The findings are as follows: Firstly, environmental factors such as marketization level, financial development, opening to the outside world, infrastructure construction, medical resources, educational resources, cultural resources and policy support have a positive impact on the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents in Zhejiang Province;Secondly, in the transmission mechanism of the influence of various environmental factors on the concentration of scientific and technological talents in Zhejiang, economic development plays an intermediary role, and the effect is obvious. Various environmental factors indirectly affect the concentration of scientific and technological talents in Zhejiang through economic development. Finally, although both the level and quality of economic development have significant effect on the total concentration of scientific and technological talents in Zhejiang, the mediating effect of economic development level is more significant. In exploring complex relationships between variables, handling uncertainty, and dealing with missing data, the Bayesian structural equation model demonstrates unique advantages. Therefore, Bayesian methods are used in this paper to establish a structural equation model of innovative talent cognition, with the measurement of college students’ cognition of innovative talent being studied. An in-depth analysis is conducted on the effects of innovative self-efficacy, social resources, innovative personality traits, and school education, aiming to explore the factors influencing college students’ innovative talent. The results indicate that innovative self-efficacy plays a key role in perception, social resources are significantly positively correlated with the perception of innovative talents, innovative personality tendencies and school education are positively correlated with the perception of innovative talents, but the impact is not significant.展开更多

The issue of new technology applications in education is a worldwide concern.Following a thorough review of current studies,this paper believes that new technology in a broad sense has"hard technology"(refer...The issue of new technology applications in education is a worldwide concern.Following a thorough review of current studies,this paper believes that new technology in a broad sense has"hard technology"(referring to new inventions,discoveries,and creations that can be practically operated and applied)and"soft technology"(generally referring to technology formed in all industry fields in response to new changes,new markets,new industries,and new business models,such as innovative marketing models,new team building,and management strategizing,cultural and creative skills,etc.),with distinctive and external and internal connotations.In a narrow sense,new technology refers to the most recent and cutting-edge technology in a particular industry field.There are also definitions that are based on their applicability,such as referring to new operation methods as new technologies.The premise of how to precisely implement new technology application education in higher education is to understand how students in higher education institutions think.For this reason,this study takes senior graduate students as its target,and through the statistics and analysis of survey data,we get three results.First,education featuring applications of new technology proves highly compelling,particularly given its importance in graduates'career development,thus garnering support;second,such education is both conceptual and practice-based;third,education concerned with the application of new technologies can be carried out in any major,both in engineering and non-engineering disciplines,with different requirements for educational content and technical skills according to the varying disciplines.Based on the investigation and analysis,we propose solutions and recommend methods of applying new applications in higher education.展开更多

Liaoning University of Engineering and Technology put Students ' Quality Education around the training objectives, so that students develop the quality of credit, and to make it components into personnel training program as a school teaching programs in comprehensive education, the approach is adapted to the innovative training objectives and requirements. In this paper, according to Liaoning Technical University' s implementation of the Outward botmd League credits of practice, we discuss the cognitive development of students' quality and effect, and describe the important role of the Outward bound in cultivating innovative talents.

文摘Science and technology innovation talents are at the core of technology innovation,and their mobility has become a source of competition between regions and institutes.This paper analyzes the curriculum vitaes(CVs)of young and middle-aged leading talents in technology innovation,and explores their mobility patterns during their schooling and employment,leading to the following observations:A high-quality learning environment is an essential for the development of innovation talents;the mobility intensity has increased,and the phenomenon of"inbreeding"has been alleviated;the total number of institution or location changes is positively correlated with age,and the overall trend of mobility is stable;the regional imbalance of talent mobility has intensified,and the Matthew Effect,whereby initial advantage amplifies success and initial disadvantage amplifies disadvantage,has become prominent.This paper proposes measures such as refining cross-border mobility policy,expanding the academic vision of innovation talents,encouraging talent employment mobility,optimizing the allocation of resources,improving the human resource environment,establishing a talent development ecology,enriching educational resources,and coordinating the relationship between talent cultivation and talent attraction.These measures are expected to provide insights into the development and mobility of technology innovation talents and to be beneficial for the improvement of science and technology innovation talents policies.
