Integrated Product Development in Rhinoplasty:A Case Study

The 3D simulation in preoperative design for nasal plastic surgery was studied to help patients see the postoperative effects and reduce medical disputes.The study developed and clinically tested an innovative design for surgical guides for nasal plastic surgery,which showed positive results in patient satisfaction and accuracy in achieving the preoperative simulated effect.The study also investigated the process of designing and producing nasal prostheses and how patient feedback could be obtained using third-party social media voting.Patient satisfaction information was collected and evaluated using the Likert scale,and the data statistical analysis was carried out with the SPSS19.0 software.More than 94.1% of the patients were satisfied with the postoperative results.The study provides a good reference case for the integration of knowledge and skills from the medicine,design,and engineering fields in the development of medical devices.

基于IPD模式的设计嵌套机制与实施策略

随着技术与市场的快速革新,用户需求多样化、产品智能复杂化及设计协同常规化等因素进一步推进集成产品开发(IPD)模式,传统设计程序与方法需与其主动融合,以适应设计范式的转变。为探索与建构基于IPD模式下的设计嵌套机制,文章通过组织架构、资源整合、设计程序与作用机制逐步分析建构机制模型。设计嵌套机制实施过程,以设计系统工程观念萃取沉淀设计公共模块,促进企业搭建设计创新平台、跨界协同机制与并行开发流程。

Investigation Into the Market-Orientated New Product Development Performance

The effect that the market orientation brings to product innovation performance is reported and the degree of product innovativeness is explored. The interdepartmental integration inside the company is also investigated. A series of hypotheses were developed aiming at presenting a conceptual framework to clarify how market orientation contributes to product innovation performance-moderated by the degree of product innovativeness and affected by the interdepartmental integration. Survey data from 36 business units were analyzed based on the respondents in the research. The statistic results suggest a substantial positive effect of market orientation on product innovation performance. Under the condition of incremental innovativeness among the samples, the more innovative the product is, the more improvements in product innovation performance would be achieved. A variety of particular interdepartmental integration mechanisms have been certified to lend more supports to establishing market orientation and improving product innovation performance.

A CORBA-Based Integration Platform of Product Development Process Management for Concurrent Engineering

Product development process management plays an important role in concurrent engineering (CE). The integration platform is a useful tool for effectively supporting the software development and integration. Based on the analysis of practical requirements for product development process management for CE, a CORBA-based integration platform of product development process management (IP-PDPM) is designed and developed. The design principles for IP-PDPM are described. The system architecture and functions of the platform are given, the key technologies for the implementation of IP-PDPM are presented, the application integration mechanism and its implementation techniques are also detailed.

Clean Production and Ecological Industry:A Key to Eco-city Development

Eco-city development is a healthy process towards sustainable development, within the carrying capacity of local ecosystem through changing production mode, consumption behavior and decision instrument based on ecological economics and system engineering. The key to its planning is an ecological integration to make trade-off between economic wealth and environmental health, between material and spiritual civilization, between natural and human eco-cybernetics. Integration, demonstration, citizens’ participation and scientists’ and technician’s catalyzing are the key instruments for the implementation of the ecocity plan. "Clean production" and "ecological industry" are key elements in comprehensive development towards an eco-city. Beyond the technical and management questions, how to interlink production, consumption and reduction at the local and regional level, the spatial and urban dimension should be considered in order to perform an integrative urban eco-space.

本文首先分析了组织KPI、流程绩效和度量之间的关系,明确了讨论问题的边界;然后给出了绩效分析的两种典型方法:GQM(Goal Question Metrics)和QFD(Quality Function Deployment,质量功能展开),并详细分析了IPD集成研发体系下的流程绩效设计、度量字典的设计、示例和度量统计方式,极大方便了对研发流程绩效和度量指标的设计.

