Spatial Distribution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of National Wetland Parks in Shandong Province

Taking 68 national wetland parks(including pilot sites)in Shandong Province as the research objects,three time sections of 2011,2014 and 2017 were selected,to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of national wetland parks in Shandong Province by using geographic concentration index,imbalance index and standard deviation ellipse method,and explore the infl uencing factors by using SPSS stepwise regression analysis.The results show that the spatial distribution of national wetland parks is extensive but unbalanced,with more in central Shandong and less in eastern Shandong,and the distribution of other regions is relatively uniform.National wetland parks in Shandong Province are distributed along the northeast-southwest direction and are increasingly moving east-west direction.The impacts of natural factors such as topography,hydrology and climate on the spatial distribution of national wetland parks are consistent.At the same time,human factors such as economic environment,traffi c accessibility and population status also play an important driving role.

DeepWalk Based Influence Maximization (DWIM): Influence Maximization Using Deep Learning

Big Data and artificial intelligence are used to transform businesses.Social networking sites have given a new dimension to online data.Social media platforms help gather massive amounts of data to reach a wide variety of customers using influence maximization technique for innovative ideas,products and services.This paper aims to develop a deep learning method that can identify the influential users in a network.This method combines the various aspects of a user into a single graph.In a social network,the most influential user is the most trusted user.These significant users are used for viral marketing as the seeds to influence other users in the network.The proposed method combines both topical and topological aspects of a user in the network using collaborativefiltering.The proposed method is DeepWalk based Influence Maximization(DWIM).The proposed method was able tofind k influential nodes with computable time using the algorithm.The experiments are performed to assess the proposed algorithm,and centrality measures are used to compare the results.The results reveal its performance that the proposed method canfind k influential nodes in computable time.DWIM can identify influential users,which helps viral marketing,outlier detection,and recommendations for different products and services.After applying the proposed methodology,the set of seed nodes gives maximum influence measured with respect to different centrality measures in an increased computable time.

合谷-三阴交穴组催产效应影响因素的思考

本文通过梳理合谷-三阴交穴组催产的现代临床及实验研究,总结其在晚孕期催产、早孕期辅助药物流产及促进宫腔残留排出的应用。剖析针刺催产刺激参数及机制研究,对影响其催产效应的机体状态、穴位配伍及针刺方法等因素进行探讨。

乳腺癌改良根治术后患者患侧肢体功能障碍的影响因素及与自我形象的关系

目的 探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后患者患侧肢体功能的影响因素及其与自我形象的关系,为促进该类患者患侧肢体功能恢复提供参考依据。方法 选择江西省肿瘤医院2020年8月—2022年8月行乳腺癌改良根治术治疗的乳腺癌患者126例为调查对象,调查患者基线资料及术后3~7 d乳腺癌自我形象量表(BIBCQ)评分;给予患者常规康复训练干预12周,训练结束后应用中文版上肢功能评定量表(DASH)简式评分表评价患侧肢体功能恢复情况,采用多元线性回归分析乳腺癌改良根治术后患者患侧肢体功能的影响因素,采用Pearson相关性分析乳腺癌改良根治术后患者患侧肢体功能与自我形象的关系。结果本研究共发放132份问卷,回收有效问卷126份。参与调查的126例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者DASH平均得分为26.48±4.06分。不同受教育程度、家庭功能患者DASH评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。126例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者BIBCQ量表平均得分为108.74±12.48分。经Pearson相关性分析显示,乳腺癌患者改良根治术后BIBCQ量表各维度评分与DASH评分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。经多元线性回归分析显示,文化程度低、家庭功能差及BIBCQ评分高是乳腺癌患者改良根治术后患侧肢体功能恢复的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 乳腺癌改良根治术后患者患侧肢体功能恢复较差,自我形象评分高、初中及以下文化程度、家庭功能差均是影响患侧肢体功能恢复的重要因素。

海外人才的回流动因模式及影响因素——基于上海市的实证分析

人才回流是国际人才流动的关键环节。全球化时代,人才回流表现出动因多样化、群体差异化以及影响因素复杂化的特征和趋势。文章基于2021年上海市基本侨情调查数据,探究我国海外人才回流动因的差异及其微观影响因素。结果表明:(1)我国海外人才回流趋势显著,回流主体构成多元化、回流动因多样化,以长期定居型和职业发展型回流为主;(2)回流动因具有较强的个体异质性,个人家庭特征以及流动特征和经历对回流动因具有显著影响;(3)海外人才回流具有地域集中性、空间指向性以及时间阶段性等特点。为吸引国际人才回流,促进海外人才发展,优化我国海外引才政策,应高度关注国际人才迁移和全球人才竞争的新动向,根据回流主体的不同回流模式特点构建引才政策体系;通过政策引导形成海外人才回流的最佳模式,充分发挥海外人才的空间集聚效应;在人才环流背景下,加强海外人才“引用一体”的政策设计思路,提高海归人才的社会贡献力。

手术室医疗器械相关压力性损伤现状及其影响因素的调查分析

目的探讨手术室医疗器械相关压力性损伤(MDRPI)的影响因素及护理管理对策。方法选取2021年1月—2022年6月医院外科手术治疗的1268例患者作为调查对象,收集患者一般人口学特征、手术信息、疾病治疗情况等,计算MDRPI的发生率,借助SPSS软件,筛选出MDRPI的影响因素,制订有效的预防护理措施。结果单因素分析结果显示,不同手术时间、年龄、体质指数、术中出血量、手术体位、术中体温变化、注册手术室护士(CORN)评分、手术医疗器械种类、MDRPI发生时间段情况下发生MDRPI比较差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、手术时间、术中出血量、手术医疗器械种类、术中体温变化是MDRPI的影响因素(P<0.05),其中,年龄≥65岁、手术时间≥3 h、术中出血量≥100 mL/h、手术医疗器械种类、术中体温变化>1℃的患者更容易发生MDRPI。结论手术室MDRPI考虑多种因素的综合作用,年龄、手术时间、术中出血量、手术医疗器械种类、术中体温变化是MDRPI的影响因素,应针对上述因素,采取相应预防措施。

