“An integrated system,three separated responsibilities”,a new fever clinic management model,in prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia

BACKGROUND Since December 2019,there have been many new cases of coronavirus pneumonia in Wuhan,Hubei Province,which has gradually spread throughout the country.AIM To explore our hospital’s innovative management system to ensure the efficient operation of fever clinics during the epidemic,since controlling the spread of disease is an important way to prevent and control the epidemic.METHODS In total,200 outpatients with fever at our hospital between November 2019 and July 2020 were selected and allocated into two groups.RESULTS The fever clinic in our hospital operated smoothly,and infection with the novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19)has not been reported in our hospital.Additionally,we did not have any cases of missed diagnosis.The awareness regarding COVID-19 infection sources,transmission routes,early symptoms,and preventive measures was significantly higher in our fever clinic than in those of the pre-management group.CONCLUSION"An integrated system,three separate responsibilities"ensured the efficient functioning of our fever outpatient clinic and early screening of COVID-19 cases,which effectively curbed the transmission of COVID-19 and hence prevented COVID-19 pneumonia epidemic in our hospital,ultimately achieving the maximum effect of epidemic prevention and control.

Teaching Model Integrating Online and Offline in Real Time ——An Exploration of New Teaching Mode for Regular Epidemic Prevention and Control

During epidemic,students in medium-risk or high-risk areas are unable to return to school on time.In response to this new challenge,there is an urgent need to create a new teaching mode to offer on-line courses to those absent from the offline classes,and we propose a model integrating online and offline teaching.It is based on“dual-camera”method,which allows off-campus students to virtually build up a physical classroom scenario on campus through computers and mobile phones.Using this model,students can participate in class remotely.In order to enhance the engagement of off-campus online students,emphasis is placed on interactive teaching.Teachers are required to design their teaching in advance and to work in collaboration with multiple departments,then using information technology and suitable teaching methods to enable students to participate in physical classroom teaching.This model has been tested in practice and has been successful in meeting the challenges.Finally,4 areas for improvement and refinement are identified.

Technical Specifications for Integrated Prevention and Control of Yellow Aphids

[Objectives]The purpose was to standardize the scientific prevention and control of yellow aphids and effectively control their occurrence and spread.[Methods]On the basis of consulting domestic and foreign data and standards extensively,a series of related trials were carried out.[Results]Technical specifications for integrated prevention and control of yellow aphids were formulated.[Conclusions]It is of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of the fruit trees’industry,the implementation of standardized management,the reduction of pesticide uses,and the reduction of damage caused by yellow aphids to fruit trees,and also provides urgent-needed technical support and guarantee for the prevention and control of yellow aphids.

Temperature control and cracking prevention in coastal thin-wall concrete structures

A three-dimensional finite element program for thermal analysis of hydration heat in concrete structures with a plastic pipe cooling system is introduced in this paper. The program was applied to simulation of the temperature and stress field of the Cao＇e Sluice during the construction period. From the calculated results, we can find that the temperaiure and stress of concrete cooled with plastic pipes are much lower than those of concrete without pipes. Moreover, plastic pipes could not be corroded by seawater. That is to say, a good effect of temperature control and cracking prevention can be achieved, which provides a useful reference for other similar nearshore concrete projects.

Marine disaster prevention and integrated coastal zone management

Ocean is home town of wind and rain, treasury of resources. To exploit and use ocean will make great contribution to people’s existence and development. China is a great oceanic country with pre cinct sea area of 3,000,000 km2. The eastern coastal region with only 60 km width, 15 % area and 40% of population of China, has created about 60% of GDP and has become the most developed region. But marine disaster in China is frequent and serious. From statistical data, economy loss made by surge, billow, sea ice, tsunami, red tide, oil spill, coast erosion, bay deposit, sea water intrusion, sea level rise, land salinization, sea water pollution, etc. increase quickly. Economy loss per year is one billion in the l980s, 10 billion in the l990s, exceeded 20 billion in 1996, and 30 billion in 1997. About 80% of it happened in the coastal area. So, marine disaster at present has become obstacle of society progress and economy development in coastal area. To mitigate marine disaster has become need for the economy development, also important task of the integrated coastal zone management. In this article, we briefly introduce countermeasures for marine disaster prevention, coastal zone management, and achievements made in the past 50 years, its problems now confronted, and the main countermeasures in the 21St century.

