Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform in Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

With the continuous development of China’s economy and the continuous upgrading of market demand,the demand for talent in enterprises and industries is increasingly diversified and complex,especially innovation ability has become one of the important standards to measure the quality of talent.At the same time,the difficult employment of college students is still serious,the state has issued a series of policies to encourage college students to actively start their own businesses.In this context,local universities,as an important part of higher education,are facing the critical task of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform.This paper aims to explore the current situation,problems,and reform paths of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in local universities under the background of the integration of industry and education,in order to improve the training quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.

Integration Mechanism of Ideological and Political Education with Specialized Knowledge in the Course of Green Building Design

This paper aims to explore the integration of ideological and political education with specialized knowledge in the course of green building design.Through an analysis of the green building design course,combined with the current social development background and the need for ecological and environmental protection,the study investigates how to effectively integrate ideological and political education elements into course instruction to enhance the comprehensive quality and green design capabilities of architecture students.The paper analyzes the content and characteristics of the green building design course and proposes an integration mechanism for ideological and political education in green building design teaching,aiming to cultivate architecture talents with green design concepts and good ideological and political qualities.

Development of Specialized Courses and Establishment of Teaching Materials in Nursing of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11 thCentral Committee of the Communist Party of China( CPC),with the promotion and development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the pace of TCM nursing work has been accelerated in nationwide,and a group of integrated Chinese and western medicine nurses have been cultivated preliminarily. However,professional nurses of integrated Chinese and western medicine are still deficient extremely. The target of talent cultivation,based on the theory of "focusing on humanism,expanding diathesis,and enhancing practice to highlight the accommodation and integration of nurses of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine",is to cultivate competent,practical and interdisciplinary senior nursing talents with strong professional basis,skilled operations,rich humanistic literacy,and sharp innovative spirit who not only master modern nursing knowledge and skills,but also can perform comprehensive nursing under the guidance of TCM theory of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and nursing. This study,through investigating and analyzing the settings of3-year nursing professional courses in about 20 senior medical colleges,including senior nursing education of TCM,reformed the development of professional nursing courses of integrated Chinese and western medicine and the establishment of educational materials according to the course settings and educational work modes,so as to analyze the current status of nursing education of integrated Chinese and western medicine,determine course targets,and establish course system and educational work modes.

Research on the Construction of Industrial Catalysis Course Under the Background of Specialty-Innovation Integration

“Specialty-innovation integration”is a positive response of higher education to economic and social development needs,and it is also an inherent requirement for the reform and development of higher education.This paper discusses the construction of an“industrial catalysis”curriculum system under the background of specialty-innovation integration.Overall,it raises students’comprehensive quality from three aspects,including teaching content,teaching method,and the concept of specialty-innovation integration,aiming to cultivate students as the innovative talents required by the development of the era for national and regional development.

Android开发综合训练课程教改研究

创新创业教育与高校专业教育的有机融合,有助于培养具备专业知识的创新型应用型人才。本文以Android开发综合训练课程为例,设计了一套基于专创融合的教学改革方案。该方案有效解决了目前课程教学中存在的学生积极性不高、学生团队意识不强、组织协调能力较弱、设计实现的作品缺乏实际应用价值和创新性等问题。经试点实施后,该方案取得了良好的教学效果。

With the background of concept of rail transit major engineering,guided by industry demand,and based on the cultivation of practical abilities for outstanding engineering and technology talents in rail transit characteristic majors,we are committed to creating a national strategic innovation and entrepreneurship practical education system for rail transit characteristic professionals,continu-ously improving the practical teaching mode.We will carry out the construction of a“matrix style”practical teaching system that integrates the four modernizations,the construction of a virtual simulation practical teaching platform that integrates expertise and innovation,and open sharing,as well as the reform and explo-ration of the entire chain of integrated practical education.The scheme focuses on improving students’ability to solve complex engineering problems and their abil-ity to apply composite knowledge and innovate and start businesses,cultivating a large number of outstanding rail transit engineering talents with solid professional foundations,outstanding practical abilities,and innovative and entrepreneurial qualities.

