Renewal Design of Marketplace Culture Spaces in Traditional Blocks Based on Catalyst Theory: A Case Study of Pengzhen Town in Shuangliu District of Chengdu

In this study, three kinds of spaces with different marketplace atmospheres, namely, the tea-drinking space, the commercial space and the courtyard space, are created with the aid of the marketplace culture characteristics of the local blocks in Pengzhen Town and the catalyst theory, so as to achieve the purpose of activating the traditional blocks in Pengzhen Town. The design takes the marketplace culture as the entry point and the most vigorous points as the catalyst points to create a living space with strong marketplace flavor, thereby activating the economic and social activities of the traditional block and promotes the sustainable renewal of the cultural space.

The Impact of Urban Renewal on Public Service Facilities in Shenzhen during Inventory Development Stage:An Empirical Analysis of Futian District

As the material carrier of social service industry,public service facilities are important indicators to measure human settlement.With the continuous deepening of inventory development practice,urban renewal has gradually become one of the sources of supply of public service facilities.Focusing on the urban renewal activities of Futian District,Shenzhen from 2010 to 2016,the study conducts an empirical study on the pattern of public service facility networks before and after urban renewal through social network analysis.The fi ndings show that:①on the whole,the public service system in Futian District has been effectively improved during urban renewal development;②the impact of urban renewal on public service system is characterized by differentiation,among which industrial and commercial facilities have been signifi cantly improved,while educational and medical facilities have been hardly improved;③urban renewal has a clear policy orientation as an institutional means,and promoting economic restructuring and industrial reorganization is still the primary purpose of urban renewal during inventory development stage.

Taking the revitalization strategy in conservation and renewal of Shangxiahang historical and cultural district as an example,the paper analyzes the main problems at the present stage and the main contradictions with urban development,and puts forward the revitalization practice for conservation and renewal of Shangxiahang historical district by using related revitalization theory and planning principles.Furthermore,the contemporary practicality of Shangxiahang district is increased on the basis of protection,giving play to its contemporary charm.

Research on Grade Renewing of Cultivated Land at County Level:A Case Study of Daxing District,Beijing

To create a scientific way to renew the grades of cultivated land at county level, monitoring points were set up according to the monitoring control regions and grade types of cultivated land in Daxing District, Beijing, and soil samples were collected to carry out chemical analysis. Afterwards, the input and output data of cultivated land in each village were surveyed to renew the grades of cultivated land. The results indicate that the average natural grade of cultivated land was 8.4, which was equal to that of 2004; the average utilization grade was 8.1, which was slightly higher than that of 2004; the average economic grade was 9.9, which was lower than that of 2004. It is concluded that it is scientific to renew cultivated land grades through scientifically setting monitoring points according to the monitoring control regions and grade types of cultivated land.

Research on the Public Perception of Yangzhou Historical and Cultural Districts Based on Network Review Text Analysis

The historical and cultural districts of a city serve as important cultural heritage and tourism resources.This paper focused on four such districts in Yangzhou and performed semantic analysis on online public comments using ROST CM6 software.According to the high frequency words,attention preference of district site elements,activities and feelings in Yangzhou historical and cultural districts were analyzed.Through the analysis of semantic network and public emotional tendency,the relationship between the protection and utilization of Yangzhou historical and cultural districts and the perception and demand of users were discussed,and some suggestions for the protection,utilization and renewal of historical and cultural districts were put forward.

