AREA INTEGRAL FUNCTIONS FOR SECTORIAL OPERATORS ON L^p SPACES

Area integral functions are introduced for sectorial operators on L^p-spaces. We establish the equivalence between the square and area integral functions for sectorial operators on L^p spaces. This follows that the results of Cowling, Doust, McIntosh, Yagi, and Le Merdy on H^∞ functional calculus of seetorial operators on LP-spaces hold true when the square functions are replaced by the area integral functions.

AREA INTEGRAL FUNCTIONS AND H∞ FUNCTIONAL CALCULUS FOR SECTORIAL OPERATORS ON HILBERT SPACES

Area integral functions are introduced for sectorial operators on Hilbert spaces. We establish the equivalence relationship between the square and area integral functions. This immediately extends McIntosh/Yagi＇s results on H∞ functional calculus of sectorial operators on Hilbert spaces to the case when the square functions are replaced by the area integral functions.

ON PARAMETRIC MARCINKIEWICZ INTEGRALS RELATED TO BLOCK SPACES

In this paper,the L2-boundedness of a class of parametric Marcinkiewicz integral μρ Ω,h with kernel function Ω in B 0,0 q(S n-1) for some q>1,and the radial function h(x)∈l∞(Ls)(R +) for 1<s≤∞ are given.The Lp(Rn)(2≤p<∞) boundedness of μ *,ρ Ω,h,λ and μ ρ Ω,h,S with Ω in B 0,0 q(S n-1) and h(|x|)∈l∞(Ls)(R +) in application are obtained.Here μ *,ρ Ω,h,λ and μ ρ Ω,h,S are parametric Marcinkiewicz integrals corresponding to the Littlewood-Paley g* λ function and the Lusin area function S,respectively.

Satisfaction of Village Doctors with the Township and Village Health Services Integration Policy in the Western Minority-inhabited Areas of China

Township and Village Health Services Integration Management（TVHSIM） is an essential form of China＇s two-tiered health service integration plan at the township and village level. Its main purpose, also one of the target goals in China＇s new healthcare reform, is to gradually integrate rural health services and appropriately allocate rural health resources. This study aims to assess the village doctors＇ satisfaction with the TVHSIM and provide scientific base to further improve TVHSIM. A cross-sectional study was carried out in which 162 village doctors from Qinghai, Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang in western China were interviewed. Descriptive analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Spearman rank correlation and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the difference and relevance between village doctors＇ personal characteristics and their satisfaction with TVHSIM and six subscales. Village doctors with different years of practice, social insurance status and essential medical knowledge level showed statistically significant differences in their satisfaction levels（all P〈0.05）. Age（P〈0.05） and years of practice（P〈0.01） were negatively correlated with Drug and Medical Device Management and Financing Management. Essential medical knowledge level（P〈0.05） was negatively correlated with Operations Management as well. However, social insurance status（P〈0.05） was positively correlated with Human Resources Management and Drug and Medical Device management. Gender, age and years of practice respectively had significant influence on village doctors＇ satisfaction with TVHSIM（P〈0.01）. In conclusion, in order to further promote TVHSIM policy in rural China, a well-rounded social insurance model for village doctors is urgently needed. In addition, the development of TVHSIM is regionally imbalanced. Efficient and effective measures aiming at rationalizing gender and age structure and enhancing essential medical training should be carefully considered.

端羟基树脂羟值与红外光谱峰值面积关系

采用苯酐-吡啶法研究了样品质量与酸酐质量对树脂羟值的影响,获得测试羟值小于100的树脂的最佳条件为:试样的质量应大于3 g,酸酐量应为理论酸酐量的1.8倍左右.采用红外光谱的相对积分面积法分析测试树脂的羟值,以树脂的甲基峰面积为基准,用积分法求得羟基峰的面积S2与甲基峰的面积S1的比值与树脂的羟值存在较好的线性关系.

