Embankment stability is the primary problem for the expressway construction in permafrost regions.The proposed Qinghai-Tibet Expressway(QTE)is planned to construct along the Qinghai-Tibet Project Corridor.Confronted with harsh environmental condition and intense heat exchange between earth and atmosphere,it is necessary to predict and evaluate the stability of the proposed QTE.In this study,the factors affecting the embankment stability are analyzed firstly.And then,a scheme for the stability evaluation of the embankment is established.Finally,the evaluation scheme is used for the pre-evaluation of the stability for the proposed QTE with different geothermal regulation measures(GRMs).The results indicate that the influencing factors include climatic environment,permafrost property,engineering condition and geological condition,and among them,engineering condition and permafrost property are the main influence factors for embankment stability.The stability of the proposed QTE varies greatly in the different geomorphological regions.The application effect and contribution to embankment stability of the existing GRMs are different,and using GRMs cannot completely overcome the influence of various factors on expressway stability.In the construction process,different GRMs should be adopted depending on the geomorphological environment where the embankment is located to ensure the embankment stability. 展开更多

For structural design and assessment of reinforced concrete members, the nonlinear analysis has become an important tool. The purpose of the pushover analysis is to assess the structural performance by estimating the strength and deformation capacities using static, nonlinear analysis and comparing these capacities with the demands at the corresponding performance levels. This paper aims to compare the results given by IBC2009 code and ESEE regulations. In this paper, four RC frames having 5, 15, 20 and 30 storeys were designed for seismicity according to both the recently adopted seismic code in Abu Dhabi (IBC2009) and the ESEE regulations. A pushover analysis is carried out for these buildings using SAP2000 (Ver. 15) and the ultimate capacities of the buildings are established. The obtained pushover curves and plastic hinges distributions are used to compare between the IBC2009 code and ESEE regulations. The comparison showed that there was variation in the obtained results by the two codes and the buildings designed by IBC2009 code were more vulnerable. 展开更多

Expansive chemical-based vector control has resulted in development of vector resistance to different insecticides harnessed for prevention of disease transmission in public health. The environmentally safe insect growth regulators and microbial larvicides provide potential tools for insecticide resistance management. The efficacy and persistence of Dimilin GR-2% and Mosquiron 10 EC insect growth regulators were evaluated against Anopheles gambiae s.l larvae under laboratory and simulated field conditions. In laboratory bio-efficacy trials, complete emergence inhibition was achieved at higher concentrations with 96 hours post exposure of mosquito aquatic stages to the two larvicides. In simulation field trials, persistence of both larvicides at higher concentrations increased gradually with complete inhibition attained at 7 days and maintained up to 21 days. In the quest of deploying non insecticide based interventions for a sustainable environment, insect growth regulators can be recommended for operational scale larviciding for mosquito larval control in the context of integrated vector management. 展开更多

