A Bayesian multi-model inference methodology for imprecise momentindependent global sensitivity analysis of rock structures

Traditional global sensitivity analysis(GSA)neglects the epistemic uncertainties associated with the probabilistic characteristics(i.e.type of distribution type and its parameters)of input rock properties emanating due to the small size of datasets while mapping the relative importance of properties to the model response.This paper proposes an augmented Bayesian multi-model inference(BMMI)coupled with GSA methodology(BMMI-GSA)to address this issue by estimating the imprecision in the momentindependent sensitivity indices of rock structures arising from the small size of input data.The methodology employs BMMI to quantify the epistemic uncertainties associated with model type and parameters of input properties.The estimated uncertainties are propagated in estimating imprecision in moment-independent Borgonovo’s indices by employing a reweighting approach on candidate probabilistic models.The proposed methodology is showcased for a rock slope prone to stress-controlled failure in the Himalayan region of India.The proposed methodology was superior to the conventional GSA(neglects all epistemic uncertainties)and Bayesian coupled GSA(B-GSA)(neglects model uncertainty)due to its capability to incorporate the uncertainties in both model type and parameters of properties.Imprecise Borgonovo’s indices estimated via proposed methodology provide the confidence intervals of the sensitivity indices instead of their fixed-point estimates,which makes the user more informed in the data collection efforts.Analyses performed with the varying sample sizes suggested that the uncertainties in sensitivity indices reduce significantly with the increasing sample sizes.The accurate importance ranking of properties was only possible via samples of large sizes.Further,the impact of the prior knowledge in terms of prior ranges and distributions was significant;hence,any related assumption should be made carefully. 展开更多

The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 has seriously threatened human health.Rapidly and sensitively detecting SARSCoV-2 viruses can help control the spread of viruses.However,it is an arduous challenge to apply semiconductor-based substrates for virus SERS detection due to their poor sensitivity.Therefore,it is worthwhile to search novel semiconductor-based substrates with excellent SERS sensitivity.Herein we report,for the first time,Nb2C and Ta2C MXenes exhibit a remarkable SERS enhancement,which is synergistically enabled by the charge transfer resonance enhancement and electromagnetic enhancement.Their SERS sensitivity is optimized to 3.0×10^6 and 1.4×10^6 under the optimal resonance excitation wavelength of 532 nm.Additionally,remarkable SERS sensitivity endows Ta2C MXenes with capability to sensitively detect and accurately identify the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein.Moreover,its detection limit is as low as 5×10^−9 M,which is beneficial to achieve real-time monitoring and early warning of novel coronavirus.This research not only provides helpful theoretical guidance for exploring other novel SERS-active semiconductor-based materials but also provides a potential candidate for the practical applications of SERS technology. 展开更多

上海青浦CINRAD/SAD雷达和南汇WSR-88D雷达型号不同,并且采用不同的双偏振技术升级方案,实际业务运行中2部雷达存在一定的数据偏差。为了对雷达的探测性能进行定量评估,在共同探测区域遴选2022年7—9月及2023年6月共30个过程3933个时次... 上海青浦CINRAD/SAD雷达和南汇WSR-88D雷达型号不同,并且采用不同的双偏振技术升级方案,实际业务运行中2部雷达存在一定的数据偏差。为了对雷达的探测性能进行定量评估,在共同探测区域遴选2022年7—9月及2023年6月共30个过程3933个时次数据,以稳定性降水与对流性降水分类并按强度分级进行对比,评估了反射率因子Z_(H),差分反射率Z_(DR),相关系数C_(C)和差分传播相移Φ_(DP)的水平分布特征及随方位变化趋势,雷达灵敏度随仰角变化趋势以及Z_(H)和Z_(DR)偏差的定量统计。结果表明:2部雷达Z_(H)的观测结果接近,青浦CINRAD/SAD雷达的Z_(H),C_(C)和Φ_(DP)受地物及避雷针影响较大,随方位变化不稳定,青浦CINRAD/SAD雷达在低层的非气象回波滤除效果较南汇WSR-88D雷达差。2部雷达Z_(H)和Z_(DR)的偏差在Z_(H)大于40 dBz的区域较大,Z_(H)平均偏差为0.9 dB,Z_(DR)为-0.14 dB。本文基于台风、冰雹、短时强降水和梅雨降水数据,定量化评估了上海2部S波段双偏振天气雷达数据之间的差异,为后续算法改进以及数据订正提供参考。 展开更多

