For example, computer, mobile phone, etc. are increasingly popular, especially hi-tech products updating more and more quickly, which has initiated some problems: resources depletion, environmental pollution, ecosystems damage, etc. While people are enjoying convenient and comfortable life from hi-tech, they are worrying about quantities of e-wastes discharged.In order to reduce the amount and harm of e-wastes, this paper starts from the connotation of the ecological stability of circular economy electronics industry chain (CEEIC, for shorO, uses the food chain principle for reference to describe the links and connection of the electronics industry chain, and selects factors from the three link: production, consumption and recycle to construct indexes system based on their characteristics, with which a scientific evaluation is carried on for CEEIC by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. 展开更多

This paper examined the method to evaluate structural complexity of circular economy system's industrial chain, which applied entropy information and hierarchical metrics to produce complexity degrees according to the theory of complex system. We developed an evaluation model to make a general metrics for circular economy system of industrial chains. The development of the evaluation tree drew upon five factors to identify the structural complexity. The evaluation model generated unitive entropy information from six data definition (node, level of community, metabolic span, degree of node, number of relation and connectivity of node) according to the evaluation tree. The industrial chains of Tashan circular economy park of Datong Coal Mine Group and Gujiao circular economy park of Xishan Coal-Electricity Group were evaluated by the proposed method. The key factors stunted by the decline of structural complexity were identified and the unitive metrics of entropy information of the industrial chain was shown for realigning the circular economy systems. 展开更多

The traditional manufacturing industry is the backbone of China's real economy,which serves as the cornerstone for fostering high-quality economic development.This paper analyzes the operational mechanism and impact of the digital economy on the integration of traditional manufacturing industry chain and innovation chain.To achieve these goals,this paper first establishes an evaluation indicator system from three dimensions,such as the industrial base,innovation ecosystem,and economic benefits.Additionally,the paper adopts a comprehensive approach,incorporating the coupling coordination degree model,spatial econometric model,and mediating effect model.The major findings include three points.(1)The digital economy plays a pivotal role in promoting the integration of traditional manufacturing industry chain and innovation chain by addressing capital mismatches,facilitating the concentration of technology talents,and promoting financial development.The integration contributes to the optimized allocation of scientific and technological resources with innovation in the upgrading of production factors.(2)The digital economy plays a nonlinear role in promoting the integration of traditional manufacturing industry chain and innovation chain.(3)The digital economy has a positive spatial spillover effect on the integrated development of traditional manufacturing industry chainandinnovation chain. 展开更多

A rice mill survey covering diverse rice processing companies in terms of their milling output, type of technology and year of establishment was conducted to understand the current situation of the rice milling industry and to identify enablers and barriers to its growth in Nepal. Coarse rice varieties dominate Nepal’s rice processing industry, with a 42% share by total weight, followed by medium rice (34%) and fine varieties (less than 7%). Polished white rice (<em>Arwa</em>) was the dominant rice type in Nepal in the survey, followed by parboiled and steamed rice. The price and profit margins increased from coarse to fine rice varieties and from <em>Arwa</em> to parboiled and steamed rice. The cost of milling also followed a similar trend. The rice milling industry in Nepal largely influences the adoption or non-adoption of any specific type of rice variety by dictating specific brands in the market and this has important implications for rice research and development. The rice processing industry of Nepal was unable to compete with the Indian rice milling industry because of: 1) low profit margins due to the high cost of rice production and procurement, 2) a lack of economies of scale, 3) a lack of milling technologies for long and extra-long and steamed rice in the country and a lack of investment to modernize rice milling technology, and 4) unavailability of paddy throughout the year locally. Millers were willing to upgrade their rice milling technology to include high throughput parboiling, steamed rice as well as long and extra-long grain rice. This will be a strategic decision in counteracting the ever-increasing rice imports in Nepal. We believe that the findings of the study will be vital for formulating an appropriate rice research, development and rice processing strategy for Nepal to achieve food and nutritional security and the Sustainable Development Goals. 展开更多

Although China’s construction machinery thrives to meet the needs of construction,a number of challenges still remain to be overcome,such as lack of thorough knowledge of regional disparities and several limitations in terms of carbon emissions and economic development.Meanwhile,a low-carbon economy was proposed and implemented in China.This research aims to investigate the differences in industrial agglomeration of construction machineries and further explore the relationship between industrial agglomeration and low-carbon economy.On this basis,spatiotemporal analysis was performed to evaluate the levels of industrial agglomeration in different regions based on the situations of China’s construction machinery industry.Furthermore,this study explored the interaction between industrial agglomeration and low-carbon economy utilizing the coupling coordination analysis method.Results showed that the coupling coordination of the two subsystems was extremely unbalanced in 2006,and it maintained an increasing trend,reaching a relatively high level in 2018.Finally,suggestions,such as establishing a policy guarantee system and implementing variable policies in different regions,were proposed to provide guidelines for the government decision-making and promote the sustainable development of China’s construction machinery industry. 展开更多

