Each step plays a different role in performance evaluation indicator system and has its own impact on the realization of performance evaluation objectives respectively. Materials and Methods: We condu...Objective: To review, categorise, and synthesise findings from literature on health information technology (HIT) functionalities, HIT use, and the impact of HIT on hospital performance. Materials and Methods: We conducted a systematic integrative literature review based on a compre-hensive database search. To organise, categorise and synthesise the ex-isting literature, we adopted the affordance actualization theory. To align the literature with our research framework, we used four categories: 1) the functionalities of HIT and how these functionalities are measured;2) use and immediate outcomes of HIT functionalities;3) different perfor-mance indicators and how HIT functionalities affect them;and 4) what hospital characteristics influence the outcome of hospital performance. Results: Fifty-two studies were included. We identified four types of HIT. Only ten studies (19.2%) define the use of HIT by explicitly meas-uring the use rate of HIT. We identified five dimensions of hospital per-formance indicators. Every dimension showed mixed results;however, in general, HIT has a positive impact on mortality and patient readmis-sions. We found several hospital characteristics that may affect the rela-tionship between HIT and hospital-level outcomes. Discussion: Further efforts should focus on embedded research on HIT functionalities, use and effects of HIT implementations with more performance indicators and adjusted for hospital characteristics. Conclusion: The proposed framework could help hospitals and researchers make decisions regard-ing the functionalities, use and effects of HIT implementation in hospi-tals. Given our research outcomes, we suggest future research opportuni-ties to improve understanding of how HIT affects hospital performance. .展开更多

These systems can also be useful in improving social welfare leading t...Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) play a fundamental role in reducing traffic congestion and increasing safety during daily transportation. These systems can also be useful in improving social welfare leading to general satisfaction. Proper performance evaluation can be efficient in improving the performance of these systems, and providing a scientific assessment index system can assist decision-makers in smart communities to plan for the development of ITS. However, the evaluation of these systems requires identifying appropriate indicators of performance evaluation that are consistent with the views of the beneficiaries of these systems. In this paper, performance evaluation indicators of ITS have been identified, and three indicators entitled “environmental and safety”, “assistance in reducing traffic congestion” and “attractive public transport” are presented to evaluate the performance of these systems. Moreover, the intelligent transport systems of the Tehran-Karaj Freeway in Iran are studied, and inferential statistical methods are employed to test the research hypotheses. It is worth noticing that in this study, a one-sample T-test method is used for hypotheses assessment and the SPSS software was used to analyze the findings. Also, the results demonstrated that the performance of ITS in the Tehran-Karaj Freeway regarding the indicators, such as “Declaration of route blocking information due to maintenance or reconstruction” and “Declaration of path geometry conditions” has not been acceptable.展开更多

Objective:This research aims to develop a more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation indicator system for the implementation of an essential drug system in community health service institutions.Methods:The ...Objective:This research aims to develop a more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation indicator system for the implementation of an essential drug system in community health service institutions.Methods:The Delphi method was used to establish an indicator system based on three rounds of expert consultations,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to determine the weights of the indicators.Results:The participation in the three rounds of consultations were 100%(10/10),90%(18/20),and 85%(17/20),which showed that the experts had real enthusiasm for participating in this research.The authority coefficients of the first-,second-,and third-level indicators were 0.75,0.76,and 0.76,respectively,which showed that the consultation results were dependable.The concordance coefficients of the second and third rounds were 0.489 and 0.487,respectively(P<0.001),indicating that the expert opinions were highly consistent.The performance evaluation indicator system consisted of three first-level indicators(supporting,implementation,and effect indicators),nine second-level indicators,and 21 third-level indicators.Conclusion:In this new performance evaluation indicator system,the selected experts were representative,the consultation results were dependable,the constructed evaluation indicator system was reasonable,and the setting of weights was scientific.展开更多

When it comes to construction firms, most previous research did not cover weighting and estimation approaches for non-financial elements that ultimately influence financial status. In this research, the objective is to develop a management performance evaluation model for Korean construction firms. The model includes financial factors and non-financial factors. This research investigated actual data from Korean construction firmsandclassifiedtheir characteristics. This study is performed in two steps. First, this study derives KPIs for performance measurement techniques and weights the KPIs. And then, it applies the performance data of construction firms to the technique. The findings of this study show that Korean construction firms consider customers to be the foremost priority, converse to previous research which argued that the internal business process was the top priority. The performance measurement results can be fed back into strategies and plans to shed light on issues, reflect on management plans for subsequent years and modify mid to long-term strategies. Since New Public Management theory,which seeks to promote public management reform with the techniques used to catalyze economic development,was introduced into the field of education,it has led to the implementation ...Since New Public Management theory,which seeks to promote public management reform with the techniques used to catalyze economic development,was introduced into the field of education,it has led to the implementation of education accountability measures and reforms focusing on performance-related pay for teachers.Performance-related pay was meant to improve teacher performance,and has played an important role in providing teachers with incentives and raising educational quality.In practice,however,problems have emerged that deserve serious attention.For example,the evaluation indicators based on this theory have distorted the direction of public management due to their over-emphasis on instrumental rationality and neglect of value rationality.Further,they highlight the interim goal of"instilling knowledge"at the cost of the fundamental aim of"cultivating talent,"thus producing results opposite to those intended.On the basis of the value rationality of education and China’s reality,this paper suggests that educational institutions should shift from"New Public Management"to a"holistic and decentralized governance"approach,fostering an environment dedicated to cultivating talent and introducing this feature intothe evaluation of teacher performance.The core socialist values need to be integrated into teacher policy and internalized by teachers as their emotional identity and customary behavior.展开更多
The roughness increase on horizontal axis wind turbine(HAWT) blade surface,especially on the leading edge,can lead to an aerodynamic performance degradation of blade and power output loss of HAWT,so roughness sensitiv...The roughness increase on horizontal axis wind turbine(HAWT) blade surface,especially on the leading edge,can lead to an aerodynamic performance degradation of blade and power output loss of HAWT,so roughness sensitivity is an important factor for the HAWT blade design.However,there is no criterion for evaluating roughness sensitivity of blade currently.In this paper,the performance influences of airfoil aerodynamic parameters were analyzed by the blade element momentum(BEM) method and 1.5 MW wind turbine blade.It showed that airfoil lift coefficient was the key parameter to the power output and axial thrust of HAWT.Moreover,the evaluation indicators of roughness sensitivity for the different spanwise airfoils of the pitch-regulated HAWT blade were proposed.Those respectively were the lift-to-drag ratio and lift coefficient without feedback system,the maximum lift-to-drag ratio and design lift coefficient with feedback system for the airfoils at outboard section of blade,and lift coefficient without feedback,maximum lift coefficient with feedback for the airfoils at other sections under the pitch-fixed and variable-speed operation.It is not necessary to consider the roughness when HWAT can be regulated to the rated power output by the pitch-regulated and invariable-speed operation.展开更多

