The whole-beach quality assessment is the basis of building and preserving beautiful beaches.The beach quality assessment index system and assessment standard have been established based on the attributes of beaches(including the width,slope,landform,and types),sorting coefficient,and softness degree of surface sediment.The assessment weight of each index for quality evaluation was analyzed using the analytic hierarchy process,and comprehensive scores of selected beach profiles were calculated in accordance with the light assessment standard.A beach quality evaluation model based on index weight and scores was established in this paper.The factors of 12 profiles of Yangkou Beach in Qingdao City were surveyed to carry out a quality assessment,and the comprehensive scores of each profile were calculated in accordance with the evaluation model.The results showed that the quality of Yangkou Beach can be divided into four ratings:excellent,good,medium,and poor.The excellent-quality area includes a wide and flat dry beach zone and soft,flat,and clean intertidal and subtidal zones covered with well-sorted fine sand,and leisure sports,such as volleyball,running,and swimming,are suitable for tourists.The good-quality area features a slightly narrow and dry beach zone,moderately soft and uneven intertidal and subtidal zones covered with fine sand and a small tidal gully,and a small amount of foreign matter;leisure sports,such as walking and running,are suitable for tourists.This study recommends the building of fixed drainage ditches or underground culverts to reduce the tidal gully.The medium-quality area consisted of a narrow and dry beach zone,moderately soft and uneven intertidal and subtidal zones covered by poorly sorted medium sand,a tide ditch,and a small amount of foreign matter.In this area,walking is suitable for tourists.Sand should be supplemented in the intertidal zone.The poor-quality area contained a very narrow and dry beach zone covered with poor-sorted gravel,a very chaotic intertidal zone with a considerable amount of foreign matters,such as bricks and rocks,wide tidal ditches,and an uneven subtidal zone with some reefs;leisure sports are unsuitable here.Thus,foreign matter and reefs should be removed,and the dry beach zone should be supplemented with sand.Therefore,the beach quality assessment is a very useful tool for building beautiful beaches. 展开更多

In India, with ever increasing population and stress on natural resources, especially water, rejuvenation of rainwater harvesting (RWH) technique which was forgotten over the days is becoming very essential. Large number of RWH methods that are available in the literature are demand specific and site specific, since RWH system depends on the topography, land use, land cover, rainfall and demand pattern. Thus for each and every case, a detailed evaluation of RWH structures is required for implementation, including the analy-sis of hydrology, topography and other aspects like site availability and economics, however a common methodology could be evolved. The present study was aimed at evaluation of various RWH techniques in order to identify the most appropriate technique suitable for a large scale industrial area to meet its daily wa-ter demand. An attempt is made to determine the volume of water to be stored using mass balance method, Ripple diagram method, analytical method, and sequent peak algorithm method. Based on various satisfying criteria, analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is employed to determine the most appropriate type of RWH method and required number of RWH structures in the study area. If economy alone is considered along with hydrological and site specific parameters, recharging the aquifer has resulted as a better choice. However other criteria namely risk, satisfaction in obtaining required volume of water for immediate utilization etc. has resulted in opting for concrete storage structures method. From the results it is found that AHP, if used with all possible criteria can result in a better tool for evaluation of RWH methods and structures. This RWH structures not only meets the demand but saves transportation cost of water and reduces the dependability of the industry on irrigation reservoir. Besides monetary benefits it is hoped that the micro environment inside the industry will improve due to the cooling effect of the stored water. 展开更多

Especially, there are mainly medium-sized vehicles on mine road, under the heavy traffic vehicles affect repeatedly, high frequency of traffic accidents more easily happen in mine road area and cause serious effects on life or property. Combining with the particularity of mine road safety environment, this paper studies the basic theory of safety evaluation, analyses the factors of traffic safety design and special mine terrain conditions, and then establishes mine road safety index system and evaluation model based on the principles such as systematicness, independent indexes, qualitative and quantitative analysis, feasibility, scientificity and reliability. Food waste generation is a pressing issue that requires urgent attention and concerted efforts worldwide.The staggering amount of food wasted each year not only wastes valuable resources but also exacerbates environmental,economic,and social challenges.Food Waste Management(FWM)consists of a complex array of criteria and sub-criteria,and treatments which seems interdependent.There is a need to evaluate the FWM with the help of important criteria and sub-criteria and treatments to address this challenge.In this study,we identified four important criteria,21 sub-criteria,and four alternatives of FWM for the case of Malaysia using the integrated approach of literature review and expert opinions.Further,we employed the approach of Modified Fuzzy Improved Analytical Hierarchy Process(IAHP)to corroborate the interrelationships among the identified criteria and sub-criteria,and their associated treatments.This study undertakes linear normalization methods to transform data into comparable numerical values and the Geometric Mean method to handle uncertainty in human judgments.Moreover,the Centroid method is employed to convert fuzzy weights into crisp sets for ease of interpretation.The results indicate that environmental is the most essential criterion,followed by social,economic,and technical.In addition,air and water pollution is identified as the most critical sub-criteria.Black Soldier Fly is discovered as the most sustainable FWM treatment,since it performs the best while meeting all the criteria and sub-criteria assessed.Sensitivity analysis demonstrates that the outputs from the proposed method are robust and reliable.The finding suggests a proper and robust approach to help decision-makers select suitable FWM treatments to tackle various criteria and alternatives especially when handling inconsistent and uncertain judgments during evaluation. 展开更多

