In this study, the connection between organ...The progression through which a person acquires ,;kills, understanding, and opinions regarding a particular organization or company is called organizational learning (OL). In this study, the connection between organizational innovation (OI) and OL within the inf3rmation and communication technology (ICT) industry in Malaysia is surveyed. These relationships are examined, because various previous inquiries have shown that an imperative precursor to firm performance is OL. Two hundred and seventy-eight surveys were completed by small and medium organizations across Malaysia. The connections existing between the causes of OL and the causes of OI were ascertained by using structural equation modeling (SEM). To explore the method and effect of training system of scientific research innovation ability of nursing undergraduates based on “3332”. Methods: Three course learning modules are constructed: stage-based course learning module, systematic project practice training module and comprehensive practice training module. A practical training platform for scientific research innovation projects is built, and undergraduate scientific research innovation ability training is carried out from both in-class and out-of-class lines. Results: Since 2017, the students have obtained 7 national innovation and entrepreneurship training programs, 52 university-level undergraduate scientific research projects, published more than 10 academic papers, and obtained 2 patent authorization. Conclusions: The training system of scientific research innovation ability of nursing undergraduates based on “3332” is conducive to the development of scientific research innovation ability of nursing students, and to cultivate nursing talents who can adapt to the development of the new era and have better post competence.展开更多

A multi-innovation gradient iterative(MIGI) approach is proposed to optimize the distance me...This paper explores a highly accurate identification modeling approach for the ship maneuvering motion with fullscale trial. A multi-innovation gradient iterative(MIGI) approach is proposed to optimize the distance metric of locally weighted learning(LWL), and a novel non-parametric modeling technique is developed for a nonlinear ship maneuvering system. This proposed method’s advantages are as follows: first, it can avoid the unmodeled dynamics and multicollinearity inherent to the conventional parametric model; second, it eliminates the over-learning or underlearning and obtains the optimal distance metric; and third, the MIGI is not sensitive to the initial parameter value and requires less time during the training phase. These advantages result in a highly accurate mathematical modeling technique that can be conveniently implemented in applications. To verify the characteristics of this mathematical model, two examples are used as the model platforms to study the ship maneuvering.展开更多
School psychologists are mediators and users of in-school and out-of-school psychology.When working with teachers and pupils,existing skills need to be expanded in order to be able to act independently and responsibly...School psychologists are mediators and users of in-school and out-of-school psychology.When working with teachers and pupils,existing skills need to be expanded in order to be able to act independently and responsibly in terms of proper education and upbringing.School psychologists are part of every school system.They are trained and have good knowledge in mental health,child development,learning theories,motivation,educational psychology,etc.Psychologists should also have a good knowledge of learning theories and innovative developments.With their dedication,they could help teachers to keep pace with new developments,applying new forms,methods and modalities in the learning process.School psychologists are professionals who in Kosovo are part of the pedagogical service.Despite the fact that in the Kosovo legislation,in schools where the number of pupil’s is over 1,000,it is foreseen to have a psychologist,however,a small number of psychologists are employed in schools.The purpose of research on this topic is to ascertain what is the support of the school psychologist for the introduction of positive innovations in learning.Survey results showed that about 61.4%of participants agree that school psychologist has a role in introducing positive developmental innovations in learning,25.5%of them to some extent agree,while 13.1%of participants disagree that the school psychologist has a role in introducing positive developmental innovations in learning.Empirical results showed that there are statistically significant differences between teachers of different ages regarding the role of the psychologist in introducing innovations in teaching,where F=3.755 and p=0.006<0.05.展开更多

However, previous studies showed that staff's attitude toward E-learning sig...As the information on telecommunication products updates rapidly, using E-learning in staff training becomes an edge for company operation. However, previous studies showed that staff's attitude toward E-learning significantly affected the outcomes of training. The purpose of this study is to investigate the acceptance of E-learning in a telecommunication company. The researchers adopted the technology acceptance model (TAM) and diffusion of innovation theory to evaluate the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on E-learning, in addition to employees' self-directed learning motivation, attitude toward computers, and organizational influence. We randomly chose 571 employees of the telecommunication entrepreneur at the Taichung office in Taiwan to participate in this survey. The result showed that employees' background factors such as age, job position, marital status, education level and the scale of job unit had the significant impact on behavioral intention to use E-learning. Employees' self-directed learning, attitude toward computers, and organizational influence respectively also had positive effects on perceived usefulness of E-learning and perceived ease of use of E-learning. Furthermore, employees' perceived usefulness of E-learning and perceived ease of use of E-learning also had a positive effect on behavioral intention to use E-learning systems.展开更多