In recent years,with the support of national policies,Cross Border E-Commerce(CBEC)has developed rapidly.This business model not only brings significant benefits to the national economy,but also has many unique challe...In recent years,with the support of national policies,Cross Border E-Commerce(CBEC)has developed rapidly.This business model not only brings significant benefits to the national economy,but also has many unique challenges,especially at the level of supply chain management.Therefore,to enable CBEC enterprises to develop sustainable supply chain,this study discusses the performance evaluation model of supply chain and proposes a CBEC Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Model(CBECSC-EM)based on the Levenberg–Marquardt Backpropagation(LMBP)algorithm.This experiment constructs performance evaluation indicators for the supply chain of CBEC enterprises.On this basis,the LMBP algorithm is introduced,and improved in the experiment to make the overall performance of the evaluation model more scientific and reasonable.In the verification set,the maximum F1 values of LMBP,DEA,SBM,and BP are 98.46%,93.78%,87.29%,and 78.95%,respectively.The MAPE value of LMBP model is 0.102%,which is lower than the other three methods(0.282%,0.343%,and 0.385%)selected in the experiment.The maximum standard deviation rates of importance and operability of the evaluation indexes are 0.1346 and 0.1405,respectively,and there is a significant consistency between the expert scores.Therefore,the LMBP algorithm has broad application prospects in supply chain performance evaluation of CBEC enterprises.展开更多

文摘In recent years,with the support of national policies,Cross Border E-Commerce(CBEC)has developed rapidly.This business model not only brings significant benefits to the national economy,but also has many unique challenges,especially at the level of supply chain management.Therefore,to enable CBEC enterprises to develop sustainable supply chain,this study discusses the performance evaluation model of supply chain and proposes a CBEC Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Model(CBECSC-EM)based on the Levenberg–Marquardt Backpropagation(LMBP)algorithm.This experiment constructs performance evaluation indicators for the supply chain of CBEC enterprises.On this basis,the LMBP algorithm is introduced,and improved in the experiment to make the overall performance of the evaluation model more scientific and reasonable.In the verification set,the maximum F1 values of LMBP,DEA,SBM,and BP are 98.46%,93.78%,87.29%,and 78.95%,respectively.The MAPE value of LMBP model is 0.102%,which is lower than the other three methods(0.282%,0.343%,and 0.385%)selected in the experiment.The maximum standard deviation rates of importance and operability of the evaluation indexes are 0.1346 and 0.1405,respectively,and there is a significant consistency between the expert scores.Therefore,the LMBP algorithm has broad application prospects in supply chain performance evaluation of CBEC enterprises.

文摘Manufacturing equipment takes the task of operation and directly effects on the manufacturing process. One single Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is mainly employed to evaluate equipment in most studies, neither integrating the KPIs into a completed evaluation system nor considering the impact and conflict among KPIs. In this paper, a KPI evaluation architecture is presented to define and analyze KPIs, and then a common structure for KPI to obtain the KPI set of manufacturing equipment is introduced. An available multi-KPl coordination model is proposed to discern and balance the relationship among multi-KPl. Finally, a case study is introduced to illustrate the applicability of the coordination model by using multi-objective optimization strategy and an efficient solution is obtained.

文摘Performance evaluation of expatriate technicians is an important way for multinational corporations to effectively manage their expatriate technicians,which is crucial to the technological innovation of multinational corporations.This paper designs the performance evaluation index system of expatriate technicians,which includes work efficiency,professional competence,work attitude,and personal traits.Then,based on the C-POWA operator,the evaluation method of expatriate technicians is put forward.Lastly,using the index and method of evaluation of expatriate technician,four expatriate technicians’performance are evaluated,and the results reveal that the index and method we put forward are scientific and practical.

文摘The hospitality spirit of tourism destination is one of the sources of destination comparative advantage,and it is also an important factor affecting the quality of destination products.From the perspective of tourists’ perception,analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the evaluation model of residents’ hospitality in tourism destination from two aspects:the behavioral expression of individual hospitality and the atmosphere performance of social hospitality.The research could provide reference basis for managers evaluating the hospitality of residents in tourism destinations.
