Re–innovation on Thought and Mode of Poverty Alleviation in Rural Areas of Western China Under the Goal of Finishing Building a Moderately Prosperous Society in All Respects

Over 70 percent of China's remaining impoverished people live in rural areas in the western region. With constraints such as relatively adverse natural conditions and extreme decentralization as well as a rapid decrease of marginal benefit of the current poverty alleviation mode, it is an inevitable choice to reform and innovate on the mode in a bid to realize the development goal of helping 55.75 million poor people under the present poverty line to shake off poverty by 2020. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the status quo of poverty alleviation work and the current poverty–relief policies in 12 provinces in western China from the perspective of supply and demand and proposes an innovative means for a new mode of poverty al eviation by incorporating poverty–relief resource management, improving rural human capital development, and marketizing poverty–relief project selection mechanisms. Interconnected development of new urbanization and industrialization will be its focus, reform of the household registration and land system will be its driving force, and the implementation of a supervision network and a strong focus on ecological environments will be its support.

Research on Innovation of Foreign Language Teaching under the Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

On the subject of integrating and implementing the spirit of the 19th national congress,Liu Guiqin,director of the department of social science and technology of the ministry of education,made a thematic report entitled“earnestly studying,propagating and implementing the spirit of the 19th national congress of the party and accelerating the introduction of the thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era into textbooks,classrooms and minds”.According to the report,as well as the ideological and political theory courses,the curriculum integration indepth course education“the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics to blend in new era.This paper analyzes from the foreign language teaching with Chinese characteristics under the background of new era.The current college English teaching under the new situation of permeation of moral education present situation analysis,this is a natural fit with the research of this project.

I suggest the latter kind of thought experiments also use the technique of mental variation.

Innovative Thought of Tendering Management Mechanism of Universities and Colleges in China under New Circumstances ——Taking North China Electric Power University as an Example

Since the reform and opening up, the Chinese government has attached growing importance to education, and has invested more resources and funds into higher education. In addition, the government has also invested large amounts of funds and technologies in the infrastructure construction of universities and colleges. The undertakings related to the infrastructure construction of universities and colleges in China are complicated in essence. Therefore, funds and technologies of the highest standards should be introduced. At the same time, external tendering is necessary for some undertakings. Currently, the tendering model adopted by universities and colleges in China is the traditional, which is ridden with some problems to be resolved in the shortest possible period. This paper focuses on the current problems of the tendering model adopted by universities and colleges and their solutions. Taking the tendering model in the undertakings of North China Electric Power University as an example, it notes setbacks of the traditional tendering model, and provides kind of theoretical support for establishing a new tendering model for universities and colleges and the related enterprises in China.

Fresh thing for freshman: Exploring a blended method on teaching the history of geographic thought

It is necessary for undergraduates majoring in geography to learn the history of geographic thought. Although there are different cultural and educational backgrounds between China and the West, teaching methods such as text teaching, students＇ presentations and group learning are suitable for most of teachers and students even from different countries and regions. The blended method is helpful to popularize history of geographic thought and improve the level of teaching and learning. Owing to lack of the class on the history of geographic thought in countries like China, the authors try to explore a blended method for the first-year geography undergraduates and to assess the effects of this teaching based on some questionnaires. The students have different benefits and responses to this class. A special group consisting of one teacher and several undergraduates does the research and coauthors the paper through making questionnaire, interviewing and analyzing materials from 67 freshmen majoring in human geography and geography science（teacher-training） in China. For the undergraduates especially from the countries like China, it is well worth making the history of geographic thought become a necessary and interesting class.

包装设计课程思政融合竞赛与实践创新的教学模式探究

在我国各大高校的创新人才培养过程中,课程思政与实践创新的融合已成为必不可少的重要教学模式。其也是高校视觉传达设计专业学生提升自我创业能力和创新意识,将理论付诸实践的关键途径。笔者对包装设计课程教学进行实践,总结出通过竞赛促进学习和课程思想政治同步的教学改革方法。

微视频反例教学法结合微格教学法对实习护士临床思维及核心能力的影响

目的探讨微视频反例教学法结合微格教学法对实习护士临床思维及核心能力的影响。方法选择2021年1月至12月的20名科室实习护士为对照组(常规护理带教模式),另选取2022年1月至12月的20名科室实习护士为观察组(微视频反例教学法结合微格教学法)。比较两组的出科成绩、临床思维能力、核心能力及教学满意度。结果观察组的理论成绩、技能操作成绩、案例分析成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的中文版批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)各维度评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的职业态度、治疗沟通和关系、一般表现、具体的临床表现评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的教学满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微视频反例教学法结合微格教学法可提升实习护士的综合素质与临床思维,也能提高核心能力与教学满意度,值得推广应用。
