In recent years,China’s landscaping projects have developed vigorously,and the growth rate of urban garden green space areas has been maintained at about 5%.Overall,with the development of the national economy and the support of macro policies,people’s demand for close to nature and beautify the environment is gradually increasing,which has brought new growth momentum for the development of the landscaping industry.Simultaneously,from the perspective of future economic development and urban development,the landscaping industry still has a lot of room for development.However,with the rapid development of landscape engineering,the problem of cost control of landscape engineering is becoming more prominent,the phenomenon of budget overestimation is common,and there are many factors affecting the cost of landscape engineering,which brings difficulties and challenges to the analysis of its influencing factors and cost management.How to scientifically analyze the influencing factors and control the cost has become an important link in the landscaping project.To solve the above problems,this paper takes the design stage of landscaping engineering as the background,takes the design estimate of landscaping engineering as the research object,through literature research and data collection,fully excavates the main influencing factors of the design estimate stage of landscaping engineering,analyzes the key points of cost control,and provides reference ideas and directions for the later cost management and control. 展开更多

[Objectives]The paper was to figure out the distribution of Monochamus alternatus in the stumps of pine wood nematode infected wood in Lu'an City and to provide a theoretical and practical basis for differentiated prevention and control of pine wood nematode disease in the future.[Methods]The factors influencing the number of epidemic small classes and infected plants in all counties and districts of Lu'an City were analyzed by GIS method,and the number of worms and wormholes of M.alternatus inside and outside the stumps of pine wood nematode infected wood in Lu'an City were investigated on the spot.[Results]There were 98,40,54,781,193,268 and 34 epidemic small classes of pine wood nematode disease,and 7241,6099,9532,39161,11079,49876 and 4853 infected plants in Yu'an District,Jin'an District,Yeji District,Shucheng County,Huoshan County,Jinzhai County and Huoqiu County,respectively.Pine wood nematode disease in Lu'an City mostly occurred in Huoshan County,Shucheng County and Jinzhai County,with relatively high altitude,paddy soil,the annual precipitation higher than 2062 mm,and the annual average temperature lower than 16.2℃.The number of diseased plants of pine wood nematode disease was positively correlated with altitude and annual precipitation,and was negatively correlated with annual average temperature.The number of worms and wormholes in pine wood nematode infected wood was very small at different altitudes,stump heights and stump diameters.[Conclusions]The pine wood nematode infected wood can be differentially processed after stump treatment,and stumps can be peeled.The results will provide a theoretical and practical basis for differentiated prevention and control of pine wood nematode disease in the future. 展开更多

To identify risk factors for HIV infection among men who have sex with men (MSM) and to provide a theoretical basis for prevention interventions. Between December 2011 and August 2012, a case-control study was conducted among MSM who underwent voluntary counselling and testing for HIV. Confirmed HIV-positive MSM were included in the case group, and HIV-negative MSM were included in the control group. Information on possible risk factors was collected by a survey questionnaire and a qualitative interview. The results of a conditional logistic regression showed that the following were influencing factors for HIV infection: average monthly income between 2001 and 3000 Yuan (odds ratio (0R)=6.341, 95% Ch 1.714-12.544), only sometimes using condoms when having anal sex with men in the last 6 months (0R=7.601, 95% Ch 1.359-23.083), having HIV-positive sex partners (0R=5.273, 95% Ch 1.572- 17.691), rectal trauma with bleeding in the last 6 months (0R=2.947, 95% Ch 1.308-6.638), not using condoms at last sexual encounter (OR-- 1.278, 95% Ch 1.012-5.595), engaging in commercial sex (0R=5.925, 95% Ch 1.923-13.890) and having more than 16 sex partners in the last 6 months (0R=1.175, 95% Ch 1.021-1.353). These seven factors were the risk factors of HIV infection (OR〉l). However, having anal sex less than 10 times in the previous 1 month (OR=O.O02, 95% CI: 0.000-0.287) was a protective factor against HIV infection among MSM (OR〈l), and insertive (0R=0.116, 95% Ch 0.000-0.236) (OR〈l) anal intercourse influenced HIV infection. Interventions should be targeted at MSM whose average monthly income is between 2001 and 3000 Yuan, and who engage in commercial sex. In addition, the importance of using condoms at every sexual encounter should be emphasised in health education, as should the treatment of rectal trauma with bleeding. Finally, MSM should decrease the number of sex partners and frequency of anal sex to decrease the rate of HIV infection. 展开更多

