Development and Application of Big Data Platform for Garlic Industry Chain

In order to effectively solve the problems which affect the stable and healthy development of garlic industry,such as the uncertainty of the planting scale and production data,the influence factors of price fluctuation is difficult to be accurately analyzed,the difficult to predict the trend of price change,the uncertainty of the market concentration,and the difficulty of the short-term price prediction etc.the big data platform of the garlic industry chain has been developed.Combined with a variety of data acquisition technology,the information collection of influencing factors for garlic industry chain is realized.Based on the construction of the big data technology platform,the real-time synchronous acquisition,efficient storage and analysis of the planting,market,storage,processing,export and logistics information in five provinces and seven counties are realized.The application of the big data platform for garlic industry chain has realized the accurate acquisition of garlic planting area,the price and trend of market circulation and the information of export information,analyzed the fluctuation regulation of garlic price,and also realized the short-term precision prediction of garlic price.

Research on the Digital Transformation of the Whole Industry Chain of Guangdong Supply and Marketing Cooperative

Guangdong Supply and Marketing Cooperative serves as an important institution for the“Three Rural Areas”in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Its digital transformation and optimization serve as powerful supports for rural revitalization.This paper systematically reviews the main practices and effectiveness of the digital transformation within the Guangdong Supply and Marketing Cooperative.It also analyzes the current development dilemmas faced in the construction of digital supply and marketing.Additionally,it proposes targeted solutions,including building a big data resource base,optimizing the digital supply and marketing cloud platform,developing digital publictype agricultural social service applications,establishing a new model of rural e-commerce,enhancing the traceability management system for agricultural products,and strengthening the construction of the digital human resources system.These proposals aim to further promote the strategy for revitalizing the countryside.

Study and Countermeasures on Safety Control of Traditional Chinese Medicines Industry Chain

I'm very grateful to Chinese Pharmaceutical Association and DIA for their elaborate organization,so that we are able to participate in the Sino-Europe Symposium.Yesterday and today,several professors have talked about various aspects.It is true that the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine is important,and safety is equally important.For this reason,our laboratory works on the effective test,and at the same time,since 2001,we have been focusing on the safety of traditional Chinese medicines,especially the research on exogenous pollution.Today,I would like to share with you some of the quality control of the whole industry chain of traditional Chinese medicine and some of our thoughts.

Security Policies for Web Service Invocation of Automotive Industry Chain Collaboration Platform

To meet the actual requirements of an automotive industry chain collaboration platform （AICCP）, this paper offers several simple but effective security policies based upon the traditional security mechanism of data transfer, including user ID verification with SOAP （simple object access protocol）, header, SOAP message encryption with SOAP extension and XML （extensible markup language） file encryption and decryption. Application of these policies to the AICCP for more than one year proves the effectiveness of the data exchange practice between the AICCP and enterprise Intranet.

Review of Researches on Agricultural Industry Chain at Home and Abroad

Management of agricultural industry chain is the main form of modern agricultural industrialization. Integration and optimization of agricultural chain have great significance in deepening the reform in the countryside,quickening the development of agricultural modernization and establishing new system of agricultural management. Based on the theory sources and contents of agricultural chain as well as the current researches at home and abroad,this paper hackles and concludes information technology,logistics management and food safety and quality in foreign agricultural chain as well as the organization model,operation mechanism,integration and optimization,promotion and extension,financing and risk prevention,influencing factors as well as performance evaluation in domestic agricultural chain and offers relevant review in order to provide further reference for future researches.

Analysis of the autophagy gene expression profile of pancreatic cancer based on autophagy-related protein microtubule-associated protein 1A/1B-light chain 3

