Analysis of the Effect of Comfort Care in The Perioperative Care of Patients with Hysteromyomectomy and its Influence on Self-Care Ability

Objective:To analyze the effect of perioperative comfort care for patients with hysteromyomectomy(HYS).Methods:Seventy cases of HYS patients admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly selected and divided into Group A(control group,35 cases,conventional care)and Group B(observation group 35 cases,comfort care).The effects of the two groups before and after nursing care were compared.Results:The self-rating anxiety(SAS)scores,exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)scores,and nursing satisfaction scores at the time of discharge of Group B were better than in Group A after nursing care(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative comfort care for HYS patients improved the patient’s adverse emotions,self-care ability,and nursing satisfaction.

Analysis of the Application Effect of Family Collaborative Care Model on Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and the Situation of Self-Care Ability

Objective: To study the application effect of the family collaborative care model on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its influence on self-care ability. Methods: The elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients (400 cases) treated in our hospital between March 2020 and July 2023 were divided into two groups by randomized grouping method;the control group received the conventional nursing program, while the observation group received the family collaborative nursing model. Blood glucose level, self-care ability, and quality of life were compared between the groups. Results: The blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The self- care ability and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The family collaborative care model for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can promote their self- care ability, improve the effect of glycemic control, and improve their quality of life, and is suitable for further promotion and application.

Research on the Intervention of Visual Cue Strategy on Self-Care Ability of Children with Autism

The formation of self-care ability is the first step for children with autism to enter the society,and it is also a prerequisite and guarantee for their independent survival.This study aimed to explore the impact of visual cue strategies on the self-care ability of children with autism.Based on the ABA design of a single case study,this research conducted a four-month intervention on a seven-year-old child with autism via visual cue strategy as independent variables and sock-wearing skills as dependent variables,in order to explore the effect of visual cue strategy on self-care ability of children with autism.It turned out that visual cue strategy exerts a positive immediate sustained effect and social validity on the self-care ability of children with autism.Lastly,suggestions were provided for future related research based on the research process,results,and limitations.

Whole-process case management effects on mental state and selfcare ability in patients with liver cancer

BACKGROUND Regarding the incidence of malignant tumors in China,the incidence of liver cancer ranks fourth,second only to lung,gastric,and esophageal cancers.The case fatality rate ranks third after lung and cervical cancer.In a previous study,the whole-process management model was applied to patients with breast cancer,which effectively reduced their negative emotions and improved treatment adherence and nursing satisfaction.METHODS In this single-center,randomized,controlled study,60 randomly selected patients with liver cancer who had been admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=30),who received whole-process case management on the basis of routine nursing mea-sures,and a control group(n=30),who were given routine nursing measures.We compared differences between the two groups in terms of anxiety,depression,the level of hope,self-care ability,symptom distress,sleep quality,and quality of life.RESULTS Post-intervention,Hamilton anxiety scale,Hamilton depression scale,memory symptom assessment scale,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores in both groups were lower than those pre-intervention,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Herth hope index,self-care ability assessment scale-revision in Chinese,and quality of life measurement scale for patients with liver cancer scores in both groups were higher than those pre-intervention,with higher scores in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Whole-process case management can effectively reduce anxiety and depression in patients with liver cancer,alleviate symptoms and problems,and improve the level of hope,self-care ability,sleep quality,and quality of life,as well as provide feasible nursing alternatives for patients with liver cancer.

Analysis of the Role of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on Self-Care in Thyroid Cancer Patients

Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on self-care in thyroid cancer patients.Methods:A total of 144 thyroid cancer patients treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as research subjects.Using the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an experimental group,each consisting of 72 cases.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group received cognitive behavioral therapy based on standard nursing practices.The self-care ability(self-concept,self-efficacy,self-care skills,health knowledge level),coping style(confrontation,avoidance,and surrender),and quality of life(psychological function,social function,material life,physical function)of both groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results:In comparison to the pre-intervention period,the experimental group exhibited significantly higher self-care ability,quality of life,and confrontation scores after the intervention,as opposed to the control group.Additionally,the avoidance and surrender scores were lower in the experimental group than in the control group,with these differences proving to be statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of cognitive behavioral therapy can enhance the self-care ability of thyroid cancer patients,aid in better disease coping,and improve their overall quality of life.This approach is deserving of further promotion.