Hardy Spaces H_L^p(R^n) Associated with Higher-Order Schrdinger Type Operators

Let L = L0 ＋ V be the higher order Schrodiger type operator where L0 is a homogeneous elliptic operator of order 2m in divergence form with bounded coeffi- cients and V is a real measurable function as multiplication operator （e.g., including （-△）m＋v （m∈N） as special examples）. In this paper, assume that V satisfies a strongly subcritical form condition associated with L0, the authors attempt to establish a the- HL （R） （0 〈 p ≤ 1） associated with the higher order Schrodinger ory of Hardy space P n type operator L. Specifically, we first define the molecular Hardy space Hp （JRn） by the so-called （p, q,ε, M） molecule associated to L and then establish its characterizations by the area integral defined by the heat semigroup e-tL.

Area integral,Littlewood-Paley g-function and BMOA on convex domains of finite type

Let Ω be a smoothly bounded convex domain of finite type in Cn,Ω be the boundary of Ω, S α(f) and g(f) be the area integral and Littlewood-Paley g-function on Ω,respectively. If f ∈ BMOA,then S α(f) < ∞ a.e. on Ω,and there exists a constant C such that Sα(f) ‖*≤ C ‖f‖*. The same result also holds for g(f).

Parametrized Area Integrals on Hardy Spaces and Weak Hardy Spaces

In this paper, the authors prove that if Ω satisfies a class of the integral Dini condition, then the parametrized area integral μΩ,S^ρ is a bounded operator from the Hardy space H1 （R^n） to L1 （R^n） and from the weak Hardy space H^1,∞ （R^n） to L^1,∞ （R^n）, respectively. As corollaries of the above results, it is shown that μΩ,S^ρ is also an operator of weak type These conclusions are substantial improvement and （1, 1） and of type （p,p） for 1 〈 p 〈 2, respectively extension of some known results.

Commutators of Littlewood-Paley Operators on Herz Spaces with Variable Exponent

Let Ω ∈ L^2（S^n-1） be homogeneous function of degree zero and b be BMO functions. In this paper, we obtain some boundedness of the Littlewood-Paley Opera- tors and their higher-order commutators on Herz spaces with variable exponent.

Challenges and Opportunities for China＇s Agricultural and Rural Development in the 12th Five-year Plan Period

Despite the great progress of rural socioeconomic development in the 11 th Five-year Plan period （2006-2010）, China＇s agriculture and countryside are still.lacing the challenges of a crude development pattern, backward rural development and cities＇ weak driving effect on the countryside. In the 12th Five-year Plan period （20I 1-2015）, China should transform the way agriculture grows and operates; promote rural socioeconomic development; improve urban planning and its functions, institutional innovation, and urban/rural integration to lay a solid foundation for building an all-round well- off society.

OCA Issue in East Asia under the Pressure of Chinese RMB Appreciation

As the rumor that RMB will appreciate in the near future, most Asian currencies had appreciated according to this matter since the appreciation of Chinese RMB will strengthen the exports of those Asian counties, thus appreciate the currencies of those countries. An OCA matter here comes again to the Asian countries. As we all know, Euro has been formally used among European areas since 1999, and this is the fir.st time that the optimum currency system was adopted in the international history. Asia, as another area that has most development potentiality in the world, should it adopt the monetary integration process as well？ In this paper the necessary conditions to form an OCA are analyzed; European experience are conjured with the own feature of East Asia areas; possibilities of forming the OCA in East Asia are concluded as well as the resistances; besides the potential process of forming an OCA is suggested.

L^p-Boundedness of Marcinkiewicz Integrals with Hardy Space Function Kernels

We give the Lp-boundedness for a class of Marcinkiewicz integral operators μΩ, μΩ.λ and μΩ.S related to the Littlewood-Paley g-function, gλ-function and the area integral S, respectively. These operators have the kernel functions Ω∈H1(Sn-1), the Hardy space on Sn-1. The results in this paper substantially improve and extend the known results.

