Space objects such as spacecraft or missiles may be exposed to intense X-rays in outer space,leading to severe damage.The reinforcement of these objects to reduce the damage caused by X-ray irradiation is a significant concern.The blow-off impulse(BOI)is a crucial physical quantity for investigating material damage induced by X-ray irradiation.However,the accurate calculation of BOI is challenging,particularly for large deformations of materials with complex configurations.In this study,we develop a novel two-dimensional particle-in-cell code,Xablation2D,to calculate BOIs under far-field X-ray irradiation.This significantly reduces the dependence of the numerical simulation on the grid shape.The reliability of this code is verified by simulation results from open-source codes,and the calculated BOIs are consistent with the experimental and analytical results. 展开更多

Dynamic propagation velocity of a positive streamer in a 3 m air gap under lightning impulse voltage

Streamers represent an important stage in the initiation of gap discharge. In this work, we used an eight-frame intensified charge-coupled device camera to capture the streamer development process when a lightning impulse voltage of 95%–100% U50% was applied in a 3 m rod–plate gap and the streamer velocity was analyzed. Analysis of the observations shows that streamer velocity can be defined by three stages: rapid velocity decline(stage 1), rapid velocity rise(stage 2)and slow velocity decline(stage 3). The effects of electrode shape, applied voltage and gap breakdown or withstanding on streamer velocity were analyzed. The electrode with a larger radius of curvature will result in a higher initial velocity, and a higher voltage amplitude will cause the streamer to propagate faster at stage 3. Gap withstanding or breakdown has no obvious effect on streamer velocity. In addition, the experimental results are compared with previous results and the statistical characteristics of the primary streamer discharge are discussed. 展开更多

铸造Al-Li合金可用于成型复杂薄壁构件,在航空航天、国防军工等领域具有广阔的应用前景。细化铸造Al-Li合金组织,提高合金强塑性对其实际应用具有重要意义。本文通过金属型铸造制备不同Sc含量的Al-2Li-2Cu-0.5Mg-xSc合金,分析了Sc含量... 铸造Al-Li合金可用于成型复杂薄壁构件,在航空航天、国防军工等领域具有广阔的应用前景。细化铸造Al-Li合金组织,提高合金强塑性对其实际应用具有重要意义。本文通过金属型铸造制备不同Sc含量的Al-2Li-2Cu-0.5Mg-xSc合金,分析了Sc含量对合金组织及力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着Sc含量逐渐增加,合金晶粒由树枝晶向近等轴晶转变,晶粒尺寸逐渐减小。δ'(Al_(3)Li)相倾向于以Al_(3)Sc相为形核核心,形成Al_(3)(Li, Sc)复合粒子,这些粒子在变形过程中不易被位错切过,减少了Al_(3)Li粒子引起的共面滑移。当添加0.3%Sc(质量分数)时,合金具有较好的综合力学性能,经过175℃/32 h的峰值时效处理后,屈服强度、抗拉强度和伸长率分别可以达到381.3 MPa、449.5 MPa和5.8%。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Acoustic radiation force impulse(ARFI)is used to measure liver fibrosis and predict outcomes.The performance of elastography in assessment of fibrosis is poorer in hepatitis B virus(HBV)than in other etiologies of chronic liver disease.AIM To evaluate the performance of ARFI in long-term outcome prediction among different etiologies of chronic liver disease.METHODS Consecutive patients who received an ARFI study between 2011 and 2018 were enrolled.After excluding dual infection,alcoholism,autoimmune hepatitis,and others with incomplete data,this retrospective cohort were divided into hepatitis B(HBV,n=1064),hepatitis C(HCV,n=507),and non-HBV,non-HCV(NBNC,n=391)groups.The indexed cases were linked to cancer registration(1987-2020)and national mortality databases.The differences in morbidity and mortality among the groups were analyzed.RESULTS At the enrollment,the HBV group showed more males(77.5%),a higher prevalence of prediagnosed hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),and a lower prevalence of comorbidities than the other groups(P<0.001).The HCV group was older and had a lower platelet count and higher ARFI score than the other groups(P<0.001).The NBNC group showed a higher body mass index and platelet count,a higher prevalence of pre-diagnosed non-HCC cancers(P<0.001),especially breast cancer,and a lower prevalence of cirrhosis.Male gender,ARFI score,and HBV were independent predictors of HCC.The 5-year risk of HCC was 5.9%and 9.8%for those ARFI-graded with severe fibrosis and cirrhosis.ARFI alone had an area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUROC)of 0.742 for prediction of HCC in 5 years.AUROC increased to 0.828 after adding etiology,gender,age,and platelet score.No difference was found in mortality rate among the groups.CONCLUSION The HBV group showed a higher prevalence of HCC but lower comorbidity that made mortality similar among the groups.Those patients with ARFI-graded severe fibrosis or cirrhosis should receive regular surveillance. 展开更多

