This article aims to explore effective ways to enhance the affinity of ideological and political course teachers in universities.By analyzing the connotation of affinity,the factors that affect the affinity of ideological and political course teachers are analyzed,and corresponding improvement strategies are proposed.Research suggests that strengthening the construction of teacher ethics and conduct,improving teaching skills,enhancing emotional engagement,and enhancing practical training are key paths to enhance the affinity of ideological and political course teachers.The implementation of these paths will help improve the teaching quality and effectiveness of ideological and political courses,and promote the comprehensive development of students.

Research on Practical Education of Speciality Teachers in Vocational Colleges to Promote Curriculum-based Ideological and Political Education

Curriculum-based ideological and political education is the inevitable requirement of constructing the pattern of ideological and political education in the new era.As the main leader and implementer of curriculum-based ideological and political education in vocational colleges,speciality teachers should take the fundamental task of moral education as the guidance,focus on it through curriculum,promote the organic unity of knowledge teaching,skill improvement and value guidance in the teaching process,and finally form a new ideological and political work mode in line with the requirements of“high-level vocational college and speciality”construction.At present,speciality teachers in vocational colleges have some problems in curriculum-based ideological and political education,which is mainly reflected in some speciality teachers’weak self-consciousness,poor understanding and integration ability.In order to effectively solve the problem,they have to establish the curriculum-based ideological and political education promotion mechanism led by the college Party committee,consolidate the institutional guarantee for speciality teachers in moral education,strengthen their consciousness and awareness,innovate and improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism of their dedicated education.

Applying Politeness Strategies in Teacher Talk to Increase Students Participation

Based on Brown and Levinson's face theory, this paper points out that Chinese students keep silent in the English class for the sake of their face wants. As facilitators of language learning, teachers need to learn some politeness strategies and employ various politeness strategies to maintain and enhance students' face to spark their motivation to participate in the interactive activities so as to develop their language control.

基于Delphi-AHP法的高职专业课教师课程思政能力评价指标体系建构

专业课教师的课程思政能力是高职院校全面推进课程思政工作的关键。针对高职专业课教师课程思政能力结构尚不明晰,评价体系粗放等问题,采用Delphi-AHP法构建高职专业课教师课程思政能力评价指标体系。通过文献三级编码、专家咨询和研究小组讨论,拟定高职专业课教师课程思政能力评价指标体系草案,然后经过两轮德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询,确定了包含5个一级指标、17个二级指标和58个三级指标的评价指标体系,再采用层次分析法(AHP),构建各级指标判断矩阵,计算各指标权重并检验判断矩阵的一致性,确定各指标的合理权重。研究结果在理论上为探究高职专业课教师课程思政能力内涵拓展了新的认知视角,在实践上为高职院校教师课程思政能力测评提供了可操作的依据和方向。

基于CIPP的高职思政课教师的科学评价体系

思政课教师是高职院校教育的主体力量之一,在整个高职的教育教学中具有重要的作用。本文基于“破五唯”顽瘴痼疾原则、正确的价值导向原则、可持续发展原则和分层分类原则,从思政课教师的“师德师风”“教师教学”“教师科研”“社会服务”“自我成长”五个评价维度,来建立高职思政课教师的科学评价体系。该评价体系能够通过构建“立五新”的过程性评价、健全发展性评价来发挥评价体系的激励性措施,从而持续优化高职院校思政课教师队伍建设。

基于“CIPP”增值评价模型的高职课程思政教学改革探索与实践--以“国际贸易理论与实务”课程为例

目前,全国高职院校正积极探索具有职业院校特色的课程思政增值评价标准体系,“国际贸易理论与实务”教师团队以课程思政教学改革实践中增值评价现实问题为出发点,探索以CIPP模型为基础构建课程思政增值评价体系,并对照评价体系相应指标进行教学反思,从课程思政元素体系化、课程思政教学资源数字化、课程思政师资团队多元化、课程思政混合式教学模式应用四个方面积极进行高职院校课程思政教学改革实践。

An Analysis of Teachers’Reflections on Schiro’s Classification of Curriculum Ideologies

This research was carried out to determine which ideology teachers are closer to,by evaluating teachers’opinions on curriculum in terms of the"scholar academic ideology,"social efficiency ideology","learner-centered ideology",and"social reconstruction ideology".It is a qualitative research.The sample of the research consists of 15 teachers working in primary,secondary,and high schools.The research data were obtained from nine open-ended questions supported by sub-questions added to each.It has been observed that the teachers define the purpose of education,the source of knowledge,the definition of learning,the purpose of teaching,the purpose of student assessment,the evaluation of the program,the understanding of formative and summative evaluation of curriculum according to the"social efficiency ideology"from Schiro’s ideological classification.Teachers have also defined the source of knowledge,the definition of learning,and the purpose of teaching and student assessment according to"scholar academic ideology".In the results of the research,it was seen that the opinions of the teachers were influenced,albeit slightly,by the"learner-centered ideology"in evaluating students and determining the needs of the program.In light of these results,it is evident that teachers’philosophical opinions need to be strengthened.

