China should undertake the important responsibility to build, develop and cultivate professional qualified inter-disciplinary talents, change the original ideas, integrate the Industry 4.0 technology basic ideas, adapt to the new ecological, dock with the artificial intelligence and incubate new achievement, expand new routes in order to promote the healthy development of own adaptability.

On the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges

The ideological and political education in vocational colleges has ＂employment oriented＂, ＂practicability＂ and ＂practicalness＂ and other features, while facing the practical difficulties that the cultural spirit is insufficient, the specialization of the teachers is not strong, and the students lack their own active participation and so on. The higher vocational colleges must deepen the concepts of running higher vocational education, strengthen the construction of the team of the ideological and political theory education, pay more attention to the combination of the ideological and political education with the practice, cultivate the people-oriented model of the ideological and political education, and improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education.

Think about the English teaching in higher vocational education

The development of higher vocational education plays an important role in China’s higher education. Higher vocationaleducation cultivates highly skilled talents, and promotes the overall development of China’s modernization construction. Under the infl uence ofthe development of social economy and economic globalization, English teaching has aroused widely attentions in higher vocational education.Therefore, taking the higher vocational education development as a starting point in consideration, this article describes the characteristics ofEnglish teaching in higher vocational education and some problems in English teaching, and then put forward some constructive measures.

Metacognitive Strategy Training Outside the Classroom in Higher Vocational English Teaching

In order to remedy individual learner difference in English learning,a brief survey subjects' needs was made before Metacognitive strategy training began.A Metacognitive strategy training is implemented outside the classroom.The method is that the teacher signs contracts with every student.Results from this training indicate that Metacognitive strategy training outside the classroom can improve different sides of different students more effectively in higher vocational English teaching.

At present,higher vocational education is facing various problems and deficiencies.One of the most significant problems is that the learning motivation of higher vocational school students is lacking,and they are uncertain about personal life choices and career planning,which leads to a gap in the relationship between learning and personal development as well as a lack of motivation in their learning behavior.As a result,the quality of higher vocational education is affected.The application of motivation theory in higher vocational education management can solve these issues.This study mainly analyzes and investigates the connotation and function of motivation theory,the significance of applying motivation theory in higher vocational education management,the existing challenges,and the implementation path,in hope to explore a new path for the application of motivation theory in higher vocational education management.

Exploring the Path of Ecological Development Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

This paper mainly discussed the path of ecological development education in higher vocational colleges.The research progress of ecological development education in higher vocational colleges at home and abroad was analyzed.The theoretical framework and basic principles of ecological development education in higher vocational colleges were constructed,including the concept of ecological civilization,knowledge system and practical path,etc..It expounded the basic principles of ecological development education from 7 aspects:practicality,systematization,subjectivity,openness,dynamic,pluralism and scientific nature.This paper put forward suggestions for the evaluation and improvement of the ecological development education in higher vocational colleges,emphasizing the establishment of evaluation index system,empirical research and the establishment of long-term mechanism.Finally,suggestions were given to improve the education path of ecological development,such as strengthening practical education,building education system,promoting international development,strengthening industrial integration and using information technology.This paper systematically expounded the theoretical basis,practical path and improvement suggestions of ecological development education in higher vocational colleges,which provided the theoretical guidance and practical reference for promoting the reform and innovation of ecological development education in higher vocational colleges.

高职院校专业群课程思政教学体系重构及实施策略

随着高职院校专业群内涵建设和课程思政建设的深入推进,本着立德树人、德技兼修、全面发展的价值理念,亟需重构高职院校专业群课程思政教学体系,为专业课程教师开展课程思政建设提供实践遵循,弥补专业群内涵建设的不足。针对目前高职院校专业群课程思政教学体系构建存在教学目标缺乏系统设计、教学内容不契合人才培养目标、教学方法不贴近高职学生实际、教学评价缺少指标体系及脱离人才培养效果等现实困境,从二级学院中观层面提出设计专业群“系统分层”的课程思政目标体系、构建专业群“师史事势”的课程思政教学内容、创新专业群“价值引领”的课程思政教学方法、实施专业群“增值赋能”的课程思政教学评价等构建进路及实施策略。

“在地国际化”是突破高校师生跨境流动的传统观念,在本土创设国际化学习环境、教学资源和育人机制的教育模式。中外合作办学是高等职业教育“在地国际化”的载体与表现形式。在“在地国际化”视域下,中外合作办学存在理念更迭滞缓、认证系统与评价体系未协同、缺乏国际通行认证指标体系等问题,高等职业教育中外合作办学质量认证体系的建构将满足面向全球,培养国际化人才质量保障需求。依据“输入-环境-输出”理论模型,高等职业教育中外合作办学“在地”发展质量认证体系的构建与应用旨在凸显夯实高等职业教育国际化人才培养质量观、实现国际化高技能人才在地培养的实质等效和增强“在地”培养国际化技术技能型人才实力的应用价值。
