Analysis of the Effect of Implementing Humanized Care Service in Severe ICU Patients

Objective:To analyze the effect of implementing humanized nursing service intervention for severe patients in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:A hundred severely ill ICU patients who were treated from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and grouped into a control group and an observation group.The control group adopted routine nursing services and the observation group adopted humanized nursing services.The nursing outcome of the two groups was analyzed.Results:The nursing risk incidence of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scale of comfort and nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of a humanized care service for ICU patients lowered nursing risk incidences and increased the physical comfort and nursing satisfaction of these patients.

Information Assurance Technique for Mitigation of Data Breaches in the Human Service Sector

This research paper analyzes data breaches in the human service sector. The hypothesis for the solution to this problem is that there will be a significant reduction in data breaches in the human service sector due to an increase in information assurance. The hypothesis is tested using data from the United States Department of Health and Human Services data breach notification repository during January 2018-December 2020. Our result shows that without the increased mitigation of information assurance, data breaches in the human service sector will continue to increase.

Study on the Development of Human Resources Services in Xinxiang

With the continuous economic growth,human resources service industry also plays an important role in the economic development.In order to explore the development of human resources service industry in Xinxiang,based on a survey of more than 50 enterprises and organizations in Xinxiang,Xinxiang’s human resources service industry has a bright future,however,there are still some problems in the aspects of enterprise scale,personnel skills and agglomeration management.Therefore,different countermeasures are put forward for different roles to solve the development obstacles and promote the development of industry agglomeration,building a new type of human resources to serve the ecological industry chain.

Progress and Perspectives of Ecosystem Services: A Review

According to the latest research of ecosystem service（ ES）,the background and connotation of ecosystem services were briefly summarized,the relationship among human activity,climate change,and biodiversity and ecosystem service function（ ESF） was synthetically analyzed,the research trends of ecosystem services function assessment（ ESFA） were discussed from multi-scale,and the perspectives was given based on the past studies. The ecological long-term location monitoring method based on the ESFA should be studied,evaluation index of ESFA should be further improved,and the ESF research on the arid region should be reinforced.
