With the reform of China’s educational undertakings,in the daily teaching activities,various universities and colleges in China have gradually begun to attach importance to the cultivation of literature education and the cultivation of university and college students’Humanities quality.As a kind of discipline integrating art and humanity,literature education plays an important role in the cultivation of university and college students’humanities quality.Based on this,this paper conducts a simple analysis of the role of literature education in the quality cultivation and university college students,the current situation of China’s literature education in universities and colleges and the cultivation of university and college students’humanities quality and related optimization measures.It is hoped that there will be inspiration and help for improving the humanities quality of university and college students in China and giving play to the role of literature education.

Optimization Analysis of Human Resource Management Strategies of Nantong University,a Local Comprehensive University in China

This study analyzes the current situation and challenges of Nantong University amid the rapid development of higher education,addressing aspects such as faculty structure,administrative management efficiency,and promotion mechanisms.Through questionnaire surveys and field research,coupled with SWOT analysis and various theoretical methods,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on Nantong University’s internal and external environment.The study proposes an improved comprehensive development strategy and implementation measures,which include updating management concepts,strengthening professional training,optimizing employment conditions,and improving salary systems.Ultimately,this study provides practical strategies for human resource management and the transformational development of Nantong University and other local comprehensive universities.

Research on the Incentive System of Human Resource Management in Universities

Based on the actual situation of the establishment of the incentive system for human resource management in universities,the constituent elements and relevant principles of the incentive system for human resources in universities are expounded on,the current situation of the actual needs of the faculty and staff in universities is studied and analyzed,and practical plans for establishing the concept and implementing the incentive system in universities are proposed,with relevant incentive mechanisms for human resource management focusing on differentiated needs developed for reference.

Rethinking of Teaching Reform of Land Resource Management Discipline in Local Normal Colleges and Universities under the New Situation

The Agriculture and Forestry discipline in local normal colleges and universities plays an important role in cultivating talents and higher education to serve the local"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The Land Resource Management discipline is a science that studies the use,allocation,and management of land resources and assets,and has comprehensive and practical features.In the context of the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy and the establishment of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the State Council,the importance of cultivating land resource management talents who understands both land planning and urban planning is self-evident,and the teaching reform of Land Resource Management discipline is receiving much attention.Taking the Land Resource Management discipline of Jiangxi Normal University,a key normal university in Jiangxi Province as an example,combining the characteristics of the discipline setting and the development process,we analyzed the existing problems in its development,so as to provide recommendations for the teaching reform of Land Resource Management discipline in local normal colleges and universities.

Problems and Countermeasures of the Incentive Measures in Universities Based on the Hypothesis of Human Nature

基于私有云的高校数字化体育资源共享建模分析

传统资源共享建模方法传输较大资源数据块存在速率较低的问题,因此以解决该问题作为研究目标,提出了一种新的基于私有云的高校数字化体育资源共享建模方法。根据私有云计算技术,检索共享资源目录,完成高校数字化体育资源的聚类和存储操作,从物理存储和逻辑存储两方面对其进行虚拟化处理,判断其共享路径,以此搭建高校数字化体育资源共享模型,实现资源共享。实验结果表明,所设计的建模方法吞吐量大于两种传统方法,且资源数据块较大时,仍然具有较高的数据传输速率,实际应用效果更好。
