报告1例腺癌多发转移合并Sister Mary Joseph结节。患者男,49岁。脐部斑块、结节6个月,腰痛2个月。皮肤科检查:脐部一直径3.5 cm的淡红色浸润性斑块,表面可见多个直径1~5 mm淡红色丘疹、结节,簇集呈菜花样外观,质地坚韧,活动度差。CT检查示纵隔内淋巴结增大,腰3~腰5椎体等多处骨质破坏;锝亚甲基二膦酸盐(^(99m)Tc-MDP)全身骨显像示全身骨骼多处异常放射性浓聚灶。皮损组织病理检查:表皮大致正常,真皮全层致密增生的胶原束间肿瘤细胞呈单个或条索状、列兵样排列,部分肿瘤细胞核大、深染,有明显异形性。免疫组化:细胞角蛋白(CK)、CK7、绒毛蛋白(villin)均阳性表达。腰4椎体针吸组织病理检查符合转移性腺癌,免疫组化示CK及低分子质量细胞角蛋白(CAM)5.2均阳性表达。诊断:腺癌多发转移合并Sister Mary Joseph结节。治疗:患者拒绝接受治疗,随访至13个月时死亡。

Using HyperCoal to prepare metallurgical coal briquettes via hot-pressing

HyperCoal was prepared from low-rank coal via high-temperature solvent extraction with N-methylpyrrolidone as an extraction solvent and a liquid-to-solid ratio of 50 mL/g in a high-temperature and high-pressure reactor. When HyperCoal was used as a binder and pulverized coal was used as the raw material, the compressive strength of the hot-pressed briquettes(each with a diameter of 20 mm and mass of 5 g) under different conditions was studied using a hot-pressing mold and a high-temperature furnace. The compressive strength of the hot-pressed briquettes was substantially improved and reached 436 N when the holding time period was 15 min, the hot-pressing temperature was 673 K, and the HyperCoal content, was 15 wt%. Changes in the carbonaceous structure, as reflected by the intensity ratio between the Raman G-and D-bands(IG/ID), strongly affected the compressive strength of hot-pressed briquettes prepared at different hot-pressing temperatures. Compared with cold-pressed briquettes, hot-pressed briquettes have many advantages, including high compressive strength, low ash content, high moisture resistance, and good thermal stability; thus, we expect that hot-pressed briquettes will have broad application prospects.

Repetitious-Hot-Pressing Technique in Hot-Pressing Process

A new pressing method was proposed for hot-pressing process. Experimental results indicated that the porosity in Al2O3/TiC/ Ni/Mo (hereafter called AI2O3/TiC composite) composite compacts decreases by 6% after adopting this new technique, compared to traditional hot-pressing technique under the same sintering temperature. The flexural strength and Vicker hardness increase from 883 MPa to 980 MPa and from 16 GPa to 21.1 GPa, respectively. A theoretical model was given to analyze the densification mechanism of the composite in the process of repetitious-hot-pressing.

Effect of annealing temperature on coercivity of Nd-Fe-B magnets with TbFeAl doping by process of hot-pressing

The Nd-Fe-B magnets are pre-sintered and then processed with hot-pressing,and the resulting magnets are called the hot-pressed pretreated(HPP)magnets.The coercivity of the HPP magnets increases as the annealed temperature increases.When the annealing temperature is 900℃,the coercivity of the magnet is only 17.6 kOe(1 Oe=79.5775 A·m^-1),but when the annealing temperature rises up to 1060℃,the coercivity of the magnet reaches 23.53 kOe,which is remarkably increased by 33.7%.The microstructure analysis indicates that the grain surface of the HPP magnet becomes smoother as the annealed temperature increases.The microstructure factorαis changed according to the intrinsic coercivity model formula.Theαof the magnet at 900℃is only 0.578,but it is 0.825 at 1060℃.Microstructural optimization is due mainly to the increase of coercivity of the HPP magnet.

Densification Behavior of Nanocrystalline Mg2Si Compact in Hot-pressing

Densification behavior of nanocrystalline Mg2Si （n-Mg2Si） with grain size about 30-50 nm was investigated by hot-pressing at 400℃. The results indicated that the densification process of n-Mg2Si exhibited three linear segments： p〈0.3 GPa, 0.3 GPa〈p〈1.2 GPa, and p〉1.2 GPa determined by Heckel formula, among which the third fast increasing segment in high pressure range p〉1.2 GPa has seldom been reported in conventional coarse-grained polycrystalline materials. Nevertheless, in the whole pressure range （0.125-1.500 GPa） investigated the densification behavior of n-Mg2Si can be well described by a Kawakita formula p/C=（1/a）p＋ 1/（ab） with constant α=0.452 being in good agreement with the initial porosity of the compact.