50 Gbit/s PON高性能接收技术的研究

【目的】为了应对不断增长的超千兆需求,从千兆走向万兆,从第五代固定网络(F5G)走向高级第五代固定网络(F5.5G),50 Gbit/s无源光网络(PON)被认为是F5.5G的重要组成部分。故文章针对当前接入网络发展状况,对50 Gbit/s PON技术进行了深入... 【目的】为了应对不断增长的超千兆需求,从千兆走向万兆,从第五代固定网络(F5G)走向高级第五代固定网络(F5.5G),50 Gbit/s无源光网络(PON)被认为是F5.5G的重要组成部分。故文章针对当前接入网络发展状况,对50 Gbit/s PON技术进行了深入研究。【方法】文章首先介绍了实现50 Gbit/s PON高灵敏度面临的困难,并提出了解决方案。方案中,50 Gbit/s的非归零(NRZ)信号通过雪崩光电二极管(Avalanche Photodiode,APD)探测器,在强电场的作用下形成可被检测到的宏观电流,该电流通过跨阻放大器(TIA)放大并转换成电压输出。对其进行均衡处理,采用光数字信号处理(oDSP)芯片的前馈均衡器(FFE)和判决反馈均衡器(DFE)对脉冲信号的拖尾现象进行补偿后,再通过DFE将码间干扰的影响降到最低。接着重点分析了APD、TIA和oDSP等关键技术,并采用25与50 Gbit/s APD对接收性能进行比较。【结果】两组实验测试结果显示,第1组实验25 Gbit/s APD在测试时间4 min内接收信号无误码,接收光功率为-8.48 dBm,当误码率(BER)为2.78e-2时,接收光功率达-26.61 dBm;在使用50 Gbit/s APD的情况下,4 min内接收信号无误码时,接收光功率为-8.97 dBm。当BER为2.78e-2时,接收光功率达到-27.05 dBm,第2组数据50 Gbit/s APD-2也达到了同样的实验效果。【结论】50 Gbit/s APD接收灵敏度更高,性能更好,更适合使用在50 Gbit/s PON光模块中实现高性能接收。最后文章针对未来降成本方案在均衡技术与APD上的应用提出了可行性分析。 展开更多

A comprehensive mission sensitivity analysis index based on Sobol's index called global mission sensitivity( GMS) was proposed in this paper which focused on analyzing the mission sensitivity of components of phased mission systems( PMS). The simulation strategy of GMS based on a Petri net and Monte Carlo method was presented which had broad applicability. Finally,the GMS and Birnbaum's sensitivity of components in a PMS example were compared. The GMS of component is demonstrated to be more adaptable to reflect the component mission sensitivity when the rated reliability parameters of components cannot be obtained, and components have state dependency or the system is subjected to common cause failure. 展开更多

Causal roles of gut microbiota in cholangiocarcinoma etiology suggested by genetic study

BACKGROUND Cholangiocarcinoma(CCA)is a highly malignant biliary tract cancer with poor prognosis.Previous studies have implicated the gut microbiota in CCA,but evidence for causal mechanisms is lacking.AIM To investigate the causal relationship between gut microbiota and CCA risk.METHODS We performed a two-sample mendelian randomization study to evaluate potential causal associations between gut microbiota and CCA risk using genome-wide association study summary statistics for 196 gut microbial taxa and CCA.Genetic variants were used as instrumental variables.Multiple sensitivity analyses assessed result robustness.RESULTS Fifteen gut microbial taxa showed significant causal associations with CCA risk.Higher genetically predicted abundance of genus Eubacteriumnodatum group,genus Ruminococcustorques group,genus Coprococcus,genus Dorea,and phylum Actinobacteria were associated with reduced risk of gallbladder cancer and extrahepatic CCA.Increased intrahepatic CCA risk was associated with higher abundance of family Veillonellaceae,genus Alistipes,order Enterobacteriales,and phylum Firmicutes.Protective effects against CCA were suggested for genus Collinsella,genus Eisenbergiella,genus Anaerostipes,genus Paraprevotella,genus Parasutterella,and phylum Verrucomicrobia.Sensitivity analyses indicated these findings were reliable without pleiotropy.CONCLUSION This pioneering study provides novel evidence that specific gut microbiota may play causal roles in CCA risk.Further experimental validation of these candidate microbes is warranted to consolidate causality and mechanisms. 展开更多