Li掺杂对铜锌锡硫硒太阳电池的影响研究

开展了基于二甲基亚砜溶剂体系的溶胶凝胶法制备铜锌锡硫硒薄膜中掺杂Li的相关研究。对不同Li掺杂量的CZTSSe薄膜分别进行了表截面形貌、晶体结构、成分比例测试,结果表明:在CZTSSe薄膜中掺杂Li可以提升薄膜的结晶质量,且随着Li掺杂量... 开展了基于二甲基亚砜溶剂体系的溶胶凝胶法制备铜锌锡硫硒薄膜中掺杂Li的相关研究。对不同Li掺杂量的CZTSSe薄膜分别进行了表截面形貌、晶体结构、成分比例测试,结果表明:在CZTSSe薄膜中掺杂Li可以提升薄膜的结晶质量,且随着Li掺杂量的增加,结晶质量变好。分析原因为,高温硒化过程中形成的Li_(2)Se相辅助生长改善了薄膜的结晶质量,抑制了ZnCu和SnCu等施主能级缺陷生成。但是,同样发现在Li/Cu摩尔比为1%~10%之间存在阈值,过量的Li并不能进入晶格而富集在晶界处。对不同Li掺杂的CZTSSe薄膜进行太阳电池的制备,结果表明Li/Cu为1%的太阳电池具有最高的转换效率,达到8.5%。 展开更多

猪胞内劳森菌抗体间接ELISA检测方法的建立及应用

猪增生性肠病(PPE),通常被称为猪回肠炎(PI),由胞内劳森氏菌(LI)感染引起。为建立检测LI抗体的间接ELISA方法,本研究构建LI外膜蛋白基因(LI0841)的重组表达质粒p ET28a-LI0841,经测序无误后转化BL21(DE3)宿主菌,经IPTG诱导表达,采用SDS-... 猪增生性肠病(PPE),通常被称为猪回肠炎(PI),由胞内劳森氏菌(LI)感染引起。为建立检测LI抗体的间接ELISA方法,本研究构建LI外膜蛋白基因(LI0841)的重组表达质粒p ET28a-LI0841,经测序无误后转化BL21(DE3)宿主菌,经IPTG诱导表达,采用SDS-PAGE检测重组蛋白LI0841蛋白(rLI0841)的表达形式,经Ni柱纯化后采用western blot鉴定其反应原性。SDS-PAGE结果显示,在32 ku处出现目的条带,且其主要以可溶性形式表达;western blot结果显示,r LI0841能够与兔LI多克隆抗体特异性反应,表明纯化的r LI0841具有较强的反应原性,可作为包被抗原用于建立间接ELISA检测方法,经各反应条件优化初步建立LI抗体的间接ELISA检测方法。各反应条件的优化结果显示,4.38 ng/孔的r LI0841以4℃过夜包被最佳;血清最佳稀释度为1∶100,37℃反应0.5 h;羊抗猪Ig G-HRP最佳稀释度为1∶10000,37℃作用0.5 h;TMB底物37℃显色15 min。利用建立的间接ELISA方法检测猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征病毒、猪伪狂犬病病毒、副猪嗜血杆菌、猪链球菌、传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌及经美国Biostone PPE抗体检测试剂盒检测为阳性的猪血清,评估该方法的特异性;将LI阳性血清2倍倍比稀释(1∶100~1∶51200)后,采用本研究建立的间接ELISA方法检测,评估该方法的敏感性;以同一批次和不同批次包被的酶标板分别检测5份不同LI抗体水平的猪血清,评估该方法的重复性。结果显示,该方法除能检测到LI阳性血清外,其余相关病原的阳性血清均为阴性,特异性较强;LI阳性血清1∶800稀释时检测结果仍为阳性,敏感性较高;对5份不同抗体水平的LI阳性血清的批内、批间重复性试验的变异系数均小于10%,重复性较好。利用该ELISA方法与美国Biostone公司PPE抗体检测试剂盒同时检测104份临床猪血清样品,比较二者的检测结果,并计算二者的符合率;采用建立的间接ELISA方法检测黑龙江、吉林等地区413份临床猪血清样品,分析LI在上述地区的流行状况。结果显示,两种方法的阳性符合率为90.91%,阴性符合率为91.84%,总符合率为91.35%;413份临床猪血清样品中LI的阳性检出率为59.81%(247/413),表明LI在黑龙江、吉林等地区的猪群中普遍存在。本研究建立了检测LI抗体的间接ELISA方法,该方法特异性强、敏感性高、重复性与准确性均较好,为临床PI血清流行病学调查提供技术支持。 展开更多

