为加快推进中等和低收入国家职业教育转型发展,适应工业5.0时代对职业人才培养的新需求,世界银行发布了《创建更优质正规职业教育体系报告》,明确了从“身份认同”向“追求卓越”、从“注重输入”向“强调效能”、从“推测决策”到“循证决策”三大转型战略,对我国新质生产力战略下的职业教育转型发展具有重要启示。

Steps Toward Industry 5.0:Building“6S”Parallel Industries With Cyber-Physical-Social Intelligence

Very recently,intensive discussions and studies on Industry 5.0 have sprung up and caused the attention of researchers,entrepreneurs,and policymakers from various sectors around the world.However,there is no consensus on why and what is Industry 5.0 yet.In this paper,we define Industry 5.0from its philosophical and historical origin and evolution,emphasize its new thinking on virtual-real duality and human-machine interaction,and introduce its new theory and technology based on parallel intelligence(PI),artificial societies,computational experiments,and parallel execution(the ACP method),and cyber-physical-social systems(CPSS).Case studies and applications of Industry 5.0 over the last decade have been briefly summarized and analyzed with suggestions for its future development.We believe that Industry 5.0 of virtual-real interactive parallel industries has great potentials and is critical for building smart societies.Steps are outlined to ensure a roadmap that would lead to a smooth transition from CPS-based Industry 4.0 to CPSS-based Industry 5.0 for a better world which is Safe in physical spaces,S ecure in cyberspaces,Sustainable in ecology,Sensitive in individual privacy and rights,Service for all,and Smartness of all.

Characteristics and prospect of geothermal industry in China under the“dual carbon”target

Geothermal energy utilization in China had been promoted actively during the 13^(th)Five-Year Plan period(2016-2020),with resultant achievements showing unique Chinese characteristics.Buildings(measured by areas)heated/cooled by intermediate-to-deep geothermal energy increased more rapidly than those by shallow geothermal energy.Geothermal power generation was restricted by the distribution of the resource and the sufficiency of local power supply.With the proposition of“dual carbon goal”by the central government of China and the coming era of great development of renewable energy,geothermal energy will be provided more development opportunities in room heating/cooling and power generation in the country ever than before.However,tackling technology bottlenecks and introduction of appropriate policy support are still urgently needed for nurturing a healthy environment for geothermal industry.Analysis suggests that a near-to medium-term development of geothermal energy shall be focused on a comprehensive and efficient utilization both through heating/cooling and power generation.Room heating/cooling by intermediate-to-deep and shallow geothermal energy shall be promoted nationwide according to local resource endowment and economic conditions.Geothermal power generation in Yunnan and Tibet shall be pushed forward in an orderly way.For medium-and long-term development,focus shall be put on power generation by using low to medium temperature geothermal energy and hot dry rocks.The"hot spring+"model shall be adapted in steps on a regular basis.To achieve these,measures including attaching importance to tackling key technologies,promoting standards for geothermal energy development and utilization,strengthening geothermal energy exploration and evaluation,and seeking for necessary policy support shall be taken.

2023年,我国工业遗产研究总量呈现“稳中略降”的态势,在理论创新和实证分析方面均有所增益,研究体系较上一年表现为继承性与稳定性,延续了基础性研究、保护更新再利用研究、城市更新视角下的工业遗产研究三大主要研究板块。在基础性研究中,主要集中于理论研究、遗产本体研究与价值认定研究三个范畴;在保护更新再利用研究中,主要集中于工业遗产旅游、建筑活化与景观设计、场所精神识别与文化空间再造三个方面;而城市更新视角下的工业遗产研究,则着力于遗产再利用路径、城市公共空间改造及整体性更新、城市双修视角下的保护再利用三个部分。

机械加工质量预测研究现状与发展趋势

机械加工质量预测是智能制造的重要组成内容,也是实现质量闭环控制的前提条件,对推动智能制造系统真正落地应用具有极其重要的作用.在对机械加工质量预测的历史进行简要回顾时发现,学者多将研究重点放在机床某一关键部件对加工质量影响的机理研究,却鲜见部件耦合影响的关联性研究.基于上述难题,本文首先剖析影响机械加工质量的7类要素,包括刀具几何参数、切削参数、切削液类型、热误差与热变形、数控机床零部件性能退化、切削颤振以及系统特性;随后,根据各要素数据种类和测量方式的不同,将机械加工质量监测与预测方法划分为4大类,包括机器视觉测量、功率测量、振动测量以及其他测量方法,并对各方法的技术特点、局限性和发展动态进行了阐述;最后,考虑各机械加工质量监测与预测方法的不足,指出材料切削机制研究、数据质量评估方法、面向工业现场数据库构建的标准以及质量预测信息的智能表征与可视化等方面可能是未来的发展趋势.

新时代中部地区现代化产业体系建设:新经验、制约因素、突破路径
