For these purposes, this pape...Structural redundancy elimination in case resource pools (CRP) is critical for avoiding performance bottlenecks and maintaining robust decision capabilities in cloud computing services. For these purposes, this paper proposes a novel approach to ensure redundancy elimination of a reasoning system in CRP. By using α entropy and mutual information, functional measures to eliminate redundancy of a system are developed with respect to a set of outputs. These measures help to distinguish both the optimal feature and the relations among the nodes in reasoning networks from the redundant ones with the elimination criterion. Based on the optimal feature and its harmonic weight, a model for knowledge reasoning in CRP (CRPKR) is built to complete the task of query matching, and the missing values are estimated with Bayesian networks. Moreover, the robustness of decisions is verified through parameter analyses. This approach is validated by the simulation with benchmark data sets using cloud SQL. Compared with several state-of-the-art techniques, the results show that the proposed approach has a good performance and boosts the robustness of decisions.展开更多

The results indicated that the population size of 138 breeds had increased, 147 breeds had decreased, 3 breeds were constant, 7 breeds (or varieties) were extinct, 9 breeds (or varieties) were critically endangered and needed urgently conserve, 50 breeds (or varieties) were endangered and should be conserved. It can manage, analyze and process the data in the monthly report of ocean wave observation records of the S...An information system for ocean wave resources and its application to wave power utilization are introduced. It can manage, analyze and process the data in the monthly report of ocean wave observation records of the State Ocean Administration, and can provide various kinds of curves and numerical characters of statistics. This system has been put into utility in Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion (GIEC), the Chinese Academy of Sciences since 1996. An application example is given of the investigation and analysis on ocean wave resource of the Nan Ao Island, Guangdong Province, where a 100 kW onshore OWC (oscillating water column) wave power station will be built. The wave power distribution is obtained in different wave directions for different wave periods. It is found that 70 percent of the wave power comes from the direction of ENE, and more than 95 percent of the wave power is related with direction E. The average wave power density is about 3 kW/m, and more than 80 percent of the wave power is distributed in the wave periods of 4 second to 5 second. Based on the analysis of wave resources, a site on the east coast of the island and a design width of 20 m for the 100 kW station are suggested.展开更多

Case studies of eleven cities in Zhejiang (Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Jiaxing, Huzhou, Shaoxing, Jinhua, Quzhou, Zhoushan, Taizhou and Lishui) illustrated regional sustainable development approach. In this study, to provide insight into spatial and dynamic analysis of region sustainable development, we calculated the relative carrying capacity of land resources and economical resources and synthetical carrying capacity of resources in different cities in Zhejiang, and geographic information system was carried out. The results showed that all cities but Hangzhou and Ningbo were ecologically sustainable, and relative carrying capacity of land resources in northern and eastern Zhejiang was larger than those in southern and western Zhejiang. The sampling years of Wenzhou, Hangzhou and Ningbo contribution rates of land resource to synthetic carrying capacity were grouped into three stages, and there were two milestones trends and changes in 1996 and 2004, respectively. This study demonstrated that geographic information system and relative carrying capacity of resources are effective for assessment of region sustainable development, and provide policy guidelines for decision-making.展开更多

The reserve body and method change from the single into the multiple forms, that is, the main reserve body changes from the single government agency into the organizations combining with the military, enterprise and society, and the reserve method changes from single material reserve into the reserve combining with market reserve, talents and technology reserve, and production capacity reserve. The content of the reserve change from material to information means to develop the Emergency Resource Management Information System realizing real-time control of resource characteristics and relevant reserve information. The MIERRS leads to a reserve system with rapid response and flexible schedule. It aims to solve some of the problems associated with IP networks, increasing content distribution capability and improving users' experience. To analyse the requests' patterns and fully utilize the universal cached contents, a novel intelligent resources management system is proposed, which enables effi cient cache resource allocation in real time, based on changing user demand patterns. The system is composed of two parts. The fi rst part is a fi ne-grain traffi c estimation algorithm called Temporal Poisson traffi c prediction(TP2) that aims at analysing the traffi c pattern(or aggregated user requests' demands) for different contents. The second part is a collaborative cache placement algorithm that is based on traffic estimated by TP2. The experimental results show that TP2 has better performance than other comparable traffi c prediction algorithms and the proposed intelligent system can increase the utilization of cache resources and improve the network capacity.展开更多