Commutators of Littlewood-Paley operators

Let b ∈ L loc(? n ) and L denote the Littlewood-Paley operators including the Littlewood-Paley g function, Lusin area integral and g λ * function. In this paper, the authors prove that the L p boundedness of commutators [b, L] implies that b ∈ BMO(? n ). The authors therefore get a characterization of the L p -boundedness of the commutators [b, L]. Notice that the condition of kernel function of L is weaker than the Lipshitz condition and the Littlewood-Paley operators L is only sublinear, so the results obtained in the present paper are essential improvement and extension of Uchiyama’s famous result.

The Relationship between Government on One Side and the Market and Society on the Other in China’s Agricultural and Rural Development:An Analytical Framework

The integrated development of urban and rural areas requires that the government take responsibility for the overall development of the countryside. Chinese agricultural and rural policies characterized by state intervention and government leadership have played an important role in promoting agricultural development and increasing farmers’ incomes as well as balancing development in urban and rural areas. However, the effectiveness of current agricultural policies in promoting agricultural productivity is now clearly leveling off. Given this situation, the authors argue that it is imperative to construct a new analytical framework featuring government regulation and guidance of agricultural and rural development. In this framework, the government must clearly define the boundaries between its activities and those of the market and rural social organizations. While fully respecting the fundamental role of the market in allocation of resources and rural self-management, the government should exercise its power as a backstop. Further, the government needs to establish a logical sequence for government functions such as formulating the basic operating system of the market and society, correcting market failure and social dysfunction and cultivating market/social entities. To use this new analytical framework to strengthen and improve its regulation and guidance of agricultural and rural development, the government needs to reform the basic rural management and agricultural support and protection systems and to pay attention to the cultivation of market entities in agricultural production on the basis of agricultural marketization. Furthermore, it needs to construct a basic urban-rural integrated public service system with the government as the leading actor, carry out innovations in the management system of rural society and fully mobilize the social forces to take part in the administration of public affairs. It also needs to reconstruct the system of government administration and management to ensure the thorough implementation of agricultural and rural development policies.

Wild bacterial probiotics fed to larvae of mass-reared Queensland fruit fly[Bactrocera tryoni(Froggatt)]do not impact long-term survival,mate selection,or locomotor activity

Queensland fruit fly[Bactrocera Uyoni(Froggatt),Diptera,Tephritidae]is the most devastating insect pest impacting Australian horticulture.The Sterile Insect Technique(SIT)is an important component of tephritid pest management programs.However,mass-rearing and irradiation(to render insects sterile)may reduce the fitness and performance of the insect,including the ability of sterile males to successfully compete for wild females.Manipulation of the gut microbiome,including the supplementation with bacterial probiotics shows promise for enhancing the quality of mass-reared sterile flies,however there are fewer published studies targeting the larval stage.In this study,we supplemented the larval stage of mass-reared B.tryoni with bacterial probiotics.We tested several individual bacteria that had been previously isolated and characterized from the gut of wild B.tryoni larvae including Asaia sp.,Enterobacter sp.,Lactobacillus sp.,Leuconostoc sp.We also tested a consortium of all four of these bacterial isolates.The fitness parameters tested included adult survival in field cages,laboratory mate selection of bacteria supplemented males by bacteria nonsupplemented females,and laboratory locomotor activity of adult flies.None of the bacterial probiotic treatments in the current study was significantly different to the control for field survival,mate selection or locomotor activity of adult B.Uyoni,which agree with some of the other studies regarding bacterial probiotics fed to the larval stage of tephritids.Future work is needed to determine if feeding the same,and/or other probiotics to adults,as opposed to larvae can positively impact survival,mating performance,mating competitiveness and locomotor activity of B.tryoni.The bacterial group(s)and function of bacterial species that increase fitness and competitiveness is also of interest to tephritid mass-rearing programs.
