Black tea markets worldwide: Are they integrated?

Global tea consumption has risen significantly alongside rapid expansion of international trade in recent years.However,few studies have systematically examined the relationship among the major tea markets worldwide.Using weekly data from 2012-2019,this study empirically analyzed the price series of the world’s major black tea auction markets.The estimation results showed that these markets are connected,even though heterogeneities vary.This finding holds not only for regional markets but also for international markets.The findings offer important implications for tea-producing countries with millions of smallholder farmers.

Integrated Development of China's Agricultural Labor Market from the Perspective of Convergence of Planting Industry Marginal Labor Productivity

Using Compilation of National Cost Benefit Data of Agricultural Products in 1990-2009 and based on the convergence of planting industry marginal labor productivity,this paper studies the integration of agricultural labor market in China. Firstly,it calculates labor output elasticity of each province for wheat,japonica rice and corn. Secondly,it builds indicators reflecting change level of marginal labor productivity. Researches show that in 1990-2000,the difference level of marginal labor productivity expands. From 2000,it starts to fall and becomes more and more stable. However,due to difference of crops and farming custom,the turning point of marginal labor productivity is not consistent with each other. Even so,it is still possible to reach the conclusion that agricultural labor market is gradually integrated from 2000.

Research on the Application of Energy Internet Big Data in Integrated Energy Market

Energy Internet is deeply integrated by Internet concept, information technology and energy industry, and Energy Internet Big Data are one of core technologies that achieve energy-information-economic interconnection and improve the development and evolution of Energy Internet. This paper describes the concept and characteristics of Energy Internet Big Data, and feasibility of applying Energy Internet Big Data to integrated energy market. On this basis, as for integrated energy market and multi-subjects of Energy Internet, typical application and technical system based on Energy Internet Big Data in integrated energy market is put forward, which provides a reference for the analysis and decision of integrated energy market in Energy Internet.

The Integrated Development of Weapon Technology and Weather Modification Technology

The advanced weather modification equipment was introduced,which was produced by China North Industries Corp（ NORINCO）. The advice of ordnance technology and weather modification technology integrated development was presented from aspects of system planning,overall design,market development and field extension. The feasibility and necessity of civil-military integrated development that the weapon technology could promote the development of civil product,i. e.,weather modification products,and as a result the civil technology＇s innovation could also accelerate the ordnance development was discussed.

Application of fuzzy integrated evaluation in the safety of coal industry of China

Based on fuzzy integrated evaluation theory, the safety of coal industry was analyzed, the factors affecting the safety of coal industry was considered, and its fuzzy in- tegrated estimating theory and results were given. Finally this paper proposed a new method of industry safety estimation. According to this method, we can integrate the fac- tors affecting coal industry and deal with the parameters and targets of evaluating factors by quantitative analysis, thus give a scientific and reasonable safety degree analyzing evaluation.

Review Study on Main Models of Market Integration

With the endless strengthening of the economic globalization trend, the world market gradually steps into a new turn of the market integration period. Market integration in China is always the key study field of academic communities, but it is developed late, whatever content system or methodology shall be greatly improved as expected. This paper aims at summarizing and reviewing the study on the content system and main demonstrations of market integration in order to provide theoretical guide and methodological basis for related studies.

The linkage between Bitcoin and foreign exchanges in developed and emerging markets

This study investigates the connectedness between Bitcoin and fiat currencies in two groups of countries:the developed G7 and the emerging BRICS.The methodology adopts the regular(R)-vine copula and compares it with two benchmark models:the multivariate t copula and the dynamic conditional correlation(DCC)GARCH model.Moreover,this study examines whether the Bitcoin meltdown of 2013,selloff of 2018,COVID-19 pandemic,2021 crash,and the Russia-Ukraine conflict impact the linkage with conventional currencies.The results indicate that for both currency baskets,R-vine beats the benchmark models.Hence,the dependence is better modeled by providing sufficient information on the shock transmission path.Furthermore,the cross-market linkage slightly increases during the Bitcoin crashes,and reaches significant levels during the 2021 and 2022 crises,which may indicate the end of market isolation of the virtual currency.

Valuing options to renew at future market value:the case of commercial property leases

In this study,we develop and empirically test a valuation model for a commonly encountered option in office leases:a tenant’s option to renew at future market rent(a fair market value)with lease termination as the maturity date.The model integrates decision analysis with real options analysis and market risk with private risks.“Option value”is defined as the private value of the option to either party pre-contract,while“option price”assumes a fair agreement between transacting parties and can be positive(rental premium paid)or negative(rental discount offered).Without manifest expectations,an analysis of a sample of office leases supports the model’s logic with price estimates in a practical range.The tenants’option price/value is shown to have a negative relationship with the original/renewal lease term;conversely,the landlords’option value is positively related to the original/renewal term.Comparative analyses show that transaction costs have a positive effect on tenants’option value and on prices,while vacancy costs and the vacancy period are both positively related to the landlords’option value and negatively related to price.Market rent is found to have a negative relationship with option price.Overall,this study provides a theoretical analysis and empirical tests of the value of a real option that allows option holders to renew/extend their contracts at a fair market value.

