Multi-Time Scale Operation and Simulation Strategy of the Park Based on Model Predictive Control

Due to the impact of source-load prediction power errors and uncertainties,the actual operation of the park will have a wide range of fluctuations compared with the expected state,resulting in its inability to achieve the expected economy.This paper constructs an operating simulation model of the park power grid operation considering demand response and proposes a multi-time scale operating simulation method that combines day-ahead optimization and model predictive control(MPC).In the day-ahead stage,an operating simulation plan that comprehensively considers the user’s side comfort and operating costs is proposed with a long-term time scale of 15 min.In order to cope with power fluctuations of photovoltaic,wind turbine and conventional load,MPC is used to track and roll correct the day-ahead operating simulation plan in the intra-day stage to meet the actual operating operation status of the park.Finally,the validity and economy of the operating simulation strategy are verified through the analysis of arithmetic examples.

Exponential Dichotomies and Fredholm Operators of Dynamic Equations on Time Scales

For time-varying non-regressive linear dynamic equations on a time scale with bounded graininess, we introduce the concept of the associative operator with linear systems on time scales. The purpose of this research is the characterizations of the exponential dichotomy obtained in terms of Fredholm property of that associative operator. Particularly, we use Perron’s method, which was generalized on time scales by J. Zhang, M. Fan, H. Zhu in?[1], to show that if the associative operator is semi-Fredholm then the corresponding linear nonautonomous equation has an exponential dichotomy on both?T?+?and?T-.??Moreover, we also give the converse result that the linear systems have?an exponential dichotomy on both?T?+?andT-??then the associative operator is Fredholm on?T.

D-IMAGING OF VELOCITY FOR ACOUSTIC WAVES WITH MUL TI-SCALE OPERATOR

Based on the one-dimension wave equation and multi-scale operator, the method of imaging of wave velocity is presented. Our method in this paper can suppress the noise in the real world data, and analyse the effects of the hand-limited data in frequence.

Appropriate Scale of Breeding Cows in Family Operation of Yanbian Cattle

Family operation of breeding cow is the only way to realize modernization of animal husbandry. Through field survey of Yanbian cattle farmers, the main input indicators were analyzed, including number of breeding cows, number of breeding bulls, input of cattle house, feed cost, production equipment investment, and grazing rent. The slaughter number of store cattle per year was selected as the output index. The efficiency of family operation scale of Yanbian cattle was analyzed using BCC model of DEA. The results showed that the moderate scale of breeding cows in family operation with half grazing and half housing pattern was around 50 -60 cattle.

L^p CONTINUITY OF HRMANDER SYMBOL OPERATORS OpS_(0,0) ~m AND NUMERICAL ALGORITHM

If we use Littlewood-Paley decomposition, there is no pseudo-orthogonality for Ho¨rmander symbol operators OpS m 0 , 0 , which is different to the case S m ρ,δ （0 ≤δ 〈 ρ≤ 1）. In this paper, we use a special numerical algorithm based on wavelets to study the L p continuity of non infinite smooth operators OpS m 0 , 0 ; in fact, we apply first special wavelets to symbol to get special basic operators, then we regroup all the special basic operators at given scale and prove that such scale operator’s continuity decreases very fast, we sum such scale operators and a symbol operator can be approached by very good compact operators. By correlation of basic operators, we get very exact pseudo-orthogonality and also L 2 → L 2 continuity for scale operators. By considering the influence region of scale operator, we get H 1 （= F 0 , 2 1 ） → L 1 continuity and L ∞→ BMO continuity. By interpolation theorem, we get also L p （= F 0 , 2 p ） → L p continuity for 1 〈 p 〈 ∞ . Our results are sharp for F 0 , 2 p → L p continuity when 1 ≤ p ≤ 2, that is to say, we find out the exact order of derivations for which the symbols can ensure the resulting operators to be bounded on these spaces.

A Study of the Moderate Scale Operation of China's Agriculture

In order to promote the development of agricultural large-scale operation in China,this paper constructs a calculation model for agricultural moderate large-scale operation to estimate moderate operation scale of China's major crops and different agricultural varieties in different regions based on the analysis of present situation of agricultural moderate large-scale operation. The results show that the national average moderate operation area of grain is 7. 3 ha; the average moderate operation area of vegetable,cotton and apple is 0. 61,21. 42 and 0. 37 ha,respectively; the average moderate scale of hog and sheep is 388 and 234. 8,respectively. In addition,for different varieties of agricultural products,we estimate their moderate scale in different provinces. The study provides a scientific basis for speeding up agricultural land transfer and realizing moderate large-scale operation,and sets forth corresponding recommendations on this basis.

Research on the Moderate Scale Operation of Food

Ensuring food security has always been an important and enduring strategic project. However,the contradiction between a large population and little land,the shortcomings of the household contract responsibility system and the current rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,make problems concerning farming increasingly prominent. To build a new agriculture business entity,the development of agricultural moderate scale operation is imperative. Based on this,this paper analyzes the insecure moderate scale of food and the impact of moderate scale operation of food,and puts forth recommendations for promoting moderate scale operation of food.