How to Foster Students' Ability of Studying Independently——English Study for Example

Among students' abilities,the important one is the ability of studying independently.It is the teachers' indispensable task to foster students' ability of studying independently.This essay deals with the problem that how a teacher can foster the ability of student self-study,especially English study,from these perspectives:the nature,the characteristics,the conditions and the structure of the ability of independent study.The appropriate methods that the teacher should take in the process of fostering the ability are discussed in the last part of this essay.

Dynamic interaction nursing intervention on functional rehabilitation and self-care ability of patients after aneurysm surgery

BACKGROUND Nursing practices based on the dynamic interaction model have been shown to be superior to generic nursing practices.However,whether this model is effective in patients recovering from intracranial aneurysm surgery is not well studied.AIM To investigate the effect of nursing based on a dynamic interaction model on functional rehabilitation of patients after aneurysm surgery.METHODS A total of 86 cases in our hospital with intracranial aneurysm from April 2019 to April 2021,were selected and divided into the study group and the control group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the research group received nursing intervention based on a dynamic interaction model.The daily living ability(activities of daily living,ADL),cognitive function(Simple Intelligent Mental State Scale,MMSE),quality of life(Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74,GQOL-74),self-care ability(Exercise of Self-Care Agency scale),incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction were recorded before and after intervention.RESULTS Before intervention,ADL(52.09±6.44),MMSE(18.03±4.11),and GQOL-74(53.68±4.34)scores in the study group were not significantly different from those in the control group(ADL:50.97±7.32,MMSE:17.59±3.82,GQOL-74:55.06±3.98)(P>0.05).After intervention,ADL(86.12±5.07),MMSE(26.64±2.66),and GQOL-74(83.13±5.67)scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(ADL:79.81±6.35,MMSE:24.51±3.00,and GQOL-74:77.96±6.27)(P<0.05).Before intervention,self-concept(17.46±4.44),self-care skills(25.22±4.20),self-care knowledge(22.35±4.74),and self-care responsibility(15.06±3.29)scores in the study group was similar to those in the control group(self-concept:16.89±5.53,self-care skills:24.59±4.46,self-care knowledge:21.80±3.61,and self-care responsibility:14.83±3.11)(P>0.05).After the intervention,self-concept(26.01±3.18),self-care skills(37.68±6.05),self-care knowledge(45.56±5.83),and self-care responsibility(22.01±3.77)scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(self-concept:22.97±3.46,self-care skills:33.02±5.65,selfcare skills knowledge:36.81±5.54,and self-care responsibility:17.97±3.56 points)(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(4.65%)was lower than that in the control group(18.60%)(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the study group(95.35%)was higher than that in the control group(81.40%)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Nursing intervention based on a dynamic interaction model can improve postoperative cognitive function,daily living ability,self-care ability,quality of life,and patient satisfaction,while reducing the risk of complications.

Effect of continuing nursing on self-care ability of diabetic patients:A meta-analysis

Objective:To evaluate the effect of continuing nursing on self-care ability of diabetic patients.Methods:Meta-analysis was used to search multiple Chinese and English databases,and relevant randomized controlled trials were collected.After reviewing the literature quality,RevMan 5.2 software was used for data analysis.Results:A total of 8 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were included.The results showed that the self-care ability of the continuing care observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group [WMD = 17.88,95%CI(17.30,18.47),P<0.001].Conclusion:Continuing nursing shows superiority in improving self-care ability of diabetic patients.

The Impact of Risk-Based Cancer Care Planning on the Complications and Self-Care Ability of Cervical Cancer Patients Undergoing Radiotherapy

Objective:To explore the impact of the application and implementation of risk-based cancer care planning in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy on the complications and self-care ability of patients.Method:This study recruited selected patients who came for cervical cancer radiotherapy in a tertiary hospital in Xianyang City,Shaanxi Province from November 2020 to November 2021.One hundred patients were recruited.Nursing management was carried out,and cancer care planning under the concept of conventional care and risk were applied.The effects of different nursing methods on patients were compared and analyzed.Results:The patients in the experimental group had higher scores of self-care ability and lower complication rate.All data were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing effect on the experimental group was better.Conclusion:The application and implementation of the risk-based cancer care planning in patients who received cervical cancer radiotherapy has significant clinical effects,which is beneficial to reduce the incidence of patients’adverse reactions and promote patient recovery.

