Critical Information Literacy Education Strategies for University Students in the Post-Pandemic Era

The advent of the post-pandemic era,with its risks,uncertainties,and global characteristics,puts forward urgent requirements for the innovation of information literacy education in universities.Critical information literacy has become the top priority of information literacy education.It is urgent to explore diversified and effective critical information literacy education strategies for university students.This paper mainly expounds the educational strategies of critical information literacy,such as original material analysis,reflection,and critical reading.

Technology Use Takes a Boost among University Students

The speed with which the information technology has evolved is unparallel to any other technological evolution man has ever witnessed. From hospitals to classrooms, technology seems to have taken over people＇s lives. Where there have been studies to see the impact of technology in varying aspects of life, there seem to be little or no studies on the actual rate of increase in usage of e-technologies among university students and why they have become so popular. This paper uses a survey tool that captures responses from 900 students to study the rate of increase in student use of various e-technologies in and out of classrooms along with some viable reasons why students are acquiring and using such technologies and suggests ways to use this study to better understand student behavior in terms of e-cheating, and how to enhance teaching and learning environments for students.

Through the WeChat public platform to timely carry out student work and timely solve the students' practical problems, college student workers can communicate with students through the platform, and the counselors can upload healthy thought content at any time, thus comprehensively improving the supervision ability of college students in China.

China’s Perspectives on the Modern Educational Value of Critical Information Literacy

Critical information literacy is a new and important direction of information literacy education for university students in the new media era.By comparing critical information literacy between China and the West,combining with the research on information literacy education in China in the past 20 years,and based on the three major relationships that Chinese philosophy is concerned about that people need to face in the world of life,i.e.,the individual and the self,the individual and nature,and the individual and the society,this paper defines critical information literacy as that individuals,as information subjects,discover,select,confirm,and evaluate the information they are exposed to by obtaining and discriminating the content elements of the information world(information sources,information,and information assets)and using critical thinking skills and methods,creatively interpret or solve the relevant problems arising from the interaction between individuals and self,individuals and nature,individuals and society,and form the literacy that represents the knowledge,ability,attitude,habit,and level of the information subject through continuous reflection and practice.In order for human beings to better understand the world and construct it responsibly,critical information literacy can play a greater role and educational value.It not only helps contemporary college students build knowledge of“good questioning”and enhance their“reasoning”skills,but also encourages them to maintain a“firm standpoint,”cultivate a habit of“healthy skepticism,”and enhance their“decision-making”skills.

地方高校大学生信息素养调查研究——以衡水学院为例

地方高校大学生信息素养不仅关系到大学生自身综合素质,也关系到高校为地方发展输送高素质合格人才的优劣。信息素养包括信息需求、信息知识、信息能力及信息道德四个方面。通过问卷调查方式,对衡水学院大学生信息素养基本情况进行调查,发现大部分学生非常认可信息的价值,尊重信息的知识产权,并具备一定的信息检索能力,但对信息素养的相关概念与技术了解不够,很少参加信息素养的相关培训。应该从提高信息素养认知、建立完整信息素养教育体系、提高图书馆在大学生信息素养教育中的作用三个途径,来提升地方高校大学生的信息素养水平。

高校师生信息焦虑的状况及应对

为了解高校师生的信息焦虑状况,把握当前高校师生信息焦虑特征,快速识别风险人群并开展干预,在已有研究基础上完善高校师生信息焦虑量表,收集有效问卷1607份,并分析高校师生在疫情不同阶段的信息焦虑程度和维度及其转变。总体上高校师生中度及重度信息焦虑占比约为64.1%,在信息检索、信息加工和信息利用维度均值较高。大学生信息焦虑各维度均值在不同阶段均高于高校教师。进入2023年之后,高校教师信息焦虑程度有所减轻,各维度均值有所下降,但大学生重度信息焦虑占比显著增加,且各维度均值都显著增加。高校可为不同群体提供有侧重的引导,加强对重度信息焦虑的干预,重视信息检索、加工和利用维度的提升。

不确定视角下精英高校中家庭第一代大学生的学业发展研究

在当今充满变革的时代,教育环境发生了前所未有的变化。中国高等教育大众化、普及化发展促使更多的家庭第一代大学生进入精英高校,但在单一环境下成长起来的家庭第一代大学生已经形成了一种独有的“二元性”特征,他们如何在不确定性较高的学习环境中成长成为亟待关注的现实问题。基于不确定管理理论,本研究通过分析“双一流”高校A的1490份本科生调查问卷,探索信息不确定性感知对第一代大学生知识分享行为的影响。实证发现:信息不确定性感知会影响大学生知识分享行为;家庭第一代大学生特质在信息不确定性感知与知识分享行为之间具有调节作用;家庭第一代大学生的信息不确定性感知与知识分享行为的关系受到宜人性特质的调节。通过考察精英高校中家庭第一代大学生特质,建议从学校、学生和社会三个层面为家庭第一代大学生学业发展提供支持路径。