An Outlook on Agricultural Modernization Path with Chinese Characteristics from Scale Agricultural Operation

First of all,this paper discusses the scale agricultural operation of China from the aspects of practical exploration and rational thinking. Later,it puts forward the concept of further promoting scale agricultural operation according to the present conditions of China,which includes encouraging large household pattern and scale breeding,developing various forms of socialized agricultural services,promoting agriculture industrialization,accelerating regional distribution of advantageous agricultural products and promoting the progress in agricultural science and technology comprehensively.

Risk Management Strategy for Agricultural Operation Subjects in Simple Scale Expansion Mode

Agricultural operation subject is a main body of the market economy. At present,the simple scale expansion mode is a major mode of agricultural operation in China. According to some hypothesis,scale expansion will inevitably bring high income,but such hypothesis has serious defects. The operation mechanism of the simple scale expansion mode includes farmer operation mechanism,professional farmer operation mechanism,and " company + farmers" operation mechanism. In the production and operation,they will be faced with different natural risks,technical risks,market risks and policy risks. Besides,their risk control ability is also varied. Therefore,it is required to take different agricultural risk management strategies. The " company + farmers" production and operation subjects have the highest ability of risk management. Other subjects should learn their experience.

Research on Safety Risk Assessment Method for Large Scale Field Operation Project

By applying man-machine-environment system engineering theory, safety risks on large scale field operation project have been evaluated in this article. The factors concerning with the man, machine and environment in system were proposed separately. The value for lowest indexs was determined by decision-making of expert group. The weights were calculated based on AHP, and then safety risk assessment in different layers was made. The results show that the assessment method is reasonable, and it is significant for large scale field operation project safety managerment.

Moderate scale and realization potential of new citrus-planting business entities in hilly and mountainous areas in China

The natural and economic conditions of agricultural resources vary greatly in China,especially in hilly and mountainous areas.The phenomenon of land fragmentation has become increasingly prominent,so that large-scale operations cannot be fully achieved in a short period of time,and the centralized and continuous scale of operations cannot be realized in China.In addition,with increasingly strict farmland protection and agricultural land use control systems,the issues of nongrain production and nonagricultural cultivated land use have become increasingly restricted.Thus,it is quite necessary to determine the appropriate scale of operations and the means to achieve moderately scaled operations for the new business entities.On the basis of microsurvey data for 108 new citrus-planting business entities in the modern agricultural park in the Chongqing's Jiangjin District,an area with long citrus-planting history,we measured the moderate scale of new citrus-planting business entities to maximize profit using a translog growth model.According to the projection pursuit model,we evaluated the suitability conditions of citrus planting in garden land,woodland,grassland,and general cultivated land in the study area.We then explored the potential for new moderate-scale business entities within different farming radii.The results showed that large-scale planting conditions of citrus in garden land,forest land,grassland,and general cultivated land in the study area were suitable,and the proportion of high-suitable and mediumsuitable land was 73.42%.Under the existing social and economic conditions,the moderate scale of new citrus-planting business entities in the study area was 1.8–2.7 hm^(2).In particular,its rankings from large to small were agricultural enterprises(17.19–25.78 hm^(2)),farmer cooperatives(16.88–25.33 hm^(2)),big growers and breeders(6.39–9.59 hm^(2)),and family farms(5.02–7.53 hm^(2)).In the sample of 108 households,only 47.22%of the entities achieved moderate-scale operation,of which 25%of the entities achieved a scale greater than moderate operation.However,52.78%of the entities achieved a scale of less than moderate operation.These entities would have to transfer the surrounding adjacent garden land,forest land,grassland,or general cultivated land to achieve largescale land management.The land area of the adjacent gardens in a 1000 m farming radius could meet the moderate-scale operation demand of the vast majority of new business entities.For the vast majority of new business entities,the land area of the adjacent woodland,grassland,and general cultivated land could supplement the garden land to achieve moderate-scale operation in a 500 m farming radius.If the land area with moderate suitability and high suitability is prioritized,the land area in the adjacent gardens in the 1000 m farming radius could meet the moderate-scale operation demand for the vast majority of new business entities.Within the 500 m farming radius,the vast majority of new business entities have achieved moderate-scale operations if the land area adjacent to forest land,grassland,and general arable land was supplemented by gardens;however,a few entities could not achieve moderate-scale operations.From the village perspective,gardens were prioritized.Sixteen villages had planting areas and planting suitability that exceeded the average level of the study area,accounting for 23.53%.If combined with the reserve potential of the garden land,eight villages could improve their potential,accounting for 11.76%.Therefore,the conditions of large-scale citrus planting in the study area should be further improved,and the scale expansion of new citrus-planting business entities should receive additional scientific guidance.