BACKGROUND Pancreatic cancer is a highly invasive malignant tumor. Expression levels of the autophagy-related protein microtubule-associated protein 1 A/1 B-light chain 3(LC3) and perineural invasion(PNI) are closely related to its occurrence and development. Our previous results showed that the high expression of LC3 was positively correlated with PNI in the patients with pancreatic cancer. In this study, we further searched for differential genes involved in autophagy of pancreatic cancer by gene expression profiling and analyzed their biological functions in pancreatic cancer, which provides a theoretical basis for elucidating the pathophysiological mechanism of autophagy in pancreatic cancer and PNI.AIM To identify differentially expressed genes involved in pancreatic cancer autophagy and explore the pathogenesis at the molecular level.METHODS Two sets of gene expression profiles of pancreatic cancer/normal tissue(GSE16515 and GSE15471) were collected from the Gene Expression Omnibus.Significance analysis of microarrays algorithm was used to screen differentially expressed genes related to pancreatic cancer. Gene Ontology(GO) analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) pathway analysis were used to analyze the functional enrichment of the differentially expressed genes. Protein interaction data containing only differentially expressed genes was downloaded from String database and screened. Module mining was carried out by Cytoscape software and ClusterOne plug-in. The interaction relationship between the modules was analyzed and the pivot nodes between the functional modules were determined according to the information of the functional modules and the data of reliable protein interaction network.RESULTS Based on the above two data sets of pancreatic tissue total gene expression, 6098 and 12928 differentially expressed genes were obtained by analysis of genes with higher phenotypic correlation. After extracting the intersection of the two differential gene sets, 4870 genes were determined. GO analysis showed that 14 significant functional items including negative regulation of protein ubiquitination were closely related to autophagy. A total of 986 differentially expressed genes were enriched in these functional items. After eliminating the autophagy related genes of human cancer cells which had been defined, 347 differentially expressed genes were obtained. KEGG pathway analysis showed that the pathways hsa04144 and hsa04020 were related to autophagy. In addition,65 clustering modules were screened after the protein interaction network was constructed based on String database, and module 32 contains the LC3 gene,which interacts with multiple autophagy-related genes. Moreover, ubiquitin C acts as a pivot node in functional modules to connect multiple modules related to pancreatic cancer and autophagy.CONCLUSION Three hundred and forty-seven genes associated with autophagy in human pancreatic cancer were concentrated, and a key gene ubiquitin C which is closely related to the occurrence of PNI was determined, suggesting that LC3 may influence the PNI and prognosis of pancreatic cancer through ubiquitin C.

Patent Information Analysis of Front-end Industry Chain in China's Tobacco Industry

The research performed analysis on patent applicant ranking, IPC, patent type and legal status in order to explore application and authorization of front-end industry chain dominated by planting, breeding, soil improvement and substrate culti- vation technologies. The results showed that research institutions and big tobacco enterprises play a leading role in the tobacco industry, for example, Yunnan Tobac- co Agricultural S＆T Research Institute and Guizhou Tobacco Agricultural S＆T Re- search Institute have a total of 26 patents; A01G subclass represents 58% of total patents, dominated by Yunnan Tobacco Agricultural S＆T Research Institute and Henan Agricultural University; there are only invention and practical use patents, of which invention patents represent 92%; authorized patents take up to 31% and in- valid patents represent 23%.

Construction of Regional Grain Industry Chain and Supply Chain in Yunnan Province

As a southwestern border province of China,Yunnan is featured by the geographical advantage of proximity to the Indo-China Peninsula which is known as World Rice Warehouse,and its capital and technology are ahead of the neighboring countries of China.Therefore,to enhance its support capability in consolidating and improving the national food security strategy,Yunnan should further develop its comparative advantages by building the regional food industry chain and supply chain depending on the province's grain system of production,processing,storage and transportation,as well as its agricultural economic and trade cooperation platforms and channels with the neighboring countries of China.In this study,comparative analysis and related methods were used to systematically analyze the scale of grain production in Yunnan,the proportion of its grain production to the national total amount,the transition of its grain variety structure and the characteristics of its food security system,as well as the grain export trade of the 6 countries in the Indo-China Peninsula from 2010 to 2019.Then,the problems in grain production in Yunnan were clarified,such as the decrease of grain ration production capacity,the decline of comparative benefits of grain production and the insufficient support for agricultural"going global"strategy.Finally,a series of countermeasures were put forward,including further implementing the strategy of"reserving grain in land and technology"to increase Yunnan's production capacity of grain,focusing on agricultural products storage and transportation system to improve the ability to obtain grain from abroad,expanding the border processing and logistics industry,optimizing the policy of agricultural products'import and export,and etc.

CO2 and SO2 emission characteristics of the whole process industry chain of coal processing and utilization in China

The total coal consumption in China is on the rise.The characteristics of CO2 and SO2 emissions in the whole process of coal processing and utilization in China are worthy of study.Based on the five links of the whole process of coal production and utilization,including coal production,raw coal processing,logistics and transportation,conversion and utilization and resource utilization,this paper summarized and analyzed the energy consumption and pollutant emission sources of these five links,combined with the US Environmental Protection Agency’s AP-42 method and IPCC method,to calculate total pollutant discharge and emission factors,where the emission factors were corrected by conversion efficiency.At the same time,uncertainty analysis is performed about CO2 and SO2 emissions.The results showed that CO2 emissions were 3.657 billion tons,and emission reductions were 61 million tons,and SO2 emissions were 4,844,500 tons,and emission reductions were 10.3595 million tons in 2015.

