Survey and Analysis of the Development of Medical-Nursing Integrated Industry in Rencheng District

With the accelerated urbanization and population aging China,China has to deal with the significant issue of elderly care at this stage.According to the seventh national census data of Rencheng District,there are 1.63 million elderly people aged 60 and above in Jining City in November 2020,including 190,000 in Rencheng District,accounting for 19.51%and 18.17%of their respective total populations.The high degree of aging and rapid development mark that China is about to soon enter a moderately aging society.In this context,this survey,with the intention of discussing the difficulties during the development of integrated medical-nursing integrated enterprises,aims to provide detailed and referential statistical information for the leaders of our district to make decisions.

Reform of Theory-practice Alternating Teaching of the Introduction to Architecture Course Oriented to“Employment Priority and Integration of Industry and Education”

In the new era of building a socialist modernization country with the goal of promoting high-quality development,we deeply analyze the knowledge system of the Introduction to Architecture course.This analysis is based on the cross-disciplinary specialties of local applied universities and the orientation of prioritizing employment and integrating industry and education.We propose the teaching reform of“theory-practice alternation”which is adapted to the current times and societal needs.Finally,we comprehensively summarize the effectiveness of curriculum construction,in order to provide theoretical references for the implementation of fostering character and civic virtue and deepening the reform of collaborative education mechanisms.

Discussion on the Necessity and Realization of the Integrative Development of Tourism and Cultural Industry

With the development of socialist economy and the putting forward of“the Belt and Road”economic development strategy,all industries have developed vigorously,especially cultural industry and tourism.The integrative development of cultural industry and tourism can enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of regional economies,provide impetus for regional development,optimize industrial structure,and provide new ideas for the development of economies so as to promote economic growth.The integration and development of the two industries can not only achieve a mutually beneficial and win-win result,but also provide an example of the multi-industry coordinated development mode for the development of regional economy.This article first discusses the significance of the development of tourism and cultural industry,analyzes its significance for realizing the strategic target of regional economy.Then taking Sichuan province as an example,it elaborates the problems of system and creativity existing in the deep integration of tourism and cultural industry,and finally studies the way to realize it for reference.

Current Status of the Integrated Circuit Industry in China--IC Manufacturing Industry

Editorial Introduction: China's IC industry has been flourishing in recent years, huge market demand together with government investments are the major driving forces for this development. The status and development momentum of the Chinese IC industry also attracted wide interest and attention of international counterparts. A group of domestic IC experts are invited by the JoMM to write a series of articles about China's IC industry, including the history, current status, development, and related government policies. Information in these articles is all from public data from recent years. The purpose of these articles is to enhance mutual understanding between the Chinese domestic IC industry and international IC ecosystem. The following article is the third one of this series, the status quo of China's IC industry. The IC industry chain is very long including design, manufacturing, special equipment, materials, packaging and testing. The article series are arranged in accordance with this scope.

Clean Production and Ecological Industry:A Key to Eco-city Development

Eco-city development is a healthy process towards sustainable development, within the carrying capacity of local ecosystem through changing production mode, consumption behavior and decision instrument based on ecological economics and system engineering. The key to its planning is an ecological integration to make trade-off between economic wealth and environmental health, between material and spiritual civilization, between natural and human eco-cybernetics. Integration, demonstration, citizens’ participation and scientists’ and technician’s catalyzing are the key instruments for the implementation of the ecocity plan. "Clean production" and "ecological industry" are key elements in comprehensive development towards an eco-city. Beyond the technical and management questions, how to interlink production, consumption and reduction at the local and regional level, the spatial and urban dimension should be considered in order to perform an integrative urban eco-space.

Study on the Development of the Chip Information Industry Based on Moore’s Law

Chips are the carriers of ICs (integrated circuits). As a result of design, manufacturing, and packaging and testing processes, chips are typically wholly independent entities intended for immediate use. According to known data, one unit of chip output can drive up to ten units of output in the electronic information industry and 100 units of GDP (Gross Domestic Product). The Chip Information Industry is a strategic industry in most developed countries in Europe and North America. The development of the Chip Information Industry is related to national economies and personal livelihoods. Moore discovered a certain trend after analyzing data: in general, every newly produced chip has twice the capacity of the previous generation, and it takes 18 to 24 months for the next generation to be subsequently invented. This trend has come to be known as Moore’s Law. It applies not only to the development of memory chips but also to the evolutionary paths of processor capability and disk drive storage capacity. Moore’s Law has become the basis of performance prediction in several industries. However, since 2011, the size of silicon transistors has been approaching its physical limit at the atomic level. Due to the nature of silicon, additional breakthroughs in the running speed and performance of silicon transistors are severely limited. Elevated temperature and leakage are the two main sources that invalidate Moore’s Law. To counter these issues, This paper analyzes specific problems challenges in the Chip Information Industry, including the development of carbon nanotube chips and fierce competition in the international Chip Information Industry. In addition, this paper undertakes a critical analysis of the Chinese Chip Information Industry and countermeasures to Chinese Chip Information Industry development.