Technological Gap, Innovation Environment and Enterprises＇ Independent R＆D Intensity

By introducing a knowledge production function which combines both foreign technology imports and domestic research and development （R＆D） expenditure into an endogenous technological progress model, this paper examines the mechanism that determines enterprises＇ R＆D intensity in developing countries, and explores how factors such as technological gap, technology absorptive capacity, innovation environment and innovation ability would impact Chinese enterprises＇decision made on R＆D intensity. Our results suggest that technological gap has no significant single impact on enterprises＇R＆D intensity, but rather influences enterprises＇decision on R＆D jointly with other factors such as degree of openness and human capital. A relative fall in efficiency of technology imitation recently has a negative effect on total R＆D intensity but helps to promote enterprises＇ independent R＆D. In addition, among factors related to R＆D innovation environment, industrial R＆D intensity has a significantly positive impact on enterprises＇ independent R＆D intensity, while regional economies of scale, proportion of large enterprises and proportion of government R＆D investment have some certain negative impacts.

Exploring the Influences of Continuous Self-Management Education on the Self-Care Skills and Health Behavior of Patients with PICC Intubation

Objective:To analyze the effects of continuous self-management education on the selfcare ability and health behavior of patients with tumor through peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC).Methods:The period from August 2018 to August 2020 was used as the research time range,and the random number table method was used as the basis for grouping.80 patients with malignant tumors who regularly performed fixed catheter maintenance care in the PICC clinic of our hospital were admitted in the experimental group(given PICC specialist nursing,and implemented continuous self-management education),and 80 patients with PICC tube malignant tumors discharged from the superior hospital during this time range served as the control group(return to the original catheterization hospital from time to time or perform catheter maintenance care in the nursing clinic of our hospital).The self-care ability scores,health behavior scores,and complications during intubation between both groups were analyzed.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in self-care ability score and healthy behavior score between groups before the intervention,P>0.05;the self-care ability score and health behavior score of the research group were better than the control group after intervention,P<0.05;(2)After investigation,the incidence of complications in the research group(2.50%)was lower than that of the control group(10.00%),but there was no difference between the groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:Continuous self-management education has good effects on improving the self-care ability of tumor patients with PICC intubation.It can urge patients to maintain good health behaviors and reduce complications.It is worthy of promotion.

Exploration of the profession-oriemed education in college English teaching in independent colleges

With the economic and social development of our country, the demand of all walks of life in our society on the compound talents who both master the professional knowledge and have the higher skills of English is increasing gradually. But at present, the graduates that the traditional teaching systems of the independent colleges which cultivate the application-oriented specialists cannot completely meet the requirement of the society. Therefore, colleges and universities should take the professional English ability as the core, and make the major reform from the teaching concepts of the college English teaching, the teaching models, and the teaching evaluation and so on, and establish the new system of college English teaching.

以培养自主学习能力为导向的中医康复科线上线下混合住培模式构建

以培养自主学习能力理念为导向,构建中医康复科的线上线下相结合的住院医师规范化培训新模式,更新并完善教学设计,充实教学内容。利用教学短视频等信息化教学资料传播方式,使线上和线下教学内容形成互补,并紧密结合。尤其是在疫情期间,充分的线上教学资料保障了教学工作的稳定开展,现代化和信息化的教学方式受到学生认可与喜爱,提高了学生自主学习的积极性。但教学实践活动的开展效果要有相应的考核方法,基于上述新模式,还应建立过程性评价与终结性评价相结合的康复科考核办法,以提高学生的自主学习能力与临床综合实践能力。

中医护理专业本科生自主学习能力现状调查与影响因素研究

目的:调查中医护理专业一年级本科生自主学习能力的现状及其影响因素。方法:采用一般情况调查表、中医护理专业学生自主学习能力测评表对某中医药院校中医护理专业一年级254名本科生进行问卷调查。结果:中医护理专业一年级本科护生自主学习能力总得分为(96.10±13.94)分,其中自我动机维度的条目平均分最高,获取及处理信息维度的条目平均分最低;多元线性回归分析显示,对本专业的喜爱程度是中医护理专业一年级本科护生自主学习能力的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理专业一年级本科护生的自主学习能力处于中等水平,主要受对本专业的喜爱程度影响。

软件类专业学生自主学习能力评价体系构建

数字经济与软件技术的融合发展,对软件人才的专业能力和综合素养提出新的要求。自主学习能力对学生综合素质和专业能力发展至关重要。为规范培养与评价软件类专业学生自主学习能力,提高软件人才培养质量,该文从学习认知、自主实践能力、自我评价与总结三个维度选取指标,运用层次分析法构建评价体系。通过分析各级指标重要性,科学赋予指标权重,为高校评价该专业学生自主学习能力提供参考。该评价体系不仅可丰富自主学习理论研究,还有助于提升学生自主学习能力水平。

