Exploration of Innovation Strategy in the Deep Integration of Information Technology and Education and Teaching

The rapid development of information technology provides a new opportunity and impetus for the reform of education and teaching.Deep integration of information technology and education and teaching is the only way to promote the modernization of education.Starting from the connotation of the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the current integration process,and puts forward innovative strategies from the aspects of concept,resources,model,and evaluation.Through measures such as building a smart teaching environment,enriching high-quality teaching resources,innovating teaching organization models,and establishing multiple evaluation systems,we will realize the deep integration of information technology and teaching,promote the reform of teaching and learning methods,improve the quality of personnel training,and provide strong support for the modernization of education.

The Model of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”Integrated Education for Electronic Information Engineering Technology Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

The core education function of higher vocational colleges is to train technical talents with high quality,so as to meet the needs of talents in the development stage of our society.Under the guidance of talent training,higher vocational colleges need to pay attention to establishing an all-round and three-dimensional education model,and promote innovation of higher vocational education on the basis of this.It is also a way to promote the innovation of higher vocational education to vigorously promote the construction of“post,course,competition,certificate”mode in the construction of education mode.Through the construction of“post,course,competition,certificate”mode,the education mode of higher vocational colleges is gradually improved,so as to strengthen the effectiveness of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,in this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the construction of the integrated education mode of the electronic information engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges,so as to help improve the talent training level of higher vocational colleges.

Whole-Process Project Cost Management Based on Building Information Modeling (BIM)

The whole-process project cost management based on building information modeling(BIM)is a new management method,aiming to realize the comprehensive optimization and improvement of project cost management through the application of BIM technology.This paper summarizes and analyzes the whole-process project cost management based on BIM,aiming to explore its application and development prospects in the construction industry.Firstly,this paper introduces the role and advantages of BIM technology in engineering cost management,including information integration,data sharing,and collaborative work.Secondly,the paper analyzes the key technologies and methods of the whole-process project cost management based on BIM,including model construction,data management,and cost control.In addition,the paper also discusses the challenges and limitations of the whole-process BIM project cost management,such as the inconsistency of technical standards,personnel training,and consciousness change.Finally,the paper summarizes the advantages and development prospects of the whole-process project cost management based on BIM and puts forward the direction and suggestions for future research.Through the research of this paper,it can provide a reference for construction cost management and promote innovation and development in the construction industry.

OrientI: A Strategy of Web Information Integration

We propose the OrientI approach for effectively building flexible applications on information integration. The system presents a fully visual development environment to build applications. With OrientI system, a user only needs to concentrate on the composition of components for building the InterPlan, and the detailed underlying operations and data streams are invisible to the user. A prototype system has been implemented and has partially proved the convenience brought by the OrientI approach. Integration technology research on marine geographical information system

It is urgent and necessary to integrate a marine geographical information system （MGIS） with marine remote sensing detection modules. On the basis of the current technology and features of applications, an open three-layer integration framework is designed. At the data layer, a two-level three-base integration mechanism based on the plug-in technology is applied; At the function layer, an integration mode based on API, DLL, EXE and COM is discussed; and at the application layer, a sharing mechanism based on the clients/service is adopted. As an example, the remote sensing integrated application information system of China＇s coastal zone and offshore （MaXplorer1. 0） with muhiecology remote sensing fusion and assimilation module, surge detection module as well as eight other thematic application modules is integrated, and the key technology of integration is discussed at different layers and in different modules. The result shows that it is possible to realize the conformity of technology and resources and to provide the incorporate technology platform for marine information operational functioning after applying the integration framework.

Systematic Thinking Underlying People with Diabetes’ Beliefs on Health Outcomes: An Information Integration Theory Approach

A sample of 76 older adults (27 with diabetes and 49 without diabetes) were selected to judge three information factors, metamemory related to—drug organization—stress and physical activity in relation to their perception of self-care. In order to do so, an Integration Information Theory was considered to determine systematic cognitive algebra rules underlying judgment about 24 different health self-care scenarios. Results indicate that older adults without diabetes use a summative cognitive rule to integrate relevant health information but older adults with diabetes do not. Both groups agreed that metamemory was the most relevant factor to their self-care followed by stress and physical activity. However, valuation of these factors does depend on the type of group. Implications of these results to healthcare a behavioral nursing intervention are discussed in this paper.

