By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,and expert interview,this paper discusses and analyzes the deep integration mechanism of national fitness campaign and college physical education teaching,in order to promote the development of college physical education teaching reform,expand ideas,explore new fields,and provide novel development directions.The purpose is to enhance the national physical quality,improve the public service system,enhance the health awareness of the citizens,and provide guidelines for promoting the development of sports.

Discussion on Construction and Mechanism of Practice Bases for Professional Degree Postgraduates Based on the Integration of Production and Education in Local Universities

Research on the Construction of a Landscape Engineering Teaching Resource Library Under the“4321”Industry-Education Integration System

This paper studies and explores the construction of a teaching resource library for landscape engineering under the“4321”industry-education integration system,focusing on the construction objectives,construction paths,and construction contents,aiming to open-up the channel of school-enterprise cooperation,improve enterprise participation,and promote the reform of teaching mode and teaching methods.Establishing a practical resource library will connect and integrate students,teachers,and enterprises.A complete library of landscape-oriented teaching resources will be constructed according to the talent portraits of the industry to open-up the relationship between upstream and downstream courses,and further improve the precise fit between the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents and enterprises.

“一体双翼”嵌入式人才培养模式创新——浙江农林大学应用化学专业建设实践

浙江农林大学应用化学专业是首批浙江省一流专业建设点,也是第三批国家级一流本科专业建设点。本文分析了传统专业人才培养中存在的问题,提出了共建人才培养方案、教师队伍资源库、实践教学基地、课程教材建设、教学方法创新等优质教学资源,构建“一体双翼”嵌入式人才培养新模式,以范例介绍模式内容及保障措施,分析了模式成效。

表面完整性对制氢反应器材料耐腐蚀性影响

为研究某制氢反应器用钢表面完整性对其耐腐蚀性的影响,基于制氢反应器所产生的酸性介质腐蚀工况,对某制氢反应器用钢开展静态腐蚀试验。分别分析了不同表面粗糙度、不同表面残余应力对某制氢反应器用钢腐蚀速率、腐蚀后表面粗糙度与拉伸性能衰退的影响规律,并从晶间应力等方面分析表面完整性对耐腐蚀性的影响。通过试验发现:粗糙度较大的试样随腐蚀时间增加腐蚀速率降低,当表面粗糙度Ra为0.05μm时试样腐蚀速率随腐蚀时间增加而增大;腐蚀后粗糙度较大的试样表面粗糙度增大,而较小的试样表面粗糙度减小;腐蚀后材料的力学性能出现随表面粗糙度先增大后减小的趋势;随试件表面残余应力增大,腐蚀速率出现先减小后增大的趋势;腐蚀后表面粗糙度随初始残余应力的增大而增大;当初始表面残余应力为-293 MPa时,试样腐蚀后力学性能相对较好。

土力学教学中思政元素的有机融入

高校专业课程中应融入思政元素,实现协同育人。但是如何在专业课中有机融入思政元素,达到“如花在春”“润物无声”的效果,仍然需要进一步探索研究。本文以土力学专业课为例,在教学目标中增加了思政目标,从专业、行业、国家、国际、文化、历史等角度深入挖掘专业知识中蕴含的思政元素,在教学案例中有机融入。这样由面到点、层层深入地剖析了从传统专业课到课程思政的实现途径,并结合自身的课程思政教学经历,提出了修身、建库、研讨等提升教师课程思政教学能力的方法。

基于三方演化博弈的市域产教联合体运行机制构建研究

市域产教联合体是深化现代职业教育体系建设改革的“两翼”之一,是推进产教深度融合,提高职教人才区域适应性的重要载体。基于政府统筹下的学校、企业和产业园区三方演化博弈模型,针对市域产教联合体“联而不合”的风险,探究运行机制的构建目标和策略。研究发现,良好的运行机制能够提高资源配置效率,使校企双方在积极参与产教融合时能获得更高的总收益;合理分配产教融合总收益,恰当地体现学校的贡献,满足企业对经济效益的追求;激励产业园区发挥聚合作用。据此提出,突出产业园区基础地位,构建产教协同机制;明晰合作方式和成果认定,构建分配补偿机制;推进多元主体共同参与,构建考核评价机制等策略。

产教融合背景下高职思政课与劳动教育协同育人研究

近年来,随着社会经济的发展,各行各业对具备信息素养的应用型人才的需求日益增长,但与之相匹配的人才供给无论在效率还是质量方面,都与预期存在着一定的差距。高职院校作为应用型人才的“准出口”,承担着更多的社会责任,但高职人才劳动素养不足、劳动精神匮乏、劳动观念歪曲的现象愈发严重,反映出高职院校劳动教育于思想内核、专业劳动能力教育方面的缺失。因此,在产教融合的背景下,高职院校应当在校企协同育人的“大框架”下,打下思政课程与劳动教育协同育人的“微内容”,以劳动作为支点,撬动现有格局,实现工匠精神、劳动精神教育于人才培养中的集中体现。

高校创新创业教育“赛创融合”评价机制构建

普通高校创新创业教育具有综合性、实践性、创造性等显著特征,既是大学生学习效能提高的重要途径与方法,同时也是中国式现代化建设人才所应具备的核心素养和关键能力的终极性表达。“赛创融合”是提升创新创业教育实施质量的重要路径,也是构建其长效激励机制的有效手段。化结果导向型为过程激励型的评价改革,是促进这一激励机制长效化的关键。高校和教师在“赛创融合”中不仅要能够甄别大学生在创新创业教育中的学习缺陷,还要为学生提供更好的学习指导,将大学生创新创业教育落实落细落长远,最终实现学生终身学习能力的培养。通过开发设计用于过程激励型评价的奖励函数,并以问卷获得学生状态的转移概率矩阵,基于最大化学生可能获得奖励的方式进行仿真,修正和改进评价指标,能够实现创新创业教育长效激励机制严密科学可操作,提升其过程激励型评价效能。