Reform Paths of Rural Land Property Rights System in the Context of Agricultural Modernization

The reform of rural land property rights system can promote large-scale and intensive agricultural production,improve the quality of laborers,improve agricultural production efficiency,increase farmers'income,and effectively promote the development of agricultural modernization.In the context of the reform of the"separation of three powers",the rural land property rights system still has problems in terms of ownership,use rights,disposal rights,and income rights,which affect the healthy development of agricultural modernization.In this situation,it is necessary to further clarify the subject of rural land ownership,thoroughly improve the right to use rural land,vigorously improve the right to dispose of rural land,effectively protect the right to benefit from rural land,and deeply promote the reform of the rural land property rights system in order to effectively promote the development of agricultural modernization.

Recommendations for Large-scale Farmland Operation in Hilly Areas Based on Long Tail Theory

At the background of urban and rural integration,this paper analyzed and discussed factors restricting large-scale farmland operation in China's hilly areas from the qualitative perspective. It recognized large-scale farmland operation on the basis of the long tail theory. Finally,it came up with recommendations for developing large-scale farmland operation in hilly areas.

新型农业经营主体对劳动力流动的影响效应

新型农业经营主体是推进农业农村现代化和乡村振兴的有机载体,有效推动了农业规模化经营,有助于引导和促进劳动力流动,从而实现农村劳动力的优化配置。基于中国社会科学院农村发展研究所中国乡村振兴调查(CRRS)数据,选用Logit模型研究新型农业经营主体对劳动力流动的影响效应。研究表明:第一,新型农业经营主体会促进劳动力的回流,但对劳动力流出无显著影响;第二,有新型农业经营主体的村庄更容易吸引年龄较低和受教育程度较高的农村劳动力的回流;第三,在新型农业经营主体吸引劳动力回流的过程中,参与过非农职业技术培训的农村劳动力更容易回流。基于此,从管理与服务方式、培育方向、人才培养和体制机制四个角度提出了针对性的政策建议,为引导和优化农村劳动力的合理配置提供借鉴经验,对于当前农村经济社会可持续发展、推动建设农业强国具有重要的现实价值。

Research of Personnel Operational Ability Evaluation of Large-scale Complex Equipment

The level of personnel operation ability determines the expected effectiveness of large-scale complex equipment. Firstly, this paper constructs the personnel operational ability evaluation index system and analyzes the data source of index. Secondly, the weight of index is determined and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is proposed. Finally, results of instance analysis show that the evaluation model is feasible and effective.

农业保险、农业规模经营与农业绿色发展

农业保险对农业现代化发展具有重要影响。文章从农业保险影响农业规模经营、产生增收效应和环境效应入手,采用2007—2021年省级面板数据,分析农业保险通过农业规模经营对农业绿色发展产生的影响。研究表明:农业保险是推动农业规模经营并促进农业绿色发展的重要因素;农业规模经营是农业保险助推农业绿色发展的中介机制;多维环境效应研究表明,农业保险对农业碳排放、农业化肥面源污染有重要影响;农民收入水平较低和农作物种植规模较高的地区,农业保险更有利于推动农业绿色发展。由此,提出充分发挥农业保险优势、促进农业绿色发展的建议。

粮食主产区的新型城镇化与粮食安全——基于土地规模化经营中介效应检验

在新时代发展背景下,新型城镇化成为粮食主产区城乡二元结构变革和农业生产方式转型的关键。论文基于2007—2021年我国13个粮食主产区的省级面板数据,从产业链视角利用熵值法测度粮食安全水平,基于新型城镇化内涵构建包含人口、经济、社会、空间的多维度指标体系并测度新型城镇化水平,探究新型城镇化对粮食安全的影响,并以土地规模化经营为中介变量,分析新型城镇化及其各维度影响粮食安全的作用机制。结果表明:1)粮食主产区的新型城镇化对粮食安全有显著的促进作用,并且土地规模化经营在新型城镇化对粮食安全的作用过程中存在中介效应;2)分维度异质性分析表明,人口城镇化与空间城镇化对粮食安全产生显著的正向影响,且土地规模化经营在其中发挥部分或完全的中介效应。为此,提出积极推进新型城镇化、鼓励土地规模化经营并从人口、经济、社会、空间城镇化多个维度因地制宜调整粮食发展战略是粮食主产区发展的长远之策。

规模经营与农业绿色发展——基于农业绿色全要素生产率的观察

规模化经营与绿色化发展是实现农业高质量发展的题中之义。明晰规模经营与农业绿色发展的关系具有重要的理论与现实意义。运用SBM-GML指数测算并刻画出我国农业绿色全要素生产率的时空演变趋势,基于2008-2021年中国省级面板数据,使用固定效应模型实证研究了土地规模经营与服务规模经营对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响及作用路径。研究发现:我国省域农业绿色全要素生产率与规模经营在研究期内整体均呈上升趋势;土地规模经营与服务规模经营对农业绿色全要素生产率影响存在先扩大后缩小的倒“U”型非线性关系,两种规模经营和农业绿色全要素生产率之间均存在适度规模效应;农业机械化水平在规模经营对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响中发挥作用。两种规模经营对不同地区农业绿色全要素生产率的影响具有异质性。因此,应促进农业适度规模经营、提高农业机械化水平、因地制宜发展规模经营。
