Fenlong can be directly applied to farming of farmland, remoulding of mortar black soil and saline alkali land and development of degraded grassland. Deep loosening can create huge soil reservoirs, reduce fertilization, promote indi- rectly the improvement of river water fisheries and water sources and the upgrading of shaping and hydropower industry, thus making a new round of mobilization and pooling of natural resources. As a result, the nature is able to produce good food needed by human, the spatial dimension of the land is increased, the natural pre- cipitation storage is increased, the flood and drought disasters are reduced, the eco-environment is improved, and the economic benefits are increased. Fenlong is not restricted to global application by ecological region and crop variety and is not subject to the time-space constraints for a hundred thousand years. On the basis of utilizing the heaven and earth resources, it brings about a huge effect of mega- science. Compare with traditional farming, the depth under the mode of Fenlong is increased by 2-3 times, the contents of nutrient, water, oxygen and microorganism in the soil are increased by 10%-200%, the content of pale salt is increased by 20%-40%, the temperature is increased by 2-4 ~C, and the photosynthetic efficiency of crops is improved by 10%. Under the cultivation mode of Fenlong, the yield of crop applied with no fertilizers is increased by more than 10%, crop yield is still in- creased by more than 5% when the application amount of chemical fertilizer is re- duced by 10%-20%. Under the farming mode of Fenlong combined with no in- crease in fertilization, the crop yield, crop quality, farming efficiency, natural precipi- tation storage and air humidity are increased by 10%-50%, 5%, 15%, 100% and 5%, respectively, and the emissions of methane and other gases are reduced by more than 5%. Even in mortar black soil, saline alkali land and degraded grassland, the yield is still increased by 15%-50%. These improvement effects can last for many years, helping achieve the real harmonious coexistence between human and nature.展开更多

To build a pig model of congestive heart failure, a temporary artificial cardiac pacemaker was implanted in the pig’s body and paced at 220 beats to 240 beats per minute for 1 week. After the model of congestive heart failure was successfully set up, the frequency of the pacemaker was changed to 150 beats to 180 beats per minute to maintain the CHF model stable. Pigs were divided into three groups: The hr-GH group in which 0.5 mg/kg per day of hr-GH was administrated intramuscularly for 15 days, the injection control group in which an equal amount of physiological saline was injected intramuscularly, and a normal control group. The left ventricular diastolic end pressure was (10.60±2.41) mmHg in the hr-GH group, but (19.00±3.81) mmHg in the saline control group (P<0.01); Cardiac output was (1.86±0.13) L/min in the hr-GH group, but (1.56±0.18) L/min in the saline control group (P<0.05); Peripheral vascular resistance was (56.88±7.51) mmHg·(L/min) -1 in the hr-GH group, whereas (70.30±11.59) mmHg·(L/min) -1 in the saline control group (P<0.05); +dp/dt max was (2900±316.23) and (2280±286.36) in the hr-HG group and the saline control group respectively (P<0.05). The results show that hr-GH enhances myocardial contractility of CHF, and the CHF model built by a temporary artificial cardiac pacemaker at a high rate of stimulation is reasonable and applicable.展开更多

The working mechanism of composite foundations improved by rigid or semi-rigid columns is analyzed by this method. Under equivalent strain conditions, the pile-soil stress ratio approaches the pile-soil modulus ratio up to a limited value of pile stiffness (Rm〈10); in the subsequent stages of high pile stiffness (Rm〉10), a further increase in the pile-soil modulus ratio cannot lead to a significant increase of stress transferred to the columns in composite foundations. The major influencing factor of the stress concentration from soil to pile in a high pile-soil modulus ratio is the padding stiffness. For the composite foundation improved by cement mixing columns, the effective column length is about 15 to 20 m and it is a more economical and effective design when the column length is less than 15 m.展开更多

In contrast, the free-strain assumption for modelling consolidation under uniform load conditions is seldom employed, mainly because of the complexities involved in the analysis. This study derives a rigorous analytical solution to the generalised governing equations of free-strain consolidation with a vertical drain subjected to an instantaneous load. Calculated results from the newly proposed solution are compared with those from three available solutions derived based on the equal-strain assumption. Surprisingly good agreement is obtained in terms of excess pore-water pressure, degree of consolidation, and settlement. Horizontal profiles of settlement were not uniform before the end of consolidation. This indicates that the uniform settlement condition is not actually reproduced by the analytical solutions derived based on the equal-strain assumption. The equal-strain assumption is a sufficient but not necessary condition for deriving an analytical solution to unit-cell consolidation theory. The assumption plays no role in modelling consolidation under uniform settlement conditions but simplifies the analytical analysis of free-strain consolidation and results in an approximate solution of high accuracy for consolidation under uniform load conditions. Moreover, drain resistance and smear effects not only retard the consolidation rate, but also importantly shape the vertical and horizontal profiles of excess pore-water pressure, respectively.展开更多

