Development of Red Cultural Resources in Yimeng Region under the Background of Cultural and Tourism Integration

The red cultural resources in Yimeng region have a long history and are an indispensable part ofthe traditional culture of the Chinese nation. From the perspective of cultural and tourism integration, thispaper investigates and evaluates the red cultural resources in Yimeng old revolutionary base area, analyzescombined with the development status of red tourism, and puts forward targeted suggestions on thedevelopment of Yimeng red cultural resources through the investigation and analysis of tourists’ feelingsabout red tourism in Yimeng region.

Hebei Talents Development Strategy under the Background of Talents Integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

As the development of productive forces, the most critical and most active factors in people is the fimdamental driving force of regional economic sustainable development and cooperation has a vital role in regional economic development Only speed up regional economic cooperation and enforce the integration of regional talent development, can the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region achieves rapid development, and become China＇ s third largest economic growth pole, following the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta. Based on reviewing the integration process of the integration of regional talent development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebci region, this paper further analyze differences in the economic development status, the level of human capital, wage levels, employment status, and the development of educational science and technology among Hebei Province, Beijing and Tianjin, and concludes talent development strategy for Hebei Province replying the personnel integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province.

The status quo and prospect of geothermal resources exploration and development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in China

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region boasts rich geothermal resources and new achievements have been made in the exploration and development of geothermal resources in this region based on previous regional investigation.In detail,geothermal reservoirs of Gaoyuzhuang Formation of Jixian System and Changcheng System in Xiongan New Area have been recently discovered,opening up the second space of geothermal resources;the calculation method of the recoverable resources of geothermal fluid with reinjection being considered has been improved in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and uniform comprehensive assessment of shallow geothermal energy,hydrothermal geothermal resources,and hot dry rocks(HDR)geothermal resources in the whole Beijing-Tianjin-Shijiazhuang region has been completed.The scientific research base for cascade development and utilization of geothermal resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has applied hydraulic fracturing technology to the geothermal reservoirs in Gaoyuzhuang Formation.As a result,the production capacity doubled and two-stage cascade utilization composed of geothermal power generation and geothermal heating were realized,with the first-phase installed capacity of 280 kW and the geothermal heating is 30000 m2.In this way,a model of the exploration,development,and utilization of geothermal resources formed.Large-scale utilization has become the future trend of geothermal resource development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and great efforts shall be made to achieve breakthroughs in reinjection technology,geothermal reservoir reconstruction technology,thermoelectric technology and underground heat exchange technology.

Development of Agricultural Product Logistics in Tianjin in the Context of the Coordinated Development Strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Since February 26,2014,Chinese president Xi Jinping of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China listened to the report on the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region and delivered an important speech,and officially raised the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region as a major national strategy,the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region has entered the"fast lane".Guided by accelerating the construction of agricultural product supply areas,agricultural high-tech industry demonstration areas,and agricultural product logistics center areas,Tianjin seizes the opportunity of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,brings into full play to the advantages of Tianjin s three-dimensional transportation network,perfect market system,high-quality port services,rapid growth of cold chain and e-commerce,to promote the faster and better development of Tianjin s agriculture.In addition,focusing on comprehensively improving Tianjin s regional agricultural product logistics service capabilities,Tianjin is establishing a distribution center for agricultural products,an e-commerce center,and a high-end agricultural product distribution center serving the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,to promote the construction of Tianjin agricultural product logistics center.

Measurement of Urban Economic Gravity of China’s Three Major Agglomerations and Its Implications for the Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

This paper adopts the perspective of urban economic linkage and the modified urban economic gravity model to conduct a comparative analysis of the economic gravity among cities in China’s three major urban agglomerations,including the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Yangtze River Delta,and the Pearl River Delta.The results show that,despite the ever-tightening economic linkages among cities in the urban agglomerations,the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region falls behind that of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta in terms of coordination,closeness,and balance.The economic linkages among cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are not as cohesive as they could be and display a significant“siphon effect”through Beijing and Tianjin as well as a prominently unidirectional economic flow.This study suggests that efforts should be put into directing the orderly flow of resources from Beijing and Tianjin to cities in Hebei and promoting a balanced economic flow among cities,thus facilitating the coordination of regional development.

