A Little Thought for Pasture Informatization Construction

Dairy industry is an indispensable component of modem agriculture. How to improve informatization level and technology content of dairy industry and progress informationalization construction process of pastures has been one of the most popular topics in development of dairy industry in China. Compared with the countries with developed dairy industry worldwide, dairy industry in China is featured by not high informationization level and backward modernization level at the present stage. However, development and maturity of related technologies for pasture informatization construction provides a significant opportunity for transformation and upgrading and leaping development of dairy industry in China.

Status and application of informatization on the construction management

Network information technology is the product of the combination of communication and computer technology. The computer network is to interconnect the world dispersed and independent computers in accordance with the network protocol. With the rapid development of information technology at home and abroad, the developed countries or parts of the developing countries are strengthening their national information infrastructure. Several of gold projects in information technology as the representative is gradually go deeper, forming an unprecedented development in the entire information network technology. With the globalization of the construction market and intensifying of the competition, construction management requires the higher information technology, which is relatively backward in China＇ s construction industry. So it has important practical significance to clearly recognize the entire network computing model and technology developments, and properly apply to the construction project management.

上海区级疾病预防控制机构现代化建设思考与展望

本文根据国家关于推动疾病预防控制事业高质量发展指导意见的要求,结合上海市疾病预防控制体系现代化建设进展与经验,总结了近年来上海区级疾控机构的建设成效,并结合当前超大城市疾病预防控制各项任务需求与下阶段疾控事业发展目标要求,梳理作为直辖市和超大城市基层疾控机构建设发展所面临的紧迫问题。在监测预警、检验检测、应急处置、信息化建设、学科人才发展和区域协同联动等方面对加强区级疾控机构建设,推进区域疾控体系同质化、一体化发展提出若干思考和建议,为下阶段做好推动落实疾病预防控制高质量发展各项任务,以及各地相关政策规划的制定提供参考。

健康医疗大数据共享关键问题及对策

从数据共享的概念和分类出发,归纳我国健康医疗大数据共享现状和关键问题。由于法律法规、管理制度和技术标准的缺失,我国健康医疗大数据共享模式面临共享效率不高、共享范围有限、数据冗余分散、系统重复建设等多方面挑战。借鉴国内外健康医疗大数据共享的建设经验,提出完善法律法规、兼顾多方利益、注重数据治理、推行通用信息标准等建议。以专病数据库建设为例,阐明健康医疗数据共享对改善医疗质量和临床科研的重要意义,以期为医疗机构的数据共享建设提供参考。

加强信息化建设,提高仪器设备资产管理水平

充分利用信息化方式是解决仪器设备管理难题的重要手段。以规章制度、用户体验为核心建立了根据业务流程定制的多个信息化系统,提高了仪器设备相关数据收集的准确性、及时性、有效性和可用性,促进了仪器设备对学校师生、对社会的全面开放共享,形成了基于仪器设备全生命周期的可追溯信息链路,促进了仪器设备资产管理水平的提高。