2024年1月23日,地处印度洋板块和欧亚板块碰撞前沿地带的新疆乌什地区发生M_(S)7.1地震。地震发生后,中国地震台网中心立即启动应急响应,国家测震台网中心快速产出地震数据产品,为地震发震构造研究、震源区地震危险性评估提供基础数据... 2024年1月23日,地处印度洋板块和欧亚板块碰撞前沿地带的新疆乌什地区发生M_(S)7.1地震。地震发生后,中国地震台网中心立即启动应急响应,国家测震台网中心快速产出地震数据产品,为地震发震构造研究、震源区地震危险性评估提供基础数据。基于中国地震台网资料,采用双差定位方法,对新疆乌什地震及主震后38天内3487次余震进行重新定位。定位结果显示,主震震中位置为(41.28°N,78.62°E),震源深度为31 km,余震序列呈NE-SW向线性展布,扩展范围约80 km,震源深度优势分布在30 km以浅范围内,发震断层倾向NW。同时,基于所得地震定位和前人震源机制解结果,采用PSGRN/PSCMP软件包,计算本次地震不同深度上的库仑应力分布,根据结果分析表明,主震发生使得主震周边区域进入应力卸载状态,并分析了主震对余震发生的触发作用。最后,使用国家地震烈度速报与预警工程站网数据计算本次地震仪器烈度,显示最大烈度值为Ⅸ度,烈度区域小,且集中在主震NEE方向。基于上述结果,结合周边地质构造,认为此次新疆乌什M_(S)7.1地震事件为一次兼具走滑性质的逆冲型地震。 展开更多

现有的疲劳S-N曲线已不再适用于北极的低温环境,为了评估北极海洋工程设备材料的低温疲劳寿命,有必要建立金属结构尤其是焊接结构的低温疲劳S-N曲线。本文基于等效结构应力法,计算出Q690高强钢管环焊缝的主S-N曲线,并通过共振疲劳试验... 现有的疲劳S-N曲线已不再适用于北极的低温环境,为了评估北极海洋工程设备材料的低温疲劳寿命,有必要建立金属结构尤其是焊接结构的低温疲劳S-N曲线。本文基于等效结构应力法,计算出Q690高强钢管环焊缝的主S-N曲线,并通过共振疲劳试验对该方法进行了验证。在此基础上,结合大量的高强钢焊接结构试验结果,将温度敏感因子c引入到低温疲劳主S-N曲线的推导中,首次建立了基于低温金属焊接结构的主S-N曲线,并对文献中的疲劳S-N试验数据和ASME中的修正方法进行了对比和验证。结果表明,等效结构应力法能够较准确地计算出焊缝疲劳S-N曲线,推导出的金属焊接结构低温主S-N曲线与试验曲线吻合较好,能够满足低温地区工程要求,可为高强钢焊接结构在北极地区低温环境中的广泛应用提供理论指导。该方法可以为金属焊接结构的低温疲劳研究节省大量的成本,减少非标准试验操作造成的不必要的误差。这对北极海洋工程设备的设计、安全运行和疲劳评估具有重要意义。 展开更多