A Transportation Network Equilibrium Reformulation of Eco-Industry Chain Network

In this paper, we demonstrate that the eco-industrial network equilibrium model of link flow version previously introduced can be reformulated as a transportation network equilibrium problem of path flow version. Then, some methodological tools mainly applied in the field of transportation science can be used to discuss the eco-industrial chain network problem. What the highlighted contribution lies in is that the paper not only expands theory of supply chain model with reducing path flow but also generalizes the traditional transportation network equilibrium problem by new applications.

Vertical Price Transmission in the China's Layer Industry Chain:an Application of FDL Approach

This paper examines the vertical price relationship between upstream and downstream products in China＇s layer industry chain by estimating elasticity coefficients of the price transmission. We use cointegration tests, error correction models and finite distributed lag models to analyze vertical price shifts between corn, layer feed, egg-laying chicken and egg prices. With monthly data from 1994 to 2010, our results show that various prices in China＇s layer industry chain are well integrated. In addition, our results indicate that both long-run and short-run price relationships between upstream and downstream products in layer industry chain exist and the long-run equilibrium, to a certain extent, may eliminate the short-run dynamics price deviation. We also found that the influence of corn and feed prices on egg prices is still more remarkable than egg-laying chicken prices. Our findings imply that governments should pay more attention to corn and layer feed prices in order to stabilize egg prices under the conditions of market integration.

Comparative Analysis on Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives from the Perspective of Agricultural Industry Chain

Taking three typical farmers' specialized cooperatives in Jingyuan County of Gansu Province as example,this paper compared with the operating mode of three cooperatives and their position in the agricultural industry chain,and analyzed operating characteristics,problems,and similarities of three cooperatives and their functions in the agricultural industry chain.The study indicated that the farmers' specialized cooperatives can accurately find their position in the agricultural industry chain.This is helpful for raising their comprehensive competitiveness and it is very important to manage the survival and development of farmers' specialized cooperatives,which is of utmost importance to their effective operation.According to this study,the government should strengthen its support,speed up the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,while farmers' specialized cooperatives should grasp the operating characteristics,locate themselves and integrate multi-resources.These are effective measures for promoting healthy operation of farmers' specialized cooperatives.

Industrial transmission effect of international metal price shocks in perspective of industry chain

Based on a new perspective of industry chain and selecting monthly data from February2006to December2015,this paper chooses eight Chinese industrial sectors to construct a SVAR model reflecting internal relationships among metal chains,analyzes the direct effects and indirect effects of international metal prices on output of various links in metal chains,then it investigates the main transmission path of international metal price shocks through decomposing the inflation pressure sources in metal chains.The results show that international metal price shocks not only affect industrial output in a direct way,but also indirectly affect the growth of output through the increased pressure on industrial inflation and then triggering a tightening of monetary policy implementation.Affected by factors such as the lack of market demand and the price transmission mechanism blocking,the direct effects of international metal price shocks mainly impact the upstream and midstream industry,while the downstream industry is mainly affected by indirect effects;in addition,the international metal price shocks have spillover effects on the industrial inflation,and transmit along the industry chain from upstream to downstream,and their strength weakens in sequence.

Analysis of Hongdao Clam Industrial Structure Based on Industry Chain

The vertical and transverse structures of Hongdao clam industry are described and analyzed objectively based on the perspective of industry chain. On the basis of field investigation,the key nodes of Hongdao clam industry chain,including nursery,breeding,processing,transportation and sale,are analyzed. It can be concluded that the development of clam industry chain is unbalanced,especially the deep-processing capacity is not strong,and the development of supporting industy lags behind. The horizontal industry chain of clam needs to be further improved. The corresponding suggestions are put forward: strengthening research on new nursery technology in later period,further extending the horizontal industry chain of clam,mining the depth of clam-related leisure industry,and upgrading service level of leisure travel.

A Study on the Interest Linkage Mechanism of the Taxus Industry Chain in Pengshui Miao and Tujia Autonomous County

At the Taxus base of Pengshui Miao and Tujia Autonomous County,Chongqing,the comprehensive development and utilization of Taxus was carried out with seedling cultivation,understory economy,product processing,ecotourism and other aspects as the main line.The benefit linkage mechanism of the operation of the Taxus industrial chain was explored and analyzed,so as to extend and supplement the Taxus industrial chain.The two models of"company+farmer"and"company+village collective+farmer"are relatively close benefit linkage models,which indirectly promote the increase of farmers income and smoothly guarantee the operation of the industrial chain,thereby playing a positive role during the development of the Taxus industry.This study provides reliable countermeasures and suggestions for the sustained and healthy development of the Taxus industry in Pengshui County.

