The paper also selects the relevant industries which are highly associated with the development of Chinese information technology industry based on industrial relevance degree to analyze the influences of these industries on the financial situation risk fluctuation in information technology industry and to design the matrix of financial situation risk in information technology industry. Information Security Evaluation of Industrial Control Systems Using Probabilistic Linguistic MCDM Method

Industrial control systems(ICSs)are widely used in various fields,and the information security problems of ICSs are increasingly serious.The existing evaluation methods fail to describe the uncertain evaluation information and group evaluation information of experts.Thus,this paper introduces the probabilistic linguistic term sets(PLTSs)to model the evaluation information of experts.Meanwhile,we propose a probabilistic linguistic multi-criteria decision-making(PL-MCDM)method to solve the information security assessment problem of ICSs.Firstly,we propose a novel subscript equivalence distance measure of PLTSs to improve the existing methods.Secondly,we use the Best Worst Method(BWM)method and Criteria Importance Through Inter-criteria Correlation(CRITIC)method to obtain the subjective weights and objective weights,which are used to derive the combined weights.Thirdly,we use the subscript equivalence distance measure method and the combined weight method to improve the probabilistic linguistic Visekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje(PL-VIKOR)method.Finally,we apply the proposed method to solve the information security assessment problem of ICSs.When comparing with the existing methods such as the probabilistic linguistic Tomada deDecisão Iterativa Multicritério(PL-TODIM)method and probabilistic linguistic Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(PL-TOPSIS)method,the case example shows that the proposed method can provide more reasonable ranking results.By evaluating and ranking the information security level of different ICSs,managers can identify problems in time and guide their work better. 展开更多

The integration of industrial Internet,cloud computing,and big data technology is changing the business and management mode of the industry chain.However,the industry chain is characterized by a wide range of fields,complex environment,and many factors,which creates a challenge for efficient integration and leveraging of industrial big data.Aiming at the integration of physical space and virtual space of the current industry chain,we propose an industry chain digital twin(DT)system framework for the industrial Internet.In addition,an industry chain information model based on a knowledge graph(KG)is proposed to integrate complex and heterogeneous industry chain data and extract industrial knowledge.First,the ontology of the industry chain is established,and an entity alignment method based on scientific and technological achievements is proposed.Second,the bidirectional encoder representations from Transformers(BERT)based multi-head selection model is proposed for joint entity–relation extraction of industry chain information.Third,a relation completion model based on a relational graph convolutional network(R-GCN)and a graph sample and aggregate network(GraphSAGE)is proposed which considers both semantic information and graph structure information of KG.Experimental results show that the performances of the proposed joint entity–relation extraction model and relation completion model are significantly better than those of the baselines.Finally,an industry chain information model is established based on the data of 18 industry chains in the field of basic machinery,which proves the feasibility of the proposed method. 展开更多

It is important to optimize the cooperative innovation network for the improvement of economic competence and innovative power. Based on the patent information services platform, we obtain invention patent data for the electronic information industry in Liaoning from 1985 to 2015. This paper analyzes the cooperative innovation network structure, its spatiotemporal evolution and the triple helix relationship of government-industry-university(GIU) by using the social network analysis method and the triple helix theory as well as UCINet, ArcGIS and NetDraw. The empirical results show that: 1) the number of the subjects of the electronic information industry GIU cooperative innovation network in Liaoning demonstrates a gradual increase from 1985 to 2015, with the same trend in concentration. In terms of its subject and its centrality, the universities have a higher position, and the industries have a lower position,while the status of the government is still unclear. 2) The cooperative innovation network presents a core-periphery structure, and the polarization effect of innovation subjects tends to be obvious. There is certain distance-decay regularity in the cooperative innovation network, and a strong geographical proximity to cooperative innovation. 3) The compactness shows a downward trend as a whole. In terms of the extent of participation, the industries are better than the government but worse than the universities. This means that the cooperative innovation network of GIU in the electronic information industry in Liaoning is in the initial stage of formation. 展开更多

Agricultural information cooperative services (AICS) are now becoming an important aspect of agriculture informatization. This study offers an ontological conception of the agricultural production process, establishing operational divisions corresponding to both the stages and the fundamental information requirements of the dairy industry production process in China, yielding a process ontology for the dairy industry as well as a business chain model. A framework for a dairy industry information cooperative service system was established, with service functions realized in a prototype system. The resulting agricultural process ontology built on the basis of biological characteristics has advantages as a classification standard for agricultural information; whereas the business chain model based on this agricultural process ontology allows for an effective distribution of agricultural information cooperative services. This study outlines a concept and demonstrates a prototype of a cooperative service capable of integrating diverse online agricultural information relevant to the dairy industry in China. 展开更多