Stem cell therapy is a promising strategy for the treatment of traumatic brain injury(TBI). However, animal experiments are needed to evaluate safety;in particular, to examine the immunogenicity and tumorigenicity of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(hu MSCs) before clinical application. In this study, hu MSCs were harvested from human amniotic membrane and umbilical cord vascular tissue. A rat model of TBI was established using the controlled cortical impact method. Starting from the third day after injury, the rats were injected with 10 μL of 5 × 10^(6)/m L hu MSCs by cerebral stereotaxis or with 500 μL of 1 × 10^(6)/m L hu MSCs via the tail vein for 3 successive days. hu MSC transplantation decreased the serum levels of proinflammatory cytokines in rats with TBI and increased the serum levels of anti-inflammatory cytokines, thereby exhibiting good immunoregulatory function. The transplanted hu MSCs were distributed in the liver, lung and brain injury sites. No abnormal proliferation or tumorigenesis was found in these organs up to 12 months after transplantation. The transplanted hu MSCs negligibly proliferated in vivo, and apoptosis was gradually observed at later stages. These findings suggest that hu MSC transplantation for the treatment of traumatic brain injury displays good safety. In addition, hu MSCs exhibit good immunoregulatory function, which can help prevent and reduce secondary brain injury caused by the rapid release of inflammatory factors after TBI. [Objective] The research aimed to monitor and evaluate indoor radon concentration in one district of Xi'an City. r Method] In order to master the effective dose per year caused by natural radiation to local residents, the investigation about the level of indoor radon in one district of Xi'an was developed. Based on the proper monitoring scheme, some typical living rooms were sampled. Through the measurement result, the effects of different factors on radon concentration were obtained. Finally, the radon concentration was transferred into the effective dose per year of local residents. [ Result] Indoor radon concentration in the district was during 49.680 -128.856 Bq/m3, and average concentration in each building was within 100 Bq/m3, which belonged to normal range. When sunny day became rainy day, radon concentration firstly had a rise trend. If continuous rainy weather appeared, indoor radon concentration gradually declined. When other conditions were same, indoor radon concentration under window closing was significantly higher than that under window opening. Indoor radon concentration had a decline trend from 13:00 to 20:00 and a rise trend from 01:00 to 06:00. Condusion The district belonged to radon safety house. To protect residents' health to the maximum extent, according to transfer change rule of the radon, window should be opened to ventilate in the morning when radon concentration was higher. 展开更多

This paper reviewed the situation of regulations and guidelines on post-marketing medicines in the developed countries and in China. The developed countries have accumulated a lot of empirical principles and techniques on post- marketing surveillance (also named pharmacovigilance), therefore, their regulation systems are nearly perfect. In China, the regulations on post-marketing re-evaluation and relative technical guidelines do not cover the whole aspects, even lack in some important aspects, and long-term risk management mechanisms have not been established. So it is urgent to establish new regulations and improve the regulatory system in China based on the existing regulations and guidelines, by learning from the ideas of foreign advanced regulations, then fully integrating them with China's actual conditions, and cooperating with multidisciplinary researchers. 展开更多

Since the commencement of the International Health Regulations in 2007,global public health security has been faced with numerous emerging and ongoing events.Moreover,the Joint External Evaluation is a voluntary tool developed in compliance with the Global Health Security Agenda that represents the high responsibility of international health community towards the increased incidence of emerging and re-emerging diseases.Against this background,between 29th May and 2nd June 2016,a team of World Health Organization consultants arrived to the State of Qatar to assess,in collaboration with national experts,the country’s capacity to prevent,detect,and rapidly respond to threats of public health aspect.They identified areas of strength,weakness,and recommendations for improving national health security of Qatar in anticipation of the 2022 FIFA World Cup event.Qatar has demonstrated a leading role in the region through its commitment to International Health Regulations(2005)and population health.Similarly,the Qatar was the first Arab state and seventh volunteering country globally to undergo the Joint External evaluation process.In this review,we highlighted Qatar’s achievements and shortcomings of International Health Regulations’core capacities to inform healthcare professionals and the scientific community about the country’s contribution toward global health security. 展开更多

为科学有效控制汉江丹江口至王甫洲区间伊乐藻(Elodea nuttallii)过度生长繁殖,研究生态调度的实施效果,采用生物量调查法、分布面积统计法、数学模型模拟法等方法分析生态调度实施前后伊乐藻总生物量和分布面积的变化情况,并探讨对丹... 为科学有效控制汉江丹江口至王甫洲区间伊乐藻(Elodea nuttallii)过度生长繁殖,研究生态调度的实施效果,采用生物量调查法、分布面积统计法、数学模型模拟法等方法分析生态调度实施前后伊乐藻总生物量和分布面积的变化情况,并探讨对丹江口水库下泄流量的需求。结果表明,连续3年实施生态调度,伊乐藻总生物量由2019年的4.8万t减少至2022年的40.11 t,分布面积由11.60 km^(2)减少至0.23 km^(2),减幅均达到了95%以上;伊乐藻生物量占沉水植物总生物的比重从99.99%减少至17%,生态调度效果较好;春季生态调度应重点从增加流量极值比出发进行中度干扰,夏秋季生态调度重点从满足0.14 m/s临界流速出发进行大流速冲刷。研究结果明确了王甫洲水库伊乐藻的生态调度需求,为持续开展伊乐藻“灾害”防控提供了参考基础。 展开更多

