Prospects for key technologies of new-type urban integrated energy system

In recent years,primary energy consumption in China’s urban areas has increased rapidly,facing the problems of extensive use of energy,high energy consumption and insufficient intensified use of energy resources.Improving multienergy supply,increasing the proportion of clean energy and integrated energy efficiency are the main goals of urban development.The integrated energy system with multi-functional synergy and open trading will become one of the new directions for the development of new urban energy systems.This paper summarizes the main problems faced by the current towns and the characteristics of the new urban energy system,analyzes the development of new urban energy system from three aspects including energy interconnection hub infrastructure construction,energy management platform construction and energy value sharing,and forecasts the future development direction of new urban energy systems.

现代高铁站综合交通枢纽分析——以天水南站综合交通枢纽及站前广场建设项目为例

随着国家“一带一路”倡议和区域经济区战略的确立,高铁作为一种快速、便捷、舒适的新时代交通工具,已经成为城市间出行的重要选择。高铁交通枢纽作为高铁线路上的重要节点,它的建设与发展不但关系到高铁运输的效率,而且还对城市间的交流合作起到了举足轻重的作用。文章旨在对高铁交通枢纽的建设与发展进行剖析,通过“天水南站综合交通枢纽及站前广场建设项目”,分别从项目概况与宏观规划、综合枢纽与城市功能融合、高铁枢纽交通一体化布局、交通枢纽推动新城规划发展这四个方面进行阐述,系统分析设计思路。高铁综合交通枢纽的建设可以加快高铁新城规划的落地,推动经济发展,促进城市间的交流与合作,推进枢纽的可持续发展。

引导新城发展的轨道交通分层分级策略研究

新城建设是目前许多大城市缓解城市问题的主要手段之一，轨道交通在引导新城发展中发挥了重要作用。本文通过对轨道交通“点”、“线”、“面”三层的等级结构进行分析，着重分析了轨道交通点层枢纽、线层走廊对新城的引导策略，指出轨道交通在引导新城点层开发、轴向扩展方面的重要作用。

江门市珠西枢纽新城地质灾害危险性评估及防治措施

拟建工程地质灾害危险性评估等级为一级。本文在对评估区地质环境条件进行分析的基础上,先对地质灾害危险性现状评估评估,有一处地面沉降,发育程度中等,危险性小。其次对工程建设引发地质灾害危险性评估,建设可能引发的地质灾害类型主要有崩塌/滑坡和地面沉降,最后针对不同的地质灾害提出了相对应的防治措施,研究结果为地质灾害防治工作和工程建设提供重要的地质依据。

淮安市枢纽新城建设的基本内涵及实施路径研究

发展枢纽新城是当前我国很多省份或城市的重要区域发展战略。文章以江苏省淮安市为研究对象,当前,淮安正处于转变发展方式、转换增长动力的关键时期,应准确把握枢纽新城建设的基本内涵,正视人才在枢纽新城中的重要作用,以及经济转型时期人才缺口的问题,找准瓶颈制约和问题原因。实施枢纽新城的主要路径:一是夯牢枢纽基础设施、强化枢纽区位优势;二是加强枢纽智慧建设、提升枢纽科技水平;三是强化人才发展支撑,创新驱动发展战略。