In recent years, the increasingly complexity of the logistic and technical aspects of the novel manufacturing environments, as well as the need to increase the performance and safety characteristics of the related cooperation, coordi-nation and control mechanisms is encouraging the development of new information management strategies to direct and man- age the automated systems involved in the manufacturing processes. The Computational Intelligent (CI) approaches seem to provide an effective support to the challenges posed by the next generation industrial systems. In particular, the Intelligent Agents (IAs) and the Multi-Agent Systems (MASs) paradigms seem to provide the best suitable solutions. Autonomy, flexibility and adaptability of the agent-based technology are the key points to manage both automated and information processes of any industrial system. The paper describes the main features of the IAs and MASs and how their technology can be adapted to support the current and next generation advanced industrial systems. Industrial automation or assembly automation is a strictly monitored environment,in which changes occur at a good speed.There are many types of entities in the focusing environment,and the data generated by these devices is huge.In addition,because the robustness is achieved by sensing redundant data,the data becomes larger.The data generating device,whether it is a sensing device or a physical device,streams the data to a higher-level deception device for calculation,so that it can be driven and configured according to the updated conditions.With the emergence of the Industry 4.0 concept that includes a variety of automation technologies,various data is generated through numerous devices.Therefore,the data generated for industrial automation requires unique Information Architecture(IA).IA should be able to satisfy hard real-time constraints to spontaneously change the environment and the instantaneous configuration of all participants.To understand its applicability,we used an example smart grid analogy.The smart grid system needs an IA to fulfill the communication requirements to report the hard real-time changes in the power immediately following the system.In addition,in a smart grid system,it needs to report changes on either side of the system,i.e.,consumers and suppliers configure and reconfigure the system according to the changes.In this article,we propose an analogy of a physical phenomenon.A point charge is used as a data generating device,the streamline of electric flux is used as a data flow,and the charge distribution on a closed surface is used as a configuration.Finally,the intensity changes are used in the physical process,e.g.,the smart grid.This analogy is explained by metaphors,and the structural mapping framework is used for its theoretical proof.The proposed analogy provides a theoretical basis for the development of such information architectures that can represent data flows,definition changes(deterministic and non-deterministic),events,and instantaneous configuration definitions of entities in the system.The proposed analogy provides a mechanism to perform calculations during communication, using a simpleconcept on the closed surface to integrate two-layer cyber-physical systems(computation, communication, and physical process). The proposed analogyis a good candidate for implementation in smart grid security. 展开更多

The creative industry is a knowledge-based industry,but it is difficult and complex to create knowledge for enterprises.The principle of cooperationsharing posits that companies’limited resources prohibit them from gaining a competitive advantage in all business areas.Therefore,cooperation-sharing can help businesses overcome this hurdle.Cooperation-sharing expedites economic development,breaks the barrier of independent knowledge creation,and enhances resource utilization.However,the effectiveness and stability of knowledge cooperation-sharing are key problems facing governments and other regulators.This study can help regulators promote honesty in enterprise cooperation-sharing.Based on the hypothesis of bounded rationality,the evolutionary game theory was used to construct the“Enterprises–Informal Institutions–Government”tripartite game matrix.Next,based on this game matrix,a simulation analysis method was used to analyze the effects of external incentives on the stability of evolutionary strategies.The analysis shows that the strategic choice of the“Enterprises–Informal Institutions–Government”tripartite game could be affected by the initial state strategy choices of the other two players,but more influential were the cost and external incentive levels of the game players.The results indicate that the government and informal institutions should regulate enterprises with a rational external incentive mechanism that boosts the enterprises’incentive to cooperate honestly.Thus,an effective external incentive mechanism can significantly improve the probability of enterprises behaving honestly in cooperation-sharing and promote the development of the creative industry. 展开更多

As a result of design, manufacturing, and packaging and testing processes, chips are typically wholly independent entities intended for immediate use. According to known data, one unit of chip output can drive up to ten units of output in the electronic information industry and 100 units of GDP (Gross Domestic Product). The Chip Information Industry is a strategic industry in most developed countries in Europe and North America. The development of the Chip Information Industry is related to national economies and personal livelihoods. Moore discovered a certain trend after analyzing data: in general, every newly produced chip has twice the capacity of the previous generation, and it takes 18 to 24 months for the next generation to be subsequently invented. This trend has come to be known as Moore’s Law. It applies not only to the development of memory chips but also to the evolutionary paths of processor capability and disk drive storage capacity. Moore’s Law has become the basis of performance prediction in several industries. However, since 2011, the size of silicon transistors has been approaching its physical limit at the atomic level. Due to the nature of silicon, additional breakthroughs in the running speed and performance of silicon transistors are severely limited. Elevated temperature and leakage are the two main sources that invalidate Moore’s Law. To counter these issues, This paper analyzes specific problems challenges in the Chip Information Industry, including the development of carbon nanotube chips and fierce competition in the international Chip Information Industry. In addition, this paper undertakes a critical analysis of the Chinese Chip Information Industry and countermeasures to Chinese Chip Information Industry development. 展开更多

The pharmaceutical industry has a big responsibility to stakeholders, patients, employees and customers all over the world to ensure this information is secure. It is imperative for organizations to budget adequate amounts of money and resources to have effective Information Security Management. Information Security Management is critical in the pharmaceutical industry and the alternative of not having it would be devastating to a pharmaceutical company. Cyber criminals can tarnish company reputations and the effects can take years to overcome.
