He stated Riemann conjecture (RC): All roots of ξ (t) are real. We find a mistake of Riemann: he used the same notation ξ(t) in two theorems. Theorem B must contain complex roots;it conflicts with RC. Thus theorem B can only be used by contradiction. Our research can be completed on s0 =1/2 + it. Using all real roots rk and (true) complex roots zj = tj + iaj of ξ (z), define product expressions w(t), w(0) =ξ(0) and Q(t) > 0, Q(0) =1 respectively, so ξ1(t) = w(t)Q(t). Define infinite point-set L(ω) = {t : t ≥10 and |ζ(s0)| =ω} for small ω > 0. If ξ(t) has complex roots, then ω =ωQ(t) on L(ω). Finally in a large interval of the first module |z1|>>1, we can find many points t ∈ L(ω) to make Q(t) . This contraction proves RC. In addition, Riemann hypothesis (RH) ζ for also holds, but it cannot be proved by ζ.展开更多

In malaria-endemic regions in Kenya, percentage of pregnant women hospitalized with malaria reach up to 60%. WHO recommends at least three doses of sulphadoxine pyrimethamine for Intermittent Preventive Treatment of Malaria in Pregnancy (IPTp) antenatally. This study sought to ascertain the prevalence and individual-level factors influencing the uptake of IPTp-SP3+. Methods: A facility-based cross-sectional study at Busia County Referral Hospital. 384 mothers were consecutively sampled at the maternity unit during delivery. Semi-structured questionnaires were used to collect data. Odds ratio (OR) and adjusted OR were used to determine statistical significance of individual factors influencing uptake of three or more IPTp-SP. Results: 43.0% of participants took IPTp-SP3+. Individual factors that affected the uptake of IPTp-SP3+ included starting ANC visits in the first trimester (adjusted odds ratio (aOR) = 2.1, 95% CI: 1.23 – 3.67, p = 0.046), having more than four ANC visits (aOR = 3.1, 95% CI: 1.49 – 6.50, p = 0.002), having a higher monthly income (aOR = 2.6, 95% CI: 1.24 – 5.36, p = 0.012), being aware of the advantages of IPTp-SP medications (aOR = 3.7, 95% CI: 1.40 – 9.74, p = 0.008), and having a positive attitude toward ANC services (aOR = 3.2, 95% CI: 1.61 – 6.31, p = 0.001). Conclusion: Less than half of the pregnant mothers are complyingIPTp-SP3+. There should be aggressive efforts by the County and National Ministries of Health promoting initiation of ANC attendance early and attendance of all the recommended eight visits together with ensuring availability of the drugs.展开更多

However, the grid method has a high computational load and low accuracy due to the interval of the grid. To improve estimation accuracy and reduce the computational load, we propose a fast twodimensional positioning method for the crab pulsar based on multiple optimization algorithms(FTPCO). The FTPCO uses the Levenberg–Marquardt(LM) algorithm, three-point orientation(TPO) method, particle swarm optimization(PSO) and Newton–Raphson-based optimizer(NRBO) to substitute the grid method. First, to avoid the influence of the non-sensitive direction on positioning, we take an orbital error and the distortion of the pulsar profile as optimization objectives and combine the grid method with the LM algorithm or PSO to search for the non-sensitive direction. Then, on the sensitive plane perpendicular to the non-sensitive direction, the TPO method is proposed to fast search the sensitive direction and sub-sensitive direction. Finally, the NRBO is employed on the sensitive and sub-sensitive directions to achieve two-dimensional positioning of the Crab pulsar. The simulation results show that the computational load of the FTPCO is reduced by 89.4% and the positioning accuracy of the FTPCO is improved by approximately 38% compared with the grid method. The FTPCO has the advantage of high real-time accuracy and does not fall into the local optimum.展开更多

In addition, Riemann hypothesis (RH) ζ for also holds, but it cannot be proved by ζ.