[Method] Delphi method in conjunction with AHP method was adopted to establish the multi-dimensional evaluation index system of agricultural water resources in Liaoning Province, and all the indexes in each hierarchy were ranked overall according to their weights. [Result] There were three hierarchies in this index system, totally including 21 indexes, among which water resource exploitation and utilization rate, sewage treatment rate and utilization of available water resources were the three crucial factors influencing the sustainable development. A scientific and effective evaluation index system was established based on frequency analysis, theoretical analysis, and expert consultation. This evaluation index system can be divided into six first-level indices: the degree to which facilities are intact and functionality standards are reached, the status of operation and management funds, the rationality and degree of advancement of the management team structure, the adaptability and rationality of the water conservancy project management system, the degree of automatization and informationization of the management techniques, and the conduciveness of the exterior environment. The weights for evaluation indices were obtained through the analytic hierarchy process method with consideration of the difference between public welfare and profit-oriented water conservancy projects. This study provides a scientific method for evaluating the positive operation of water conservancy projects. 展开更多

As a strategic emerging industry, solar energy industry has been wished to ease the energy crisis and stimulate economic growth. In order to judge the development of the industry objectively, this paper constructs the index system of China’s solar energy industrial development from three dimensions of micro enterprise, medium industry and macroeconomic. This paper simultaneously takes 27 specific indicators, 54 listed companies and 10206 data from 2010 to 2016 as an example to calculate the industrial development index. The result reveals that with the implementation of the support policies playing a positive role in the development of China’s solar energy industry, the solar industry has steadily improved. Solar energy industry in our country is under the support of national support policies and its technological innovation capability is relatively active. However, the moderate investment and financing activities and inadequate enterprise operational capacity, to some extent, alleviate the development of the solar energy industry. The above shows that the solar energy industrial development index and its evaluation methods can help people to accurately grasp the development trend of the solar energy industry and accurately identify the development of advantages and disadvantages. 展开更多

From the perspective of geological zone selection for coalbed methane(CBM) development, the evaluation parameters(covering geological conditions and production conditions) of geological sweetspot for CBM development are determined, and the evaluation index system of geological sweetspot for CBM development is established. On this basis, the fuzzy pattern recognition(FPR) model of geological sweetspot for CBM development is built. The model is applied to evaluate four units of No.3 Coal Seam in the Fanzhuang Block, southern Qinshui Basin, China. The evaluation results are consistent with the actual development effect and the existing research results, which verifies the rationality and reliability of the FPR model. The research shows that the proposed FPR model of geological sweetspot for CBM development does not involve parameter weighting which leads to uncertainties in the results of the conventional models such as analytic hierarchy process and multi-level fuzzy synthesis judgment, and features a simple computation without the construction of multi-level judgment matrix. The FPR model provides reliable results to support the efficient development of CBM. 展开更多

对分布式电源接入配电网进行合理的优化配置,能在兼顾运营商和用户利益的同时,改善系统整体电压分布。建立了综合考虑分布式电源投资成本、用户购电成本、网损费用和碳排放费用的多目标优化模型。利用改进层次分析法确定各目标的权重,... 对分布式电源接入配电网进行合理的优化配置,能在兼顾运营商和用户利益的同时,改善系统整体电压分布。建立了综合考虑分布式电源投资成本、用户购电成本、网损费用和碳排放费用的多目标优化模型。利用改进层次分析法确定各目标的权重,进而转化为单目标函数规划问题。针对天牛须算法个体单一性在解决高维复杂问题时精度低,优化效果不佳的问题,提出了一种改进天牛须粒子群算法,利用混沌映射对参数进行调整,引入动态惯性权重、莱维飞行机制,提高了收敛速度。以IEEE33节点系统为例,将改进天牛须粒子群算法与粒子群算法及天牛须粒子群算法的效果对比,验证改进算法对分布式电源优化配置问题的可行性,有效降低了碳排放费用、用户购电费用,减少了系统网损,改善了系统整体电压分布。 展开更多

