It is too difficult for a compacted specimen of unsaturated clay prepared and used in a laboratory test to have homogeneous water content and porosity. Although there have been many hydraulic and mechanical studies, there are few papers related to homogeneity of specimen. However, it is clear that homogeneity of specimen influences mechanical properties. In this paper, the use of micro-waves is proposed as method for making homogeneous specimens. The study results indicate that specimens made by micro-waves are more homogeneous than compacted specimens. 展开更多

Direct regeneration is a low-cost and environmentally friendly way of recycling spent Li-ion batteries.In this study,a new method is adopted to regenerate spent LiFePO_(4).First,the spent LiFePO_(4) powder is homogenized,and then,small amounts of a lithium source and a carbon source are thoroughly mixed by spray drying.After that,a high-temperature solid-phase method is used to regenerate the carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate.Compared with traditional regeneration methods,the proposed method significantly improves the universality of spent LiFePO_(4) having different degrees of damage.The regenerated LiFePO_(4) is characterized using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,Raman spectroscopy,and electrochemical measurements.The results show that the regenerated sample has a stable morphology,structure,and electrochemical performance.Under the conditions of 0.1C,the initial capacity exceeds 160 mA h g^(-1).After 800 cycles under the conditions of 1C,the capacity retention is 80%,which satisfies the requirements for regenerated LiFePO_(4) batteries. 展开更多

金线莲速溶冻干粉的高效制备工艺研究

目的:优化金线莲提取工艺,提高活性成分的溶出率,制备高品质速溶冻干粉。方法:采用打浆破壁水提技术,结合响应面优化设计方法,系统优化料液比、打浆温度及打浆时间等提取条件,通过浓缩、纯化及冷冻干燥等工艺制备金线莲速溶冻干粉。结果... 目的:优化金线莲提取工艺,提高活性成分的溶出率,制备高品质速溶冻干粉。方法:采用打浆破壁水提技术,结合响应面优化设计方法,系统优化料液比、打浆温度及打浆时间等提取条件,通过浓缩、纯化及冷冻干燥等工艺制备金线莲速溶冻干粉。结果:最佳提取工艺参数为料液比1∶34(g∶mL)、打浆温度100℃、打浆时间5 min,提取2次。在此条件下制备的金线莲速溶冻干粉,其可溶性固形物、粗多糖及冻干粉的得率均较高。产品外观为棕黄色细粉状,溶解迅速,溶液澄清透亮,展现出优良的品质特性。结论:优化后的提取工艺显著提高了金线莲中可溶性固形物、粗多糖及冻干粉的得率,为金线莲在食品、保健品等领域的多元化应用和市场推广提供了坚实的科学依据,有助于金线莲产业的高质量发展。 展开更多

The aggregation of inorganic particles with high mass ratio will form a heterogeneous electric field in the solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs),which is difficult to be compatible with lithium anode,leading to inadequate ionic conductivity.Herein,a facile spray drying method is adopted to increase the mass ratio of inorganic particles and solve the aggregation problems of fillers simultaneously.The polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)with lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide(LiTFSI)covers the surface of each Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO)granules during the nebulization process,then forming flat solid electrolytes via layer-by-layer deposition.Characterized by the atomic force microscope,the obtained solid electrolytes achieve a homogenous dispersion of Young’s modulus and surface electric field.As a result,the as-prepared SPEs present high tensile strength of 7.1 MPa,high ionic conductivity of 1.86×10^(−4)S·cm^(−1)at room temperature,and wide electrochemical window up to 5.0 V,demonstrating increased mechanical strength and uniform lithium-ion migration channels for SPEs.Thanks to the as-prepared SPEs,the lithiumsymmetrical cells show a highly stable Li plating/stripping cycling for over 1,000 h at 0.1 mA·cm^(−2).The corresponding Li/LCoO_(2)batteries also present good rate capability and excellent cyclic performance with capacity retention of 80%after 100 cycles at room temperature. 展开更多

A 44revolution''in the craft brewing industry has led to high demand for dryhopped beers and increasing production in breweries both small and large.However,there are many challenges associated with the automation and scale-up of dry-hopping techniques to larger beer volumes.These include efficient introduction of the hops without excessive oxygen pick-up,effective extraction of the aroma compounds into large beer volumes,removal of the hops while minimizing product loss,and efficient cleaning in place of the system.Most existing dry-hopping systems in the market exhibit capacity limitations,are difficult to clean by automated clean-in-place processes,and are challenging to integrate into automated modern breweries.The potential of rotary jet mixers for dry-hopping applications has been considered,but the high particulate loads in the fluid require a special mixer design.Alfa Laval has developed the Iso-Mix external drive system,a new type of rotary jet mixer suitable for dry hopping of larger beer volumes.The system homogenizes hop distribution in the beer,potentially reducing the required quantity of hops while attaining the desired flavors.Homogenization continues during transfer to downstream centrifligation,improving the separation efficiency and product clarity.It is easily automated and allows flexibility in the method of hops introduction.The process configuration is similar to conventional rotary jet mixing systems,and as such,the system can also be used to optimize the fermentation,maturation,and crash-cooling processes.This article examines the challenges of large-scale dry hopping and demonstrates how the new system improves the dryhopping process for larger tanks. 展开更多