An important issue is to design caching metho...Information-centric networking(ICN) aims to improve the efficiency of content delivery and reduce the redundancy of data transmission by caching contents in network nodes. An important issue is to design caching methods with better cache hit rate and achieve allocating on-demand. Therefore, an in-network caching scheduling scheme for ICN was designed, distinguishing different kinds of contents and dynamically allocating the cache size on-demand. First discussing what was appropriated to be cached in nodes, and then a classification about the contents could be cached was proposed. Furthermore, we used AHP to weight different contents classes through analyzing users' behavior. And a distributed control process was built, to achieve differentiated caching resource allocation and management. The designed scheme not only avoids the waste of caching resource, but also further enhances the cache availability. Finally, the simulation results are illustrated to show that our method has the superior performance in the aspects of server hit rate and convergence.展开更多

The fi rst part is a fi ne-grain traffi c estimation algorithm called Temporal Poisson traffi c prediction(TP2) that aims at analysing the traffi c pattern(or aggregated user requests' demands) for different contents. The second part is a collaborative cache placement algorithm that is based on traffic estimated by TP2. The experimental results show that TP2 has better performance than other comparable traffi c prediction algorithms and the proposed intelligent system can increase the utilization of cache resources and improve the network capacity.

文摘Information-centric networking(ICN) aims to improve the efficiency of content delivery and reduce the redundancy of data transmission by caching contents in network nodes. An important issue is to design caching methods with better cache hit rate and achieve allocating on-demand. Therefore, an in-network caching scheduling scheme for ICN was designed, distinguishing different kinds of contents and dynamically allocating the cache size on-demand. First discussing what was appropriated to be cached in nodes, and then a classification about the contents could be cached was proposed. Furthermore, we used AHP to weight different contents classes through analyzing users' behavior. And a distributed control process was built, to achieve differentiated caching resource allocation and management. The designed scheme not only avoids the waste of caching resource, but also further enhances the cache availability. Finally, the simulation results are illustrated to show that our method has the superior performance in the aspects of server hit rate and convergence.
文摘A mobile medical information system (MMIS) is an integrated application (app) of traditional hospital information systems (HIS) which comprise a picture archiving and communications system (PACS), laboratory information system (LIS), pharmaceutical management information system (PMIS), radiology information system (RIS), and nursing information system (NIS). A dynamic resource allocation table is critical for optimizing the performance to the mobile system, including the doctors, nurses, or other relevant health workers. We have designed a smart dynamic resource allocation model by using the C4.5 algorithm and cumulative distribution for optimizing the weight of resource allocated for the five major attributes in a cooperation communications system. Weka is used in this study. The class of concept is the performance of the app, optimal or suboptimal. Three generations of optimization of the weight in accordance with the optimizing rate are shown.

文摘Based on 1:50 000 basic geographic information data,the digital elevation,longitude,latitude,slope,aspect and all kinds of terrain databases of Benxi City (China) were established with Arcgis 9.2 software.Township boundary database was established by digitizing map,and the township information was amended according to the reality.Taking the elaborate simulation of spatial distribution of annual mean temperature as an example,the paper reports the application of the geographic information database in analysis of climatic resources.

文摘In order to solve the issues concerning the cross-unit sharing of information resources in rural areas, we analyze the incentive problem of the sharing of information resources in rural areas using the incentive theory method; establish corresponding incentive mechanism model (It is divided into positive incentive model and negative incentive model, and only when the two models guarantee each other and are used at the same time can they be effective). Based on this, we put forward the institutional design for sharing of information resources in rural areas as follows: firstly, establishing an administrative agency of rural information resources sharing, above the authority of all units, responsible for related work on sharing of information resources in rural areas; secondly, establishing and improving the positive and negative incentive mechanisms, to ensure the realization of sharing of information resources in rural areas.