文摘Using the“Design Drawing A”course as a case study,this paper addresses key challenges encountered in the learning process by adopting a“student-centered”approach rooted in outcome-based education.The course team proposes a blended teaching model defined by“three transformations,four integrations,and five expansions,”which places students at the core of the learning experience.Through a comprehensive restructuring of the curriculum and innovative teaching methods,elements of civic education-including national identity,rule of law,scientific inquiry,and philosophical reasoning-are effectively integrated into the classroom.This model broadens the teaching process across multiple dimensions and refines the evaluation approach to be both multi-dimensional and dynamic.As a result,the course’s blended teaching approach yields significant,innovative outcomes.
文摘As the information on telecommunication products updates rapidly, using E-learning in staff training becomes an edge for company operation. However, previous studies showed that staff's attitude toward E-learning significantly affected the outcomes of training. The purpose of this study is to investigate the acceptance of E-learning in a telecommunication company. The researchers adopted the technology acceptance model (TAM) and diffusion of innovation theory to evaluate the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on E-learning, in addition to employees' self-directed learning motivation, attitude toward computers, and organizational influence. We randomly chose 571 employees of the telecommunication entrepreneur at the Taichung office in Taiwan to participate in this survey. The result showed that employees' background factors such as age, job position, marital status, education level and the scale of job unit had the significant impact on behavioral intention to use E-learning. Employees' self-directed learning, attitude toward computers, and organizational influence respectively also had positive effects on perceived usefulness of E-learning and perceived ease of use of E-learning. Furthermore, employees' perceived usefulness of E-learning and perceived ease of use of E-learning also had a positive effect on behavioral intention to use E-learning systems.
文摘Based on the research on the project course theory of "integration of theory and practice" in higher vocational education and the analysis of practical teaching in colleges and universities at home and abroad, combined with literature research, case analysis, system theory and other research methods, the project-based teaching goal, model, content and means of "integration of doing, learning and teaching" in higher vocational education is explored, and the project-based teaching model of "Landscape Planning and Design" is discussed combined with the application of information-based teaching methods. So as to provide references for carrying out the project-based teaching in similar courses in higher vocational colleges and really achieve docking the actual post requirements with the course to provide the basis for achieving the purpose of cultivating skilled talents in higher vocational education.

文摘In the face of intelligent manufacturing(or smart manufacturing)human resource shortage,the training of industrial engineers in the field of intelligent manufacturing is of great significance.In academia,the positive link between learning transfer and knowledge innovation is recognized by most scholars,while the learner’s attitude toward big data decision-making,as a cognitive perception,affects learning transfer from the learner’s experienced engineering paradigm to the intelligent manufacturing paradigm.Thus,learning transfer can be regarded as a result of the learner’s attitude,and it becomes the intermediary state between their attitude and knowledge innovation.This paper reviews prior research on knowledge transfer and develops hypotheses on the relationships between learner acceptance attitude,knowledge transfer,and knowledge innovation.
文摘At the background of structural regulation of agriculture and industrialized development of rural areas,systematic thought and constructive recommendations are put forward on building innovative rural sci-tech service system in China from following 5 aspects. (1) In organizational system,rural sci-tech service associations should become nonprofit organizations that have independent legal entities. (2) In service object,it should take farmers as subject,new rural economic organizations as carrier,agricultural leading enterprises as handle,little village officials as joint,sci-tech special commissioner as link,and agricultural brokers as medium. (3) In information resources,it should enhance practicality construction and sharing. (4) In service methods and reform measures,it should combine information technology,expert technical consulting service,and sci-tech model base. (5) In policy support and input mechanism,it should follow the principle of diversification,set up government special funds,and formulate preferential policies to attract sci-tech talents to join in rural sci-tech services,and protect legal rights and interests of sci-tech personnel in rural sci-tech services.
文摘Entrepreneurial learning involves all kinds of learning activities carried out by enterprises in the process of development.It helps entrepreneurs,as the backbone of enterprises,master key entrepreneurial knowledge and solve practical problems encountered in entrepreneurship.It runs through the whole process of entrepreneurial activities.According to research,through entrepreneurial learning,start-ups can improve entrepreneurial opportunities,entrepreneurial dynamics,and other development potentials;additionally,it helps enterprises better grasp and make full use of opportunities,so as to promote business model innovation and enterprise development.In view of this,this paper focuses on the impact of entrepreneurial learning on the business model innovation of startups,expounds the connotation of entrepreneurial learning,analyzes the impact of entrepreneurial learning on the business model innovation of startups,and proposes strategies on how to promote the business model innovation of startups through entrepreneurial learning based on practice,so as to achieve a breakthrough in the bottleneck of development and provide reference for the innovation and development of more startups.