目的研制复方丹参冻干乳剂,改善复方丹参片中脂溶性成分的溶出。方法采用高速剪切-均质法制备复方丹参液态乳;以物理外观、复溶效果为评价指标,采用均匀设计试验法优选油相比例与支架剂用量,进而以冷冻干燥法制得复方丹参冻干乳剂。以... 目的研制复方丹参冻干乳剂,改善复方丹参片中脂溶性成分的溶出。方法采用高速剪切-均质法制备复方丹参液态乳;以物理外观、复溶效果为评价指标,采用均匀设计试验法优选油相比例与支架剂用量,进而以冷冻干燥法制得复方丹参冻干乳剂。以方剂中脂溶性代表成分丹参酮IIA、龙脑为检测指标,分别考察复方丹参冻干乳剂与片剂在人工胃液和人工肠液中的溶出度;以复溶后外观、平均粒径和Zeta电位为指标,考察冻干乳剂长期留样稳定性。结果液态乳油相(中链甘油三酸酯)比例为10%,加入18%麦芽糖和0.25%β-环糊精作为支架剂时,制备的冻干乳剂外观均匀、复溶迅速且完全,稳定性良好。以人工胃液为溶出介质,复方丹参冻干乳剂中的丹参酮IIA、龙脑在30 min时的累积溶出率分别为(94.8±2.8)%、(97.4±2.9)%;而复方丹参片中的丹参酮IIA几乎未溶出,龙脑的累积溶出率也仅为(23.3±3.4)%。以人工肠液为溶出介质,片剂中的丹参酮IIA、龙脑在120 min时的累积溶出率分别为(42.5±2.7)%、(74.4±1.8)%,仍显著低于冻干乳剂的(97.8±1.9)%、(92.7±3.5)%。冻干乳剂室温放置1年后,各项指标均无显著变化。结论与市售片剂相比,冻干乳剂可显著提高复方丹参方剂中脂溶性成分的溶出度,且具有速释特点,其物理稳定性良好。 展开更多

利用室内定水头入渗法,观测三峡不同森林地段烘干土的入渗性能,比较大孔隙域与基质域烘干土入渗的差异,探究影响烘干土入渗性能的原因,评价常用入渗模型对不同属性烘干土壤入渗过程的适宜性。结果表明:三峡库区各森林地段基质域A层土壤... 利用室内定水头入渗法,观测三峡不同森林地段烘干土的入渗性能,比较大孔隙域与基质域烘干土入渗的差异,探究影响烘干土入渗性能的原因,评价常用入渗模型对不同属性烘干土壤入渗过程的适宜性。结果表明:三峡库区各森林地段基质域A层土壤的入渗能力强于B(或C)层土壤,B(或C)层土的40 min累积入渗量只占到A层土的29.79%~45.07%;不同林型覆盖下基质域烘干土壤入渗能力相比较,温性落叶阔叶林山地棕壤>常绿落叶阔叶混交林山地黄棕壤>暖性针叶林山地黄壤>常绿阔叶林山地棕红壤,温性落叶阔叶林山地棕壤40 min的累积入渗量是常绿阔叶林山地棕红壤的32.08~48.53倍。大孔隙域烘干土的入渗速率亦符合先下降后趋于稳定的一般入渗规律,大孔隙域比基质域烘干土的入渗性能更好,其40 min累积入渗量可以达到基质域的0.99~2.95倍。三峡库区森林烘干土的入渗能力与土壤容重和土粒密度呈极显著负相关关系(P<0.01),与土壤通气孔隙度(>0.02 mm)和有机质含量呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。方正三通用公式对于基质域A层土和大孔隙域烘干土的入渗过程拟合效果较好,Horton方程对于基质域B(或C)层烘干土的入渗过程有较高的拟合度。 展开更多

目的:根据GB/T 15000.3—2008《标准样品工作导则(3)标准样品:定值的一般原则和统计方法》,经国家标准化管理委员会批准立项,研制岩藻甾醇标准样品。方法:选择海带为原料,通过95%乙醇提取、减压浓缩、反复柱色谱分离、石油醚-乙酸乙酯... 目的:根据GB/T 15000.3—2008《标准样品工作导则(3)标准样品:定值的一般原则和统计方法》,经国家标准化管理委员会批准立项,研制岩藻甾醇标准样品。方法:选择海带为原料,通过95%乙醇提取、减压浓缩、反复柱色谱分离、石油醚-乙酸乙酯重结晶、残余溶剂去除等制备和纯化过程,获得高纯度岩藻甾醇单体,采用元素分析、红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振和X射线衍射等技术对其进行结构鉴定。运用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法进行均匀性检验、稳定性检验和8家实验室联合定值检验。结果:该样品在95%置信区间的样品均匀性良好,在2~4℃条件下24个月内稳定性良好,定值测定结果确定其纯度99.54%,扩展不确定度0.16%,达到了国家标准样品的技术要求,通过了国家标准化管理委员会组织的验收。结论:成功研制了岩藻甾醇国家标准样品,该样品可用于岩藻甾醇含量测定、检测方法评定、相关产品的检测与质量控制。 展开更多
