From a medical perspective,the 12 leads of the heart in an electrocardiogram(ECG)signal have functional dependencies with each other.Therefore,all these leads report different aspects of an arrhythmia.Their difference...From a medical perspective,the 12 leads of the heart in an electrocardiogram(ECG)signal have functional dependencies with each other.Therefore,all these leads report different aspects of an arrhythmia.Their differences lie in the level of highlighting and displaying information about that arrhythmia.For example,although all leads show traces of atrial excitation,this function is more evident in lead II than in any other lead.In this article,a new model was proposed using ECG functional and structural dependencies between heart leads.In the prescreening stage,the ECG signals are segmented from the QRS point so that further analyzes can be performed on these segments in a more detailed manner.The mutual information indices were used to assess the relationship between leads.In order to calculate mutual information,the correlation between the 12 ECG leads has been calculated.The output of this step is a matrix containing all mutual information.Furthermore,to calculate the structural information of ECG signals,a capsule neural network was implemented to aid physicians in the automatic classification of cardiac arrhythmias.The architecture of this capsule neural network has been modified to perform the classification task.In the experimental results section,the proposed model was used to classify arrhythmias in ECG signals from the Chapman dataset.Numerical evaluations showed that this model has a precision of 97.02%,recall of 96.13%,F1-score of 96.57%and accuracy of 97.38%,indicating acceptable performance compared to other state-of-the-art methods.The proposed method shows an average accuracy of 2%superiority over similar works.展开更多

The integrated wavelet neural network fault diagnosis system was set up based on both the information fusion technology and actual fault diagnosis, which took the sub-wavelet neural network as primary diagnosis from different sides, then came to the conclusions through decision-making fusion. The realizable policy of the diagnosis system and established principle of the sub-wavelet neural networks were given. Hence it requires investigating the problem of uncertain information fusion. Robust learning algorithm which adapts to complex environment and the fuzzy inference algorithm which disposes fuzzy information are explored to solve the problem. Based on the fusion technology of neural networks and fuzzy inference algorithm, a multi-sensor uncertain information fusion system is modeled. Also RANFIS learning algorithm and fusing weight synthesized inference algorithm are developed from the ANFIS algorithm according to the concept of robust neural networks. This fusion system mainly consists of RANFIS confidence estimator, fusing weight synthesized inference knowledge base and weighted fusion section. The simulation result demonstrates that the proposed fusion model and algorithm have the capability of uncertain information fusion, thus is obviously advantageous compared with the conventional Kalman weighted fusion algorithm.展开更多

In order to overcome the shortcomings of the single neural network, two improved neural network models are set up at the com-mon nodes to simplify the network structure. The initial fault diagnosis is based on the iron spectrum data and the pressure, flow and temperature(PFT) characteristic parameters as the input vectors of the two improved neural network models, and the diagnosis result is taken as the basic probability distribution of the evidence theory. Then the objectivity of assignment is real-ized. The initial diagnosis results of two improved neural networks are fused by D-S evidence theory. The experimental results show that this method can avoid the misdiagnosis of neural network recognition and improve the accuracy of the fault diagnosis of HDRLSS.展开更多

An improved Back Propagation (BP) neural network is used to perform data fusion on the hardware platform of a stantion unit, which takes Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) as the core component. In order to verify the effectiveness, five measurements including water level, discharge and velocity are selected from three different points in a water regime monitoring station. In this study,we developed a system based on deep space–time neural networks for gesture recognition.When users change or the number of gesture categories increases,the accuracy of gesture recognition decreases consi...In this study,we developed a system based on deep space–time neural networks for gesture recognition.When users change or the number of gesture categories increases,the accuracy of gesture recognition decreases considerably because most gesture recognition systems cannot accommodate both user differentiation and gesture diversity.To overcome the limitations of existing methods,we designed a onedimensional parallel long short-term memory–fully convolutional network(LSTM–FCN)model to extract gesture features of different dimensions.LSTM can learn complex time dynamic information,whereas FCN can predict gestures efficiently by extracting the deep,abstract features of gestures in the spatial dimension.In the experiment,50 types of gestures of five users were collected and evaluated.The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of this system and robustness to various gestures and individual changes.Statistical analysis of the recognition results indicated that an average accuracy of approximately 98.9% was achieved.展开更多