富锂层状氧化物因能量密度高和成本低,有望成为下一代锂离子电池正极的重要候选材料.然而,富锂正极材料中阴离子氧化还原反应使晶格氧不稳定,导致电压衰减和不可逆容量损失.尽管铁代无钴富锂材料可以实现较少的电压衰减,但存在严重的阳... 富锂层状氧化物因能量密度高和成本低,有望成为下一代锂离子电池正极的重要候选材料.然而,富锂正极材料中阴离子氧化还原反应使晶格氧不稳定,导致电压衰减和不可逆容量损失.尽管铁代无钴富锂材料可以实现较少的电压衰减,但存在严重的阳离子混排和较差的动力学.采用一种简单易行的高价离子掺杂策略,在Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.13)Fe_(0.13)Mn_(0.54)O_(2)(LNFMO)中掺入Mo元素,拓宽了锂层间距,为Li^(+)的传输提供了更宽的通道,改善了Li^(+)的扩散动力学,有效抑制了阳离子混排,进一步稳定了层状结构.得益于此,Mo掺杂后的富锂材料表现出显著增强的电化学性能,在0.2 C电流密度下表现出209.48 mAh/g的初始放电比容量.1C下的初始放电比容量从137.02 mAh/g提高到165.15 mAh/g;循环300次后,仍有117.49 mAh/g的放电比容量,电压衰减由2.09 mV/cycle降低为1.66 mV/cycle.本文对Mo掺杂后的正极材料进行了系统表征并揭示了循环稳定的机理,为高性能富锂正极材料的设计提供了重要参考. 展开更多

Current lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)rely on organic liquid electrolytes that pose significant risks due to their flammability and toxicity.The potential for environmental pollution and explosions resulting from battery damage or fracture is a critical concern.Water-based(aqueous)electrolytes have been receiving attention as an alternative to organic electrolytes.However,a narrow electrochemicalstability window,water decomposition,and the consequent low battery operating voltage and energy density hinder the practical use of aqueous electrolytes.Therefore,developing novel aqueous electrolytes for sustainable,safe,high-performance LIBs remains challenging.This Review first commences by summarizing the roles and requirements of electrolytes–separators and then delineates the progression of aqueous electrolytes for LIBs,encompassing aqueous liquid and gel electrolyte development trends along with detailed principles of the electrolytes.These aqueous electrolytes are progressed based on strategies using superconcentrated salts,concentrated diluents,polymer additives,polymer networks,and artificial passivation layers,which are used for suppressing water decomposition and widening the electrochemical stability window of water of the electrolytes.In addition,this Review discusses potential strategies for the implementation of aqueous Li-metal batteries with improved electrolyte–electrode interfaces.A comprehensive understanding of each strategy in the aqueous system will assist in the design of an aqueous electrolyte and the development of sustainable and safe high-performance batteries. 展开更多

Background and Objectives: The indication for treatment in HBsAg-positive patients with low viral load and normal transaminases requires an assessment of fibrosis. In resource-limited settings, free hepatic fibrosis evaluation tests can aid in therapeutic decision-making. Our study aims to demonstrate the utility of assessing hepatic fibrosis using non-invasive markers (APRI and FIB-4) in patients with chronic B viral hepatitis without cytolytic activity and low viral replication in our context. Patients and Methods: This is a retrospective cross-sectional study conducted between January 2018 and December 2021 at the University Hospital Center of Bouaké. Included were all patients aged ≥18 with normal transaminases (Results: Our study included 241 patients, with a mean age of 36.19 years (±10.52 years) and a male predominance of 52%. The mean FibroScan<sup>®</sup> value was 6.44 ± 2.3 kPa, and 68 patients (28.22%) had fibrosis >7 kPa. To exclude significant fibrosis (FS Conclusion: A significant proportion of HBV-infected patients with normal ALT and low viral load have active liver disease. Both FIB-4 and APRI biological scores are useful in identifying individuals without significant fibrosis with a good negative predictive value (>50%). 展开更多