Cognition and expansion of nursing science:A response to the discussion paper entitled“At the intersection of science and theory:How the Nurse Role Integration Model reconciles the conflict”

“Should research using animal models be included in the field of nursing science study?”When asked by colleagues during her Ph.D.program,Sharon G.Casavant,a student at the University of Connecticut School of Nursing,realized she was not prepared to answer.This question inspired her to embark on a self-reflection journey regarding nursing roles and subsequently create the Nurses’Role Integration Model adapted from the Neuman Systems Model.In this model,Casavant identifies research such as investigation using animal models,collecting human clinical biomarkers,and clinical data analysis as primary prevention under the heading Science of Nursing,reflecting the nurse’s work.

Exploration on the Implementation of the Integration of Medical and Preventive Model in China’s Primary Health Care Institutions

Objective To explore the different modes and approaches of medical and preventive integration in current primary health care institutions in China.Methods Through literature analysis,field research,telephone interviews,and other methods the implementation status was evaluated to systematically study the main experience and effect of implementing medical and preventive integration services in pilot areas.Results and Conclusion At present,there are three implementation modes of medical-prevention integration,namely,vertical mode based on the medical community,internal mode with optimized service process,and internal mode with great service capabilities.The three medical-prevention integration modes have their respective focuses,but they need to be further improved in terms of policy support,technical staffing,information system construction,and drug use.

Corrosion inhibition of stainless steel by a sulfate-reducing bacteria biofilm in seawater

Corrosion inhibition of stainless steel due to a sulfate-reducing bacteria （SRB） biofilm in seawater was studied. By atomic force microscopy, a layer of fish-scale-like biofilm was found to form as stainless steel coupons were exposed to the culture media with SRB, and this biofilm grew more and more compact. As a result, coupons＇ surface under the biofilm turned irregular less slowly than that exposed to the sterilized culture media. Then, physicoelectric characteristics of the electrode/biofilrn/solution interface were investigated by electro- chemical impedance spectroscopy （EIS）, and the coverage of the biofilm as well as the relative irregularity of coupons＇ surface was also re- corded by EIS spectra.. Finally, anodic cyclic polarization results further demonstrated the protective property of the biofilm. Therefore, in es- timation of SRB-implicated corrosion of stainless steel, not only the detrimental SRB metabolites but also the protective SRB biofilm as well should be taken into account.

Corrosion and Its Inhibition in Water-Based Drilling Fluid Used in Onshore Oilfied

This study deals with onshore oilfield drilling fluid system to drill corrosion. Corrosion under static and dynamic conditions of the drilling fluid was evaluated. The effect of temperature and pressure on corrosion was examined. Corrosion was more severely affected by temperature compared to pressure. The combined effect of a deoxidizing agent and an inhibitor was observed to exhibit better protection against corrosion by the drilling fluid.

Strategies for improving resilience of regional integrated energy systems in the prevention-resistance phase of integration

The construction of integrated energy systems can help improve energy efficiency and promote global energy transi-tion.However,in recent years,the occurrence of extreme natural disasters has brought certain threats to the safe and stable operation of the integrated energy system.Thus,it is necessary to improve the ability of the integrated energy system to resist disasters,reduce disaster losses,and restore energy supply as soon as possible,i.e.,improve its resil-ience.Considering the influence of pre-disaster prevention measures and disaster-time operational measures on sys-tem disaster resilience and the correlation between the two,this paper proposes a system hardening strategy based on three-layer robust optimization.The upper layer formulates the optimal hardening strategy of the system before the disaster event occurs,the middle layer identifies the failed elements in the worst disaster situation,while the lower layer realizes the system operational optimization by coordinating the energy storage charging and discharging plan of each subsystem.The strategy can reduce the total supply shortage of the integrated energy system and improve the flexibility of the system in the pre-disaster prevention and disaster resistance integration stages.

医防融合的关键问题、机制创新与实现路径

我国医疗服务与公共卫生服务相互割裂的问题由来已久,医防融合是新时代背景下实现健康中国战略的重要举措。当前,在医防融合试点实践中,存在医疗卫生服务体系多头管理、紧密型医联体尚未真正形成、医院“重医轻防”理念仍未转变、医防信息不能互联互通等问题。对此,可以借鉴宿迁的经验,从组织管理、医防服务供给、卫生筹资、医防人才与医防信息等方面入手,实现医防融合的机制创新,在此基础上,将医防融合作为常态化制度持续向纵深推进。