单病种支付下患者费用超标影响因素分析——以取除骨折内固定装置为例

目的:以“取除骨折内固定装置”手术为例,探讨多种因素对单病种支付模式下费用超标的影响,为医院提供相关管理策略。方法:收集广州市某三甲医院数据,采用Logistic模型分析患者费用超标的影响因素。结果:2019—2023年,单病种支付患者的次均医疗费用从8891.38元降到8080.00元,每年的费用超标率均较高(26.56%—50.88%)。住院天数、手术部位、麻醉方式、手术类型均是增加费用超标风险的因素。结论:建议医院缩短住院天数、设定手术麻醉清单,以提升精细化管理水平,医保部门可考虑根据手术类型细化支付标准。

房地产驱动型同城化发展的历史演变、空间扩张与形成机制研究——以环(北)京地区为例

中国同城化经历了从2005年前后开始的以政府推动的、承接产业转移扩散的同城化发展战略向2010年前后以市场带动的、房地产开发引领的同城化转型,不同阶段的同城化形式与动力存在显著差异。文章通过对环北京周边地区同城化发展历史演变的追溯,系统地揭示了以房地产为主导的同城化的历史演变、空间扩张及其形成机制。研究认为区域交通网络的日益完善以及房地产经济的逐渐升温是刺激房地产引领的同城化现象的外部显性因素,而行政区划和行政等级等制度背后所附着的公共资源配给问题,是导致环京地区同城化由实体产业转向房地产业的深层次结构原因。探索扁平化行政管理,推动公共资源配置与行政等级脱钩,有助于推动区域协调和同城化的健康发展。

先兆流产保胎患者负性情绪状况及其影响因素

目的 探讨影响先兆流产保胎患者负性情绪的相关因素,为临床采取相关护理措施提供科学依据。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年12月医院收治的先兆流产保胎患者100例为调查对象,收集患者临床资料,并使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估其有无存在负性情绪,以多因素Logistic回归模型分析影响先兆流产保胎患者负性情绪的相关因素。结果 100例先兆流产保胎患者中,有67例患者SAS评分≥50分或SDS评分≥53分,即有67例患者有焦虑、抑郁情绪,占比为67.00%(67/100)。单因素分析显示,年龄、文化水平、孕次、产次、居住地与先兆流产保胎患者是否存有负性情绪无关(P>0.05);家庭人均月收入、有无不良妊娠史、受孕方式、丈夫是否异地、陪护家属心理状态、宫腔积液、社会支持、医疗费用支付方式与先兆流产保胎患者是否存有负性情绪有关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,家庭人均月收入<5000元、有不良妊娠史、受孕方式为试管婴儿、丈夫异地、陪护家属有负性情绪、宫腔积液≥2 cm、社会支持较少、医疗费用支付方式为自费是导致先兆流产保胎患者存有负性情绪的重要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 先兆流产保胎患者多存有负性情绪,家庭人均月收入、有无不良妊娠史、受孕方式、丈夫是否异地、陪护家属心理状态、宫腔积液、社会支持、医疗费用支付方式是导致其出现负性情绪的重要影响因素,因此临床护理工作中针对以上影响因素制定相应护理措施有利于孕妇健康保胎。

绩效考核强制比例分布评价法有效性影响因素的质性研究——基于扎根理论的探索性分析

强制比例分布评价法在绩效考核中的积极作用已经得到大量实践证明。但近年来,实务界也存在对这种绩效评价方法的质疑,认为强制分布容易导致“矛盾激化”或“形式主义”的问题,从而影响其作为绩效考核工具的有效性。文章采用质性研究方法,运用扎根理论对绩效考核强制比例分布评价法有效性的影响因素进行了探索性分析。研究发现,绩效文化、程序执行、结果应用、支持机制、群体特征这五个因素会对强制比例分布评价法在绩效考核实施过程中的有效性产生重要影响。因此,提升绩效考核强制比例分布评价法的实施效果,应培育良性互动的个体主义绩效文化,建立程序公平的绩效考核规范,强化多维关联的绩效结果应用体系,完善以绩效辅导为核心的绩效支持机制,加强群体特征适配性评估能力。

EBD系统参数对乘用车制动性能的影响分析

Spatial Distribution of Traditional Villages and Influence Factors in Hunan Province

To develop and protect traditional villages reasonably, this paper applied Arc GIS Spatial Analyst Tools to analyze spatial distribution and infl uence factors of 101 traditional villages in Hunan Province. The research showed the agglomerate distribution of traditional villages in Hunan; from the city scale, distribution of traditional villages was concentrated mainly in West Hunan Tujia Nationality Autonomous Prefecture, Chenzhou, Yongzhou, Huaihua and Shaoyang; concentrated distribution of traditional villages in the fi ve major geographic regions showed poor equilibrium, West Hunan had the most concentrated traditional villages, and South Hunan has the second most; relatively closed regional environment, perilous hills, inconvenient transportation, and underdeveloped social economy contributed to the protection of traditional villages, and they were all signifi cant infl uence factors for the distribution of traditional villages in Hunan.