数字经济改变了现有产业模式,促使产业链由传统生产者主导向新兴消费者主导逆向转变,重构产业链新格局。基于2017—2022年投入产出表、中经网统计数据库和国泰安数据库,结合《数字经济及其核心产业统计分类(2021)》对数字产业化和产业... 数字经济改变了现有产业模式,促使产业链由传统生产者主导向新兴消费者主导逆向转变,重构产业链新格局。基于2017—2022年投入产出表、中经网统计数据库和国泰安数据库,结合《数字经济及其核心产业统计分类(2021)》对数字产业化和产业数字化进行统计分类,采用PSM、渐进DID方法,聚焦数字经济、创新螺旋与产业链关键环节控制能力进行分析,得出如下结论:一是数字经济能够有效提升产业链中心度和中介度,促进关键环节控制能力提升;二是数字产业化与产业数字化能够显著提升产业链关键环节控制能力,数字产业化的推动作用强于产业数字化;三是数字经济提升产业链关键环节控制能力存在区域异质性、时段异质性和“卡脖子”行业异质性;四是数字技术“创新螺旋”效应承担部分中介作用,数字经济通过“创新螺旋”效应有效提升产业链关键环节控制能力。据此,提出数字经济驱动产业链关键环节控制能力提升的实践路径。 展开更多

随着产业发展进入新阶段,产业协同集聚和数字经济已经成为提升产业链韧性的核心驱动力,基于2011—2021年我国省级面板数据,采用熵权法对产业链韧性进行了测算,运用双重固定效应模型和空间杜宾模型考察产业协同集聚、数字经济对产业链韧... 随着产业发展进入新阶段,产业协同集聚和数字经济已经成为提升产业链韧性的核心驱动力,基于2011—2021年我国省级面板数据,采用熵权法对产业链韧性进行了测算,运用双重固定效应模型和空间杜宾模型考察产业协同集聚、数字经济对产业链韧性的影响。研究发现:不同地区的产业链韧性存在显著差异。产业协同集聚与数字经济均显著促进了产业链韧性提升。但是二者对产业链韧性提升的空间溢出作用存在差异。其次,数字经济在产业协同集聚促进产业链韧性提升的过程中发挥显著的正向调节作用,但这种正向调节作用在中西部地区不显著。基于上述结论,提出了扩大产业协同集聚空间范围、加强数字经济建设、强化我国中西部欠发达地区的产业基础设施建设等提升产业链韧性的对策建议。 展开更多

As the upstream of high-energy consumption industries such as metallurgy and chemical enterprises, the “carbon neutrality” ability of mining and mining enterprises can have a strong influence on the progress of China’s non-ferrous metal industry to achieve the “double carbon” goal. According to the Global Mining Development Report 2021, although mining occupies an important position in global economic development, it also accounts for 4% to 7% of global greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, as an important part of promoting China’s economic development and energy structure transformation, mining will also face scale adjustment. By investigating and studying the carbon emission sources of mining enterprises at the current stage at home and abroad, the carbon neutrality method that has been implemented in mines, and the future low-carbon technologies to be developed, this paper provides the thoughts and prospects for promoting the development of green mines, as well as the reference value for the transformation of China’s mining industry. 展开更多

数字经济作为推动黑龙江省产业链现代化的关键支撑,发挥了重要作用,在促进产业间协同、应对外部冲击、确保安全可控、融入全球高端价值链等方面具有重要意义。同时,数字经济也是推动黑龙江省现代化建设和构建新发展格局的关键着力点。然... 数字经济作为推动黑龙江省产业链现代化的关键支撑,发挥了重要作用,在促进产业间协同、应对外部冲击、确保安全可控、融入全球高端价值链等方面具有重要意义。同时,数字经济也是推动黑龙江省现代化建设和构建新发展格局的关键着力点。然而,在数字经济推进黑龙江省产业链现代化的过程中,仍然存在着数字基础设施建设不足、数字经济总量和产业发展不足、人才短缺与结构性流失、数字政府建设与服务能力不足、区域发展不协调等问题。借鉴其他省份的经验,可以依托数字经济提升黑龙江省产业链现代化水平,特别是需要加强数字基础设施建设、推动产业数字化转型、建设智慧农业示范基地、打造东北亚跨境数字化合作中心、解决人才短缺和流失问题、加强数字政府建设与服务能力等。这些都是当前推动黑龙江省产业链现代化亟需解决的重点方向。 展开更多

数字经济是理解制造业产业链韧性的重要视角。本文利用2011-2021年全国各省面板数据,实证探究数字经济提升制造业产业链韧性的内在机理,识别数字经济提升制造业产业链韧性的作用路径。研究结果表明:(1)数字经济通过提高创新资源的配置... 数字经济是理解制造业产业链韧性的重要视角。本文利用2011-2021年全国各省面板数据,实证探究数字经济提升制造业产业链韧性的内在机理,识别数字经济提升制造业产业链韧性的作用路径。研究结果表明:(1)数字经济通过提高创新资源的配置水平提高制造业产业链韧性;(2)随着数字产业化和产业数字化,数字经济对制造业产业链韧性促进作用边际递减;(3)数字资源是数字经济发展初期促进制造业产业链韧性提升的主要因素,数字经济促进作用下降的原因是数字应用推动作用的下降;(4)数字经济对中部地区制造业产业韧性促进作用最大。本文试图分解数字经济要素,并具体分析各要素对制造业产业链韧性的影响。 展开更多