Research on the Joint Development of Cities of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area: A Case Study of Foshan City

Promoting the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is a major policy decision and national strategy made by the central government of China,which significantly supports the Belt and Road Initiative and maintains the long-term prosperity for the whole country.As an important part of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Foshan needs to find its own position and direction in order to accelerate the joint development with other cities through five measures.

数实深度融合推动新型工业化的战略重点、战略任务与路径选择

以现代化产业体系建设赋能城乡融合发展:逻辑、堵点与进路

作为现代化国家的重要物质技术基础,现代化产业体系建设能够在推动城乡融合发展中发挥积极作用。在理论逻辑上,现代化产业体系建设通过加速传统农业转型升级、引领城乡产业融合发展、畅通城乡要素双向流动、推动实现农村现代化等路径赋能城乡融合发展。针对要素双向流动受阻、乡村空间利用低效、现代农业发展困难、县域支撑不足等现实堵点,应当以破除城乡要素流动的体制障碍、推动现代化乡村空间治理体系建设、加大现代农业发展的要素投入保障、强化现代化产业体系建设县域支撑等为实践进路,推动现代化产业体系建设更好赋能城乡产业融合发展。

以数实融合推动现代化产业体系建设

现代化产业体系是现代化经济体系的重要组成部分,是中国式现代化建设的重要支撑。数实融合是实现产业转型升级和高质量发展的重要途径,具有智能化、网络化、平台化、服务化等特征,是现代产业革命的核心驱动力。中国数字经济和实体经济融合发展已经取得显著成效,但仍面临着融合深度不足、融合发展不均衡、融合存在局部梗阻、融合面临安全风险和垄断风险等严峻挑战。以数实融合推动现代化产业体系建设,需要全力夯实人工智能底座技术,实现产业发展自主化、产业协同体系化、产业基础高级化,形成现代化产业体系发展合力。

现代职业教育产教融合教材的构成要素及开发策略研究

建设产教融合教材是国家教材委员会就加强教材建设和管理作出的重要工作部署,也是《关于加快推进现代职业教育体系建设改革重点任务的通知》中提出“开展职业教育优质教材建设”的重要抓手。通过对我国产教融合教材建设的政策的梳理,剖析产教融合教材政策的沿革和和具体要求,并从职业教育本质特征、岗课赛证融通、教材内容设计、产业驱动的内容更新四个视角研究了产教融合教材建设的必要性。在借鉴德国产教融合教材建设经验的基础上,提出了我国产教融合教材建设的具体策略,包括建立国家层面职业能力标准体系、政府、学校和企业三方共同参与、教材内容贴近实际产业需求、建立教材质量评价与认证机制等,对我国现代职业教育产教融合教材建设的优化与创新具有重要意义。

乡村振兴背景下河北省农村产业融合发展模式研究

农村产业融合发展是实现乡村振兴的重要途径之一,为合理引入和运用农村产业融合的发展模式,充分发挥河北省拥有的独特优势,通过对河北省近年农村一二三产业融合模式进行归纳分类研究,总结出3种主要融合模式并提出了模式发展过程中存在的问题,提出了完善相关政策、培育新型农业经营主体、搭建多方人才引进渠道等解决途径。

乡村振兴背景下文旅产业融合发展

随着人民生活水平的提高和旅游需求的不断多样化,文旅产业融合的概念开始出现在大众的视野,当前我国正处于经济转型的关键时期,文化和旅游产业作为21世纪的朝阳产业,大力推进文旅产业融合发展,不仅对于乡村振兴具有重要意义,同时对于我国产业结构转型也有着重要意义。本文利用1042份调查问卷数据,采用线性回归模型分析政府措施在乡村产业振兴中对文旅产业融合发展的影响,搭建中介和调节效应模型,并进一步探讨农户参与度影响文旅产业融合发展的可能路径和变化规律。研究表明:政府措施有助于文旅产业融合发展;政府措施以农户参与度为中介有助于文旅产业融合发展。在乡村产业振兴背景下,政府通过实施相关措施,提升了农民积极性,增加了农户参与度,对政府措施产生调节效应,促进文旅产业融合发展。因此,为促进文旅产业融合发展与乡村振兴,引导性的政策措施亟须出台,并带动当地农民群众,提升农户的参与度,以此来提升文旅产业融合发展水平。

