Problems in Higher Vocational Education Teaching and Corresponding and Countermeasures and Suggestions——Taking Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry as an Example

Higher vocational education, as an important component of higher education, is a newly emerging higher education type, and an important way to achieve the goal of popularization of higher education. At present, China is in an important period of adjustment and optimization of industrial structure, vigorous development of new industries, and the higher vocational education undertakes the arduous task of improving the quality of workers and cultivate specialized personnel, who are an indispensable important force in the process of modernization. It is related to the future development of education, but also to the overall development of economy and society of China. Taking Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry as an example, the existing problems in higher vocational education teaching were pointed out based on the analysis on its sustainable development status, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.

In this paper, based on the experience and practice of school-enterprise cooperation in developed countries, the current situation ofschool-enterprise cooperation in China was studied. Through analysis and comparison, the mode of school-enterprise cooperationsuitable for higher vocational education in China was explored to promote the development of higher vocational education inChina. The current situation and existing problems of work-study integration in higher vocational education in China wereanalyzed, and different modes of work-study combination in foreign higher vocational education were compared. Under thecurrent situation, earnestly studying and drawing lessons from the experience of foreign developed countries is of greatsignificance to the continuing development of school-enterprise cooperation and the talent training mode of work-studycombination in national model colleges and key universities.

Research on the Challenges for the Contemporary Higher Vocational English Education and Countermeasures under the Environment of Employment-Guided Approach

In this paper, we conduct research on the challenges for the contemporary higher vocational English education and countermeasures under the environment of employment-guided approach. Quality of higher vocational English teaching is related to the reputation of the college of vocational education and training quality, relating to cultivate advanced technology applied to adapt to the new situation requires the modern talents. Our proposed novel methodology enhances the performance of the traditional English pattern and helps optimize the teaching model as well.

Teaching Research and Reform of Higher Vocational Medical Education in Guizhou Province of China

With the development of Guizhou’s economy and society, higher vocational medical education in Guizhou has developed rapidly, making it its mission to cultivate practical and skilled talents oriented to the grassroots and serving for frontline. However, due to the social environment, policy environment and insufficient funding, many difficulties and problems are faced. It is necessary to have a unified management throughout the province, rationally lay out higher vocational colleges and specialties, and promote the healthy and rapid development of medical higher vocational education in Guizhou with advanced concepts, proper policies, and sufficient funds in place, making higher vocational medical education in Guizhou enter a benign development period.

高职心理健康教育现状与优化对策研究

社会转型时期背景下,各式各类社会矛盾逐渐显现和暴露,高职学生亦出现不同程度心理问题,加大了高职心理健康教育压力和难度。因此,高职院校应厘清心理健康教育现状,认识到加强学生心理健康教育的重要性,立足于实际采取优化对策,具体包括:创新教育教学模式,强化教学多样性;搭建网络教育平台,提升教育针对性;建立心理预警机制,巩固教育实效性;加强师资队伍建设,提供师资保障力等。如此,以期提升高职心理健康教育有效性,促进高职学生身心健康成长和全面发展。

高职院校学前教育专业产教融合协同育人的问题与对策

产教融合协同育人是职业院校办学的应然取向和现实需求,作为培养学前教育人才的重要阵地,高职院校学前教育专业也概莫能外。当前很多高职院校学前教育专业十分重视产教融合协同育人实施路径的探索,但却面临法律法规不完善、融合深度及创新不足、培养目标偏差、师资专业性不足等问题。高职院校学前教育专业必须从完善法律法规、创新融合方法、明确培养目标、培养“双师型”教师等方面采取有效对策,将产教融合协同育人理念贯穿学前教育培养的全过程。

中高职“3+2”衔接教育及存在的问题、原因与对策

通过对湖北省及全国部分地区中高职“3+2”衔接技能人才分段培养的调研,梳理人才培养过程中存在的问题及主要原因。一是高职阶段学生学习动力不足,学生管理难度大;原因有中职段管理不严,学习无压力,及教学设计存在问题;二是课程设置存在脱节与重叠现象;问题原因是标准未严格执行,并且中高职校缺乏沟通;三是存在衔接口径不匹配现象;原因在于缺乏专业设置标准及监督。针对问题提出了相应的对策建议。一是要建立统一的专业衔接标准、专业教学标准,加强标准执行情况的检查力度;二是要改革“3+2”转段考核的方式,加强中职学生平时成绩的要求与管理;三是加强中高职的沟通与交流;四是延伸中高职衔接为中高本衔接。

育训结合模式下高职院校社会培训路径研究

人才培养、科学研究、社会服务是高职院校的基本职能,社会培训是高职院校社会服务的重要内容。高职院校社会培训存在师资缺乏实践经验、培训服务供需错位、管理方式简单粗放、企业缺乏参与热情等突出问题,为此应从更新思想观念、拓宽培训渠道、整合教学资源、加大资金投入、强化双师素质几方面优化高职院校社会培训路径。

“提质培优”背景下高职名班主任工作室:价值、策略与探索

在职业教育“双高”建设和“提质培优”双重背景下,针对当前高职名班主任工作室建设制度不完善、模式不成熟、优势未发挥等问题,从职业发展、人才培养、团队建设等3个方面分析高职学校建设名班主任工作室的必要性,提出“两助力四结合”建设模式,并以杨凌职业技术学院水利工程专业名班主任工作室为例,创新开展常态化研讨、公众号交流、品牌化输出等实践探索,构建名班主任工作室的建设框架,促进班主任团队能力提升,提高学生管理水平,对专业发展起到了促进作用。该建设模式为高职层次名班主任工作室建设提供了借鉴样板。

随着社会经济的迅速发展以及生产水平的不断提高,汽车行业面临着新型专业技术人才匮乏的问题。高职院校是专业技术人才培养的主要渠道,文章主要是以汽车类专业为例,针对新能源汽车技术类技能竞赛对参赛人员专业能力的要求、竞赛的操作规范要求等,在学生思想观念、教师专业能力、人才培养模式、实训条件及校企合作、教学质量评价等方面进行职业教育教学改革。通过举办或参加职业技能竞赛来推动汽车类专业的教育教学改革,提高了高职院校汽车专业学生的培养质量,为汽车行业提供了大量的专业技术人才,实现了赛、教融合。