Integration and development of energy and information network in the Pan-Arctic region

The Global Energy Interconnection is an important strategic approach used to achieve efficient worldwide energy allocation.The idea of developing integrated power,information,and transportation networks provides increased power interconnection functionality and meaning,helps condense forces,and accelerates the integration of global infrastructure.Correspondingly,it is envisaged that it will become the trend of industrial technological development in the future.In consideration of the current trend of integrated development,this study evaluates a possible plan of coordinated development of fiber-optic and power networks in the Pan-Arctic region.Firstly,the backbone network architecture of Global Energy Interconnection is introduced and the importance of the Arctic energy backbone network is confirmed.The energy consumption and developmental trend of global data centers are then analyzed.Subsequently,the global network traffic is predicted and analyzed by means of a polynomial regression model.Finally,in combination with the current construction of fiber-optic networks in the Pan-Arctic region,the advantages of the integration of the fiber-optic and power networks in this region are clarified in justification of the decision for the development of a Global Energy Interconnection scheme.

Key strategies for predictive exploration in mature environment: model innovation, exploration technology optimization and information integration

Prediction has become more and more difficult in mineral exploration, especially in the mature exploration environment such as Tongling copper district. For enhancing predictive discovery of hidden ore deposits in such mature environment, the key strategies which should be adopted include the innovation of the exploration models, application of the advanced exploration techniques and integration of multiple sets of information. The innovation of the exploration models should incorporate the new metallogenic concepts that are based on the geodynamic anatomization. The advanced techniques applied in the mature exploration environment should aim at the speciality and complexity of the geological setting and working environments. The information synthesis is to integrate multiple sets of data for giving a more credible and visual prospectivity map by using the geographic imformation system(GIS) and several mathematical methods, such as weight of evidence and fuzzy logic, which can extract useful information from every set of data as much as possible. Guided by these strategies, a predictive exploration in Fenghuangshan ore field of Tongling copper district was implemented, and a hidden ore deposit was discovered.

A Multi-layer Information Integration Platform for Chemical Process Operation Systems

In the process industry, automation and process control systems are widely implemented, information integration is however far away from satisfactory. It remains a hard job for senior managers to make decisions based on the plant-wide real-time integrated information. This paper proposes a multi-layer information integration platform. In the data integration level, the standard for the exchange of product (STEP) and the extensible markup language (XML) are used to unify these data of the chemical process. In the model integration level, the models are integrated by using the neutral model repository and CAPE-OPEN. In the integration of process task, the common object request broker architecture (CORBA) is used as the communication mediator. The XML is taken as the data standard. A uniform information platform is thus constructed and realized. The proposed information integration platform is satisfactorily implemented to solve the Tennessee Eastman (TE) problem.

Study of Visual Information Acquisition Technology based on AGV Robot

Visual information acquisition is an important component of the AGV robot. The system adopts STM32F4 embedded application of the ARM Cortex-M4 kernel as the main control module,using shift algorithm to finish on a specific color piece of target tracking. For multi-sensor fusion of three methods,quaternion method is used to correct the attitude,the stability of AGV robot visual information acquisition and image clarity are improved.

The Information Integration of CAPP in CIMS

This paper analyzes the flow of the process design an d the fountain of the technique data in a manufacturing enterprise, and discusse s the information flows between CAPP and other systems in CIMS, such as CAD syst em and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. And then, it discusses the pla ns of information integration between CAPP and CAD, as well as between CAPP and ERP. To design the processes of a product requires the manufacture information, such as blank material and machine tool, which is saved in a database in ERP. General ly, a traditional CAPP system considers the information of the manufacturing res ources, such as machine tool, as changeless. However, it is real changing, becau se the resources may be occupied or the machine tool may be under repair. Theref ore, in order to design the processes more reasonably, we must consider the real change of resources in a workshop. Creating a public resource database to suppo rt the real change of resources is put forward in this paper. With the public re source database, the resource integration between CAPP system and ERP is realize d; and by information collections in CAPP system, such as BOM, the material cons umption and man-hour consumption and their output to ERP, the information integ ration between CAPP system and ERP is realized.

CORBA Based Information Integration Platform for CIMS

A new information integration platform for computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS) is presented, which is based on agent and CORBA. CORBA enhances the system integration because it is an industry-standard for interoperable, distributed objects across heterogeneous hardware and software platform. Agent technology is used to improve intelligence of integration system. In order to implement the information integration platform, we use network integration server to integrate network, design a generic database agent to integrate database, adopt multi-agent based architecture to integrate application, and utilize wrapper as CORBA object to integrate legacy code.

A tentative discussion on the method ofcomprehensive integration of geographicinformation

In the era of information, geography has made remarkable progress in the development of its research objective and approaches. Geographic information System (GIS), which is similar to the quantitative geography developed in the 1950s to the 1970s, is broadly accepted in moderm tinies.However, limitations caused by the functions of GIS, and the complexity of geographic environment has provoked people to find a new research method to meet the demand stemmed from geographical researches. This paper firstly looks back on the history of geographical research methods and makes an analysis of their limitations', then, makes a prospective view on the GIS and its related fields.Based on thes, the paper presents a new research method: comprehensive integration of geographic information, which is guided by Meta-Synthetic-Engineering in methodology and supported by modem technology. Aiming to exploit a kind of research method, discussion on comprehensive integration of geographic information is given to try to answer how geography will develop in the era of information. It will help us to realize much higher hierarchical and macro-systematic comprehension about geographic environment.