Coordinated development of Yunnan's frontier culture and economy under the regional economic integration pattern

This paper constructs the index system by means of quantitative analysis. We choose the coordination degree of Yunnan province from 2012 to 2015. The regional cultural and economic development in Yunnan's frontier are analyzed so that we can provide the reference for the sustainable development of Yunnan's frontier and realize the coordinated development of culture in Yunnan's frontier and economic system in order. The results show that the culture and economy in Yunnan's frontier are coupled with formation of the coordinated development of culture and economy; economic development is the main reason to promote the coordinated development of culture and economy in Yunnan's frontier, and it contributes to the main force of improving the coordinated development of evolution types; the coordinated development degree of the overall level is low and still in the China's backward level.

Interior design originates from life, and needs to solve the problem of the material world and spiritual world. People improve the living environment and life quality through interior designs. The style of design depends on the geographical features and various cultures, which refi ects the artistic features and personality. The development history of modern architecture and interior design shows that the style of interior design is an important part of the whole architectural style, which reffects the design features of the whole building. Therefore, interior design and outdoor design should be in harmony. The orientation and characteristics of interior design determine the necessity of the style reforms. The future development trend of interior development may have the following characteristics humanism, green design, nationalization, intelligence and regionalization.

Further development and sustainable utilization mode of grassland tourism resources: a case study of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China

Tourism resources are important foundation for the development of tourism industry.Grassland is not only a kind of important resource but also a great attraction to visitors.Therefore,the integrated development and sustainable utilization of grassland tourism resources are of great significance.This paper,based on the analysis of literatures and the current problems existing in grassland tourism,summarizes the speciality of grassland tourism development,deals nation as example and carries out empirical research.Based on the status quo of grassland tourism resources in Inner Mongolia,this study analyzes the characteristics of grassland tourism resources,the necessity and feasibility of integrated development,then proposes the following suggestions： idea for development,mode of development,regional cooperation,tourism products development,especially the three modes of development based on the resources conditions - the mode of relying on market,the mode of combination aggregation and the mode of relying on quality.

Retail Planning for Regional Development： The Design of Resilient Scenarios in Trentino （Italy）

The paper presents the recent evolution and development of Trentino retail planning policies and discusses an experimentation of a meta-evaluation methodology, namely TIE （Territorial Integrated Evaluation）, for designing retail resilient scenarios. A research team from the Interuniversity Department of Regional and Urban Studies and Planning of Politecnico di Torino applied this methodology experimentally to the practices of spatial planning in order to integrate territory and retail in the Trentino development policies. The application of TIE set out to design territorial retail scenarios that integrated various topics--retail, tourism, infrastructure, nature and landscape. On the base of TIE principles and criteria, each VC （Valley Community） is now implementing how to design its territorial scenarios assuming different approaches and visions according to its retail opportunities and risks. Starting from some best practices, the paper focuses on the innovative perspective for retail planning and for retail sites designed in Trentino. The emerging regional policy is aimed at linking quality of territorial retail development with environmental sustainability, respecting attractiveness and balance among different retail sites.

Energy Integration in South America Region and the Energy Sustainability of the Nations

The objective of this manuscript is to analyze relation involving the energy sector and socioeco-nomic growth and, then, contextualize the process of energy integration within the development policies in South America. The methodology considers data related to the world’s economy and energy consumption and energy integration policy in countries and regions;and, South America’s energy potential and the energy integration process. Results show that despite the political and institutional difficulties involving the process, energy integration can bring a lot of benefits for countries development. The process of energy integration in South America is divided in three moments, but in both periods the transnational energy projects were restricted, mostly, by a bi-lateral plan and the creation of physical links in a region. In the 21th century’s context, it should be noted Brazil’s participation which has been consolidated as a lead country in this process, and, also the IIRSA (Initiative for the Integration of Regional Infrastructure in South America, nowadays renamed as COSIPLAN) like the main initiative in energy integration in the continent, in a context where the projects are no longer limited to traditional economic blocs. Finally, we note a lack of consensus in defining a comprehensive model of integration and solving asymmetries both within countries and between them.