基于LDA-BP神经网络的高校思政课教师数据驱动决策力评价研究

数据驱动决策力为高校思政课教师提供科学合理的教学判断,对数据驱动决策力进行评价研究,有助于提高高校思政课教师的数据决策水平,进而提升思想政治教育教学质量。鉴于传统评测方法缺乏客观性与可重复性,运用LDA-BP神经网络技术构建高校思政课数据驱动决策力的指标体系与评价模型。首先,运用LDA方法对高校思想政治教育相关的政策文本与研究文献进行主题提取,并将主题信息作为指标构建基础;其次,通过研读文献与政策文本,并结合主题分析结果构建高校思政课教师数据驱动决策力评价指标体系;最后,通过对BP神经网络的训练及测试来生成高校思政课教师数据驱动决策力的评价模型。研究表明,高校思政课教师的专业知识、教学水平以及数据分析与解读能力是影响数据驱动决策能力的关键因素,据此,理应从素养提升、文化培育、管理革新、政府支持等方面入手增强数据驱动决策力。

PDCA理论下外语教师课程思政素养发展的再行动

提升外语教师课程思政学习共同体素养,体现了立德树人理念,是推动课程思政教学改革的重要途径和提高外语人才培养质量的必然要求。本文从管理主体缺位、管理客体动力不足和管理过程失筹三个问题出发,进而论证PDCA循环理论对外语教师课程思政学习共同体发展的契合性,最后以PDCA循环理论为指导,从树立教师课程思政学习共同体新理念和外语教师课程思政学习共同体发展路径构建双重视阈下对外语教师课程思政素养发展提出可行性策略。

要将高职人才的培养从知识技能的教育上升到关注人的发展高度,首要的是研究高职教师以育人为宗旨的专业教学素养,即完善高职教师PCK结构,突出PCK的价值引领。将课程思政融入PCK,构建认知、情感、道德维度融合的PCK结构,基于该结构采用问卷调查的方法,收集高职教师知识素养、能力素养和品性素养相关数据,通过量化和描述性统计分析数据,提出相应的对策建议,旨在为高职教师的专业发展和教学改进提供有力的参考,进而促进课程思政与专业教育的有机融合。

基于BICOMB 2.0书目分析系统的医学教师课程思政研究热点分析

目的分析中国知网数据库中医学教师课程思政研究热点,了解该领域研究现状和发展趋势。方法以“医学”“教师”“课程思政”为检索词,检索中国知网数据库,采用BICOMB 2.0书目分析系统、Excel和SPSS 18.0软件对检索到的文献进行统计分析。结果共检索相关文献490篇,采用BICOMB 2.0书目分析系统提取高频关键词31个,占总频次累计百分比为41.6%。应用SPSS 18.0软件进行系统聚类分析得到4个研究热点:构建医学人文课程的思政育人机制,提升医学教师育人能力的策略,深化医学课程思政教学改革,促进高校教师人文素质培养。结论医学教师课程思政教学能力是当前研究的核心但尚未成熟的领域,有可能成为未来研究热点。分析医学教师课程思政研究热点有助于了解该研究主题的发展变化规律,为医学教师课程思政实践提供参考。

我国青年思政课教师队伍建设和发展研究热点与前沿动态——基于CSSCI等文献的知识图谱可视化分析

通过CiteSpace软件,对主题词为“青年思政课教师”的CSSCI等中文期刊文献进行可视化分析发现:相关研究主要起步于2008年,截至目前经历了初步探索时期、全面发展时期、高产爆发时期、继续深化时期等四个研究阶段。该问题理论研究与时俱进,研究热点丰富多元,研究领域持续深化,涵盖思想政治理论课、思政教师队伍、思想政治教育、课程思政等方面;文献数量持续增长,理论研究、独立研究篇幅占比较高。由此,需进一步强化“青年思政课教师”主题的实证性研究主观性研究、合作性研究、持续性研究,从而拓展青年思政课教师队伍建设与发展研究的阐释空间。

思想政治教育活动中师生沟通新思维——基于海德的P-O-X模式

思想政治教育是教育者与受教育者思想观念、政治观点、道德规范传递与反馈的过程。在这一过程中,良好的沟通方式是影响教育有效性的重要因素。在学生成长的过程中,不同的主体对学生影响差异明显,根据人际交往变化规律,海德(FritzHeider)的P-O-X人际关系模式提供了师生间沟通的理想方案,在最优选择的基础上达到师生的双向互动,特别是对于青年教师,这一模式的可操作性更强。青年教师应充分利用这一理论,掌握科学的沟通方法,方能取得良好的思想政治教育效果。

新时代高校思想政治理论课教师的“标准画像”--基于NVivo 12的政策文本分析

新时代对思想政治理论课教师提出新要求。文章通过运用NVivo 12编码工具对党的十八大以来的思想政治教育政策文本进行词频分析和主题编码,勾勒出新时代思政课教师的“标准画像”。作为有信仰、人格正、学术强的“大先生”,新时代思政课教师以育人“筑梦”为己任,秉持以人为本、知行合一理念,以需求为导向,多形式开展教学。但现实中还存在自我认知模糊、管理工作不到位等问题。为推动思想政治教育高效发展,要强化对思政课教师队伍建设的统筹管理,加强对教师的培训和督导,建立完善的考核评价体系,夯实教师队伍建设保障,做到组织有保障、管理有层次、队伍有活力。