Landslide-generated impulsive waves(LGWs)in reservoir areas can seriously threaten waterway safety as well as hu-man life and properties around the two side slopes.The risk reduction and mitigation of such a hazard require the accurate prediction of near-field wave characteristics,such as wave amplitude and run-up.However,near-field LGW involves complicated fluid-solid interactions.Furthermore,the wave characteristics are closely related to various aspects,including the geometry and physical features of the slide,river,and body of water.However,the empirical or analytical methods used for rough estimation cannot derive accurate results,especially for deformable landslides,due to their significant geometry changes during the sliding process.In this study,the near-field waves generated by deformable landslides were simulated by smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH)based on multi-phase flow.The deformable landslides were generalized as a kind of viscous flow by adopting the Herschel-Bulkley-Papanastasiou(HBP)-based nonNewtonian rheology model.The HBP model is capable of producing deformable landslide dynamics even though the high-speed sliding process is involved.In this study,an idealized experiment case originating from Lituya LGW and a practical case of Gongjiafang LGW were reproduced for verification and demonstration.The simulation results of both cases show satisfactory consistency with the experiment/investigation data in terms of landslide movement and near-field impulsive wave characteristics,thus indicating the applicability and accuracy of the proposed method.Finally,the effects of the HBP model’s rheological parameters on the landslide dynamics and near-field wave characteristics are discussed,providing a parameter calibration method along with sug-gestions for further applications. 展开更多

The concentration difference in the near-surface region of lithium metal is the main cause of lithium dendrite growth.Resolving this issue will be key to achieving high-performance lithium metal batteries(LMBs).Herein,we construct a lithium nitrate(LiNO_(3))-implanted electroactiveβphase polyvinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene(PVDF-HFP)crystalline polymorph layer(PHL).The electronegatively charged polymer chains attain lithium ions on the surface to form lithium-ion charged channels.These channels act as reservoirs to sustainably release Li ions to recompense the ionic flux of electrolytes,decreasing the growth of lithium dendrites.The stretched molecular channels can also accelerate the transport of Li ions.The combined effects enable a high Coulombic efficiency of 97.0%for 250 cycles in lithium(Li)||copper(Cu)cell and a stable symmetric plating/stripping behavior over 2000 h at 3 mA cm^(-2)with ultrahigh Li utilization of 50%.Furthermore,the full cell coupled with PHL-Cu@Li anode and Li Fe PO_(4) cathode exhibits long-term cycle stability with high-capacity retention of 95.9%after 900 cycles.Impressively,the full cell paired with LiNi_(0.87)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.03)O_(2)maintains a discharge capacity of 170.0 mAh g^(-1)with a capacity retention of 84.3%after 100 cycles even under harsh condition of ultralow N/P ratio of 0.83.This facile strategy will widen the potential application of LiNO_(3)in ester-based electrolyte for practical high-voltage LMBs. 展开更多

Patients and physicians understand the importance of self-care following spinal cord injury (SCI), yet many individuals with SCI do not adhere to recommended self-care activities despite logistical supports. Neurobehavioral determinants of SCI self-care behavior, such as impulsivity, are not widely studied, yet understanding them could inform efforts to improve SCI self-care. We explored associations between impulsivity and self-care in an observational study of 35 US adults age 18 - 50 who had traumatic SCI with paraplegia at least six months before assessment. The primary outcome measure was self-reported self-care. In LASSO regression models that included all neurobehavioral measures and demographics as predictors of self-care, dispositional measures of greater impulsivity (negative urgency, lack of premeditation, lack of perseverance), and reduced mindfulness were associated with reduced self-care. Outcome (magnitude) sensitivity, a latent decision-making parameter derived from computationally modeling successive choices in a gambling task, was also associated with self-care behavior. These results are preliminary;more research is needed to demonstrate the utility of these findings in clinical settings. Information about associations between impulsivity and poor self-care in people with SCI could guide the development of interventions to improve SCI self-care and help patients with elevated risks related to self-care and secondary health conditions. 展开更多

This study analyzed the impact of land-based contaminants and tertiary industrial structure on economic development in the selected Bohai Bay area,China.Based on panel data spanning 2011-2020,a vector autoregressive(VAR)model is used to analyze and forecast the short-run and long-run relationships between three industrial structures,pollutant discharge,and economic development.The results showed that the environmental index had a long-term cointegration relationship with the industrial structure economic index.Per capital chemical oxygen demand(PCOD)and per capita ammonia nitrogen(PNH_(3)N)had a positive impact on delta per capita GDP(dPGDP),while per capita solid waste(PSW),the secondary industry rate(SIR)and delta tertiary industry(dTIR)had a negative impact on dPGDP.The VAR model under this coupling system had stability and credibility.The impulse response results showed that the short-term effect of the coupling system on dPGDP was basically consistent with the Granger causality test results.In addition,variance decomposition was used in this study to predict the long-term impact of the coupling system in the next ten periods(i.e.,ten years).It was found that dTIR had a great impact on dPGDP,with a contribution rate as high as 74.35%in the tenth period,followed by the contribution rate of PCOD up to 3.94%,while the long-term contribution rates of PSW,SIR and PNH3N were all less than 1%.The results show that the government should support the development of the tertiary industry to maintain the vitality of economic development and prevent environmental deterioration. 展开更多