Deep beam anchorage structures based on spatial distribution analysis of the cable prestressed field have been proposed for roadway roof support, Stability and other factors that influence deep beam structures are studied in this paper using mechanical calculations, numerical analysis and field measurements, A mechanical model of deep beam structure subjected to multiple loading is established, including analysis of roof support in the return airway of S1203 working face in the Yuwu coal mine, China, The expression of maximum shear stress in the deep beam structure is deduced according to the stress superposition criterion, It is found that the primary factors affecting deep beam structure stability are deep beam thickness, cable pre-tension and cable spacing, The variation of maximum shear stress distribution and prestressed field diffusion effects according to various factors are analyzed using Matlah and FLAC3DTM software, and practical support parameters of the S1203 return airway roof are determined, According to the observations of rock pressure, there is no evidence of roof separation, and the maximum values of roof subsidence and convergence of wall rock are 72 and 48 mm, respectively, The results show that the proposed roof support design with a deep beam structure is feasible and achieves effective control of the roadway roof, 展开更多

To address the two critical issues of evaluating the necessity of implementing cooling techniques and achieving real-time temperature control of drilling fluids underground in the current drilling fluid cooling technology,we first established a temperature and pressure coupled downhole heat transfer model,which can be used in both water-based and oil-based drilling fluid.Then,fourteen factors,which could affect wellbore temperature,were analyzed.Based on the standard deviation of the downhole temperature corresponding to each influencing factor,the influence of each factor was quantified.The influencing factors that can be used to guide the drilling fluid's cooling technology were drilling fluid thermal conductivity,drilling fluid heat capacity,drilling fluid density,drill strings rotation speed,pump rate,viscosity,ROP,and injection temperature.The nondominated sorting genetic algorithm was used to optimize these six parameters,but the optimization process took 182 min.Combining these eight parameters'influence rules with the nondominated sorting genetic algorithm can reduce the optimization time to 108 s.Theoretically,the downhole temperature has been demonstrated to increase with the inlet temperature increasing linearly under quasi-steady states.Combining this law and PID,the downhole temperature can be controlled,which can reduce the energy for cooling the surface drilling fluid and can ensure the downhole temperature reaches the set value as soon as possible. 展开更多

Based on previous researches,taking farmers in Hainan region as investigation object,the influence factors of channel stability of leading enterprise + farmer are studied by combining the background of formal contract and using the combination method of theory and demonstration. Contract item design,trading cost,product specificity,power structure,information asymmetry and social relationship are contained in analytic framework to establish theoretic model. Research results show that in formal channel management,when contract clause design is more explicit,product specificity is stronger,power structure is more balanced,information share degree is higher,and trading cost is lower,channel is more stable,and farmer's willing to renew contract is stronger. Meanwhile,social relationship plays stronger regulation role. 展开更多

Despite millions of seafarers and passengers staying on ships each year, few studies have been conducted on the indoor air quality inside ship hulls. In this study, we investigated the levels and size distribution of indoor particulate matter during two cruises of the research vessel “Xuelong” from Shanghai to Antarctica. The results showed that the particle size less than 2.5 μm(PM_(2.5)), and particle size less than 10 μm(PM_(10)) concentrations in different rooms of the ship widely varied. We observed high particulate matter(PM) levels in some of the rooms. The mass concentration distribution was dominated by 1–4 μm particles, which may have been caused by the hygroscopic growth of fine particles. The dominant factors influencing PM concentrations were indoor temperature, relative humidity, and human activity. We quantified contributions of these factors to the levels of indoor particles using a generalized additive model. In clean rooms, the levels of indoor particles were controlled by temperature and relative humidity, whereas in polluted rooms, the levels of indoor particles were mainly influenced by temperature and human activity, which implied that controlling temperature and human activity would efficiently reduce the levels of indoor particles. 展开更多