Long-term survival of the Sister Mary Joseph nodule originating from breast cancer:A case report

BACKGROUND A Sister Mary Joseph nodule(SMJN)is an uncommon cutaneous metastasis found in the umbilicus,indicating an advanced malignancy.SMJNs typically originate from intra-abdominal sources,rarely from breast cancer.Diagnosis suggests a poor prognosis with a median survival of approximately 8 mo after detection.Managing patients with SMJNs is challenging,as most receive limited palliative care only.The optimal strategy for long-term survival of these patients remains unclear.CASE SUMMARY A 58-year-old female,previously diagnosed with right breast cancer 17 years ago and underwent breast-conserving surgery,adjuvant radiotherapy,and endocrine therapy,presented with a 2-cm umbilical nodule.Thirteen years previously,metastases were detected in the right supraclavicular,infraclavicular,hilar,and mediastinal lymph nodes.An umbilical nodule emerged four years before the date of presentation,confirmed as a skin metastasis of primary breast cancer upon excisional biopsy.Despite initial removal,the nodule recurred and grew,leading to her referral to our hospital.The patient underwent extensive excision of the umbilical tumor and immediate abdominal wall reconstruction.Endocrine therapy was continued postoperatively.Five years later,no local recurrence was observed,and the patient continued to work full-time,achieving over 9 years of survival following SMJN diagnosis.CONCLUSION This case study aimed to identify the optimal strategy for achieving extended survival outcomes in patients with SMJN through comprehensive treatment.We presented a case of the longest survival in a patient after undergoing a multidisciplinary treatment regimen.Our findings underscore the significance of adopting a multimodal treatment approach comprising timely and wide excision along with adjunctive therapy.This approach can control the disease,prolong survival,and improve the quality of life in patients with SMJN.

As the opening work of“Fishing the Sloe-Black River Stories,”Irish-American writer Colum McCann’s short story“Sisters”has attracted scholars’interest with its profuse historical background and themes of the times.From the perspective of narratology,this paper considers that the writer uses narrative techniques such as non-linear narration and embedded structure to express multi-level narrative voices through a first-person narrator,Sheona.These narrative techniques help to fully reflect the theme of the work and endow the work with great aesthetic and ideological value.

杜甫“江州妹”小考及其它

杜甫诗“长葛书难得,江州涕不禁”之“江州”乃指其妹,旧注以为这个“江州妹”即《乾元中寓居同谷县作歌七首》其四中提到的“韦氏妹”。然“韦氏妹”所嫁之地钟离(今安徽凤阳)距江州遥远,其《五盘》曰:“故乡有弟妹,流落随丘墟。”这个故乡的妹妹与“韦氏妹”显然并非一人,令杜甫“涕不禁”的“江州妹”应是另有其人。明确杜甫有个“江州妹”之后,便需要重新解读杜诗中的“九江”“庐山”“柴桑”等语词之涵义。杜诗旧注中此类失误不止一处。

文化距离、友好城市对中国OFDI的影响——基于“一带一路”沿线国家的实证研究

在共建“一带一路”高质量发展的背景下,友好城市关系与文化因素成为独具影响力的关键一环。依据交易成本理论和“外来者劣势”理论,构建了拓展的引力模型评估文化距离和友好城市影响我国OFDI的作用机理以及两者之间的互动机制。实证结果显示,文化距离对我国OFDI有抑制作用,友好城市数量的增加弱化了文化距离对OFDI的负面影响,具有正向调节作用,通过分样本检验进一步发现在文化距离较大的国家中友好城市的正向调节作用不显著,反而在文化距离较小的国家更加有效。据此,中国应推进友好城市网络建设,加强文化交流,促进中国OFDI高质量发展。

社会资本与城市竞争力的关系——基于国际友好城市视角

随着经济全球化的深入发展,经济竞争的重点逐渐从独立的要素产业扩大到城市综合实力水平的各个方面。城市竞争力是城市对外发展、创造财富并提升城市社会经济地位的重要综合能力,其强弱关系着城市的未来发展。社会资本能够促进地区的经济增长,正成为城市竞争力的主要来源。国际友好城市构建的城市网络是社会资本的重要组成部分,可以在一定程度上对城市的社会资本丰裕程度进行阐释。基于2012—2018年全国284个地级市的面板统计数据进行实证研究,结果表明,社会资本对城市竞争力的发展有积极的影响,即社会资本越丰厚,其城市竞争力越强,并且通过了一系列稳健性检验。这种影响在一定程度上是由社会资本的独特属性引起的,社会资本作为社会各主体之间的粘合剂,虽然没有直接参与社会生产,但仍为城市竞争力的发展做出重要贡献。进一步探讨社会资本促进城市竞争力提升的作用渠道发现社会资本通过提高主体间互信水平、促进贸易往来以及提高政府治理能力这三条可能的渠道对城市竞争力产生积极影响。社会资本对于提高城市竞争力,并由城市高质量发展带动经济高质量发展具有现实意义。

