The linear weighted regression model is one of the models studied in many articles in recent years. Some further problems, such as disturbation, influence measure and estimate efficiency, have been discussed in this paper on the basis of the regression diagnosties. The partial conclusions of this paper are the extension of the familiar concepts in the regression diagnosties theory[2' 3,7] because they are representative of this kind of model. 展开更多

RIM is a mechanism of outlier detection that identifies the contribution of data points in a regression model. A BIC-based RIM is essentially a technique developed in this work to simultaneously detect influential data points and select optimal predictor variables. It is an addition to the body of existing literature in this area of study to both having an alternative to the AIC and Mallow’s Cp Statistic-based RIM as well as conditions of no influence, some sort of influence and perfectly single outlier data point in an entire data set which are proposed in this work. The method is implemented in R by an algorithm that iterates over all data points;deleting data points one at a time while computing BICs and selecting optimal predictors alongside RIMs. From the analyses done using evaporation data to compare the proposed method and the existing methods, the results show that the same data cases selected as having high influences by the two existing methods are also selected by the proposed method. The three methods show same performance;hence the relevance of the BIC-based RIM cannot be undermined. 展开更多

Ground subsidence in a Chinese underground gold mine is remarkable. To find out reasons and regularities of the subsidence, following research work was carried out: (1) systemetical investigations of engineering geological conditions, including in situ stress sta- te, locstion and size of old river beds, ponds and unfilled mined-out areas, (2) in situ monitoring of strata movement by multi-point ex tensometers in 3 vertical boreholes; (3) FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis to study the relationship between the ground subsidence and mining excavation, especially to inspect the influence of unfilled mined-out areas at shallow depth on the subsidence. Based on the research results, measures to control the ground subsidence and to prevent buildings from damage are provided. 展开更多

On the social network platform, complaints about the public policy formulation and implementation issues arise largely. Through the information aggregation, frequent interaction, word-of-mouth and emotional resonance on online social network, these information will lead to the outbreak of the network complaints. It brings difficulties and challenges in public management. China is under a period of social transformation, and there are various problems and contradictions. Emergency can easily arouse group complaints on online network, and it will lead to network public opinion through inducing social emotional resonance, which is harmful to social security and stability. This paper has built the evaluation index system from four dimensions with complaint text’s quality, transmission timeliness, user interaction degree and emotional resonance excited by emergency. Then, we establish the dynamic influence measure model of online netizens complaint theme based on an entropy weight model. The measure model is proved to be reasonable and effective by the empirical research of Sina Weibo data. The model can effectively solve the measure problem of group complaints influence when the emergencies arouse social emotional resonance. It has important theoretical significance and practical value for public policy decision-maker on listening to online group complaints, understanding public opinion, and making public policy. 展开更多

In order to investigate the influence of dummy head on measuring speech intelligi- bility, the objective and subjective speech intelligibility evaluation experiments were respectively carried out for different spatial configurations of a target source and a noise source in the horizontal plane. The differences between standard STIPA measured without a dummy head and binaural STIPA measured with a dummy head were compared and the correlation of subjective speech intelligibility and objective STIPA was analyzed. It is showed that the position of sound source affects significantly on binaural STIPA and subjective intelligibility measured by a dummy head or measured in a real-life scenario. The standard STIPA is closer to the lower value of the two binaural STIPA values. The speech intelligibility is higher for a single ear which is on the same side with the target source or on the other side of the noise source. Binaural speech intelligibility is always the lowest when both target and noise sources are at the same place but once apart the speech intelligibility will increase sharply. It is also found that the subjective intelligibility measured by a dummy head or measured in a real-life scenario is uncorrelated with standard STIPA, but correlated highly with STIPA measured with a dummy head. The subjective intelligibility of one single ear is correlated highly with STIPA measured at the same ear, and the binaural speech intelligibility is in well agreement with the higher value of the two binaural STIPA values. 展开更多