Meanwhile, to resolve the over-fitting problem caused by a small number of training sets, we design an algorithm that fully considers neighbor sampling information. A classification experiment of the Chl-a concentration of the Taihu Lake is conducted. The application of unmanned driving in the Internet of Things is one of the concrete manifestations of the application of artificial intelligence technology.Image semantic segmentation can help the unmanned driving sy...The application of unmanned driving in the Internet of Things is one of the concrete manifestations of the application of artificial intelligence technology.Image semantic segmentation can help the unmanned driving system by achieving road accessibility analysis.Semantic segmentation is also a challenging technology for image understanding and scene parsing.We focused on the challenging task of real-time semantic segmentation in this paper.In this paper,we proposed a novel fast architecture for real-time semantic segmentation named DuFNet.Starting from the existing work of Bilateral Segmentation Network(BiSeNet),DuFNet proposes a novel Semantic Information Flow(SIF)structure for context information and a novel Fringe Information Flow(FIF)structure for spatial information.We also proposed two kinds of SIF with cascaded and paralleled structures,respectively.The SIF encodes the input stage by stage in the ResNet18 backbone and provides context information for the feature fusionmodule.Features from previous stages usually contain rich low-level details but high-level semantics for later stages.Themultiple convolutions embed in Parallel SIF aggregate the corresponding features among different stages and generate a powerful global context representation with less computational cost.The FIF consists of a pooling layer and an upsampling operator followed by projection convolution layer.The concise component provides more spatial details for the network.Compared with BiSeNet,our work achieved faster speed and comparable performance with 72.34%mIoU accuracy and 78 FPS on Cityscapes Dataset based on the ResNet18 backbone.展开更多
With the intensifying aging of the population,the phenomenon of the elderly living alone is also increasing.Therefore,using modern internet of things technology to monitor the daily behavior of the elderly in indoors ...With the intensifying aging of the population,the phenomenon of the elderly living alone is also increasing.Therefore,using modern internet of things technology to monitor the daily behavior of the elderly in indoors is a meaningful study.Video-based action recognition tasks are easily affected by object occlusion and weak ambient light,resulting in poor recognition performance.Therefore,this paper proposes an indoor human behavior recognition method based on wireless fidelity(Wi-Fi)perception and video feature fusion by utilizing the ability of Wi-Fi signals to carry environmental information during the propagation process.This paper uses the public WiFi-based activity recognition dataset(WIAR)containing Wi-Fi channel state information and essential action videos,and then extracts video feature vectors and Wi-Fi signal feature vectors in the datasets through the two-stream convolutional neural network and standard statistical algorithms,respectively.Then the two sets of feature vectors are fused,and finally,the action classification and recognition are performed by the support vector machine(SVM).The experiments in this paper contrast experiments between the two-stream network model and the methods in this paper under three different environments.And the accuracy of action recognition after adding Wi-Fi signal feature fusion is improved by 10%on average.展开更多

The signal of vibration and cutting force are collected when the condition of deep-hole drilling on stainless steel 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb is normal or abnormal. Four eigenvectors are extracted on time-domain and frequency-domain analysis of the signals. Then the four eigenvectors are combined and sent to neural networks to dispose. The fusion results indicate that multi-sensor information fusion is superior to single-sensor information, and that cutting force signal can reflect the condition of cutting tool better than vibration signal.

文摘Aiming at the problem of incomplete information and uncertainties in the diagnosis of complex system by using single parameter, a new method of multi-sensor information fusion fault diagnosis based on BP neural network and D-S evidence theory is proposed. In order to simplify the structure of BP neural network, two parallel BP neural networks are used to diagnose the fault data at first; and then, using the evidence theory to fuse the local diagnostic results, the accurate inference of the inaccurate information is realized, and the accurate diagnosis resuh is obtained. The method is applied to the fault diagnosis of the hydraulic driven servo system (HDSS) in a certain type of rocket launcher, which realizes the fault location and diagnosis of the main components of the hydraulic driven servo system, and effectively improves the reliability of the system.