基于用户兴趣模型的大学生就业信息推荐方法

为提高推荐就业信息与大学生偏好就业信息的匹配程度,文章将个体就业需求作为前提条件,设计一种基于用户兴趣模型的大学生就业信息推荐方法。首先,利用兴趣模型中的关联规则,对高校提供的就业信息中兴趣特征点进行匹配;其次,在既定的分类规则下,根据就业文本信息的内容对其进行类别划分;最后,根据用户浏览高校就业信息、在就业招聘界面的停留时间等,针对大学生偏好进行计算。对比实验结果表明:本文中设计的推荐方法应用效果良好,按照规范使用该方法进行大学生就业信息推荐,能够增加推荐就业信息与大学生偏好就业信息的匹配程度,为大学生提供更加优质的就业服务,提高大学生就业质量。

《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》在高校学生工作实践中的应用

《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》作为我国第一部系统、全面保护个人信息的专门性法律,能为高校学生工作在个人信息保护方面提供权威的遵循与指引。然而,其在适用过程中面临诸多难题,主要表现为在学生信息的收集范围等方面与惯常实践相冲突,“取得个人的同意”合法性处理规则将影响行政效率,以及学生选择“不同意”将迫使工作陷入僵局。法律的运行有一个适应和协调的过程,应结合高校学工实际实现《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》与学生工作的有机衔接:第一是思想贯通,充分认识保护权益与促进利用的辩证关系;第二是规则落实,应限缩信息收集范围、完善敏感个人信息制度、修补安全制度漏洞,同时设立一次性同意制度、自动化决策制度、信息权利保障制度;第三是行为融入,包括多做告知工作、多做留痕管理、践行“两个最小”以及善用“去标识化”。

融合教育背景下,普通高校中视障读者的比例逐年增加,建设面向视障读者的智慧信息咨询服务体系,是高校图书馆顺应转型升级和社会发展的时代趋势。基于服务、数据资源、技术设施、馆员、管理五个要素,构建包括数据资源层、需求处理层、读者服务层和总结反馈层的面向视障读者的智慧信息咨询服务模式,可以为高校图书馆视障读者服务及相关残障文化服务提供借鉴与启示。

现代信息技术构建高校教学质量监控体系研究

随着现代化技术的发展,越来越多的信息技术被运用到教育领域。高校教学质量监控是教育教学中的关键环节,保障了教育资源的合理分配与教学正常运行。但监控系统复杂多样,传统的方式已经不能满足监控系统的正常运行。因此,此次研究在现代信息技术的基础上,构建高校教学质量监控体系。实验测试结果显示,质量监控系统登录响应时间较短,仅1.7982s。问卷调查结果显示,四个质量监控体系满意程度较高,达99.25%;线上评分结果显示,教学日常会议、教学工作报告、学生反馈与教师反馈评分均在85分以上。验证了此次设计体系的合理性,为高校教学质量监控体系提供了理论基础。

常态社会下大学生健康信息在线获取感知价值影响因素模型研究

[目的/意义]本文旨在促进在线健康社区发展,提升大学生健康信息在线获取价值感知。[方法/过程]采用半结构化访谈法收集原始数据,运用扎根理论,借助Nvivo 12对数据进行编码分析,构建大学生健康信息在线获取感知价值影响因素模型。[结果/结论]模型包括个人因素、环境因素、信息因素、平台因素及感知价值,全面梳理了影响大学生健康信息感知价值组态影响相关变量的范畴,未来将通过实证研究进一步验证模型的有效性。

地方高校学生信息素养教育的现状及提升对策探究

该文以某院校“现代教育技术”课程教学改革为研究主题,首先分析了该校“现代教育技术”课程的教学现状,其次在该课程中引入以成果为导向的OBE理念,构建以社会需求为导向的学习目标,确定了三个不同教学情景下的学习成果,并通过反向设计教学内容、创新授课方式、加强实践训练、促进以赛促学等方式建立多元培养模式,最后通过设置实验组对照检验,得出OBE理念下的“现代教育技术”教学改革能有效提高师范生的信息化教学能力。