“PBL+翻转课堂”教学模式对学生自主学习能力影响的实证研究

在结合PBL和翻转课堂教学优势的基础上,在“教育概论”课程教学中采用“PBL+翻转课堂”教学模式,以研究该教学模式对学生自主学习能力提升的影响。在该教学模式正式实施前后,使用自编的《学生自主学习能力评价量表》,从学习动机、学习规划、学习环境利用、学习反思4个方面对学生进行测量,并使用软件SPSS26.0对前后测数据进行统计分析。数据分析显示,“PBL+翻转课堂”教学模式对学生自主学习能力及其包含的学习动机、学习规划、学习环境利用和学习反思方面的提升均具有显著的促进作用。

时代任务导向式翻转课堂对医学生自主学习能力的影响

目的探讨互联网“时代任务导向式翻转课堂”对泌尿外科学生自主学习能力的影响。方法依据随机数字表法分配原则将2020年1月—2022年6月于哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院泌尿外科实习的248名本科实习生分为对照组(124名)和试验组(124名)。对照组给予传统教学方法进行教学,试验组在对照组基础上给予互联网“时代任务导向式翻转课堂”进行教学,2组均教学3周。比较2组教学前、教学3周后的考核成绩及自主学习能力,对比2组教学3周后的优秀率、教学评价及教学满意度。结果教学3周后,试验组案例分析、客观题得分、理论知识考核总分及实训操作考核总分均高于教学前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。教学3周后,试验组自我控制、自我管理、热爱学习评分均高于教学前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。教学3周后,试验组对教学教师的教学态度、教学内容、教学方法、教学效果评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。教学3周后,试验组优秀率、教学满意率分别为16.13%、92.74%,均高于对照组的3.23%、75.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互联网“时代任务导向式翻转课堂”可提高本科实习生的自主学习能力、考核成绩、优秀率及教学满意度,并可提高泌尿外科本科实习生对教学教师的教学评价。

多模式融合教学法在骨科临床教学中的实施效果

目的探讨多模式融合教学法在骨科临床教学中的实施效果。方法选取2020年1月—2023年1月广西医科大学第一附属医院骨科参与临床教学的85名学员为研究对象,根据不同教学法将入选者进行分组,对照组42名学员接受传统教学法,研究组43名学员多模式融合教学法,比较两组的考核成绩、自主学习能力与自我效能、教学认可度、教学满意度。结果教学前,两组学员理论知识、病例分析、诊疗技能考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。教学后,研究组理论知识、病例分析、诊疗技能考核成绩评分别为(36.41±2.67)分、(26.17±2.15)分、(25.53±3.02)分,高于对照组的(34.76±2.52)分、(23.13±1.62)分、(23.45±2.37)分,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。教学前,两组学员自主学习能力与自我效能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。教学后,研究组各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后,研究组学员对各项教学指标的认可度、对教学模式各条目的满意度分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论多模式融合教学法有助于提升学员考核成绩,在骨科临床教学中效果显著,学员满意度高。

基于品管圈的早期预警性干预在老年认知功能障碍患者走失管理中的应用

目的探讨基于品管圈的早期预警性干预在老年认知功能障碍患者走失管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月至2023年6月上海交通大学附属上海市第六人民医院老年科收治的150例老年认知功能障碍患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组75例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予基于品管圈的早期预警性干预。比较两组干预前后走失情况、认知能力和独立生活能力。结果试验组走失率低于对照组,走失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组蒙特利尔认知评估量表各维度评分、功能独立能力评价量表各维度评分及总分均高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于品管圈的早期预警性干预可有效降低老年认知功能障碍患者的走失率,提高认知能力和独立生活能力。

生态理念与创新能力驱动的生态环境观测实验教学探索

创新人才培养是时代赋予高校的重要使命,而推进生态文明建设是时代赋予环境专业的神圣使命。该研究提出以实际环境问题为导向、学生兴趣为依托、自主研究为方法及创新能力培养和生态理念构建为目的的野外实验课程建设探索。将习近平生态文明思想等思政元素融入实验教学,通过自主研究的方式,由学生根据指定研究对象自主选题、自主设计,针对校内外实际水、气、声等环境问题开展自主研究和分组汇报,任课老师点评指导;通过自主研究显著提升学生的兴趣,提高学生科研素质、创新能力、实践技能,同时培养学生的生态文明理念,得到学生良好的反馈。