The effect of controlling strata movement in solid filling mining depends on the filling rate of the goal. However, the mechanical property of the overburden in the backfill stope and the designed size of the backfill mining workface should also be considered. In this study, we established a main roof strata model with loads in accordance with the theory of key strata to investigate the stability of the overburden in solid dense filling mining. We analyzed the stress distribution law of the main roof strata based on elastic thin plate theory. The results show that the position of the long side midpoint of the main roof strata failed more easily because of tensile yield, indicating that this position is the area where failure is likely to occur more easily. We also deduced the stability mechanics criterion of the main roof strata based on tensile yield criterion. The factors affecting the stability of the overburden in solid dense filling mining were also analyzed, including the thickness and elasticity modulus of the main roof strata, overlying strata loads, advanced distance and length of workface, and elastic foundation coefficient of backfill body. The research achievements can provide an important theoretical basis for determining the designed size of the solid dense filling mining workface. 展开更多

目的 了解南京市居民癌症防治核心知识知晓情况及其影响因素,为今后癌症科普宣教方案制定提供参考依据。方法 2021年9—12月在南京12个区采用多阶段分层与人口规模成比例的概率抽样(Probability Proportion to Size,PPS)方法随机抽取15... 目的 了解南京市居民癌症防治核心知识知晓情况及其影响因素,为今后癌症科普宣教方案制定提供参考依据。方法 2021年9—12月在南京12个区采用多阶段分层与人口规模成比例的概率抽样(Probability Proportion to Size,PPS)方法随机抽取15~69岁且在南京本市居住6个月以上的居民作为调查对象,利用《中国居民癌症防治素养调查量表》收集调查对象一般人口学信息、癌症防治核心知识等信息,采用多重线性回归模型分析调查对象癌症核心知识知晓的影响因素。结果 本研究研究对象共纳入3985人,其中男性1756人(44.07%),主城区居民2029人(50.92%),15~35岁、36~45岁和46~69岁者分别占比:37.39%、28.23%和34.38%。癌症防治核心知识中癌症认知、预防、早诊早治、管理、康复5个维度知晓率均达到70.00%。南京市癌症防治核心知识知晓率为80.18%,女性高于男性(82.59%vs 77.11%);主城区居民高于非主城区居民(82.11%vs 78.17%),多因素Logistic回归分析显示:其他民族(OR=0.468,95%CI:0.244~0.898)、初中/高中(OR=1.500,95%CI:1.164~1.932)、大专及以上(OR=2.115,95%CI:1.583~2.825)、机关/事业单位(OR=2.243,95%CI:1.782~2.824)、企业/商业人员(OR=1.477,95%CI:1.173~1.860)、已婚(OR=1.568,95%CI:1.255~1.960)、自评健康状况差(OR=0.342,95%CI:0.195~0.601)、以前吸烟(OR=1.874,95%CI:1.314~2.672)、从不吸烟(OR=1.719,95%CI:1.440~2.051)、无癌症家族史(OR=0.773,95%CI:0.660~0.906)是居民癌症防治核心知识知晓率的影响因素(P均<0.05)。结论 南京市居民癌症防治核心知识知晓率为80.18%,达到《健康中国行动(2019—2030年)》中“癌症防治核心知识知晓率” 2022年70.00%的目标值,今后应针对薄弱环节加强宣传力度,提升南京居民癌症核心知识知晓水平。 展开更多

随着电网换相型高压直流输电(line commutated converter based high voltage direct current, LCC-HVDC)技术的广泛应用,交直流混联电力系统的交互稳定性问题日益突出。首先基于状态空间平均法建立了考虑非线性换相重叠动态过程的LCC... 随着电网换相型高压直流输电(line commutated converter based high voltage direct current, LCC-HVDC)技术的广泛应用,交直流混联电力系统的交互稳定性问题日益突出。首先基于状态空间平均法建立了考虑非线性换相重叠动态过程的LCC换流器传递函数模型。为适应愈加复杂的直流输电系统建模,提出利用模块化思想分别建立LCC-HVDC各子系统小信号模型,并推导了能反映交直流系统和换流器之间电气耦合特性的接口矩阵实现子系统连接,从而模块化建立精确且易于扩展的计及控制链路延时和锁相环输出相位波动的双端LCC-HVDC系统改进小信号模型。最后分析了控制系统参数和控制链路延时对系统小干扰稳定性的影响以及失稳模态的主导因素,揭示了双端LCC-HVDC系统交直流混合谐振机理及送受端交互影响具体过程。研究结果可以为系统参数设计、谐振抑制措施提供理论基础。 展开更多