新质生产力促进我国体育产业高质量发展的关联机理、内在逻辑与实施方略

新质生产力是推进我国经济社会高质量发展的强劲动力。从历史视野审视发现,中国式现代化进程中我国体育产业迫切需要引入新的增长动力来实现高质量发展。研究认为,新质生产力可以重塑体育产业增长的底层逻辑、促进体育产业整合与产业重构、拓展体育产业高质量发展的虚拟空间;新质生产力通过为体育产业发展提供新质和新型生产要素、打造创新驱动和协同发展模式、倒逼体育管理体制机制改革创新促进体育产业高质量发展;同时,产业性原创性关键技术研发能力不足、数字体育基础设施及信息资源匮乏、体育产业创新文化和创新氛围亟待培育等制约新质生产力作用的发挥;培育和发展体育产业领域新质生产助力体育产业高质量发展,应推进问题导向的体育科技攻关,加强数字体育基础设施建设,夯实体育产业发展的文化基础,积极推进技术创新与价值回归,增强有为政府和有效市场的更好结合。

产教融合校企“双元”育人课程开发——以焙烤食品加工技术课程为例

针对焙烤行业人才需求,基于产教融合校企“双元”育人理念,探索建设焙烤食品加工技术课程开发。在校企合作机制、师资队伍建设、知识重构、实践教学深化、质量监控与评价实施和多元化合作模式探索等方面着手,进行产教融合校企“双元”育人课程开发探索,为建设紧跟市场人才需求食品加工类课程的建设提供参考和借鉴。

数字乡村促进云南县域农村产业融合发展的机制研究——基于云南111个县域面板数据

随着数字经济发展,通过数字乡村建设促进云南县域农村产业的融合发展对于实现乡村振兴目标具有重要意义。研究数字乡村促进农村产业融合发展的影响因素和机制建设,构建农村产业融合发展评价模型,采用北大《县域数字乡村指数报告》评价指数,以2018—2020年云南省111个县域面板数据为样本进行实证研究。研究表明:云南县域农村产业融合发展水平不高;数字乡村建设提高农业经营规模化和农民现代信息化素养,可以有效促进农村产业融合发展;分区域来看,滇中、滇西地区促进效应明显,而滇东和边境地区尚不显著。提出树立农业农村数字化转型观念、抓住数字乡村建设机遇、探索现代农村和新型农业新形态、统筹数字乡村均衡发展的对策建议。

环境规制、数字赋能对产业结构升级的影响及机理

当前中国经济转型的重要路径为“绿色优先,数字赋能”。为探究绿色化与数字化在产业层面能否实现协同发展,该研究利用全国283个地级市的面板数据,验证数字经济在产业结构绿色转型过程中发挥的调节效应。首先使用多重门槛检验来寻找环境规制与产业结构调整之间的非线性关系,在利用高阶函数进行拟合的基础上,加入产业数字化与数字产业化两大调节变量剖析环境规制和数字赋能的协同作用。研究结果表明:①环境规制对于产业结构合理化不存在明显影响,但对产业结构高级化存在单门槛效应,即当环境规制力度越过门槛值后能够实现环境改善与产业结构升级共赢。②产业数字化与环境规制并行使得产业结构合理化出现了双门槛效应,随着两者融合程度加深,可通过逐步减轻环境规制力度来实现协同发展;但产业数字化与环境规制并行使得产业结构高级化的单门槛效应消失,交互项系数显著为正但并不稳定。③数字产业化与环境规制并行对于产业结构合理化不存在显著影响,但对于产业结构高级化产生了单门槛效应,且随着两者融合程度加深,生态与产业协同发展的强度区间会逐渐扩大。④从局部地区的异质性回归结果来看,主要结论仍然可以得到验证,但发现经济发达片区存在向欠发达片区进行污染转移的现象。据此,该研究提出,顶层设计过程中应考虑地方环境治理的短视行为及各区域产业层次的客观差异,引导发达地区政府更加关注绿色技术创新的长期驱动力,促进“绿色共识”与发展目标深度融合。
