Titanium deuteride is an important nuclear material used in the field of nuclear technology, and further research is needed into TiD2 films irradiated by pulsed ion beams of the vacuum arc discharge with hydrogen. In the current study, these irradiated TiD2 films have been investigated using scanning electronic microscopy and slow positron annihilation techniques. Both the thermal effect and irradiation defects of TiD2 films were studied, following their irradiation with mixed pulsed ion beams of titanium and hydrogen ions. It is found that the thermal effect is trivial on the irradiated surfaces, and the dominant effect is irradiation defects which can be enhanced by repetitive shots and is characterized by the inner diffusion of irradiation defects. 展开更多

Electric discharge in and in contact with water can accompany ultraviolet(UV)radiation and electron impact, which can generate a large number of active species such as hydroxyl radicals(OH), oxygen radical(O), ozone(O_3) and hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2). In this paper, a nonthermal plasma processing system was established by means of dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)arrays in water mist spray. The relationship between droplet size and water content was examined,and the effects of the concentrations of oxides in both treated water and gas were investigated under different water content and discharge time. The relative intensity of UV spectra from DBD in water mist was a function of water content. The concentrations of both O_3 and nitrogen dioxide(NO_2) in DBD room decreased with increasing water content. Moreover, the concentrations of H_2O_2, O_3 and nitrogen oxides(NOx) in treated water decreased with increasing water content,and all the ones enhanced after discharge. The experimental results were further analyzed by chemical reaction equations and commented by physical principles as much as possible. At last,the water containing phenol was tested in this system for the concentration from 100 mg/L to9.8 mg/L in a period of 35 min. 展开更多

La_(0.75)Mg_(0.25)Ni_(2.85)Co_(0.45–x)(AlSn)_x(AlSn)_x(x=0.0,0.1,0.2,0.3) alloys were prepared by magnetic induction melting method, and the phase composition and electrochemical properties were investi... La_(0.75)Mg_(0.25)Ni_(2.85)Co_(0.45–x)(AlSn)_x(AlSn)_x(x=0.0,0.1,0.2,0.3) alloys were prepared by magnetic induction melting method, and the phase composition and electrochemical properties were investigated systematically. The alloys were mainly composed of LaNi5, La2Ni7 and LaNi3 phase, and the cell volume of LaNi5 increased with the Al and Sn contents. For the alloy corresponding to x=0.0, the Cmax and C150 were 348.9 and 185 mA h/g, respectively, then for the alloy electrode with x=0.2, even though the Cmax was only 309.0 mA h/g less than 348.9 mA h/g, the C150 of 231 mA h/g was much higher than 185 mA h/g. And the values of the limit current density, anodic peak current density and hydrogen diffusion coefficient of the La0.75Mg0.25Ni2.85Co0.35(AlS n)0.1(x=0.1) alloy were 1079.5, 1023.8 mA /g and 5.71×10–10 cm2/s, respectively. Which were the highest than that of any other electrodes. These results suggested that the kinetic property of the La_(0.75)Mg_(0.25)Ni_(2.85)Co_(0.45–x)(AlSn)_x(AlSn)_x(x=0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) electrodes could be improved effectively by adding moderate contents of Al and Sn. 展开更多