JY油田Y油藏为典型窄条带状背斜油藏,其储集层注入水极易沿河道中心方向突进,导致油井快速水淹,产量递减快;由于对水体大小、构造幅度、储集层物性等产能影响因素认识不清,此类油藏开发难度较大。针对上述问题,建立了窄条带状背斜油藏精细数值模型,通过对比论证提出了“边部注水+逐步转注”开发,并在此基础上开展了水体大小、构造幅度、储集层物性等参数对产能的影响研究。结果表明:“边部注水+逐步转注”开发不仅可以增大边水能量,使得井网双向受效,还可以有效延缓构造高部位油井的见水时间,大幅度降低油井含水率。另一方面,在考虑油藏构造特征的前提下,量化了不同影响因素下的产能特征,明确了水体大小、构造幅度、垂向渗透率与水平渗透率之比等参数的合理界限,论证了不同储集层物性下油藏面积的适应性。可为同类型油藏改善注水开发效果提供借鉴。 展开更多

目的探讨行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者尿控能力自我护理能力现状,并通过分析影响因素,旨在改善患者的自我护理现状,提升生存质量。方法采用便利抽样的方法选取2023年1—11月于济南市某三甲医院行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者140例进行... 目的探讨行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者尿控能力自我护理能力现状,并通过分析影响因素,旨在改善患者的自我护理现状,提升生存质量。方法采用便利抽样的方法选取2023年1—11月于济南市某三甲医院行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者140例进行调查研究。使用一般资料调查表、自我护理能力量表(exercise of self-care agency scale,ESCA)和习得性无助量表(learned helplessness scale,LHS)对入选患者进行问卷调查。结果140例行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者尿控能力ESCA得分为(74.87±7.79)分,LHS得分为(78.21±11.92)分。将单因素和Pearson相关分析中差异有统计学意义的变量纳入多元线性回归分析,结果显示年龄、文化水平、家庭经济月收入、患病病程、家庭成员是否支持治疗、前列腺癌分期、是否经历过腹腔镜手术和LHS为行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者尿控能力ESCA的影响因素(P<0.001)。结论行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者尿控能力ESCA水平得分处于中等偏下,情况比较多见,且发生率极高。文章中体现了国家临床重点专科泌尿外科评分标准的临床参考,此文的研究结果为提高行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者尿控能力ESCA后期标准制定提供了借鉴内容。作为护理人员应该根据行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者尿控能力ESCA的影响因素以及行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者尿控能力ESCA和LHS之间的关系制定干预对策,旨在提高行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者尿控能力ESCA,进一步提高患者的预后和生存质量。 展开更多

【目的】水库防洪调度在防汛工作中具有举足轻重的地位,而如何控制泄洪设施闸门是水库防洪调度方案实施的关键。为此,【方法】建立了考虑泄洪闸门调度的水库防洪优化调度模型以实现精细化调度,并提出一种两层嵌套算法对模型进行求解。... 【目的】水库防洪调度在防汛工作中具有举足轻重的地位,而如何控制泄洪设施闸门是水库防洪调度方案实施的关键。为此,【方法】建立了考虑泄洪闸门调度的水库防洪优化调度模型以实现精细化调度,并提出一种两层嵌套算法对模型进行求解。在内层建立了包括所有泄洪闸门可行组合的泄洪闸门组合表,外层采用POA算法对水库坝前水位和总泄水量进行优化,并通过查询闸门组合表确定各泄洪闸门的运行状态。【结果】澜沧江漫湾水库防洪优化调度的实例分析结果表明:所提出的两层嵌套方法计算效率较高,对于100年一遇和10年一遇的洪水事件,洪峰分别从12010 m^(3)/s减少到10611 m^(3)/s和从5003 m^(3)/s减少到3351 m^(3)/s,分别减少了11.6%和33.0%,洪水波动幅度分别降低了94.5%和8.8%,极大地缓解了下游防洪压力。此外,与不考虑泄洪闸门调度的传统防洪调度模型相比,所提出的模型能生成更加符合实际、更易于执行的防洪调度方案。【结论】该方法能够实现水库防洪优化调度向泄洪设施运行控制的精细化转变,对于增强防洪优化调度成果的可操作性、提升水库防洪调度管理水平具有一定意义。 展开更多