数据要素市场化配置对数实融合的影响研究——基于数据交易平台设立的准自然实验

数字经济与实体经济深度融合将推动全国统一大市场建设和双循环新发展格局的构建,成为经济增长的新动能。基于数据交易平台设立的准自然实验,采用耦合评价模型测度2010—2021年全国280个地级市的数字经济与实体经济融合水平,以多期双重差分法实证检验以数据交易平台设立为表征的数据要素市场化配置对数实融合的影响。研究发现:数据要素市场化配置显著促进了数字经济与实体经济的融合,该结论经一系列稳健性检验依旧成立;机制分析表明,数据要素市场化配置通过成本效应、要素配置效应、技术创新效应等路径影响数字经济与实体经济的融合;异质性分析表明,数据要素市场化配置对数实融合的提升效应在产权保护程度较高、行政等级较高及市场化程度较高的城市表现更为明显;拓展性分析发现,数据要素市场化配置对数字经济与实体经济融合的影响存在空间溢出效应。因而应加强数据交易平台建设,多维度探索数实融合路径,挖掘试点政策潜力,加强区域主体的交流协作,优化数据要素市场化配置,更好推动数字经济与实体经济的融合发展。

基于MSC的电力营销业务系统研运一体化研究

当前电力营销业务已由单一的供电服务逐渐转变为碳交易、客户侧储能、多能供应、能效服务、分布式电源等综合能源服务,及时响应用户需求变得尤为重要。针对传统建设模式中存在的跨环节协作壁垒、业务需求响应不及时等问题,文章借鉴中台架构设计理念,首先提出一种公共共享服务研运一体化支撑平台(middle-platform service components,MSC),利用模型编排、服务编排、流程编排、界面编排进行微服务灵活实现及扩展;然后,结合架构资产统一管理以及MSC四编排引擎,基于多租户技术进行电力营销业务系统研运一体化建设;最后,通过在客户侧工单中心建设中的应用,证明该模式可为电力营销业务系统建设提供有效支撑。

区域一体化如何影响县域企业市场势力——兼论全国统一大市场下企业竞争优势重构

在国内大循环发展背景下,通过区域一体化减少地方保护和区域壁垒,是构建全国统一大市场的重要举措。本文以撤县设区这一准自然实验为对象,基于企业成本加成率,分析区域一体化对县域企业市场势力的影响与机理。研究发现:撤县设区改革降低了被撤并县(市)企业的成本加成率,减少了县域企业的市场势力,促进了县域竞争。机制检验显示,撤县设区通过提升被撤并县(市)企业进入率和减少政府补贴提高了企业边际成本,从而降低了成本加成率。异质性检验表明,撤县设区主要降低了垄断性较强行业、非普通地级市和市县产业同构度较高的县域企业的成本加成率。另外,本文还发现撤县设区改革期间被撤并县(市)企业进行的产品创新、技术创新和服务创新越多,其成本加成率增加越多。本文的研究表明,在国内大循环背景下,区域一体化通过引入竞争削弱了欠发达地区企业市场势力,但域内企业可以通过增加产品、技术和服务创新重构竞争优势,进而从总体上推动经济高质量发展。本文不仅能丰富区域一体化和县域城镇化研究,也能为欠发达地区企业竞争优势重构提供一定参考。

数字经济对劳动力市场一体化影响研究——基于中国省际面板数据的实证检验

数字经济已逐渐成为推动我国经济高质量发展的重要引擎,也为劳动力市场提供了新动力与新机遇。本文利用2011—2021年我国省际面板数据,采用空间面板杜宾模型实证研究了我国数字经济建设对劳动力市场一体化的影响。研究发现:数字经济发展水平对劳动力市场一体化具有显著的促进作用;数字经济具有空间溢出效应,可以有效推动本地与邻近地区的劳动力市场一体化进程;数字经济主要通过增强劳动力流动与谈判力量来间接影响劳动力市场一体化;数字经济对劳动力市场一体化的作用存在明显的区域异质性,中西部地区和人力资本水平较低的地区受到的影响效应较大。因此,应不断夯实劳动力流动基础、激发劳动力流动活力、拓展劳动力流动空间,弥补数字鸿沟,激发数字经济红利,助力全国统一大市场建设。

考虑不确定性的综合能源供应商日前优化运行策略

综合能源供应商作为多能源供应主体,可以参与市场化交易。为探索综合能源供应商在电力市场环境下新的盈利点,构建了考虑需求响应的多主体互动机制,并充分考虑光伏出力、多元用能需求、市场电价以及需求响应资源潜力的不确定性,采用区间优化方法构建了表征综合能源供应商日前运行优化问题的混合整数线性规划模型,得到综合能源供应商的购能、设备运行以及需求响应资源调用等策略。算例验证结果表明,需求响应机制可以有效降低购电成本,增加综合能源供应商的运行收益。

全国统一大市场对制造业韧性的影响及路径识别

市场机制是资源配置的核心工具,在产业经济活动中发挥关键作用。建设全国统一大市场不仅有助于强化制造业发展的市场基础,为研究制造业韧性提供了新的分析框架。本研究以2008—2020年中国30个省级面板数据(除西藏、港澳台地区)为基础,实证检验了商品、劳动力以及资本要素市场一体化对制造业韧性的影响作用,以及创新创业与要素错配的中介效应。研究结果显示,从总体上看,市场一体化显著提高了制造业的韧性。然而,从区域角度看,南方的效果优于北方。细化市场分析表明,商品市场、劳动力市场以及资本市场的一体化都在不同程度上增强了制造业的韧性,且影响程度从高到低依次为资本市场、劳动力市场与商品市场。市场一体化能通过矫正劳动和资本要素的错配以及提升创新创业的角度,增强制造业的韧性。此外,门槛效应的检验发现,市场一体化对制造业韧性的促进作用呈现出边际效应递减的特性。