建设终身学习型社会要求学习者具备更高的自我调节学习能力。这就要求教育不仅要教会学生知识,更要教会学生学习。然而,当前关于促进基础教育中学习者自我调节学习的研究较少,并且缺乏可以应用于线下课堂的实用工具,导致测评数据无法被... 建设终身学习型社会要求学习者具备更高的自我调节学习能力。这就要求教育不仅要教会学生知识,更要教会学生学习。然而,当前关于促进基础教育中学习者自我调节学习的研究较少,并且缺乏可以应用于线下课堂的实用工具,导致测评数据无法被深入解读。立足于基础教育课堂教学,设计开发促进学习者自我调节学习的可视化反馈工具,深入分析测评数据,挖掘其中蕴藏的有效信息。该工具提供包括自我认识、学习动机、学习策略三个维度的可视化反馈报告,将知识掌握情况、错题归因、试题定位等信息呈现给学习者,助力其自我调节学习的发生。为检验该工具的效果,在两个班级开展对比实验,对两组学生的自我调节学习能力和学习成绩进行差异性检验。独立样本T检验结果显示,实验班和对照班在自我调节学习能力和学习成绩之间均存在显著性差异,并且均呈现出0.4左右的效应量。证明该工具提供的可视化反馈报告能够有效促进学习者的自我调节学习,同时能够促进学业表现。 展开更多

突发事件及随机冲击影响了管理情境,对时序动态综合评价方法有效性提出了新要求。外部环境复杂多变使得一类时序动态综合评价值波动显著异于以往状态,如评价值出现骤跌然后缓慢爬升至较低水平并持续波动,此时被评价对象的评价值已经击... 突发事件及随机冲击影响了管理情境,对时序动态综合评价方法有效性提出了新要求。外部环境复杂多变使得一类时序动态综合评价值波动显著异于以往状态,如评价值出现骤跌然后缓慢爬升至较低水平并持续波动,此时被评价对象的评价值已经击穿经典双激励控制线的负激励线并持续处于下行状态,从而使得经典激励评价方法有效性有待改进。面对这种情况,提出具有情境调节特征的递归激励评价方法,针对分割式赛汝(SERU)生产系统的员工特征,首先通过对赛汝多能工的生产状态进行马氏过程预测,预测出多能工下一生产状态的概率分布,根据得到的概率分布得出每一阶段的递归值并且结合双激励线方法对多能工的递归值进行激励评价,最后结合犹豫模糊函数求解具有隶属度的时间权重,得到具有隶属度时间权重的评价值。通过考虑结合赛汝生产系统这一时代新型生产系统,证明该方法具有更好的柔性和鲁棒性。 展开更多

针对水轮机调节系统综合评价不够全面,无法综合反映系统多指标、多层次的复杂性问题,提出了基于模糊层次分析法(AHP)-决策与实验室评估法(DEMATEL)-云模型的水轮机调节系统综合评价模型。首先建立基于主要设备和相关工况的多层次指标体... 针对水轮机调节系统综合评价不够全面,无法综合反映系统多指标、多层次的复杂性问题,提出了基于模糊层次分析法(AHP)-决策与实验室评估法(DEMATEL)-云模型的水轮机调节系统综合评价模型。首先建立基于主要设备和相关工况的多层次指标体系,采用模糊AHP计算评价指标的初始权重;通过DEMATEL法计算评价指标的相互影响与参照关系,绘制出指标因果关系图,并结合初始权重计算评价指标的综合权重;引入云模型得到评价指标各等级的隶属度矩阵。最后将权重结果与隶属度结合,得到系统综合评价等级。算例分析表明,该方法可高效快捷地对水轮机调节系统运行状态进行客观评价,为状态检修提供参考依据。 展开更多