新质生产力发展水平、区域差异与提升路径

2023年9月,习近平总书记在黑龙江省考察调研期间强调了“新质生产力”这一重要概念,新质生产力是创新起主导作用,摆脱传统经济增长方式、生产力发展路径,具有高科技、高效能、高质量特征,符合新发展理念的先进生产力质态。新质生产力的提出具有全新的理论内涵和丰富的现实价值,结合习近平总书记的相关重要论述和当前中国经济发展事实,文章认为新质生产力是一个至少涵盖科技、绿色和数字三大方面的集成体,并基于科技生产力、绿色生产力和数字生产力3个一级指标构建了新质生产力的综合评价体系。文章采用改进的熵权-TOPSIS方法测度了2012—2021年我国30个省级区域的新质生产力水平,测度结果表明,我国新质生产力水平由2012年的0.302 6上升到2021年的0.874 7,年均增速为21%,对应的,科技生产力、绿色生产力和数字生产力的水平也稳步上升。研究发现,针对不同区域,东部地区新质生产力水平不仅增速最快,总量也高于中西部地区,中部地区新质生产力水平高于西部地区,但增速低于西部地区;针对具体省份,新质生产力形成了广东省和江苏省“双雁领航”断层式发展格局,不同省份之间的差距极大,反映了中国新质生产力水平的区域异质性。进一步研究,Kernel密度估计和Markov链分析结果表明,一方面我国省际新质生产力水平的差距有逐渐拉大趋势,但这一趋势主要存在于个别新质生产力发达和落后的省份之间,大部分中间省份差异不明显,且新质生产力发展存在俱乐部趋同现象,新质生产力发达省份之间的趋同现象更为明显;另一方面,新质生产力发展具有明显的空间外溢效应,在与邻近省份的新质生产力水平存在差异的情况下,本省的新质生产力将会受到邻近省份的影响。新质生产力水平的基尼系数计算及其分解结果表明,区域间差异是全国新质生产力发展不平衡的主要原因,也就是说当下导致新质生产力水平差异的主要原因是地区间的发展不平衡。针对上述问题,提升新质生产力的发展路径应该着重从统筹区域联动合作促进平衡发展,加大对新质生产力发展的引导力度,在新质生产力构成的三大指标上进行新部署等方面展开。

产业学院建设助力高等职业教育适应区域经济发展研究

随着经济的发展和社会的进步,高等职业教育在推动区域经济发展中发挥着重要的作用。通过分析高等职业教育与区域经济发展的关系,探讨了加强组织领导、融入区域发展、与区域企业融合、衔接产业链、创新链和教育链等方式,实现产学研的深度融合,为区域经济发展提供有力的支持。在产业学院建设中,建立管理委员会、依托大数据质量监控云平台等举措,提高产业学院的办学质量和人才培养效果,以期为高等职业教育适应区域经济发展提供有益的借鉴。

积极应对人口老龄化战略下养老服务的均衡发展

党的二十大将实现养老服务均衡发展摆在了突出位置。在以均衡治理原则助推高质量发展的格局下,老龄化国家战略再次升级了养老服务在格局、空间、模式、性质、内容五个方面的均衡关系。然而,由于多重原因,目前我国养老服务均衡发展中存在保障对象收入差异的起点非均衡、准入条件欠缺灵活的过程非均衡、运作机制维持困境的结构非均衡问题。在积极应对人口老龄化战略背景下,亟需实现养老服务的结构优化、功能提升、内容提质,并需重点关注:一是基本养老服务均衡化的基础环境已初步形成;二是科学把握城乡区域人口老龄化分布格局趋势;三是改变现有基本养老服务制度建设的基本理念;四是区域一体化是基本养老服务均衡化的重要步伐;五是坚持基本养老服务制度全国统筹的基本思路;六是建立新型的基本养老服务事权格局。