Inherent Numerical Instability in Computing Invariant Measures of Markov Chains

Invariant measures of Markov chains in discrete or continuous time with a countable set of states are characterized by its steady state recurrence relations. Exemplarily, we consider transition matrices and Q-matrices with upper bandwidth n and lower bandwidth 1 where the invariant measures satisfy an (n + 1)-order linear difference equation. Markov chains of this type arise from applications to queueing problems and population dynamics. It is the purpose of this paper to point out that the forward use of this difference equation is subject to some hitherto unobserved aspects. By means of the concept of generalized continued fractions (GCFs), we prove that each invariant measure is a dominated solution of the difference equation such that forward computation becomes numerically unstable. Furthermore, the GCF-based approach provides a decoupled recursion in which the phenomenon of numerical instability does not appear. The procedure results in an iteration scheme for successively computing approximants of the desired invariant measure depending on some truncation level N. Increasing N leads to the desired solution. A comparison study of forward computation and the GCF-based approach is given for Q-matrices with upper bandwidth 1 and 2.

Improving Supply Chain Strategies towards Mitigating the Effect of Crude Oil Theft and Pipeline Vandalism in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry: A Case Study of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC)

Generically, SCM may be said to include all activities carried out to ensure proper functioning of the supply chain. The activities included in proper management of a supply chain broadly include logistics activities, planning and control of the flow of information and materials in a firm, management of relationships with other organizations and government intervention, However, crude oil theft and pipeline vandalism are established products supply chain disruptors in Nigeria which are rendering the task of running an efficient petroleum supply chain onerous. This paper aims to establish the importance of effective supply chain strategies for companies in the oil and gas industry with special focus on the Nigerian oil and gas sector and the strategies by which the state oil and gas corporation in this sector may mitigate disruptions to its supply chain. This study investigates the enhancement of supply chain strategies towards meeting the challenge of crude oil theft and pipeline vandalism, using the Nigerian National Corporation (NNPC) as a case study. Based on this study, data were collected from two sources: A summary of incident reports obtained from NNPC and an interview with personnel in the PPMC Department. Incident report refers to a report produced when accidents such as equipment failure, injury, loss of life, or fire occur at the work site. Content analysis is utilized to evaluate data obtained from interview responses, CBN financial stability reports, NDIC annual reports, circulars, banking supervision reports and implementation guidelines. The study found out that NNPC should endeavor to sustain its value chain and ward of pipeline vandals and crude oil thieves by engaging in community partnership, detailing security outfits to ensure its pipelines’ right of way and bridging. Concluded that the oil supply chain of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation has been plagued by disruptions in the form of crude oil theft and pipeline vandalism which has had debilitating effects on its value.

Discussion on Industry Chain Financing Promoting International Competitiveness of China's Agriculture

Industry chain financing,also known as supply chain financing,is a kind of financial innovation in production and transaction emerging from the 1990 s. Recent years,industry chain financing has gradually permeated in agriculture. As one of the major agricultural countries in the world,China should still make great endeavor in satisfying domestic requirement of agricultural products and improving international competitiveness. Based on the empirical and feasible analysis of agricultural industry chain financing,this article emphasizes on the new mode of industry chain financing and puts forward some related policy suggestions to discuss how to quicken agricultural development with financial support as well as promote international competitiveness of China's agriculture.

Price Conduction Mechanism of China's Wheat Industry Chain Based on VECM

With the aid of the VECM( vector error correction model),this paper studied dynamic effect of wheat price and flour price conduction mechanism in the wheat industry chain. Study results indicate that in a long term,wheat price and flour price have equilibrium relationship. Through threshold co-integration test,it found that there is no threshold co-integration relationship between wheat price and flour price.This can be adjusted using the linear error correction mode. In a short term,the wheat price and flour price have Granger causality relationship. When the price deviates from equilibrium state,the flour price can be adjusted and regressed to equilibrium state,but the speed of wheat price regressing to equilibrium state is slow. Finally,the impulse response function analysis indicates that fluctuation of the wheat price can bring huge and sustained impact to wheat and flour market.

A novel coordination polymer of [Ca(2-OPA)2(H2O)2]n (2-OPA-=2-oxo-1(4H)-pyridineacetate anion) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in orthorhombic with space group Pna21, a=0.799 96(16) nm, b=0.823 77(16) nm, c=2.415 3(5) nm, V=1.591 6(6) nm3, Z=4, R=0.030 3, wR=0.070 0. The Ca atom is eight-coordinated by six O atoms of four 2-OPA- ligands and two water molecules, and displays a dodecahedron coordination geometry. Each 2-OPA- ligand bridges two adjacent Ca atoms, forming a infinite chain along the a direction. The Ca...Ca distance is 0.4102 2(8)nm. A two-dimensional supramolecular framework is further constructed by the hydrogen bonds and the weak π-π interactions. The results of TG analysis show the chain structure of the title complex was stable under 297.5 ℃. CCDC: 251669.