目的:探究前列腺癌患者谷胱甘肽S转移酶P1(GSTP1)和X线修复交错互补基因1(XRCC1)基因多态性与化疗敏感性及预后的关系。方法:选取2018年5月至2021年5月行雄激素剥夺治疗+双药化疗的前列腺癌患者103例,收集患者临床资料,采用PCR-PFLP方... 目的:探究前列腺癌患者谷胱甘肽S转移酶P1(GSTP1)和X线修复交错互补基因1(XRCC1)基因多态性与化疗敏感性及预后的关系。方法:选取2018年5月至2021年5月行雄激素剥夺治疗+双药化疗的前列腺癌患者103例,收集患者临床资料,采用PCR-PFLP方法对患者行基因分型,并分析其GSTP1-rs1695位点和XRCC1-rs25487位点的多态性,分析其与化疗敏感性的关系,并探究GSTP1和XRCC1基因多态性与患者3年生存率的相关性。结果:103例前列腺癌化疗患者GSTP1-rs1695位点和XRCC1-rs25487位点分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡(χ2=9.794,P>0.05)。GSTP1-rs1695位点中AA基因型占比为65.05%(67/103),AG基因型占比为23.30%(24/103),GG基因型占比为11.65%(12/103);XRCC1-rs25487位点中AA基因型占比为29.13%(30/103),AG基因型占比为50.49%(52/103),GG基因型占比为20.39%(21/103)。GSTP1-rs1695 AA型化疗敏感性为35.82%,低于AG/GG型58.33%(P<0.05)。XRCC1-rs25487 AA型化疗敏感性为40.00%,AG/GG型45.21%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。GSTP1-rs1695、XRCC1-rs25487不同表型患者3年无进展生存率之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。GSTP1-rs1695 AA型3年总生存率低于AG/GG型;XRCC1-rs25487 AA型低于AG/GG型(P<0.05)。多因素COX回归分析结果显示,GSTP1-rs1695 AA型、XRCC1-rs25487 AA型均为前列腺癌患者化疗后3年总生存期的独立影响因素。结论:GSTP1-rs1695、XRCC1-rs25487基因多态性对前列腺癌患者化疗敏感性和预后均有一定影响,GSTP1-rs1695和XRCC1-rs25487 A等位基因突变均可导致更短的3年生存率,G等位基因突变可带来更好的化疗敏感性和生存期。 展开更多

AIM: To investigate sensations to multimodal pain stimulation in the metaplastic and normal parts of the esophagus in patients with Barrett’s esophagus (BE). METHODS: Fifteen patients with BE and 15 age-matched healthy volunteers were subjected to mechanical, thermal and electrical pain stimuli of the esophagus. Both the metaplastic part and the normal part (4 and 14 cm, respectively, above the esophago-gastric junction) were examined. At sensory thresholds the stimulation intensity, referred pain areas, and evoked brain potentials were recorded. RESULTS: Patients were hyposensitive to heat stimulation both in the metaplastic part [median stimulation time to reach the pain detection threshold: 15 (12-34) s vs 14 (6-23) s in controls; F = 4.5, P = 0.04] and the normal part of the esophagus [median 17 (6-32) s vs 13 (8-20) s in controls; F = 6.2, P = 0.02]. Furthermore, patients were hyposensitive in the metaplastic part of the esophagus to mechanical distension [median volume at moderate pain: 50 (20-50) mL vs 33 (13-50) mL in controls; F = 5.7, P = 0.02]. No indication of central nervous system abnormalities was present, as responses were comparable between groups to electrical pain stimuli in the metaplastic part [median current evoking moderate pain: 13 (6-26) mA vs 12 (9-24) mA in controls; F = 0.1, P = 0.7], and in the normal part of the esophagus [median current evoking moderate pain: 9 (6-16) mA, vs 11 (5-11) mA in controls; F = 3.4, P = 0.07]. Furthermore, no differences were seen for the referred pain areas (P-values all > 0.3) or latencies and amplitudes for the evoked brain potentials (P-values all > 0.1). CONCLUSION: Patients with BE are hyposensitive both in the metaplastic and normal part of esophagus likely as a result of abnormalities affecting peripheral nerve pathways. 展开更多