流感相关性曲霉菌病患者发病及预后影响因素病例对照研究

目的:探讨流感相关性曲霉菌病(IAA)患者发病及预后的影响因素,以确定流感感染环境中侵袭性曲霉病的特定危险因素。方法:选取2014年1月1日—2019年12月31日肇庆市第一人民医院收治的383例流感患者作为研究对象,根据其是否患IAA分为病例组... 目的:探讨流感相关性曲霉菌病(IAA)患者发病及预后的影响因素,以确定流感感染环境中侵袭性曲霉病的特定危险因素。方法:选取2014年1月1日—2019年12月31日肇庆市第一人民医院收治的383例流感患者作为研究对象,根据其是否患IAA分为病例组(26例)和对照组(357例),比较两组患者的一般情况、发病和预后特征。结果:病例组患者年龄大于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=2.404,P<0.05);病例组患者慢性呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病患病率高于对照组患者,病例组有吸烟史的患者高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.093,P<0.05);病例组患者呼吸衰竭、休克、多器官功能障碍综合症(MODS)、并发症发生率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.019、4.014,P<0.05);病例组患者病毒转阴率、治愈率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.780、34.774,P<0.05);病例组患者APACHEⅡ评分高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=6.552,P<0.05)。吸烟史是IAA发生的独立影响因素,有吸烟的患者比没吸烟的患者容易得IAA。IAA预后影响因素分析显示,死亡组患者吸烟史、并发症、呼吸衰竭、急性生理与慢性健康评分Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)、心率(HR)、呼吸(R)、降钙素原(PCT)高于生存组患者,淋巴细胞、氧合指数低于生存组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=6.552、3.846、4.624、6.556、7.130、2.521,P<0.05)。结论:吸烟史是IAA发病的独立危险因素,吸烟的流感患者比非吸烟的患者易患IAA。生命体征不稳定、发生并发症、病情危重的IAA患者死亡风险可能更高。 展开更多

目的探讨品管圈活动在降低内镜黏膜切除术(EMR)术后48 h内低血糖发生率中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2023年4月至9月在首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院消化内科住院行EMR的胃肠息肉患者600例作为研究对象。将未实施品管圈(2023年4月至6... 目的探讨品管圈活动在降低内镜黏膜切除术(EMR)术后48 h内低血糖发生率中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2023年4月至9月在首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院消化内科住院行EMR的胃肠息肉患者600例作为研究对象。将未实施品管圈(2023年4月至6月)的325例患者作为对照组,将实施品管圈(2023年7月至9月)的275例患者作为观察组。对照组按照常规护理进行管理,观察组在对照组的基础上开展品管圈活动。比较两组患者EMR术后48 h内低血糖的发生率及影响因素、生命质量评分的差异,分析开展品管圈活动在降低ERM术后48 h内低血糖中的实践成果。结果观察组低血糖发生率为4.4%,明显低于对照组(10.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影响低血糖发生率的因素中,观察组输液不合理、摄入不足的患者比例分别为0.7%、1.5%,均低于对照组(4.3%、4.9%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、心理健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能评分分别为(86.94±7.32)、(84.18±7.03)、(83.00±5.96)、(82.91±6.39)、(80.42±6.11)、(78.45±7.35)、(82.69±6.72)、(80.71±6.17)分,均明显高于对照组[(81.77±11.67)、(78.09±10.97)、(76.50±9.64)、(76.75±9.86)、(75.80±7.30)、(72.38±9.97)、(76.86±9.97)、(75.94±7.61)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过此次品管圈活动,圈员们在品管圈手法掌握程度、发现问题能力、个人素质、责任心、组织协调能力、自信心、团队合作精神等方面都取得了进步。结论通过开展品管圈活动,规范了EMR的护理流程,降低了EMR术后48 h内低血糖的发生率,提升了护理人员的专业知识水平、品管圈的手法运用能力和团队协作及质量管理能力。 展开更多

