In this study, 16 irrigation schemes (Baklan, Irgilli, Sutlac, Cal, Cürüksu, Nazilli, Saraykoy, Pamukkale, Sultanhisar, Akcay, Aydin, Topcam, Karpuzlu, Isikli, Gümüssu ve Soke) having 166,381 hectares, built by State Hydraulic Works (DSI), and operated by participatory irrigation managements, and 14 hydroelectric power plants (HPP) operated and built on dams, canals and rivers by the public and private sectors are examined in the Büyük Menderes basin which is an important basin in terms of the agriculture, energy and ecology projects. Integrated basin management practices and the importance and role of irrigation and hydropower plant operation in integrated basin management, how it should be, optimal use of available water resources for irrigation and hydroelectric power plant operation, irrigation relationship with canal hydropower plants, operated under integrated basin management of irrigation and hydropower plants, environment and the ecological effects have been studied, and integrated basin management with the existing basin management conditions in terms of hydropower plant and irrigation operation on the basis of data of 2015 have been compared, reached important conclusions, and made recommendations on the subject. 展开更多

Aircraft on ground or down-time for its maintenance is a clear loss in revenue for an airline operation. With never ending competition and growing operating costs of aircraft, airlines continuously need to explore opportunities to reduce the aircraft down-time in order to remain sustainable. Due to round the clock operation feature of scheduled airlines, aircraft maintenance operations are generally carried out using traditional management methodologies instead of considering it as a project. Though aircraft heavy maintenance checks consist of several major tasks that can last from few weeks to a year, the maintenance organisations do not adopt modern project management methodologies. Therefore, this paper models a heavy maintenance check of an Airbus aircraft as a typical project and adopts contemporary project management methodology to explore the possibility of reducing the downtime. To this end, a case study has been done at an aircraft maintenance company to analyse the potential of this project management method in aircraft maintenance industry. 展开更多

With the interconnection of power grid, the increase of coupling, the rapid development of new energy, the inter-provincial cross-regional power market transactions, it is an important way that the integrated presentation of grid outage maintenance plan to ensure the safety of power grid, ensure the normal operation of the market, improve the efficiency of maintenance and reduce the cost of maintenance. Maintenance plan is in the annual, monthly, daily and other dimensions of time rolling management process. Maintenance planning level assessment can improve the service level of maintenance plan compilers and the efficiency of maintenance, it also achieves fine management of the power grid. This paper presents an evaluation model of maintenance business level, which is a comprehensive evaluation model of multi-index. The indexes in the model are based on the maintenance service level measurement, the efficiency of the maintenance plan, the emergencies of the maintenance plan and others Impact factors and other aspects of multi-angle assessment. The validity and correctness of the evaluation system and the comprehensive evaluation method are verified by the analysis of practical examples. 展开更多

Kabul New City is a new capital development and a modern city development of Afghanistan covering total area of 740 km<sup>2</sup>. In 2009 Afghan cabinet approved developing New Capital to fulfill the requirement of growing population. For sustainable development, it has been planned to have a green belt and central park about 1298 hectares within the city. It is having positive impact on human health along with the economic, social and environmental benefits. Hence, for sustaining the urban parks, their proper maintenance is a foremost problem. The solid waste management is duly considered in planning stage of development, otherwise, it would encounter major challenges during operation and maintenance of Park. The projected waste generation in KNC park area is required to be assessed, therefore, surveys of Bagh-e-Babur in existing Kabul are carried out for the visitors’ projection and solid waste generation. The highest visitors and waste were estimated in declining order of summer, spring, fall, and winter. Kabul New City Central Park results speculate that the total visitors’ projection is going to be 6,745,313 per year generating about 337 metric tons wastes/year (0.05 kg/visitor/day). 10 Vehicles of capacity 8 m<sup>3</sup> are required to collect waste from central park towards the Transfer Station while 4 vehicles of 23 m<sup>3</sup> are required for collection of waste from TS to Landfill. Moreover, 700 containers of 240 liters are required in the park. Furthermore, different sites were indicated in map for composting area where after the development it would be considered. 展开更多

目的探讨基于“一中心四平台”的医院后勤运营管理模式成效。方法以医院智慧管理分级评估标准为依据,依托大数据、物联网、互联网+、人工智能等技术运用,打造后勤智慧运维管理中心以及设备管控信息化平台、安全防范信息化平台、能耗监... 目的探讨基于“一中心四平台”的医院后勤运营管理模式成效。方法以医院智慧管理分级评估标准为依据,依托大数据、物联网、互联网+、人工智能等技术运用,打造后勤智慧运维管理中心以及设备管控信息化平台、安全防范信息化平台、能耗监测信息化平台、运营管理信息化平台的“一中心四平台”运营管理模式。结果经过样本医院的管理实践证明:基于“智慧联动”的设备故障处置能力得到显著提升,2022年故障报警次数同比2021年下降28.63%,其中高级、普通报警次数同比2021年分别下降69.53%、33.15%;基于“一站式”的后勤服务保障能力得到显著提升,2022年同比2021年维修次数下降2.92%,维修质量有所提高,反复维修频次降低;基于“数据挖掘”的能耗管控能力得到显著提升,2022年万元收入能耗支出同比2021年下降8.71%。结论“一中心四平台”可以显著提高后勤运维管理水平。 展开更多

建筑信息模型(BIM)技术对提高轨道运维管理效率具有重要的推进作用。然而,不同的检查和维护活动产生的数据异构性高、时空关系复杂,阻碍了BIM解释和整合数据的进程。为此,开发了一个基于工业基础类(IFC)和语义Web技术的轨道运维本体(TOM... 建筑信息模型(BIM)技术对提高轨道运维管理效率具有重要的推进作用。然而,不同的检查和维护活动产生的数据异构性高、时空关系复杂,阻碍了BIM解释和整合数据的进程。为此,开发了一个基于工业基础类(IFC)和语义Web技术的轨道运维本体(TOMO),其具有3个功能:①基于轨道运维生命周期的应用需求,简化BIM模型信息;②引入映射规则,建立数据提取与转换模块,集成多源异构数据,结构化定义数据之间复杂的时空关系;③结合数据驱动技术,研究轨道精调智能优化的方法,提供弹性决策支持。最后,以某高速铁路静检数据为例,验证了该框架的有效性与实用性,对于促进领域数据互操作性、降低运维人员劳动强度和提高运维管理智能化程度具有实际的工程指导意义。 展开更多

以光电、风电为代表的清洁能源发电技术可为电动汽车提供清洁的电力供给,减少全生命周期碳排放,助力交通领域“双碳”战略目标的实现,因此近年来得到迅猛发展。为了推动交能融合技术的应用,明确相关研究中的关键问题,该文综述了国内外... 以光电、风电为代表的清洁能源发电技术可为电动汽车提供清洁的电力供给,减少全生命周期碳排放,助力交通领域“双碳”战略目标的实现,因此近年来得到迅猛发展。为了推动交能融合技术的应用,明确相关研究中的关键问题,该文综述了国内外学者过去10年在电动汽车与清洁能源融合技术方面的研究进展。首先,介绍了二者融合发展的必要性与现实意义;其次,将已有研究成果分为公路环境与城市道路环境两类,分别从电网、充电站、车辆3个层面归纳了当前电动汽车与清洁能源融合技术的研究成果;最后,考虑到清洁能源发电以及电动汽车充电存在较强的随机波动,对未来发展提出了加强公共领域交能融合发展、构建多种互补型清洁能源发电策略、建立“源—网—荷—储”集成优化技术、强化分布式微电网能源自洽调度、加强无线光伏充电公路运营管理等建议。 展开更多