“双创”背景下能源特色高校专创融合实施路径探索——以岩石物理学基础课程为例

岩石物理学基础是能源特色高校勘查技术与工程专业最重要的专业基础课程之一。随着“双创”国家政策的提出,“双创”教育融入岩石物理学基础的教学活动中是必然趋势,也是提高勘查技术与工程专业学生综合创新能力的重要抓手。该文对“双创”背景下岩石物理学基础课程教学现状存在问题进行阐述,并对改变教育观念、丰富教学内容、改进教学方法和考核方式等方面进行课程改革的研究与探讨。

新时代高校劳动教育的定位及实施路径

党的十八大以来,新时代劳动教育的格局逐步形成且地位日益凸显,成为当代高校进行人才培养的核心课题。在新时代背景下,高校劳动教育的目标定位是在树立正确劳动价值观的基础上培养“高尚品格的人”、“时代发展中的人”与“全面发展的人”。因此,为了顺利推进劳动教育实践,应基于多维关系与视角综合施策,重点从推动主体间合作互补、建立“科学、综合、开放”的课程体系、确立专业支撑与条件保障、推进产学研融合等四个层面建立多维融合的新时代高校劳动教育体系,培养符合时代发展需求的高层次人才。

高质量发展视域下高职院校创新创业教育的问题与策略

国家职业教育改革政策为高等职业教育的创新创业教育提出了新要求和新任务。本文分析了当前高职院校创新创业教育存在的突出问题,并在“双高校”建设、百万扩招、中国特色学徒制教育和劳动教育等高质量发展视角下,提出了健全创新创业教师团队、构建“项目贯穿”的专创融合课程体系、创设“产科教创”双向循环机制、加强创新创业实践等策略来提升创新创业教育的效果,以为我国高职院校创新创业教育提供参考借鉴。

高校创新创业教育“赛创融合”评价机制构建

普通高校创新创业教育具有综合性、实践性、创造性等显著特征,既是大学生学习效能提高的重要途径与方法,同时也是中国式现代化建设人才所应具备的核心素养和关键能力的终极性表达。“赛创融合”是提升创新创业教育实施质量的重要路径,也是构建其长效激励机制的有效手段。化结果导向型为过程激励型的评价改革,是促进这一激励机制长效化的关键。高校和教师在“赛创融合”中不仅要能够甄别大学生在创新创业教育中的学习缺陷,还要为学生提供更好的学习指导,将大学生创新创业教育落实落细落长远,最终实现学生终身学习能力的培养。通过开发设计用于过程激励型评价的奖励函数,并以问卷获得学生状态的转移概率矩阵,基于最大化学生可能获得奖励的方式进行仿真,修正和改进评价指标,能够实现创新创业教育长效激励机制严密科学可操作,提升其过程激励型评价效能。

新发展理念下普通高校专创融合体系构建与实践

高等教育以“立德树人”为办学宗旨,承担着“为党育人,为国育才”的重要历史使命。面对着长期以来我国高校培养的人才数量急剧攀升,人才因创新能力和实践能力不足遭到用人单位诟病的情况,该文以应用型高校渤海大学“双创”教育为例,分析普通高校创新创业教育面临亟待解决的问题,如“专创融合、思创融合虚化、产教融合泛化、专创融合协同育人弱化”等问题。构建新发展理念下的普通高校专创融合体系,经过8年探索与实践,形成四年一贯制的“三融合一协同五跨式”专创融合教育模式,打造了“3631”共生型创新创业教育生态系统、建设了“1+1+19+X”创新创业实践平台,提升了校校、校企、校地、校所协同的创新创业人才培养质量。

基于“专创交叉融合”的机械工程专业创新创业教育体系构建与实践研究

大学生创新创业教育的实施对促进高校教育教学改革,推动大学生全面发展与社会进步具有重要意义。面向大学生创新创业教育,创新高校人才自主培养体制机制能够更好地满足社会对多样化、拔尖创新人才的需求,激发学生创新潜能,培养更具实践能力和创新创业精神的人才,进而推动高等教育与社会发展的紧密结合。北京工业大学机械工程学科积极探索并构建了以“专创交叉融合”为基础的人才创新创业教育体系,从课程建设、教学方法、师资培养、评价机制等方面,着力提高学生创新创业能力,加强知识运用能力,以提高学校人才培养质量。该体系对促进中国高校创新创业生态系统具有积极的借鉴意义。

“科产教融合”机器人实践课程教学改革探索

面向智能制造与机器人行业当前及未来人才重大需求,针对智能制造与机器人实践创新型人才培养过程中,面临的价值塑造作用不足、实践创新能力培养不足、体制机制支持度不够等问题,提出“专业交叉、行业交叉”“科教融合、产教融合、专创融合”的科产教融合机器人专业课程实践教学改革实施方案,重构机器人课程设计理念,深度开展科产教融合育人模式与实践基地建设,强化课程实践教学相关的知识、平台、学科和管理支撑,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有机衔接,培养机器人实践创新型人才和高层次应用型未来领军人才。