城市更新视角下纽约历史街区保护更新模式研究--以格林威治村历史街区为例

随着我国城市进入城镇化“下半场”,城市发展的范式产生转变,历史街区价值逐渐显现,历史街区的保护与更新成为城市更新进程中的重要类型。本文聚焦纽约历史街区保护更新模式的研究,以纽约格林威治村历史街区为研究案例,探讨了20世纪60年代纽约市《城市地标保护法》出台后,纽约市应对不同尺度、不同类型历史街区保护更新项目的模式机制。研究以历史街区的保护更新项目为对象,从历史街区遗产价值与更新模式相互关联的维度,梳理历史街区的发展背景和空间演化过程,解析了历史街区的层积性的历史价值、活态化的文化遗产和多样性的美学特征,详细阐释了应对历史文化传承和城市更新发展双重目标导向下,纽约历史街区从建筑单体到街区,不同尺度、不同类型项目的保护更新模式机制。

集群连接理论视角下历史街区保护更新策略探索——以广州市融德里为例

在急剧变化的城市环境中,历史街区易受影响成为片段孤立化区域并走向衰败,但其因蕴含重要价值与资源而需要得到有效保护。现有保护更新理论中缺乏引导历史街区自身聚合及与城市环境融合的整体性框架。将历史街区视为复合化集群,引入集群连接理论,通过辨析内部子集、延伸连接线索、拓展连接操作构建保护更新框架,并提出建立连接后失稳问题的发现与应对措施,共同形成保护更新策略。以广州市融德里历史街区保护更新项目为例,尝试将集群连接理论运用于设计与实施过程,为历史街区集群化整合提供案例支撑,以期为同类面临衰败境遇的历史街区提供保护更新方面的思考。

中等城市以片区、单元推进更新的探讨——以安徽省安庆市为例

目前,中等城市的更新存在市场主体参与度不高、盲目跟风大拆大建、体制机制不完善等问题,也出现了一些肆意扩大片区(单元)范围,以满足“2250”管控要求,以“城市更新之名”行“新区开发之实”的实施误区,中等城市的更新路径亟待明晰。文章基于安徽省部分城市以片区(单元)为基本单位进行融资的方式,结合安庆市在推进城市更新中的规划、实施、管理实践,提出中等城市可采用新区“大片区”、老城“小单元”的方式统筹推进更新;同时,结合安庆市的更新实践,提出中等城市在以片区、单元推进更新过程中的几点思考,以期为其他中等城市及小城市的更新工作提供参考与借鉴。

历史文化街区研究的PEST分析及更新策略建议

为了留存城市文化脉络,提出更行之有效的历史文化街区更新策略,以中国知网(CNKI)为数据来源,综合运用PEST模型和文献计量分析方法,综述历史文化街区的研究现状,为开展相关工作提供可借鉴的理论依据。通过在中国知网中检索“历史文化街区”的相关研究文献,从政治、经济、社会、技术4个维度出发,运用文献可视化分析软件对筛选出的文献进行关键词聚类分析,梳理研究热点和重点,总结得出我国历史文化街区保护工作应形成以政府为主导,社会、企业、民众多元参与的有机协调模式,坚持“原真性”修复原则,提高建筑应对灾害的能力,让历史文化街区焕发新的生机与活力。

触媒视角下历史文化街区景观更新设计路径探析

历史文化街区是城市更新建设的重要组成部分,也是蕴含一座城市的历史文化价值和特色的核心区域。本文从“触媒理论”的视角出发,引用触媒理论的“链式反应”,结合郑州市国棉三厂省级历史文化街区景观更新设计,通过分析历史文化街区景观更新设计的现状问题,对历史文化街区的景观更新设计的策略进行了思考与探索,以期能够激发历史文化街区原有的活力,并以此带动其周边区域的经济发展。

基于场所营造的历史商业街区公共空间使用后评估模型——以前门商业街区为例

历史商业街区精细化管理重要性日渐提升,将其营造为有意义的场所对文化传承起到重要作用。本文使用VOSviewer软件对国内外场所营造与历史街区评价的文献进行总体分析,发现基于场所营造的历史商业街区评价模型研究较少。基于历史街区特征与场所营造理论指出的优质公共空间品质,通过文献分析与层次分析法等建立历史商业街区公共空间使用后评估模型。评估模型应用于前门-大栅栏商业街区,使用模糊综合评价法得到对比评估结果,并提出反馈。建立的评估模型提供了系统尺度,可对比不同历史商业街,并可随时间衡量其变化,以期对未来历史街区更新提供参考。