文摘In the applications of water regime monitoring, incompleteness, and inaccuracy of sensor data may directly affect the reliability of acquired monitoring information. Based on the spatial and temporal correlation of water regime monitoring information, this paper addresses this issue and proposes an information fusion method to implement data rectification. An improved Back Propagation (BP) neural network is used to perform data fusion on the hardware platform of a stantion unit, which takes Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) as the core component. In order to verify the effectiveness, five measurements including water level, discharge and velocity are selected from three different points in a water regime monitoring station. The simulation results show that this method can recitify random errors as well as gross errors significantly.

文摘In this study,we developed a system based on deep space–time neural networks for gesture recognition.When users change or the number of gesture categories increases,the accuracy of gesture recognition decreases considerably because most gesture recognition systems cannot accommodate both user differentiation and gesture diversity.To overcome the limitations of existing methods,we designed a onedimensional parallel long short-term memory–fully convolutional network(LSTM–FCN)model to extract gesture features of different dimensions.LSTM can learn complex time dynamic information,whereas FCN can predict gestures efficiently by extracting the deep,abstract features of gestures in the spatial dimension.In the experiment,50 types of gestures of five users were collected and evaluated.The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of this system and robustness to various gestures and individual changes.Statistical analysis of the recognition results indicated that an average accuracy of approximately 98.9% was achieved.
文摘This paper has analyzed merits and demerits of both neural network technique and of the information fusion methods based on the D-S (dempster-shafer evidence) Theory as well as their complementarity, proposed the hierarchical information fusion fault diagnosis strategy by combining the neural network technique and the fused decision diagnosis based on D-S Theory, and established a corresponding functional model. Thus, we can not only solve a series of problems caused by rapid growth in size and complexity of neural network structure with diagnosis parameters increasing, but also can provide effective method for basic probability assignment in D-S Theory. The application of the strategy to diagnosing faults of motor bearings has proved that this method is of fairly high accuracy and reliability in fault diagnosis.
文摘To improve the monitoring precision of lake chlorophyll a (Chl-a), this paper presents a fusion method based on Choquet Fuzzy Integral (CFI) to estimate the Chl-a concentration. A group of BPNN models are designed. The output of multiple BPNN model is fused by the CFI. Meanwhile, to resolve the over-fitting problem caused by a small number of training sets, we design an algorithm that fully considers neighbor sampling information. A classification experiment of the Chl-a concentration of the Taihu Lake is conducted. The result shows that, the proposed approach is superior to the classification using a single neural network classifier, and the CFI fusion method has higher identification accuracy.
文摘In this research, a near infrared multi-wavelength noninvasive blood glucose monitoring system with distributed laser multi-sensors is applied to monitor human blood glucose concentration. In order to improve the monitoring accuracy, a multi-sensors information fusion model based on Back Propagation Artificial Neural Network is proposed. The Root- Mean-Square Error of Prediction for noninvasive blood glucose measurement is 0.088mmol/L, and the correlation coefficient is 0.94. The noninvasive blood glucose monitoring system based on distributed multi-sensors information fusion of multi-wavelength NIR is proved to be of great efficient. And the new proposed idea of measurement based on distri- buted multi-sensors, shows better prediction accuracy.

文摘>Transformer faults are quite complicated phenomena and can occur due to a variety of reasons.There have been several methods for transformer fault synthetic diagnosis,but each of them has its own limitations in real fault diagnosis applications.In order to overcome those shortcomings in the existing methods,a new transformer fault diagnosis method based on a wavelet neural network optimized by adaptive genetic algorithm(AGA)and an improved D-S evidence theory fusion technique is proposed in this paper.The proposed method combines the oil chromatogram data and the off-line electrical test data of transformers to carry out fault diagnosis.Based on the fusion mechanism of D-S evidence theory,the comprehensive reliability of evidence is constructed by considering the evidence importance,the outputs of the neural network and the expert experience.The new method increases the objectivity of the basic probability assignment(BPA)and reduces the basic probability assigned for uncertain and unimportant information.The case study results of using the proposed method show that it has a good performance of fault diagnosis for transformers.

