Application and Practice of the Teaching Model of “Promoting Teaching by Competition” in Tourism Management Specialty

Research on the Reform and Practice of Ideological and Political Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Teaching Competition

Firstly, the paper analyzes the value of teaching competition in the process of teaching reform and practice of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges, which mainly includes sharing the teaching experience of ideological and political teachers, facilitating the ideological and political teachers to learn from the professional education elements appearing in the follow-up teaching, and contributing to the creation of an active and active teaching atmosphere. 案例分析比赛对学生双创能力的培育

基于创业精神和创新创业能力的相关理论和文献,提炼出创新创业能力的基础构念,以此为框架对17支参与案例分析比赛的参赛队员和老师(共计47人)进行了深度访谈。总结出案例分析比赛对学生创新创业能力培养的10个主要构念,从中提炼出3组核心能力类属。在对核心能力类属的分析中,发现在双创能力培养方面,案例分析比赛比课堂案例教学更有效。最后,本文对组织案例分组指导和案例分析比赛进行了实践教学的经验总结。
