The Impact of Industry-Education Integration on College Students’ Motivation to Learn English under the TPACK Framework

This paper explores the impact of industry-education integration on students’motivation in college English courses under the TPACK(Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge)framework using a comprehensive approach combining quantitative and qualitative methods.Quantitative data analysis indicates a significant positive correlation between the perception of industry-education integration and the level of student learning motivation.There is also a clear association between the perception scores of TPACK framework integration and learning motivation.Qualitative data analysis reveals students’positive experiences and recognition of the TPACK framework integration in practical application projects.The study concludes that industry-education integration and the TPACK framework play a crucial role in enhancing students’learning motivation.It suggests optimizing teaching practices through faculty training,designing practical application projects,and promoting student interaction.This comprehensive analysis provides substantial guidance for the future development of English courses.

Research on the Generation of Professional Skill Modules for Talent Cultivation in the Landscape Architecture Profession for Industry-Education Integration of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

Due to industry characteristics or regional limitations,many students in certain majors tend to seek employment in small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).SMEs face certain challenges in implementing industry-education integration,and there is a lack of mature methods in specific implementation processes and talent cultivation plan generation.Taking the landscape architecture profession as an example,this paper conducts a correlation analysis and cross-analysis of the industry-required professional skills based on surveys of over 300 industry practitioners employed in SMEs.It provides professional skill cultivation modules based on market feedback.This research process and analysis method have certain reference significance for the rapid production of adaptive talent cultivation professional skill modules in other industries targeting SMEs.

Discussion on the Talent Cultivation Strategy for Interior Design in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

Research on Application-oriented Undergraduate Course Construction under the Background of Industry-education Integration——Take the Performance Management Course as an Example

Deepening the integration of industry and education is an effective way to cultivate high-quality applied talents.However,integration of industry and education is still at a relatively low level,and the mode is relatively single,without realizing the deep integration of collaborative education and industry.This paper takes the course"Performance Management"of Human Resource Management as an example to build an industry-education integration system with curriculum construction as a carrier.We introduce enterprise tutors and enterprise scenarios from the aspects of teaching syllabus,teaching content,teaching design,teaching process,teaching resources,and teaching evaluation to study the construction of professional courses under the background of industry-education integration.Through the Performance Management course study,we summarize the methods and modes of industry-education integration in human resource management(HRM)courses and extend and apply the research results to other courses of HRM majors to complete the construction of courses aiming at industry-education integration in HRM majors.

Application of Capability Maturity Model Integration to Innovation Management for Software and Service Companies

To look through innovation management in small project-based firms, such as software engineering companies, which are service firms that conduct projects for their clients, capability maturity model integration （CMMI） is introduced. It is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes. Taking ABC Software Company as an example, the performances before and after the introduction of CMMI in the firm were compared. The results indicated that after two years of application, the productivity increased 92%, and the ability of detecting errors improved 26.45% ; while the rate of faults and the cost of software development dropped 12.45% and 77.55%, respectively. To conclude, small project-based firms benefit a lot if they take CMMI into their process of innovation management, particularly for those R＆D firms, since the implementation of CMMI leads them to a promising future with higher efficiency and better effects.

随着数字经济的不断发展,未来数智应用也将不断涌现,对无线通信基础设施提出更高要求。当前5G-A网络以及下一代移动通信网络在通感一体化、低空经济、车路协同等应用场景中,需提供高性能、高可靠的组网服务。面对新挑战,提出功能协调、多频协同、资源利旧、按需实施的创新组网设计思路和设计方法。通过示范区域的测试评估及初步应用验证,该方案能够提供相对稳定可靠的场景覆盖和组网性能。

Integrated Process Capability Analysis

Process Capability Analysis (PCA) is a powerful too l to assess the ability of a process for manufacturing product that meets specific ations. The larger process capability index implies the higher process yield, a nd the larger process capability index also indicates the lower process expected loss. Chen et al. (2001) has applied indices C pu, C pl, and C pk for evaluating the process capability for a multi-process product wi th smaller-the-better, larger-the-better, and nominal-the-best specificati ons respectively. However, C pk cannot reasonably reflect the process expected loss. In this paper, index C pn is selected to replace C pk. Indices C pu, C pl, and C pn are used to evalu ate the entire process capability for a multi-process product with smaller-the -better, larger-the-better, and nominal-the-best specifications respectivel y. An integrated process capability index for a multi-process product is propo sed. The relationship between process capability index and the process yield is introduced. A multi-process capability analysis chart (MPCAC), reasonably rev ealing the status of process capability for the entire product, is constructed f or practical application. An evaluating procedure of the process capability for the entire product is also provided.

学科交叉融合培养实践创新型人才的研究

目的探索医学教育与多学科交叉融合背景下建立以增强科研创新意识和能力为主的全新教学模式。方法选择北华大学2021级临床医学专业本科生为研究对象。根据平时成绩将30名学生随机分成两个组,A组15人,采用传统授课模式,完成基本教学内容。B组15人,在完成基础教学的基础上,增加多学科交叉融合教学,学期结束后比较两组同学在课程体系评价、学生实践教学考核成绩、师资队伍评价、教学效果和质量评价。结果在课程体系评价中,B组课程的整体表现优于A组;实践教学考核成绩得分,B组得分明显高于A组;在授课内容贴合本专业领域前沿、理论知识与实践相结合、学科进行交叉融合、师生互动、激发学生思考能力和创新思维上,A组教师优良率仅为33.3%~73.3%,而B组教师优良率为86.7%~100%,B组教师表现较A组教师提升较大。在教学效果评价和教学质量评价方面B组整体优于A组。结论医学教育与多学科交叉融合培养能够有效地提升医学本科生科研创新能力。

应急管理体系和能力现代化的整体逻辑、多重困境与优化策略

随着人类社会进入风险社会时代,应急管理日益成为复杂开放的系统工程,凸显出应急管理体系和能力现代化的必要性紧迫性。已有关于应急管理体系和能力现代化的研究大多以单个或部分侧面展开探讨而难以管窥全貌,缺少一个能够将各向度难题统合起来考量的整体性理论框架。从“理念—结构—过程—功能”的理论分析框架出发,结合典型突发事件分析,可以发现当前我国应急管理体系和能力现代化建设中存在理念失范、结构失稳、过程失序、功能失效等困点。要突破上述多重困境,须依循理念内化、结构进阶、过程闭环、功能总成的完善进路,既为理解应急管理体系和能力现代化总体布局提供全景解释,也为实践推进提供理论支撑。

以生物样本库为基础的“5+3”临床医学科研教学改革探索

面对日益增长的高质量医疗服务需求与医学生培养质量低下、培养周期长的矛盾,国家和学界提出“5+3”一体化临床医学专业培养模式。在近7年的培养实践中,该模式孕育了大批基础扎实、临床技能娴熟的规培医生,但也暴露其科研创新思维和能力的匮乏,这表明“5+3”一体化教育模式需要对科研能力方面进行深化改革。文章探索了以生物样本库为基础的“5+3”一体化临床医学科研思维和能力的改革方案。