基于路面影响因子的轮毂电机驱动车辆自适应转矩控制

为实现轮毂电机驱动越野车辆在附着条件多变、路面起伏不定的复杂环境中动力性和稳定性的多目标优化,提出一种基于路面影响因子的自适应转矩控制策略。以滚动阻力差异、空气阻力归一化比例、坡度阻力归一化比例、路面附着差异方差以及... 为实现轮毂电机驱动越野车辆在附着条件多变、路面起伏不定的复杂环境中动力性和稳定性的多目标优化,提出一种基于路面影响因子的自适应转矩控制策略。以滚动阻力差异、空气阻力归一化比例、坡度阻力归一化比例、路面附着差异方差以及最小路面附着系数5个特征参数作为输入,并基于模糊理论方法搭建路面影响因子五参数辨识模型。基于辨识出的路面影响因子,开发整车动力性和稳定性多目标优化自适应转矩控制策略,构建了三层式控制架构:顶层引入路面影响因子对加速度紧迫程度进行判定,采用模型预测控制算法得到期望总驱动力;中层为目标决策层,以最优滑转率为目标决策驱动防滑力矩,并基于路面行驶阻力,决策期望前馈补偿力矩;下层为转矩分配层,以需求总驱动力及轮胎利用率作为控制目标,引入路面影响因子优化两者权重系数,以多约束条件的混合优化算法对转矩进行自适应控制。利用Matlab/Simulink-CarSim联合仿真平台进行仿真,基于实车进行验证。结果表明,在低附着路面,在0.2s内快速完成滑转率抑制;在对开路面,侧向位移接近0;在大扭曲路面,避免腾空车轮出现大滑转率,滑转率最高0.2。 展开更多

目的 了解早产儿医院感染现状及影响因素,为早产儿医院感染防控提供理论和实践依据。方法 采用回顾性研究方法,对2016年1月—2021年12月某院新生儿病房收治的早产儿进行调查分析,查阅病历,收集早产儿基本信息及住院期间诊疗信息。结果 ... 目的 了解早产儿医院感染现状及影响因素,为早产儿医院感染防控提供理论和实践依据。方法 采用回顾性研究方法,对2016年1月—2021年12月某院新生儿病房收治的早产儿进行调查分析,查阅病历,收集早产儿基本信息及住院期间诊疗信息。结果 共纳入早产儿3 559例,其中男1 964例,女1 595例;平均出生体重(2 108.66±631.17)g。发生医院感染109例,发病率3.06%;主要感染类型为下呼吸道感染(44.04%)、血流感染(28.44%)、胃肠道感染(14.68%);检出医院感染相关病原菌38株,其中革兰阴性菌33株(86.84%),革兰阳性菌3株,真菌2株。主要分离病原菌为产气肠杆菌(28.95%)、肺炎克雷伯菌(28.95%)。经单因素、非条件多因素logistic回归分析,羊水污染、出生体重<2 500 g、使用呼吸机、中心静脉插管是早产儿医院感染的独立危险因素(OR值分别为2.424、3.805、3.776、5.412,均P<0.05);剖宫产是早产儿医院感染的保护因素(OR=0.362,P<0.05)。结论 早产儿医院感染风险高,影响因素多,临床应引起重视,积极采取有循证依据的防控措施减少风险因素暴露,保护早产儿健康。 展开更多

目的研究三甲医院住院病案首页填报质量的影响因素及对策。方法选取某省三甲医院2022年2月—2023年10月共3976份住院病案作为研究对象,同时根据3976份住院病案调查对应249名住院医师具体个人信息,并以此进行影响因素分析。结果参与本研... 目的研究三甲医院住院病案首页填报质量的影响因素及对策。方法选取某省三甲医院2022年2月—2023年10月共3976份住院病案作为研究对象,同时根据3976份住院病案调查对应249名住院医师具体个人信息,并以此进行影响因素分析。结果参与本研究住院医师中男性群体占比较高,达到61.85%;医师主要来源于临床职工,达到54.62%;医师学历中硕士占比较高,达到53.41%;工作时间也多数在1年以上。在进行住院医师住院病历首页填写培训中,整体还有较大改善空间,同时住院医师自主学习主动性也有待提升。住院医师对病案首页信息填写质量认知水平整体较低,有待提升。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,住院医师工作时间、住院医师规范化操作培训、病案首页信息填写培训、首页抽查质控均为影响住院病案首页信息填写质量的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论住院医师工作时间、住院医师规范化操作培训、病案首页信息填写培训、首页抽查质控均为影响住院病案首页信息填写质量的主要因素,通过及时根据影响因素采取相应改善措施,可高效促使住院病案首页填写信息的质量显著改善,促进后续病案信息管理质量不断提升。 展开更多