纽约综合商业片区更新的经验及启示

我国特大城市综合商业片区普遍面临优化提质的更新需求,但顶层设计不完善、规划灵活性不足、产权主体分散、修缮规范缺失等问题导致更新进程推进缓慢。以美国纽约为研究对象,系统总结归纳其综合商业片区城市更新顶层制度设计、规划灵活化适配方法、建筑修缮规范及共有产权情况下的运行方式,认为我国特大城市有必要尽快针对综合商业片区的实际问题提供顶层设计支持,出台各类建筑修缮及报批流程规范、提高规划弹性,以支持城市综合竞争力和商业街区活力的有效提升。

城市更新背景下历史文化街区的保护与更新——基于国内外研究进展的对比分析

历史文化街区作为城市历史文化的核心载体,在其保护与更新的过程中面临着如何在历史文化遗产保护与适应存量时代发展之间取得平衡的挑战。运用文献计量方法与可视化分析软件CiteSpace对比分析了近30年来国内外历史文化街区的研究进展、研究内容和发展演变趋势,对未来城市更新背景下的历史文化街区研究发展提出如下建议:(1)未来以人本视角为研究主体,基于环境行为学理论探索“空间—感知需求—行为模式”的历史文化街区空间营造方法应极具潜力;(2)以多源数据为基础的支持历史文化街区保护与更新决策的方法和工具研究具有重要价值;(3)公众参与机制对于提高历史文化街区保护与更新的协同决策水平和平衡利益关系具有重要意义。

随着城市化的不断发展,越来越多的城市历史街区不断被改造,而大多数城市在历史街区更新改造中都出现了“千城一面”以及地域文化流失的设计现象。文章以常德老西门历史街区更新改造为主要研究对象,结合“五感”设计理念,探讨基于“五感”体验在城市景观设计中的应用,探寻常德老西门景观设计中的“五感”体验设计,以期为城市景观设计提供新的思路和新的设计手法,为城市更新改造提供更有益的借鉴和经验。

基于情境教育的大栅栏公共空间适儿化文教场景研究

目前历史街区公共空间更新开始关注儿童需求,包括自然性和游戏性,但缺少从儿童教育性视角的研究。借助大栅栏街区丰富的文化资源,利用胡同街巷线性空间特点,从承载文化教育功能视角,研究大栅栏历史街区公共空间适儿化改造对儿童友好背景下的城市更新具有借鉴意义。首先以大栅栏街区公共空间为研究对象,挖掘北京历史文化街区中华优秀文化基因,通过人本观察、儿童心生理认知实验和语义分割等方法,研究儿童认知特征及文化认知偏好,建立大栅栏适儿化文化教育基因库;其次梳理大栅栏公共空间类型和模式,构建大栅栏适儿化文教场景体系;最后通过归纳景观场景范式提出优化策略,并结合党建引领、多元共融的社区营造工作体系下开展的“党建四合院”“大栅栏儿童责任规划师”和“大栅栏文化童学路”3个特色项目实践,探索具有文保区特色的儿童友好城市建设模式和路径。

居民主导,多元协力——北村韩屋居住性历史街区活态治理经验与启示

存量时代城市更新中,居住性历史街区承载着传统风貌存续、街区活力再生、现代宜居优化等多重时代使命。居民主导、多元协力、活态治理是北村韩屋居住性历史街区保护与更新机制:居民主导—自下而上自主式更新是北村治理启动与传统风貌保存的基础;多元协力—政府自上而下结构性保护与政策扶持、专家技术协力、市民文化协力是北村治理发展及街区活力再生的动力;活态治理—居民主导、居民主体、居民自治是北村治理持续及现代宜居优化路径。汲取北村韩屋街区治理方法,存续经验,对我国居住性历史街区的更新治理具有借鉴意义。