It empowers a wide spectrum of potential applications in various areas, suchas intelligent transportation, human-computer interaction, and medical rehabilitation. Currently, some methodsfor 3D human pose estimation in monocular video employ temporal convolutional network (TCN) to extractinter-frame feature relationships, but the majority of them suffer from insufficient inter-frame feature relationshipextractions. In this paper, we decompose the 3D joint location regression into the bone direction and length, wepropose the TCG, a temporal convolutional network incorporating Gaussian error linear units (GELU), to solvebone direction. It enablesmore inter-frame features to be captured andmakes the utmost of the feature relationshipsbetween data. Furthermore, we adopt kinematic structural information to solve bone length enhancing the use ofintra-frame joint features. Finally, we design a loss function for joint training of the bone direction estimationnetwork with the bone length estimation network. The proposed method has extensively experimented on thepublic benchmark dataset Human3.6M. Both quantitative and qualitative experimental results showed that theproposed method can achieve more accurate 3D human pose estimations.展开更多

文摘Based on the variational approach for pile groups embedded in soil modeled using a load-transfer curve method, a practical method was conducted to estimate the settlement of symmetric pile group supported embankments. For the composite foundation improved by cement mixing columns, the effective column length is about 15 to 20 m and it is a more economical and effective design when the column length is less than 15 m.

文摘In the development of unit-cell theory for the analytical analysis of consolidation with vertical drains, the equal-strain assumption is often made with the intention of modelling consolidation under uniform settlement conditions. Moreover, drain resistance and smear effects not only retard the consolidation rate, but also importantly shape the vertical and horizontal profiles of excess pore-water pressure, respectively.

文摘As the largest inland river basin of China, the Tarim River Basin(TRB),known for its various natural resources and fragile environment, has an increased risk of ecological crisis due to the intensive exploitation and utilization of water and land resources.Since the Ecological Water Diversion Project(EWDP),which was implemented in 2001 to save endangered desert vegetation, there has been growing evidence of ecological improvement in local regions, but few studies have performed a comprehensive ecological vulnerability assessment of the whole TRB.This study established an evaluation framework integrating the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy method to estimate the ecological vulnerability of the TRB covering climatic, ecological, and socioeconomic indicators during 2000-2017.Based on the geographical detector model, the importance of ten driving factors on the spatial-temporal variations of ecological vulnerability was explored. The results showed that the ecosystem of the TRB was fragile, with more than half of the area(57.27%)dominated by very heavy and heavy grades of ecological vulnerability, and 28.40%of the area had potential and light grades of ecological vulnerability. The light grade of ecological vulnerability was distributed in the northern regions(Aksu River and Weigan River catchments)and western regions(Kashgar River and Yarkant River catchments),while the heavy grade was located in the southern regions(Kunlun Mountains and Qarqan River catchments)and the Mainstream catchment. The ecosystems in the western and northern regions were less vulnerable than those in the southern and eastern regions. From 2000 to 2017,the overall improvement in ecological vulnerability in the whole TRB showed that the areas with great ecological improvement increased by 46.11%,while the areas with ecological degradation decreased by 9.64%.The vegetation cover and potential evapotranspiration(PET)were the obvious driving factors, explaining 57.56% and 21.55%of the changes in ecological vulnerability across the TRB,respectively. In terms of ecological vulnerability grade changes, obvious spatial differences were observed in the upper, middle, and lower reaches of the TRB due to the different vegetation and hydrothermal conditions. The alpine source region of the TRB showed obvious ecological improvement due to increased precipitation and temperature, but the alpine meadow of the Kaidu River catchment in the Middle Tianshan Mountains experienced degradation associated with overgrazing and local drought. The improved agricultural management technologies had positive effects on farmland ecological improvement, while the desert vegetation in oasis-desert ecotones showed a decreasing trend as a result of cropland reclamation and intensive drought. The desert riparian vegetation in the lower reaches of the Tarim River was greatly improved due to the implementation of the EWDP,which has been active for tens of years. These results provide comprehensive knowledge about ecological processes and mechanisms in the whole TRB and help to develop environmental restoration measures based on different ecological vulnerability grades in each sub-catchment.

文摘With the advancement of image sensing technology, estimating 3Dhuman pose frommonocular video has becomea hot research topic in computer vision. 3D human pose estimation is an essential prerequisite for subsequentaction analysis and understanding. Both quantitative and qualitative experimental results showed that theproposed method can achieve more accurate 3D human pose estimations.