铁路线路方案比选是复杂的多目标决策问题,科学合理的开展线路方案比选对合理确定线路走向极其重要。采用改进密切值决策方法作为铁路线路方案比选的理论支撑,选取建筑长度、桥隧总长、伊阿铁路投资、路网中区域3条铁路的总投资、覆盖... 铁路线路方案比选是复杂的多目标决策问题,科学合理的开展线路方案比选对合理确定线路走向极其重要。采用改进密切值决策方法作为铁路线路方案比选的理论支撑,选取建筑长度、桥隧总长、伊阿铁路投资、路网中区域3条铁路的总投资、覆盖经济据点、运量吸引及路网布局等7个因子作为评价指标,利用层次分析法计算评价因子的权重,引入欧氏距离概念得到各方案与最优点和最劣点的“距离”,并计算相应的密切值,进而对线路方案排序择优。以新建伊宁至阿克苏铁路线路走向方案比选为例,结合上述理论方法进行实例研究。研究表明,采用层次分析法计算评价因子权重,采用改进密切值决策方法对方案进行排序择优具有逻辑严谨、形象客观等特点,该方法是适用于铁路线路方案比选的理论方法。 展开更多

目的:建立三级中医医院学科综合评价指标体系,在优化学科评价机制的同时提高学科运行管理水平,推动医院学科高质量建设和发展。方法:通过文献分析法和德尔菲专家咨询法,构建多维度的指标体系;运用层次分析法确定指标权重。应用该指标体... 目的:建立三级中医医院学科综合评价指标体系,在优化学科评价机制的同时提高学科运行管理水平,推动医院学科高质量建设和发展。方法:通过文献分析法和德尔菲专家咨询法,构建多维度的指标体系;运用层次分析法确定指标权重。应用该指标体系对某三级中医医院21个学科进行评估。结果:三级中医医院学科综合评价指标体系包含7个一级指标、20个二级指标和50个三级指标。一级指标包括学术水平、学科队伍、科学研究、医疗服务、教育教学、条件建设、管理水平7个方面,权重分别为0.187、0.199、0.224、0.137、0.122、0.067和0.064,对应的二级指标中,权重最高的分别为学术影响(0.336)、学科带头人(0.527)、专利与成果转化(0.408)、医疗服务能力(0.522)、继续教育与学术传承(0.537)、辅助与质控体系(0.529)和组织管理(0.432)。应用该指标体系对医院21个学科进行实测分析,得分靠前的8个学科中,有7个为国家中医药管理局重点学科,与各学科实际情况基本符合。结论:本研究构建的学科评价指标体系具有较好的科学性和可行性,有助于引导中医医院内部开展学科及时评估,提升学科整体管理水平。 展开更多

清洁生产评价指标体系研究对行业深入推进清洁生产具有重要意义,提出了适用于一般工业行业的“源头控制-过程减排-末端治理-循环利用”全过程清洁生产评价框架模型;构建了由生产工艺及装备等9个一级指标、45个二级指标组成的电解锰行业... 清洁生产评价指标体系研究对行业深入推进清洁生产具有重要意义,提出了适用于一般工业行业的“源头控制-过程减排-末端治理-循环利用”全过程清洁生产评价框架模型;构建了由生产工艺及装备等9个一级指标、45个二级指标组成的电解锰行业清洁生产评价指标体系,采用专家咨询-层次分析法确定各指标权重,其中电解锰渣无害化处理率和直流电耗指标的权重分别为0.092和0.050,反映出行业清洁生产的重点和关键点。对3家典型企业的清洁生产水平评价结果表明,案例企业对标Ⅰ级基准得分为40.78~77.26,与清洁生产Ⅰ级水平有差距,指标体系能有效反映电解锰企业的清洁生产水平。结合企业1实际情况,从生产工艺及装备等方面提出10项针对性的清洁生产改造措施建议,为企业推进清洁生产提供参考,也可为行业绿色低碳政策制定提供依据。 展开更多

目的:置信职业行为指受训者具备被信任的能力后,能够独立执行和完成的具体临床任务。本研究构建适合精神科住培医师置信职业行为评价指标体系,为制定培训策略及考核标准提供参考依据。方法:通过文献分析、半结构访谈建立精神科住培医师... 目的:置信职业行为指受训者具备被信任的能力后,能够独立执行和完成的具体临床任务。本研究构建适合精神科住培医师置信职业行为评价指标体系,为制定培训策略及考核标准提供参考依据。方法:通过文献分析、半结构访谈建立精神科住培医师置信职业行为条目库,对全国7所国家级住培基地、3所医学院校的63名精神科领域专家进行德尔菲咨询,全面筛选与整理指标,并结合层次分析法确定各级指标及其权重。结果:构建了包括4个一级指标、17个二级指标、68个三级指标在内具有层次性的精神科住培医师置信职业行为评价指标体系,并确定了一、二、三级指标的权重。结论:置信职业行为评价指标体系全面系统、贴合临床工作、便于实际应用,能够为精神科住培医师考核提供量化标准,促进培训质量的提高。 展开更多