文摘BACKGROUND About 10%-31% of colorectal liver metastases(CRLM)patients would concomitantly show hepatic lymph node metastases(LNM),which was considered as sign of poor biological behavior and a relative contraindication for liver resection.Up to now, there’s still lack of reliable preoperative methods to assess the status of hepatic lymph nodes in patients with CRLM,except for pathology examination of lymph node after resection.AIM To compare the ability of mono-exponential,bi-exponential,and stretchedexponential diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)models in distinguishing between benign and malignant hepatic lymph nodes in patients with CRLM who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy prior to surgery.METHODS In this retrospective study,97 CRLM patients with pathologically confirmed hepatic lymph node status underwent magnetic resonance imaging, including DWI with ten b values before and after chemotherapy.Various parameters, such as the apparent diffusion coefficient from the mono-exponential model, and the true diffusion coefficient, the pseudo-diffusion coefficient, and the perfusion fraction derived from the intravoxel incoherent motion model, along with distributed diffusion coefficient(DDC)andαfrom the stretched-exponential model(SEM),were measured. The parameters before and after chemotherapy were compared between positive and negative hepatic lymph node groups.A nomogram was constructed to predict the hepatic lymph node status. The reliability and agreement of the measurements were assessed using the coefficient of variation and intraclass correlation coefficient.RESULTS Multivariate analysis revealed that the pre-treatment DDC value and the short diameter of the largest lymph node after treatment were independent predictors of metastatic hepatic lymph nodes.A nomogram combining these two factors demonstrated excellent performance in distinguishing between benign and malignant lymph nodes in CRLM patients, with an area under the curve of 0.873.Furthermore,parameters from SEM showed substantial repeatability.CONCLUSION The developed nomogram, incorporating the pre-treatment DDC and the short axis of the largest lymph node, can be used to predict the presence of hepatic LNM in CRLM patients undergoing chemotherapy before surgery. This nomogram was proven to be more valuable, exhibiting superior diagnostic performance compared to quantitative parameters derived from multiple b values of DWI.The nomogram can serve as a preoperative assessment tool for determining the status of hepatic lymph nodes and aiding in the decision-making process for surgical treatment in CRLM patients.

文摘Dear Editor,Tracking control in networked environment is a very challenging problem due to the contradiction of rapid response to the time-varying signal and the inevitable delay introduced by networks. This letter has proposed several fuzzy-inverse-model-based network tracking control frameworks which are helpful in handling the system with nonlinear dynamics and uncertainties.

文摘The theory of network science has attracted great interest of many researchers in the realm of biomathematics and public health, and numerous valuable epidemic models have been developed. In previous studies,it is common to set up a one-to-one correspondence between the nodes of a multi-layer network, ignoring the more complex situations in reality. In the present work,we explore this situation by setting up a partially coupled model of a two-layer network and investigating the impact of asymptomatic infected individuals on epidemics. We propose a self-discovery mechanism for asymptomatic infected individuals, taking into account situations such as nucleic acid testing in the community and individuals performing self-antigen testing during the epidemic.Considering these factors together, through the microscopic Markov chain approach(MMCA)and extensive Monte Carlo(MC)numerical simulations,we find that the greater the coupling between the networks, the more information dissemination is facilitated. In order to control the epidemics, more asymptomatic infected individuals should be made aware of their infection.Massive adoption of nucleic acid testing and individual adoption of antigenic self-testing can help to contain epidemic outbreaks.Meanwhile, the epidemic threshold of the proposed model is derived, and then miscellaneous factors affecting the epidemic threshold are also discussed.Current results are conducive to devising the prevention and control policies of pandemics.