新女性写作视野中的“问题小说”创作——以马玉珍小说集《新姐》为例

张莉教授发起的“新女性写作”研究强调以真实、切近的文本形式,记录下我们这个时代的女性镜像。马玉珍的小说创作对河湟城乡女性的生存及精神状况做出了较为深入的关照和思考。创作过程中,作家启用了女性视角和写实笔法,尝试将小说这种文体用“非虚构”的笔法呈现出来,进而探寻河湟城乡女性与男性、女性与自我以及女性与整个社会之间错综复杂的关系。在真正介入河湟城乡女性的生活场域时,作家所秉持的言说方式和判断尺度,明显带有亲历性和诚挚性的一面。可以肯定的是,作家将塑造人物和提出问题的笔触探向了河湟地区历史与文化、传统与现代的根系深处,从而以真实、切近的文本形式,呈现出河湟城乡女性的重要镜像。从这个角度而言,将马玉珍的小说写作纳入“新女性写作”研究视野,具有一定的合理性和必要性。与此同时,作为乡土小说的一种基本类型,马玉珍的小说对河湟地区民风习俗的书写,无疑成为作品中重要的审美元素。

右侧结肠癌伴Sister Mary Joseph’s结节及腹股沟淋巴结转移——一例报告及文献综述(英文)

Sister Mary Joseph’s结节(Sister Mary Joseph’s nodule,SMJN)是指腹腔内恶性肿瘤导致的脐部转移性结节,1949年由Hamilton Bailey命名以纪念St.Mary’s Hospital的护士Sister Joseph。SMJN并不多见,但个案报道屡屡见诸文献。这种脐部转移可以与腹腔内肿瘤同时出现或异时出现,是预后极差的表现。SMJN最常见原发肿瘤为胃癌及卵巢癌,结肠癌特别是右侧结肠癌引起的SMJN极其罕见。另外右侧结肠癌转移至腹股沟淋巴结未见文献报道。本文报道一例右侧结肠癌同时伴有SMJN及腹股沟淋巴结转移,并对相关文献进行综述。

报告1例可能为胃癌转移的Sister Mary Joseph结节1例。患者男,44岁。脐部出现暗红色大小不等的结节7个月。皮损组织病理检查:真皮全层胶原束间散在呈腺样分化的肿瘤细胞,免疫组化染色:癌胚抗原(CEA)阳性、细胞角蛋白(CK)20阳性、CK7阳性、甲状腺转录因子(TTF)-1阴性。糖链抗原(CA)19-9、CA72-4、CA24-2均升高。腹部B超检查示:胃幽门部胃壁增生性病变,肝右叶多发偏强回声结节,腹水。

安农1687抗条锈病候选基因TraesCS2A01G070700鉴定与分析

为了探索安农1687对于条锈病抗性的遗传机理,加快安农1687小麦品种的推广,为小麦新品种的遗传改良提供参考,减少小麦条锈病对于我国小麦生产安全的危害。以安农1687(安农1687是由安农1106和西农822杂交选育的,对生理小种CYR32具有抗性的半冬性小麦品种)及其姊妹系和亲本为材料,利用小麦55K SNP芯片对安农1687及其双亲和姊妹系进行全基因组扫描,同时利用生理小种CYR32对安农1687及其姊妹系进行接种和鉴定,并在成株期统计其抗条锈病等级,综合接种及田间表型对小麦品系抗条锈病进行评价。鉴定结果显示,安农1687和5个姊妹系(系24、系26、系28、系30、系140)为中抗条锈病,2个姊妹系(系89和系105)为中感条锈病。利用安农1687及其姊妹系间的基因组差异信息,发现差异SNP位点富集在2A染色体短臂的31~37 Mb区间上,说明2A染色体可能存在某个或某些基因导致了这样的结果。为了排除其他抗条锈病基因的干扰,对亲本及2A染色体上携带的已知抗条锈病基因进行验证,结果表明,安农1687的2A染色体短臂的31~37 Mb区间可能存在一个新抗条锈病基因。通过试验和生物信息学分析发现,该区段内的TraesCS2A01G070700基因在抗感品系的NBS结构域上存在差异,感病品系中NBS结构域有3个错义突变,推测TraesCS2A01G070700为安农1687抗条锈病候选基因。

患者男,69岁。主诉:脐部及脐周红色丘疹、结节伴触痛5个月余。现病史:患者5个月前脐部及脐周无明显诱因出现数个红色丘疹、结节,凸起于皮面并伴触痛,曾就诊于外科,考虑为皮肤感染,经口服联合外用抗生素(具体成分不详)治疗效果欠佳,于2019年6月19日就诊于我科,自诉病程中常伴有胃部不适。既往史和家族史:既往有肾结石病史;家族史及个人史无特殊。

中国海外移民与外商直接投资——基于政策不确定性缓解与友城建设促进效应的分析

利用115个国家(地区)1990—2020年的面板数据,深入分析中国海外移民对外商直接投资(FDI)的影响及作用机制。基于泊松伪最大似然方法(PPML)模型的实证结果表明,中国在其他国家移民人数占比的提高,显著促进了其他国家对中国的直接投资;中国海外移民对FDI的影响通过经济政策不确定性缓解效应、友城建设促进效应两种机制发挥作用;与中国语言越相通、文化差距越小、对外国人信任程度越高的国家以及欠发达国家,移民对FDI的促进作用更大。进一步分析表明,双边互联网发展程度越高,中国移民对FDI的正向作用越强;与海外游客相比较,海外移民对FDI的促进作用更强。有关移民作用FDI的因果论证,证实了海外移民在“稳外资”中具有重要作用。