Geometry sensitivity of magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) duct flow and some ab- normal phenomena deviating from the classical MHD laws were measured in an experimental investigation of the MHD effect of the flow channel inserter (FCI) duct flow. The results showed that the velocity distribution deviated from the M-type profile on the centre-plane of the cross section of the duct with small slots (in short "S-duct"). The electric potential difference in the duct wall was much lower than that given by the classical electromagnetic laws. The MHD pres- sure drop was much higher than that from the classical magneto-hydrodynamics theory. 目的探明CO_(2)和H_(2)S对镍基合金028钝化膜性能和点蚀敏感性的影响。方法采用循环动电位极化(CPP)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、莫特-肖特基(M-S)等测试方法,研究Cl-环境、CO_(2)-Cl-环境和H_(2)S-Cl-环境中镍基合金028的钝化膜性能。通过制... 目的探明CO_(2)和H_(2)S对镍基合金028钝化膜性能和点蚀敏感性的影响。方法采用循环动电位极化(CPP)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、莫特-肖特基(M-S)等测试方法,研究Cl-环境、CO_(2)-Cl-环境和H_(2)S-Cl-环境中镍基合金028的钝化膜性能。通过制备一维人工凹坑电极模拟点蚀坑的稳态生长,采用向负向电位扫描法,研究镍基合金028在局部点蚀环境中的金属溶解动力学,明确CO_(2)和H_(2)S对点蚀生长动力学的影响。结果CO_(2)和H_(2)S都会使镍基合金028钝化膜性能变差,而H_(2)S的影响更为显著,具体表现为:在H_(2)S-Cl-环境中具有更高的钝化电流密度jp、更低的点蚀电位Eb和再钝化电位Erp。H_(2)S-Cl-环境中的钝化膜电阻Rf、电荷转移电阻Rt和钝化膜厚度均低于CO_(2)-Cl-环境中的,此外,钝化膜在H_(2)S-Cl-环境中具有更高的点缺陷密度。在最大点蚀坑溶解电流密度jdiss,max相同的条件下,H_(2)S-Cl-环境中点蚀稳态生长所需的驱动力Emax明显低于CO_(2)-Cl-环境中的;在相同Emax下,H_(2)S-Cl-环境中的jdiss,max高于CO_(2)-Cl-环境中的。结论CO_(2)和H_(2)S通过增加钝化膜溶解速率、降低钝化膜电阻和增加点缺陷密度,不同程度地增加了镍基合金028的点蚀敏感性,而H_(2)S更容易造成钝化膜损伤。在点蚀稳态生长阶段,镍基合金028点蚀的稳态生长遵循塔菲尔规律,相比于CO_(2),H_(2)S更容易促进点蚀从亚稳态向稳态发展,并且在H_(2)S环境中具有更高的点蚀生长稳定性。 展开更多

Changes in the pattern of organization of microtubules in the meiotic stages of development of pollen (i.e. from pre-meiotic interphase to more or less metaphase I) of a normal (IR36) and a temperature/photoperiod sensitive male sterile line (Peiai 64S) of rice were studied using immunofluorescence confocal microscopy. In IR36, from pre-meiotic interphase to metaphase I, the pattern of microtubule distribution in the meiocytes underwent a series of changes. Some new organizational patterns of microtubules (that have not been described before) were observed during microsporogenesis, including the existence of a broad band of perinuclear microtubules at the diakinesis stage of development. The pattern of microtubule distribution in the meiocytes of the male sterile line, Peiai 64S, was quite different front that seen in IR36. In Peiai 64S, the microtubules showed abnormal patterns of distribution from pre-meiotic interphase to metaphase I. For example the broad band of perinuclear microtubules seen at diakinesis in IR36 was much disorganized and loosened in Peiai 64S. The spindles formed were also very abnormal and different from the normal spindle. The appearance of abnormal microtubule distribution in the early stages of microsporogenesis may contribute to the malformation and ultimate abortion of pollen in Peiai 64S. 展开更多

硫空位改性HfS_(2)单层吸附有毒气体分子的研究

采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算方法,研究了本征HfS_(2)单层和S空位改性后的HfS_(2)单层(S_(V)-HfS_(2))吸附有毒有害气体CH_(4)、CO、H_(2)S、SO_(2)的最稳定构型、吸附能、电子结构以及气敏性能。结果表明,S空位改性使HfS_(2)... 采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算方法,研究了本征HfS_(2)单层和S空位改性后的HfS_(2)单层(S_(V)-HfS_(2))吸附有毒有害气体CH_(4)、CO、H_(2)S、SO_(2)的最稳定构型、吸附能、电子结构以及气敏性能。结果表明,S空位改性使HfS_(2)性质由间接带隙半导体变为了金属性质,而且S_(V)-HfS_(2)单层对气体更加的敏感。为了进一步探究其作为高性能气敏材料的可能性,对S_(V)-HfS_(2)单层吸附CH_(4)、CO、H_(2)S、SO_(2)气体的吸附体系最稳定构型、能带结构、态密度、差分电荷密度以及电子局域函数进行了分析。研究表明,S空位改性HfS_(2)单层是一种稳定且有效的改性手段,有助于改善基底对CH_(4)、CO、H_(2)S、SO_(2)气体分子的吸附能力;SO_(2)吸附在S_(V)-HfS_(2)上的吸附能(3.245 eV)和电荷转移(1.149 e)最为显著,S_(V)-HfS_(2)基底对SO_(2)最敏感,有作为SO_(2)气体高效检测材料的潜力。研究结果将有助于HfS_(2)材料的气体传感器在有毒有害气体检测和治理方面的应用。 展开更多