文摘We report a gradual brighteningγ-ray source,4FGL J1718.5+4237,in 0.1-500.0 GeV,which may be associated with a blazar NVSS J171822+423948 with a redshift of~2.7.We analyzed 15.25 yr ofγ-ray data recorded by the Large Area Telescope on board the Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope and detected significantγ-ray emissions in the direction of the blazar with a test statistic(TS)of~135.Based on timing analysis using a 1 yr time bin,we have observed a gradual brightening inγ-ray emissions from the target. In our analysis,we categorize them into two states:Quiet(TS~0)and Loud(TS~226)states,with the distinction occurring in 2016 August(MJD57602.69).From the Quiet state to the brightest period(the last data point),theγ-ray flux in 0.1-500.0 GeV increased by more than 12-fold from<0.2×10^(-8)photons cm^(-1)s^(-1)to 2.6×10^(-8)photons cm^(-1)s^(-1).Additionally,we studied the spectral properties in detail for the Loud state and the overall data. While no significant variation was detected, both exhibited a spectral indexΓof~2.6.The origin of the brighteningγ-ray emissions from the target is not yet clear.Future long-term multi-wavelength observations and studies will provide insight into the astrophysical mechanisms of the target.
文摘We report the detection of type-B quasi-periodic oscillation(QPO)of the black hole X-ray binary Swift J1728.9-3613 observed by NICER during the 2019 outburst.A type-B QPO was observed for the first two days and it disappeared as flux increased, but again appeared at∼7.70 Hz when flux was dramatically decreased. The source was found in the soft intermediate state during these observations. We further studied the energy dependence of the QPO.We found that QPO was observed only for a higher energy range implying that the origin of QPO is possibly due to the corona emitting higher energy photons by the inverse Compton process. The variation of spectral parameters can be explained with the disk truncation model. The fractional rms was found to be monotonically increased with energy. The phase lag spectrum followed the“U-shaped”curve.The rms and phase lag spectrum are modeled and explained with the single-component Comptonization model vkompthdk.

文摘Objective:This study evaluated the effect of resilience on depression among patients with breast cancer from individual and familial perspectives by exploring the mediating and moderating effects of family resilience between individual resilience and depression. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 337 patients with breast cancer who were admitted to the Oncology Department of Jiangsu Province Hospital. The survey included demographic information, the Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),the Family Resilience Assessment Scale(FRAS),and the Chinese version of the Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)for Depression. The relationship among individual resilience, family resilience, and depression was analyzed using hierarchical regression and bootstrap test to assess the mediating and moderating effects of family resilience. Results:The depression scores were(13.50±5.16),the individual resilience scores were(48.62±17.50),and the family resilience scores were(105.98±24.35).Significant differences in depression scores were observed in terms of family monthly income, average weekly exercise before diagnosis,post-diagnosis interpersonal relationship quality, and overall sleep quality in the past month(p<0.05).Patients with lower individual resilience had significantly higher depression scores than those with higher resilience(F=24.314,p<0.001),and similarly, patients with lower family resilience had higher depression scores than those with higher family resilience(F=41.660,p<0.001).Individual resilience and family resilience were significantly negatively correlated with depression(r=-0.447 and-0.441,respectively,p<0.001).Hierarchical regression analysis and bootstrap test showed that family resilience(β=-0.310,p<0.001)had a partial mediating effect between individual resilience(β=-0.321,p<0.001)and depression. The indirect effect size was-0.038,the 95%CI was(-0.056,-0.020),and the direct effect ratio was 71.43%.The interaction of family resilience and individual resilience had a moderating effect on depression(B=0.166,p<0.001).Family resilience negatively moderated the relationship between individual resilience and depressive symptoms and enhanced the protective effect of individual resilience against depression with increasing family resilience. Conclusion:Family resilience has mediating and moderating effects between individual resilience and depression in patients with breast cancer.
文摘BACKGROUND The relationship between metabolic syndrome(MetS)and gastric cancer(GC),which is a common metabolic disease, has attracted much attention. However, the specific metabolic characteristics of MetS in elderly patients with GC remain unclear.AIM To investigate the differentially abundant metabolites and metabolic pathways between preoperative frailty and MetS in elderly patients with GC based on nontargeted metabolomics techniques.METHODS In this study,125 patients with nonfrail nonmeal GC were selected as the control group, and 50 patients with GC in the frail group were selected as the frail group.Sixty-five patients with GC combined with MetS alone were included in the MetS group, and 50 patients with GC combined with MetS were included in the MetS group.Nontargeted metabolomics techniques were used to measure plasma metabolite levels by ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Multivariate statistical analysis was performed by principal component analysis, orthogonal partial least squares, pattern recognition analysis, cluster analysis, and metabolic pathway annotation.RESULTS A total of 125 different metabolites, including amino acids, glycerophospholipids, sphingolipids, fatty acids, sugars, nucleosides and nucleotides, and acidic compounds, were identified via nontargeted metabolomics techniques.Compared with those in the control group, there were 41,32,and 52 different metabolites in the MetS group, the debilitated group, and the combined group, respectively.Lipid metabolites were significantly increased in the MetS group. In the weak group, amino acids and most glycerol phospholipid metabolites decreased significantly, and fatty acids and sphingosine increased significantly. The combined group was characterized by significantly increased levels of nucleotide metabolites and acidic compounds. The alanine, aspartic acid, and glutamate metabolic pathways were obviously enriched in the asthenic group, and the glycerol and phospholipid metabolic pathways were obviously enriched in the combined group.CONCLUSION Elderly GC patients with simple frailty, simple combined MetS,and frailty combined with MetS have different metabolic characteristics, among which amino acid and glycerophospholipid metabolite levels are significantly lower in frail elderly GC patients, and comprehensive supplementation of fat and protein should be considered. Many kinds of metabolites, such as amino acids, lipids, nucleotides, and acidic compounds, are abnormally abundant in patients with MetS combined with fthenia, which may be related to tumor-related metabolic disorders.