Integrated Product and Process Design Using a Reverse Engineering System

Computer-integrated manufacturing (CIM) and revers e engineering (RE) have changed drastically the concept of product re-design, pla nning and manufacture of components. However, the main problems currently facing the developers of reverse engineering system, is the time consuming digitis ation of 3D data and the conversion of large amounts of data into a concise and manageable format and linking it to a CAD/CAM system. Automated 3-D profile gen eration, measurements and inspection of manufactured component represents one of the important functions in reverse engineering and in the improvements in produ ct quality in rapid product developments. The paper presents a novel methodology for the development of a reverse enginee ring technique for use in the rapid product development in a CIM environment . The system developed provides integration, data capture and manipulation, dat a transfer between a CAD, CAM, Computer-aided inspection (CAI) and a 3-D profi le scanning system. An efficient scanning strategy has been developed for scann ing and surfaces data acquisition. The products were scanned using a laser scann ing system with a dedicated scan control card and the associated software packag es. A versatile rig was developed for the ease of data gathering of the profile scanning process. The surface data collected was then used to build a mathematic al surface model, which was then used to develop a virtual 3-D model of the pro duct. The resulting surface model provides the geometrical input to the subseque nt machining operation using either a CNC system or other manufacturing operatio n e.g. dies casting/mould casting etc. The prototypes developed were inspected u sing a state-of-the art CNC-CMM that was integrated to the CAD/CAM system. Si nce the scanning/digitised data captured by laser scanning probes requires no ma nual editing, significant time saving over most non-contact probe systems was a chieved. Since the creation of an accurate CAD model of a redesigned component o r a prototype constitute a major element of the total turnaround time; maximum r eturn can be achieved by increasing the efficiency of the redesigning process. T he paper also outlines with a case study the application of the developed system . The system developed offers the flexibility of using the concept of reverse en gineering of a variety of components with the complimentary facility of integrat ion between CAD/CAM Computer-aided Inspection (CAI) systems and a scanning syst em. The developed reverse engineering application in an integrated manufacturing system can increase the consistency, improve cost-efficiency, reduce produ ct turn around and skill levels required to redesign, reengineer and prototyping components and products.

吉林油田CCUS-EOR技术攻关与实践新进展

CO_(2)捕集、埋存与提高原油采收率(CCUS-EOR)技术可大幅度提高原油采收率并实现CO_(2)有效埋存,同时兼具减碳、增油两大功能,是落实“双碳”战略和保障能源安全的重要技术手段。中国石油高度关注CO_(2)资源化利用问题,在系统研究原始油藏、中高含水、高含水及特高含水油藏CO_(2)驱油机理与埋存潜力的基础上,研发了关键技术和工艺装备,形成了集CO_(2)捕集、输送、注入、采出、驱油、埋存、防腐等为主体的CCUS-EOR全产业链一体化技术体系,并率先在中国石油吉林油田开展了CO_(2)捕集埋存与提高采收率矿场实践。研究结果表明:①矿场试验证实CO_(2)驱油可提高采收率20%以上,现已累计注入CO_(2)达320×10^(4) t;②矿场实践系统揭示了陆相低渗透油藏CO_(2)驱油与埋存规律,验证了CO_(2)捕集输送、注入采出、驱油埋存与循环利用全流程技术的适应性,实现了CCUS-EOR减排增效一体化。结论认为:①吉林油田建成了国内首个全产业链、全流程CO_(2)捕集、驱油、埋存与循环利用示范工程,实现了陆相沉积低渗透油藏CO_(2)驱油采收率的大幅提高和CO_(2)的安全埋存;②系统总结了吉林油田近年来在CCUS-EOR方面的最新研究进展和矿场实践认识,指明了油气田CCUS-EOR应用前景,并提出了以新质生产力推动相关企业产业化发展的具体建议。

长三角一体化城市群数字经济对物流业高质量发展的影响研究

以长三角一体化城市群为研究样本,运用2011-2020年长三角一体化城市群的数据实证检验该区域数字经济对物流业高质量发展的影响,并在此基础上进一步探讨其作用机制。研究结果表明:(1)长三角一体化城市群数字经济的发展能够推动物流业高质量发展,在进行稳健性检验后,结论依然成立;(2)从作用机制研究可以发现,长三角一体化城市群数字经济的发展能够直接推动物流业高质量发展,并且可以通过物流业全要素生产率间接推动物流业高质量发展;(3)异质性结果显示,经济越发达地区其数字经济的发展对于物流业高质量发展的推动作用越明显。根据上述研究结论提出三点政策建议:一是大力发展长三角一体化城市群数字经济与物流业,加强产业与城市间的交流合作;二是通过提高物流业全要素生产率来推动物流业高质量发展;三是根据不同城市的不同经济情况因地制宜地发展数字经济。
