Stability for Functional Differential Equations with Delay in Banach Spaces

In this paper, using Sadovskii’s fixed point theorem and properties of the measure of noncompactness, we obtain asymptotic stability results for solutions of nonlinear differential equation with variable delay. Results presented in this paper extend some previous results due to Burton?[1], Becker and Burton?[2], Ardjouni and Djoudi [3], and Jin and Luo?[4].

Solving Fractional Differential Equations via Fixed Points of Chatterjea Maps

In this paper,we present the existence and uniqueness of fixed points and common fixed points for Reich and Chatterjea pairs of self-maps in complete metric spaces.Furthermore,we study fixed point theorems for Reich and Chatterjea nonexpansive mappings in a Banach space using the Krasnoselskii-Ishikawa iteration method associated withSλand consider some applications of our results to prove the existence of solutions for nonlinear integral and nonlinear fractional differential equations.We also establish certain interesting examples to illustrate the usability of our results.

Periodic Solutions of Integro-Differential Equations

The aim of this work is to study the existence of periodic solutions of integro-differential equations , (0 ≤ t ≤ 2π) with the periodic condition x(0) = x(2π) , where a ∈ L1 (R+). Our approach is based on the M-boundedness of linear operators Bsp,q-multipliers and some results in Besov space.

This paper is an attempt to investigate systematically fixed points of weakly inward maps by using some basic results from differential equations in Banach spaces. By investigating the Poincare operators for such differential equations, we establish a fixed point index theory for two classes of weakly inward maps.

G-Contractive Sequential Composite Mapping Theorem in Banach or Probabilistic Banach Space and Application to Prey-Predator System and A &H Stock Prices

Theorems of iteration g-contractive sequential composite mapping and periodic mapping in Banach or probabilistic Bannach space are proved, which allow some contraction ratios of the sequence of mapping might be larger than or equal to 1, and are more general than the Banach contraction mapping theorem. Application to the proof of existence of solutions of cycling coupled nonlinear differential equations arising from prey-predator system and A&H stock prices are given.

Banach空间中复合刚性Volterra泛函微分方程隐显Euler方法的稳定性分析

刚性泛函微分方程数值方法的研究大多是在内积空间中基于单边Lipschitz常数具有适度大小的条件下进行;然而对于某些刚性问题,其单边Lipschitz常数却不可避免地取非常巨大的正值。因此有必要突破内积空间和单边Lipschitz常数的限制,直接在Banach空间中探讨相应的数值方法。针对Banach空间中的非线性复合刚性Volterra泛函微分方程,对其非刚性部分采用显式Euler方法求解,刚性部分采用隐式Euler方法求解,得到了求解该问题的隐显Euler方法,论证了方法的稳定性和渐近稳定性。数值试验结果验证了所获理论的正确性。