文摘Generalized Additive Models(GAMs)are widely employed in ecological research, serving as a powerful tool for ecologists to explore complex nonlinear relationships between a response variable and predictors.Nevertheless, evaluating the relative importance of predictors with concurvity(analogous to collinearity)on response variables in GAMs remains a challenge. To address this challenge,we developed an R package named gam.hp.gam.hp calculates individual R^(2) values for predictors, based on the concept of'average shared variance',a method previously introduced for multiple regression and canonical analyses.Through these individual R^(2)s,which add up to the overall R^(2),researchers can evaluate the relative importance of each predictor within GAMs.We illustrate the utility of the gam.hp package by evaluating the relative importance of emission sources and meteorological factors in explaining ozone concentration variability in air quality data from London,UK.We believe that the gam.hp package will improve the interpretation of results obtained from GAMs.

文摘We present the results from a long term X-ray analysis of Mrk 279 during the period 2018–2020.We use data from multiple missions–AstroSat,NuSTAR and XMM-Newton,for the purpose. The X-ray spectrum can be modeled as a double Comptonization along with the presence of neutral Fe Kαline emission,at all epochs. We determined the source’s X-ray flux and luminosity at these different epochs. We find significant variations in the source’s flux state. We also investigate the variations in the source’s spectral components during the observation period. We find that the photon index and hence the spectral shape follow the variations only over longer time periods. We probe the correlations between fluxes of different bands and their photon indices, and found no significant correlations between the parameters.
文摘BACKGROUND Myocardial infarction is a high-risk condition prevalent among the elderly population, often leading to adverse clinical manifestations such as reduced cardiopulmonary function, anxiety, and depression post-surgery.Consequently,cardiac rehabilitation holds immense importance in mitigating these complications.AIM To evaluate the effect of individualized cardiac rehabilitation on blood pressure variability(BPV)and baroreflex sensitivity(BRS)in elderly patients with myocardial infarction.METHODS A cohort of 74 elderly patients diagnosed with myocardial infarction and admitted to our hospital between January 2021 and January 2022 were subjected to random selection.Subsequently, all patients were divided into two groups, namely the research group(n=37)and the control group(n=37),utilizing the number table method. The control group received conventional drug treatment and nursing guidance intervention, while the study group underwent individualized cardiac rehabilitation in addition to the interventions received by the control group. All patients were continuously intervened for 12 wk,and the BPV of these two groups in the 1st wk(T0),the 4th wk(T1)and the 12th wk(T2)were compared,BRS,changes in cardiopulmonary function measures, and adverse cardiovascular events.RESULTS Of 24 h diastolic BPV,24 h systolic BPV,carbon dioxide ventilation equivalent slope of the research group were lower than those of the control group at T1 and T2,BRS,peak heart rate and systolic blood pressure product,1 min heart rate recovery were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of adverse events in the research group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION In this study,we found that after individualized cardiac rehabilitation in elderly patients with myocardial infarction,BPV and BRS can be effectively improved, cardiac function is significantly enhanced, and a better prognosis is obtained.