“岗课赛证创”综合育人模式探索与实践——以国际经济与贸易专业为例

“岗课赛证”综合育人模式是融岗位、课程、比赛、证书四大要素于一体的职业教育育人新模式。以国际经济与贸易专业为例,基于协同理论和跨界整合理论,将创新创业教育元素融入“岗课赛证”,构建出“岗课赛证创”综合育人模式。该模式的实践路径为:健全“岗课赛证创”协同机制;重构岗课融合教学内容;建设高水平结构化师资队伍;推进“研训创”真实项目教学;强化创新创业的引领作用;实施多元多维考核评价。

基于产教融合的项目式教学实践

借鉴德国“学习工厂”的经验,按照企业批量生产模式,建设面向真实产品生产的工程实践教学平台,构建“服务学习、真实体验”的工程实践学习情境,开展无限接近企业批量生产的全流程工程实践活动。串联工程问题,将工业生产过程成功转化为实践教学内容,实现企业生产与工程教育的深度融合。在教学过程中,探索以学生为中心的多元化工程训练教学模式,培养学生的工程观、质量观、系统观,为开展产教融合的创新创业教育提供新途径。

新工科背景下课程思政的融入路径及实践

在新工科建设阶段,开展课程思政教育对培养新时代高素质工科人才具有重要意义。文章在分析新工科价值内涵对课程思政的支撑作用的基础上,构建了以专业课为基本实践单元的课程思政融入路径,并以排水工程课程为例,介绍了利用产教融合、自由实践、理论探索三个模块,构建教学路径多元、教学维度丰富、角色功能变换的立体化课程思政教育模式的实践,为工科专业课提供了课程思政建设经验。

高职院校创新创业教育“三螺旋五链”融合共生模式构建研究

现阶段创新创业教育逐渐形成由微观到宏观层次的“思创融合”“专创融合”“科创融合”“产教融合”的多元融合创新驱动发展态势。在参照多元融合中涉及的价值链、人才链、创新链以及教育链“四链”衔接逻辑机理的基础上,借鉴协同共生及“三螺旋”理论,通过引进政府作为参与主体以及政策链为保障机制,提出以高职院校为核心主体的创新创业教育“三螺旋五链”融合共生模式。分别从组织模式的共生理论视角、耦合理论视角、系统要素视角对该模式的内涵进行诠释,并总结出该模式的五种运行形态:单螺旋组织内连续共生模式、双螺旋组织内外点共生模式、双螺旋组织内外间歇共生模式、双螺旋组织内外连续共生模式与三螺旋组织内外一体化共生模式。

专创融合育人模式的职教创新与应用实践——以建筑设计专业为例

在研究现阶段高校专创融合育人模式构建、教学实践及存在问题的基础上,以建筑设计专业教学探索为例,搭建了“三基础三提炼三应用”职业教育专创融合实现路径,并在队伍建设、课程改革、资源建设等方面提供具体化举措,为职业院校专创融合育人提供案例参考。

基于教育生态理论的高校创新创业教育共同体构建研究

采用教育生态理论分析高校创新创业教育问题,为创新创业教育理论研究和实践实施提供新的理念指导、思维方式和实践方法。从创新创业教育多元参与主体的生态关系改善入手,围绕创新创业人才培养这一核心宗旨打造教学共同体、文化共同体、产教共同体、发展共同体,从而实现创新创业教育的生态式推进。基于教育生态理论的创新创业教育共同体的构建要结合共同体的本质属性、结构特征、运行特质和创新创业教育的内在属性、外延需求,从微观生态系统、中观生态系统、宏观生态系统3个方面入手打造教学共同体、文化共同体、产教共同体和发展共同体。

基于ADDIE模型的应用统计学专业“专创融合”课程体系研究

推进“专创融合”课程体系建设已经成为高校落实国家创新驱动发展战略的迫切需要。为避免专业教育与创新创业教育融合出现“两张皮”现象,实现专业教育与创新创业教育的深度融合,在理论分析的基础上,基于ADDIE模型从专业能力与需求分析、课程体系与内容设计、师资队伍与平台开发、课程实践与管理实施、课程结果与成效评估5个方面构建“专创融合”课程体系,把单一的专业化教育模式转变为能力导向型的复合型人才培养模式,着力推动跨学科融合与应用型统计分析人才的培养,提升高校应用统计学专业创新创业人才培养质量。