Configuration information acquisition and matching in self-reconfiguring process of modular self-reconfigurable robots

Configuration information acquisition and matching are two important steps in the self-reconfiguringprocess of self-reconfigurable robots.The process of configuration information acquisition was introduced,and a self-reconfiguring configuration matching strategy based on graded optimization mechanism was pro-posed.The first-grade optimization was to search common connection between matching scheme and goalconfiguration.The second-grade optimization,whose object function was constructed in terms of configu-ration connectivity,was to search common topology according to the results of the first-grade optimization.The entire process of configuration information acquisition and matching was verified by an experiment andgenetic algorithm (GA).The result shows the accuracy of the configuration information acquisition andthe effectiveness of the configuration matching method.

Judgment Formation towards Health Risk Behaviors Concerning Obesity: An Integration Information Theory Approach

A sample of 80 secondary students was required to take an information integration theory study to explore judgment formation toward health risk behavior regarding obesity. Here, twelve social scenarios containing a simulated actor were implemented (vignettes) having in mind a three factor experimental factor design (diet, weight and physical activity). Subjects had to read each vignette and provide an answer by marking ten points anchored scale to provide judgment on actors’ possible health risk outcome. Results showed that study participants valuated diet as the most relevant factor, followed by the description of weight and finally followed by the factor of physical activity. They impose systematic thinking to integrate different sources of information provided by factor manipulation in the vignettes by using a cognitive summative rule. Implications of this study result to clinical intervention in obesity as well as for theoretical considerations of cognitive models of health risk behavior are discussed in the present article.

Solutions to Integration Model of Rural Information Resources

The integration of rural information resources is a key factor restricting rural informationization and effective operation of rural information services. To solve problems of separate rural information resources and departments acting willfully regardless of overall interest,this paper analyzed characteristics and distribution of rural information resources,built a basic framework for integration of rural information resources and a mathematic model of integration,and finally came up with specific solutions to integration of rural information resources.

Progressing of Quantum Tomography for Quantum Information Acquisition

In this paper we review a number of recent developments in the study of quantum tomography which is one of the useful methods for quantum state estimation and quantum information acquisition, having sparked explosion of interest in recent years. The quantum process tomography is also analyzed. At the same time, some success experiments and applications of quantum tomography are introduced. Finally, a number of open problems and future directions in this field are proposed.

Adopting Context Mediation in Information Integration to Resolve Semantic Heterogeneity in Distributed Environment

Ontology-based semantic information integration resolve the schema-level heterogeneity and part of data level heterogeneity between distributed data sources. But it is ubiquitous that schema semantics of information is identical while the interpretation of it varies with different context, and ontology-based semantic information integration can not resolve this context heterogeneity. By introducing context representation and context mediation to ontology based information integration, the attribute-level context heterogeneity can be detected and reconciled automatically, and hence a complete solution for semantic heterogeneity is formed. Through a concrete example, the context representation and the process in which the attribute-level context heterogeneity is reconciled during query processing are presented. This resolution can make up the deficiency of schema mapping based semantic information integration. With the architecture proposed in this paper the semantic heterogeneity solution is adaptive and extensive.

Wireless Power Generation Strategy Using EAP Actuated Energy Harvester for Marine Information Acquisition

The energy of a radio wave is reduced through the dispersion, the refraction and the absorption because the medium transferring the vibration of a radio wave is the seawater. In the end the reduced energy of a radio wave causes the reduced transmitting length for communication, the long postponed communication and the frequent error. The subsea communication for the marine environment monitoring which must overcome the weak points of the RF wave and the most practical method for the marine sensor network realization is to use the acoustic wave method, but the energy consumption rate of the acoustic wave communication method is about 100 times greater than the one of the RF wave method. So, the power supply of the sensor node in the marine sensor network system is the most important interest field. In this study, the sample which consists of an acrylic elastomer(VHB4905 film from 3M), conductible carbon grease(from MG chemical) and electric wire for the basic study of an energy harvesting strategy and technique using EAP actuator was fabricated, and the conductible carbon grease was used for an electrode. The characteristics of the fabricated sample were analyzed through the experiment. We also mixed carbon grease with aluminum powder for conductibility improvement, and the effect of the mixed electrode was confirmed through the conductivity measurement.