文摘After the Cold War and especially since the Justice and Development Party administration led by Erdogan, the US-Turkey alliance relations have declined. The two countries have sharp structural contradictions on a series of issues.Due to the profound geopolitical landscape changes, the interdependence on security and defense between the United States and Turkey has been severely weakened, leading to significant divergence in threat definition and pursuit of interests.Turkey has continuously enhanced its diplomatic autonomy, seeking to change its weak position in the original alliance relations, and striving to become a regional leader. These structural contradictions inevitably trigger the hedging of policies and interests between the United States and Turkey.
文摘In star formation regions, the complex organic molecules(COMs)that contain peptide bonds(-NH-C(=O)-)play a major role in the metabolic process because-NH-C(=O)-is connected to amino acids(R-CHNH_2-COOH).Over the past few decades, many COMs containing peptide-like bonds have been detected in hot molecular cores(HMCs),hot corinos, and cold molecular clouds, however, their prebiotic chemistry is poorly understood. We present the first detection of the rotational emission lines of formamide(NH_2CHO)and isocyanic acid(HNCO),which contain peptide-like bonds toward the chemically rich HMC G358.93-0.03 MM1,using high-resolution and high-sensitivity Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array bands 6 and 7.We estimate that the column densities of NH_2CHO and HNCO toward G358.93-0.03 MM1 are(2.80±0.29)×10~(15)cm~(-2)and(1.80±0.42)×10~(16)cm~(-2)with excitation temperatures of 165±21 K and 170±32 K,respectively. The fractional abundances of NH_2CHO and HNCO toward G358.93-0.03 MM1 are(9.03±1.44)×10~(-10)and(5.80±2.09)×10^(-9).We compare the estimated abundances of NH_2CHO and HNCO with the existing threephase warm-up chemical model abundance values and notice that the observed and modeled abundances are very close. We conclude that NH_2CHO is produced by the reaction of NH_2and H_2CO in the gas phase toward G358.93-0.03 MM1.Likewise,HNCO is produced on the surface of grains by the reaction of NH and CO toward G358.93-0.03 MM1.We also find that NH_2CHO and HNCO are chemically linked toward G358.93-0.03 MM1.
文摘Background: Malaria in pregnancy causes maternal anemia, low birth weight, intrauterine growth retardation, and preterm deliveries. There should be aggressive efforts by the County and National Ministries of Health promoting initiation of ANC attendance early and attendance of all the recommended eight visits together with ensuring availability of the drugs.

文摘In the two-dimensional positioning method of pulsars, the grid method is used to provide non-sensitive direction and positional estimates. The FTPCO has the advantage of high real-time accuracy and does not fall into the local optimum.
文摘We conducted the first light curve study of the binary star EL Tuc within the Binary Systems of South and North project's framework. The photometric observations were made using standard multiband BVR_cI_c filters at an observatory in Argentina. We presented a new ephemeris for EL Tuc and a linear fit to the O–C diagram, utilizing our extracted times of minima and additional literature. We employed the PHysics Of Eclipsing BinariEs Python code and the Markov chain Monte Carlo approach for the system's light curve analysis. The target system's light curve solution required a cold starspot on the hotter component. We conclude that EL Tuc is a total contact binary system with a low mass ratio of q=0.172±0.002,an orbital inclination of i=83°.74±0°.40,and a fillout factor of f=53.7%±1.6%.We used the P-a relationship and the Gaia Data Release 3 parallax method to determine the absolute parameters of EL Tuc to compare the precision of our results. This system was classified as W-type based on the mass and effective temperature of the companion stars. The positions of the systems were depicted on the M-L,M-R,T-M,and q-Lratiodiagrams.The relationship between the spectroscopic and photometric mass ratios of binaries was discussed.