文摘Angular contact ball bearings have been widely used in machine tool spindles,and the bearing preload plays an important role in the performance of the spindle.In order to solve the problems of the traditional optimal preload prediction method limited by actual conditions and uncertainties,a roller bearing preload test method based on the improved D-S evidence theorymulti-sensor fusion method was proposed.First,a novel controllable preload system is proposed and evaluated.Subsequently,multiple sensors are employed to collect data on the bearing parameters during preload application.Finally,a multisensor fusion algorithm is used to make predictions,and a neural network is used to optimize the fitting of the preload data.The limitations of conventional preload testing methods are identified,and the integration of complementary information frommultiple sensors is used to achieve accurate predictions,offering valuable insights into the optimal preload force.Experimental results demonstrate that the multi-sensor fusion approach outperforms traditional methods in accurately measuring the optimal preload for rolling bearings.

文摘A neural network fire detection method was developed using detection information for temperature smoke density, and CO concentration to determine the probability of three representative fire conditions. The method overcomes the shortcomings of domestic fire alarm systems using single sensor information. Test results show that the identification error rates for fires, smoldering fires, and no fire are less than 5%, which greatly reduces leak-check rates and false alarms. This neural network fire alarm system can fuse a variety of sensor data and improve the ability of systems to adapt in the environment and accurately predict fires, which has great significance for life and property safety.

文摘To overcome the shortcomings of traditional image restoration model and total variation image restoration model, we propose a novel Hopfield neural network-based image restoration algorithm with adaptive mixed-norm regularization. The new error function of image restoration combines the L2-norm and L1- norm regularization types. A method of calculating the adaptive scale control parameter is introduced. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is better than other algorithms with single norm regularization in the improvement of signal-to-noise ratio (ISNR) and vision effect.

文摘The application of unmanned driving in the Internet of Things is one of the concrete manifestations of the application of artificial intelligence technology.Image semantic segmentation can help the unmanned driving system by achieving road accessibility analysis.Semantic segmentation is also a challenging technology for image understanding and scene parsing.We focused on the challenging task of real-time semantic segmentation in this paper.In this paper,we proposed a novel fast architecture for real-time semantic segmentation named DuFNet.Starting from the existing work of Bilateral Segmentation Network(BiSeNet),DuFNet proposes a novel Semantic Information Flow(SIF)structure for context information and a novel Fringe Information Flow(FIF)structure for spatial information.We also proposed two kinds of SIF with cascaded and paralleled structures,respectively.The SIF encodes the input stage by stage in the ResNet18 backbone and provides context information for the feature fusionmodule.Features from previous stages usually contain rich low-level details but high-level semantics for later stages.Themultiple convolutions embed in Parallel SIF aggregate the corresponding features among different stages and generate a powerful global context representation with less computational cost.The FIF consists of a pooling layer and an upsampling operator followed by projection convolution layer.The concise component provides more spatial details for the network.Compared with BiSeNet,our work achieved faster speed and comparable performance with 72.34%mIoU accuracy and 78 FPS on Cityscapes Dataset based on the ResNet18 backbone.

文摘With the intensifying aging of the population,the phenomenon of the elderly living alone is also increasing.Therefore,using modern internet of things technology to monitor the daily behavior of the elderly in indoors is a meaningful study.Video-based action recognition tasks are easily affected by object occlusion and weak ambient light,resulting in poor recognition performance.Therefore,this paper proposes an indoor human behavior recognition method based on wireless fidelity(Wi-Fi)perception and video feature fusion by utilizing the ability of Wi-Fi signals to carry environmental information during the propagation process.This paper uses the public WiFi-based activity recognition dataset(WIAR)containing Wi-Fi channel state information and essential action videos,and then extracts video feature vectors and Wi-Fi signal feature vectors in the datasets through the two-stream convolutional neural network and standard statistical algorithms,respectively.Then the two sets of feature vectors are fused,and finally,the action classification and recognition are performed by the support vector machine(SVM).The experiments in this paper contrast experiments between the two-stream network model and the methods in this paper under three different environments.And the accuracy of action recognition after adding Wi-Fi signal feature fusion is improved by 10%on average.
