With the rapid development of digital and intelligent information systems, display of radar situation interface has become an important challenge in the field of human-computer interaction. We propose a method for the optimization of radar situation interface from error-cognition through the mapping of information characteristics. A mapping method of matrix description is adopted to analyze the association properties between error-cognition sets and design information sets. Based on the mapping relationship between the domain of error-cognition and the domain of design information, a cross-correlational analysis is carried out between error-cognition and design information.We obtain the relationship matrix between the error-cognition of correlation between design information and the degree of importance among design information. Taking the task interface of a warfare navigation display as an example, error factors and the features of design information are extracted. Based on the results, we also propose an optimization design scheme for the radar situation interface. 展开更多

The anomaly detection of electromagnetic environment situation(EMES) has essential reference value for electromagnetic equipment behavior cognition and battlefield threat assessment.In this paper,we proposed a deep learning-based method for detecting anomalies in EMES to address the problem of relatively low efficiency of electromagnetic environment situation anomaly detection(EMES-AD).Firstly,the convolutional kernel extracts the static features of different regions of the EMES.Secondly,the dynamic features of the region are obtained by using a recurrent neural network(LSTM).Thirdly,the Spatio-temporal features of the region are recovered by using a de-convolutional network and then fused to predict the EMES.The structural similarity algorithm(SSIM) is used to determine whether it is anomalous.We developed the detection framework,de-signed the network parameters,simulated the data sets containing different anomalous types of EMES,and carried out the detection experiments.The experimental results show that the proposed method is effective. 展开更多

Emotion recognition based on facial expressions is one of the most critical elements of human-machine interfaces.Most conventional methods for emotion recognition using facial expressions use the entire facial image to extract features and then recognize specific emotions through a pre-trained model.In contrast,this paper proposes a novel feature vector extraction method using the Euclidean distance between the landmarks changing their positions according to facial expressions,especially around the eyes,eyebrows,nose,andmouth.Then,we apply a newclassifier using an ensemble network to increase emotion recognition accuracy.The emotion recognition performance was compared with the conventional algorithms using public databases.The results indicated that the proposed method achieved higher accuracy than the traditional based on facial expressions for emotion recognition.In particular,our experiments with the FER2013 database show that our proposed method is robust to lighting conditions and backgrounds,with an average of 25% higher performance than previous studies.Consequently,the proposed method is expected to recognize facial expressions,especially fear and anger,to help prevent severe accidents by detecting security-related or dangerous actions in advance. 展开更多

The geopark established ... The geological heritage protection and its development at home and abroad reflect the progress in the aspect from the single protection to the coordination between protection and exploitation. The geopark established by UNESCO has closely combined the protection of geological heritages with the promotion of sustainable development of local economy, which has become the best way to protect geological heritages. The geological heritages in Xinjiang, China, are characterized by their large quantity, rich variety and high grade. The complicated geologic-geomorphic environment in Xinjiang contributes to the creation of various geological heritage types and their spatial distribution, and at the same time makes them under control. The main types of the geological heritages in Xinjiang are the geologic-geomorphic landscapes and the water landscapes. The spatial distribution can be divided into five geological heritage districts: Altay, Junggar, Tianshan, Tarim and Kunlun-Altun, among which Tianshan and Kunlun-Altun are most important. Based on the first systematic investigation of the geological heritages in Xinjiang, it is confirmed that the insufficient coordination between protection and exploitation is the primary cause for the backward situation in the geological heritage protection. To solve the problem, this paper proposes 6 major protection steps--from determining the protection types, the protection forms, the protection modes, the protection grades, the protection sequences to determining the' protection zones, brings forward the idea of optimal-selection which integrates geoparks with geological heritage protection areas and other protection areas as protection and exploitation reserve list for 209 well as 5 corresponding modes, and makes a important geological heritages in Xinjiang. 展开更多

地震发生前具有特殊波动响应特征,通过地震台网灾害信息可确定震灾范围,但是网络个人用户无法通过终端服务器及时查询地震数据,导致对地震的安全感知出现延迟问题。针对地震数据处理的任务密集、流程复杂的计算需求,提出基于云计算的地... 地震发生前具有特殊波动响应特征,通过地震台网灾害信息可确定震灾范围,但是网络个人用户无法通过终端服务器及时查询地震数据,导致对地震的安全感知出现延迟问题。针对地震数据处理的任务密集、流程复杂的计算需求,提出基于云计算的地震网络数据安全态势感知方法。在地震节点布局中融入贝叶斯结构,构成混合结构化安全态势采集模型。应用数据分类方法估计出地震态势数据,提取地震发生的隶属度特征,构建地震网络数据安全态势感知模型。按照区域影响因子算出地震信息量,利用相似原则区分灾害程度,检测地震发生范围的安全态势。实验结果证明:研究方法感知获取的地震层间位移与震中国方位角和实际情况一致,偏差较小,能够明确当前地震区域的安全态势。 展开更多

针对高轨目标的精细特征识别、亚厘米级空间碎片的探测、全天时全天域成像的主动成像等需求,对目前3类采用激光技术的天基成像手段包括激光雷达三维成像技术、逆合成孔径激光雷达(ISAL)成像技术、激光主动照明成像技术的工作原理、成像... 针对高轨目标的精细特征识别、亚厘米级空间碎片的探测、全天时全天域成像的主动成像等需求,对目前3类采用激光技术的天基成像手段包括激光雷达三维成像技术、逆合成孔径激光雷达(ISAL)成像技术、激光主动照明成像技术的工作原理、成像性能、优势、应用发展现状进行了对比和总结归纳。对于几类天基激光成像手段,其关键技术均包括了发展小型化高功率激光器,以增强成像的信噪比和成像距离,此外,对于三维激光成像和ISAL成像技术,需要发展大面阵探测器的技术,来提高其成像的视场。总结目前的各类成像手段,ISAL是目前对天基远距离目标逆光成像的唯一手段,具有极大的发展潜力,但在应用时需要考虑逆光条件下的目标跟踪捕获,未来天基应用可以考虑采用逆合成孔径微波雷达技术(ISAR)进行视场引导跟踪。 展开更多

针对工业互联网安全态势评估存在数据特征提取困难和安全态势评估准确率低等难题,提出一种基于改进随机森林的工业互联网安全态势评估方法.基于随机采样技术平衡原始数据集以减小不平衡数据集对实验的影响;利用梯度提升决策树确定工业... 针对工业互联网安全态势评估存在数据特征提取困难和安全态势评估准确率低等难题,提出一种基于改进随机森林的工业互联网安全态势评估方法.基于随机采样技术平衡原始数据集以减小不平衡数据集对实验的影响;利用梯度提升决策树确定工业互联网流量数据中不同特征的权重系数,结合递归特征消除法提取其关键特征;构建基于改进随机森林的工业互联网多分类攻击检测模型,识别网络受到的攻击类别,并结合安全态势量化指标确定其风险程度.实验结果表明,本文算法的检测准确率和F1值分别达到89.19%和89.68%,相较于传统随机森林算法、支持向量机和K最近邻算法,其准确率和F1值分别至少提高2.91%和1.7%,平均分别提高8.38%和9.33%. 展开更多
