Firstly,this paper analyzes the necessity of highway engineering construction machinery and equipment management,discusses the configuration management of highway engineering machinery and equipment,and then puts forward the problems existing in the management and maintenance of highway engineering machinery construction equipment.Finally,the management and maintenance measures of highway engineering machinery construction equipment are discussed in a targeted manner.

Research on Rural Highway Project Construction Management and Maintenance

In this paper,combined with an actual case project,activity-based costing is used to analyze the labor costs,material costs,and the corresponding indirect costs(such as site management fees and taxes)where each cost is analyzed in detailed.Through quantitative comparison,it further determines which business activities are the key cost control objects and proposes targeted implementation plans for actual cost management in the future in order to provide new ideas for improving the implementation efficiency in addition to a reasonable cost control of highway engineering projects.At the same time,through analyzing the situation of highways,different maintenance modes are compared to put forward a more perfect rural road maintenance and management mode.

Multi-objective optimization in highway pavement maintenance and rehabilitation project selection and scheduling:A state-of-the-art review

The motivation for cost-effective management of highway pavements is evidenced not only by the massive expenditures associated with these activities at a national level but also by the consequences of poor pavement condition on road users.This paper presents a state-of-the-art review of multi-objective optimization(MOO)problems that have been formulated and solution techniques that have been used in selecting and scheduling highway pavement rehabilitation and maintenance activities.First,the paper presents a taxonomy and hierarchy for these activities,the role of funding sources,and levels of jurisdiction.The paper then describes how three different decision mechanisms have been used in past research and practice for project selection and scheduling(historical practices,expert opinion,and explicit mathematical optimization)and identifies the pros and cons of each mechanism.The paper then focuses on the optimization mechanism and presents the types of optimization problems,formulations,and objectives that have been used in the literature.Next,the paper examines various solution algorithms and discusses issues related to their implementation.Finally,the paper identifies some barriers to implementing multi-objective optimization in selecting and scheduling highway pavement rehabilitation and maintenance activities,and makes recommendations to overcome some of these barriers.

A Comparative Study of Managing a Project Using Traditional Management Techniques and a Critical Chain Project Management Methodology in Aircraft Maintenance Field

Aircraft on ground or down-time for its maintenance is a clear loss in revenue for an airline operation. With never ending competition and growing operating costs of aircraft, airlines continuously need to explore opportunities to reduce the aircraft down-time in order to remain sustainable. Due to round the clock operation feature of scheduled airlines, aircraft maintenance operations are generally carried out using traditional management methodologies instead of considering it as a project. Though aircraft heavy maintenance checks consist of several major tasks that can last from few weeks to a year, the maintenance organisations do not adopt modern project management methodologies. Therefore, this paper models a heavy maintenance check of an Airbus aircraft as a typical project and adopts contemporary project management methodology to explore the possibility of reducing the downtime. To this end, a case study has been done at an aircraft maintenance company to analyse the potential of this project management method in aircraft maintenance industry.

Discussion on Management Model of Medical Equipment Maintenance in Hospital

With the development of technology, medical equipment plays a more important role in the modern hospital. Medical equipment provides images, physiological results or other schematics of the patients to help doctors deal with the routines. It is also the major tool to the lab assistant in the clinical teaching and studies. It becomes one of a symbol of the technological level in modern hospital. The director of the hospital should establish an effi cacious management pattern to manage the medical equipment, so that it will be operated in good condition to insure the safety of the patients. Since the maintenance is an important part of medical equipment management, it is significant that the hospital should establish a system to fit for itself. The study reviews the issues in hospital medical equipment maintenance management, the development of the maintenance management model and the characteristics, as well as the status at home and abroad. The research has been fi nished by using literature research method, questionnaire survey method and data analysis method. Then we analyze the current status of hospital medical equipment maintenance management model to fi nd the problems. Based on the authentic and effective data from the survey, we can deduce the overview about the maintenance model in Beijing. The paper discusses the advantages and the disadvantages between the different model, and it makes suggestions on the follow aspects, such as system management, quality management, personnel management, cost management, information management perspective.

为提升道路基础设施管养标准体系的一致性和完整性,探究了对道路基础设施管养影响较大的重要标准并分析了标准体系的时间、地域特色。建立道路基础设施管养标准规范的引用网络,使用度中心性、半局部中心性、PageRank算法估复杂网络中关键节点的重要性,并引入逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法进行综合评估,从标准引用网络中挖掘出具有重要性、代表性、权威性的标准规范。此外,使用基于词云的词频统计方法分析了不同时间段内标准和3个不同地理分区地方标准的主题热点,得到养护技术、养护对象的特点。通过道路管养标准图谱梳理了道路基础设施管养标准的关联与脉络,为完善标准体系提供了重要参考。

城市管理的客体是“物理+人理+事理”巨系统,具有综合性、专业性、复杂性和动态性特点。本文在充分分析城市的系统特征基础上,深度剖析多技术环节与多场景组合的城市常态监管与应急管理多维度内涵,以新时代城市管理的要求倒推对应的专业建设要求,一是应用OBE思路建立三层级城市管理专业教育教学目标体系。二是引入生态系统韧性保持的思路,结合城市管理技术复合型特点,提出并设计了包含辨识、预测、控制与评估等四环节以及工程、信息、安全与应急等四模块的专业建设框架,并对框架内部逻辑关系进行了阐释。三是应用课程地图方法,以城市安全与应急为典型建立了能力模型,并在此基础上提出了对应的多映射课程框架。

基于PHM技术的EOAS健康管理和故障预测系统研究

目前铁路电务部门主要依靠人工和机务故障报修系统的提报信息,对动车组司机操控信息分析系统(EOAS)车载设备进行维护,但无效及误报信息较多,无法满足当前车载设备的运用保障需求。针对该问题,基于故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术,利用EOAS实时回传的车载设备运行数据和图像信息,通过通用故障建模、大数据技术、图像识别,智能分析运行状态变化,实现EOAS车载设备健康状态在线实时监测、关键部件的故障报警及预测、EOAS全生命周期的健康信息管理,为设备日常运用、维护和管理提供技术手段,实现精准和预防性维修,把当前被动的故障处理转变为故障预防管理。该系统投入运用后,对相关设备维护人员的知识储备、经验能力、熟练程度等要求大大降低;与原人工检测作业对比,检测耗时大幅缩短,有效提升电务部门的设备维护效率和质量,保障了车载设备的持续可靠运行。