超越技术的视角:新型基础设施推动区域经济发展的理论基础与科学议题

新型基础设施(新基建)是第四次工业革命的基石,是推动区域经济发展和实现大国崛起的引擎,也是经济地理的前沿和重要研究领域。本文以超越技术的视角,系统梳理了当前经济地理学中关于新基建的相关理论,主要包括技术关联性理论、关键赋能技术理论、技术−制度协同演化理论和区域一体化理论等。在此基础上,提出需重点关注的3个科学议题及研究思路,分别是新基建技术−制度协同演化路径与机制研究、新基建赋能产业创新发展机制研究和新基建统筹布局与区域一体化运行机制研究。本文旨在建立新基建推动区域经济发展的理论框架,以期为中国更好发挥新基建战略潜力和推动区域高质量发展提供理论支撑。

高质量发展视角下京津冀一体化测度与推进策略

推进京津冀高质量一体化发展,对于构建新发展格局意义重大。研究发现,京津冀地区呈多线程复杂网络形态,但大部分城市之间的联动发展指数较低,区域联动网络结构较为脆弱,区域一体化水平较低。其原因主要是区域内部城市体系不合理、产业互动性不足以及叠加制度性壁垒等。为推进区域一体化发展,京津冀三地应优化空间布局,深化产业分工合作、增强产业间联系,破除制度性壁垒、畅通要素流动渠道。

清代水利治理与地域社会的发展--以川西平原为例

清初都江堰渠系恢复以后,水利治理逐渐成为维系地方社会秩序的要务。官方政府在川西平原水利修筑事务中起到了主导性的作用,都江堰的治理模式奠定了川西平原“一体化”水利治理体系的基本格局,并形成了多方协作式岁修与官督民办式管理的水利治理特征。这种水利治理模式对川西平原地域社会的发展产生了深远影响,渠系的开发与河道的治理极大地推动了区域经济的发展;地方水利治理上,堰渠事务的分工与合作也不断协调着州县之间的关系;基层民堰管理上,堰长“中介人”的身份强化着官民之间的互动;于民而言,水利治理成为整合移民社会秩序的重要契机。

面向区域经济发展的高职院校产教融合路径探索

在当前快速变化的经济环境中,高职院校在区域经济发展中扮演着至关重要的角色。产教融合作为一种新兴的教育模式,对于培养符合区域经济发展需要的高技能人才至关重要。然而,产教融合过程中存在诸多问题,这些问题严重影响高职教育效果。因此,解决校企资源对接不足、创新教育模式以及优化政策支持是提升高职院校产教融合效果的关键。具体而言,加强校企合作、创新教育模式、优化政策支持,可有效提升高职教育的质量和效果,促进高职院校与区域经济协同发展。

高等职业教育与区域产业集群融合发展:内在关系、生成逻辑和推进路径

服务国家与区域经济社会发展是新时代中国特色高等职业教育的重要内涵和要求。区域高等职业教育承担着服务区域经济和产业发展的重要职责,紧密对接区域产业集群,将促进人才培养与地方经济发展的双赢局面。文章在分析高等职业教育与区域产业集群融合发展的内在关系和生成逻辑的基础上,提出实现两者融合的推进路径。

区域行政整合、市场扩张与企业高质量发展

打破地方保护和降低市场分割是加快统一大市场建设、推动高质量发展的内在要求。基于中国1998—2013年撤县设区改革,采用多时点双重差分法考察区域行政整合是否有利于企业发展质量提升及其作用机制。研究结果表明,区域行政整合对企业全要素生产率具有正向促进作用,有效提升了企业发展质量;机制检验表明,区域行政整合通过扩大企业市场规模和改善企业管理效率进而促进了企业发展质量提升;并且这种促进作用主要通过民营企业、非出口企业和小规模企业来实现;相较于县,县级市的整合效果更为明显;进一步研究证明,区域行政整合也有助于区域整体发展质量的改善。

安徽省新型城镇化与公共服务耦合协调演化

以安徽省为研究对象,实证分析了2011—2022年新型城镇化与公共服务两系统相对发展水平与耦合协调度变化。结果表明:安徽省新型城镇化与公共服务两系统相对发展指数与耦合协调度均呈上升趋势,但公共服务相对落后于新型城镇化建设,两系统耦合协调度从一般失调达到中度协调;地区间发展差距逐渐加大,中心城市影响力进一步提升。提出了加大城市公共财政投入与制定差异化的协调发展策略及加强城镇化建设的建议,以此进一步推进新型城镇化与公共服务协调发展。
