With the rapid development ofmobile Internet, spatial crowdsourcing has becomemore andmore popular.Spatial crowdsourcing consists of many different types of applications, such as spatial crowd-sensing services. In terms of spatial crowd-sensing,it collects and analyzes traffic sensing data from clients like vehicles and traffic lights to construct intelligent traffic prediction models.Besides collecting sensing data, spatial crowdsourcing also includes spatial delivery services like DiDi and Uber.Appropriate task assignment and worker selection dominate the service quality for spatial crowdsourcing applications.Previous research conducted task assignments via traditional matching approaches or using simple network models. However, advanced mining methods are lacking to explore the relationship between workers, task publishers, and the spatio-temporal attributes in tasks. Therefore,in this paper,we propose a Deep Double Dueling Spatial-temporal Q Network(D3SQN)to adaptively learn the spatialtemporal relationship between task, task publishers, and workers in a dynamic environment to achieve optimal allocation.Specifically,D3SQNis revised through reinforcement learning by adding a spatial-temporal transformer that can estimate the expected state values and action advantages so as to improve the accuracy of task assignments.Extensive experiments are conducted over real data collected fromDiDi and ELM,and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of our proposed models. 展开更多

Mining industry has significantly contributed to the prosperity of the nation with economic growth, whereas mining operation has caused Acid Mine Drainage (AMD) with the abandonment of mines. As some researchers suggest, the history of AMD is, generally, affected by the change in not only mining industry but also in social and economic conditions. Thus, historical analysis is an effective way to find the key factors of AMD. In this study, in order to find the key factors of AMD, we examine the history of the United States (U.S.) and South Africa, where their economy had been developed owing to the large-scale mining, based on the findings in the previous studies. The results indicated that the abandoned mines due to the economic depression triggered AMD in the U.S. and South Africa. While the U.S. had progressively adopted anti-AMD methods in terms of prevention, prediction, and remediation (PPR) as a comprehensive approach, especially since the 1970s onwards because of the rise of environmental consciousness as well as strict regulations, South Africa is at the early stage of implementing the regulations following PPR. The public attention should be directed to environmental conservation in addition to the implementation of the regulations in South Africa. The improvement in socio-economic conditions is, additionally, necessary for the rise of environmental consciousness in South Africa in the light of the three pillars of sustainable development: social, economic, and environmental elements. 展开更多

Ancient India and Africa had thousands of years of early economic and cultural exchanges based on the basis of spontaneous equality. As the two sides gradually became colonies of Western countries, they passively changed their original communication methods and modes, and even partly changed them. The relationship between India and Africa during this period was linked to the growth and decline of Western powers in the Indian Ocean region, reflecting the internal governance methods and foreign relations concepts of the non-colonial rulers of India. It has generally experienced the Portuguese colonial period, the period of hegemony and the period of British rule.In a large period of time, the sub-stages such as the rule of the Mughal Empire and the British East India Company can also be detailed.Together, they present a relatively unique picture of historical exchanges between colonial Indo-African countries or regions. 展开更多