民营企业合规制度体系构建

企业合规制度的基点在于引导民营企业守法规范经营、促进民营经济高质量发展,效能实现的重点也在民营企业,构建体系化的民营企业合规制度具有重要价值。涉案企业合规改革为建立完整意义的民营企业合规制度体系提供了契机,但存在适用范围不清、制度成效不明、行刑衔接不畅等问题。应当推进民营企业合规制度的四个延伸,从中小民营企业合规向大型民营企业合规延伸,从治理性合规向预防性合规延伸,从行政司法外部合规治理向企业内部合规管理延伸,从刑事合规到行政与刑事一体化合规延伸,形成行刑一体、内外结合、治防兼及、覆盖大中小各类民营企业的民营企业合规制度体系。

公立医院廉洁风险防控量化评价研究

目的探讨公立医院廉洁风险防控量化评价,为提升公立医院廉洁风险防控工作质效提供参考。方法自行设计《公立医院权力事项廉洁风险防控检查标准》,从权力运行流程梳理清晰程度、廉洁风险点查找准确程度、防控措施有力程度三个方面对四川大学华西医院各部门/临床医技科室提供的权力事项廉洁风险防控进行评分和评级。结果共检查了236个权力事项的廉洁风险防控情况,根据检查标准,57项评为一档,103项评为二档,76项评为三档,占比分别为24.15%、43.64%和32.20%。经检查,全院236个权力事项的廉洁风险防控检查得分为(5.82±1.92)分,其中,流程维度得分为(2.11±0.75)分,风险点查找维度得分为(1.89±0.75)分,防控维度得分为(1.89±0.79)分,体现出部分单位的工作流程不够清晰、个别风险点查找不准确、防控措施不具体等问题。结论医院要结合自身工作环节的问题,从思想、行为、成效和考核评价几方面入手,着力思考廉洁风险防控长期建设中的具体化、精准化、显著化和可量化。

积极元素集成应用法对脑卒中患者压疮预防的效果分析

目的研究积极元素集成应用法对脑卒中患者压疮预防的效果。方法选择2021年7月至2023年6月救治的脑卒中患者168例为观察样本,以随机数字表法分为试验组(n=82例)和对照组(n=86例),对照组遵脑卒中压疮预防常规护理模式施护,试验组接受压疮预防积极元素集成应用法干预,观察2组干预后的家属压疮防护知信行评分、压疮发生率、家属压疮防护满意度。结果试验组家属压疮防护知信行评分高于对照组,压疮发生率低于对照组,压疮防护满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以积极元素集成应用法对脑卒中患者开展压疮防护干预,利于提升家属的压疮防护知信行水准,减低压疮发生率,深得脑卒中患者家属压疮防护认可。

整合型服务体系构建背景下医防融合实现机制研究

背景实现基层医防融合,创新医防协同、医防融合机制是我国医疗卫生领域在“十四五”期间的重要任务。目的分析整合型服务体系构建背景下医防融合的实现机制,为探索适应健康中国战略的医防融合路径提供参考。方法以2018年为时间节点,以“医防融合”“医防协同”“防治结合”为关键词检索中国知网和万方数据知识服务平台相关文献,筛选出对医共体、医联体等整合型服务体系案例政策措施和实施效果进行研究的文献,最终筛选出文献18篇,案例15个。基于彩虹模型,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面以及支持要素确定系统整合、组织整合、专业整合、服务整合、功能整合、规范整合为条件变量,以良好医防融合效果为结果变量,采用定性比较分析方法探索整合型服务体系构建背景下的医防融合实现机制。结果共有4条组态路径能有效提升医防融合效果,4条路径分别符合多层面整合型、中微观整合型路径,同时得出以下结果:(1)依托整合型服务体系开展医防融合更为有效,在整合型服务体系下存在多种路径可有效提升医防融合效果;(2)服务整合对提升医防融合效果起着基础保障作用;(3)对提升医防融合的系统整合、专业整合和功能整合相关政策指标设置尚不健全。结论(1)依托医联体、医共体等中国特色的整合型服务体系提升医防融合效果;(2)充分发挥服务整合的基础保障作用;(3)参考多层面整合型案例的成功经验,均衡设置宏观、中观、微观层面政策指标,同时完善系统整合、专业整合以及支持要素的整合。

基于医防融合预防医学专业临床课程的教学改革

在新冠疫情期间,我国采用医防结合的策略,在较短的时间内控制了疫情,充分展示了预防医学与临床医学融合的重要性。在大卫生、大健康的理念指引下,通过优化预防医学专业临床课程教学体系,改善教学方法,整合教学内容,将“课程思政”建设贯穿始终,促进预防医学专业临床综合素养水平的全面提升,对构建“医防融合”公共卫生人才培养模式具有一定意义。
