Entrepreneurial Spirit for China in the New Era and Strategies for Cultivation

What type of entrepreneurial spirit is needed for China’s new era,and how can we unlock its innovation potential?Answers to these questions will unleash vital forces to drive China’s high-quality economic development.After reviewing the theories,dimensions,features,and limitations of the entrepreneurial spirit in the Western context,we concluded that the entrepreneurial spirit in China’s new era,which is characterized by patriotism,innovation,trustworthiness,adherence to the law,fulfillment of social responsibilities,and a global horizon,has overcome the limitations that come with self-interested entrepreneurship in the context of Western economics.This is a major step forward in the development of theories on entrepreneurial spirit.In the development context of the new era,this paper argues that the entrepreneurial spirit should become an important force at the individual level to implement the new development concept,foster the new development paradigm,and promote high-quality development in the new stage.This paper provides answers to the question of what type of entrepreneurial spirit China’s new era requires.Finally,this paper presents basic strategies for cultivating entrepreneurial spirit in the context of China’s new era,emphasizing the importance to promote the healthy growth of young entrepreneurs,ensure their business autonomy,develop a multi-tiered capital market,implement the factor market reforms,improve the business climate,and accelerate the digital transition.

Intellectual Capacity of Children Exposed to Environmental Pollution in the Extreme South of Brazil

Objective： The study evaluated the intellectual capacity of children who live in areas that were E （exposed） or NE （not exposed） to environmental pollution. Method： 246 students between the ages of 8 and 11 years and 8 months were evaluated. Data were collected between May and June 2010 using a semi-structured questionnaire to examine factors that were related to compromised intellectual capacity. Intellectual capacity was evaluated with Raven＇s Colored Progressive Matrices Scale. The intellectual capacity of children who live in areas that were exposed or not exposed was compared using chi-squared tests and raw and adjusted analyses were conducted using Poisson regression. Results： The general occurrence of intellectual impairment was 28.9%, with 22.0% in the non-exposed area and 36.1% in the exposed area （p = 0.01）. The outcome was associated with the following： a lack of companionship （RP = 2.77; p 〈 0.00）, maternal education of less than five years （RP = 2.13; p 〈 0.00）, the mother not being Caucasian （RP = 1.57;p 〈 0.00）, residing in an exposed area （RP = 1.88;p 〈 0.00）, and nutritional risk/malnutrition （RP = 2.83; p 〈 0.00）. Conclusions： The results showed a high occurrence of intellectual impairment and a significant difference between the environmental areas. Additional research is needed to improve the understanding of several results. The town＇s priorities should include efforts related to environmental health.

基于熵权TOPSIS法的知识产权保护政策评价研究

通过对知识产权保护政策文本进行评价,可把握政策评价指标的重要性,为后续政策制定与调整提供重要的理论准备与决策支持。引入S-CAD政策分析法中的基本要素概念,从政策制定者、政策内容、政策参与者和政策价值4个维度建立知识产权保护政策评价分析框架,在此基础上构建知识产权保护政策评价指标体系,并运用熵权TOPSIS法对9项知识产权保护政策进行评价。结果显示,9项政策制定规范,政策重点突出,具有较高的社会及经济价值;但在部门协同、政策目标、政策措施及作用范围方面仍存在改善空间。针对以上问题,应加强政策制定过程中的部门协同,强化政策目标的相互融合,健全财政支持及人才激励制度,提升作用对象的多元性。

CPTPP超TRIPS边境措施的新挑战与应对——基于发展中国家的视角

CPTPP知识产权超TRIPS边境措施减损了TRIPS灵活性,增加了边境执法的不确定性,弱化了TRIPS保障性条款,破坏系统性制衡机制。在超TRIPS边境措施的条约义务与国家经济发展的现实需求之间寻求新的平衡,是发展中国家成员面临的新挑战。发展中国家成员应寻求有利于发展中国家的解释和执法空间,充分利用CPTPP关于特定公共健康谅解条款和原则性条款,对CPTPP超TRIPS边境措施进行合理解释,达到“选择性适应”。加入CPTPP符合中国的长远利益,中国在推进执法严格化的同时,应充分利用CPTPP的灵活性,推动知识产权边境执法制度向着更加公平和正义的方向发展。

As one of the most significant critical essays of T.S.Eliot,Tradition and Individual Talent has defined writing as a process during which the primitive oneness has seized the individual writer of figurative descriptions to help represent itself.This theory has latter been practiced in Eliot’s Wasteland,and shows its similarity with The Birth of Tragedy,written by Friedrick Nietzsche,the German philosopher.Eliot’s‘tradition’has been concluded by Nietzsche as‘Dionysian Spirit’,which represents oneness transcending good and evil,past and present,while‘individual talent’has resembled‘Apollonian Spirit’in the urge for original figuration as an apparatus.The paper aims to explain and compare the definitions of‘tradition’and‘individual talent’of Eliot’s work with that of‘Dionysian spirit’and‘Apollonian Spirit’in Nietzsche’s illustrations,so as to provide a deeper understanding of these two works by unveiling the individual and social sameness and difference of Eliot and Nietzsche.

智力障碍儿童音位/s/构音矫正的个案研究

目的探究音位/s/治疗方案的效果,为特殊儿童音位/s/构音障碍的康复提供参考。方法用系统的构音康复训练方法,包括听觉识别训练、音位对比-诱导-习得训练、声韵组合训练及音位强化训练对患儿进行构音矫正,使用构音障碍测量与康复训练仪比较患儿治疗前后口部感觉运动功能和音位/s/构音正确率。结果经过2周个别化训练,患儿的口部感觉运动功能总分由76.83%提升至92.68%,其中口部感觉评分由75%提升至96.88%,下颌运动功能评分由61.11%提升至77.78%,舌运动功能评分由75%提升至95.31%;/s/单音节构音正确率由0提升至71.43%。结论虽然智障儿童的语言理解和学习能力落后,但是通过个性化康复治疗,可以有效提升患儿的口部感觉运动功能,改善/s/的构音清晰度。

历经四个发展阶段,党的教育方针从德、智、体“三育全面发展”拓展成德、智、体、美、劳“五育并举”,这是中国教育在新时代面对人才培养的现实主题,是应对新征程中国教育的发展要求而进行的目标拓展和改革举措。研究发现,从中国式学校体育现代化的视角来看,“五育”中的体育是一个极具特殊性的教育和学科,它在功能上与德育、智育、美育及劳动教育有着深刻内在的结构性联系,因此它具有与其他“四育”可以深入融合共育的广泛可能性。鉴于推进“五育并举”过程中会遇到的结构性障碍与困难,分别提出了体育与其他“四育”并举并进的途径与方法,推进体育成为“五育并举”的主渠道、主战场和主力军。

国家知识产权战略对高技术产业创新效率的影响——基于时间断点回归设计

在我国从知识产权大国向知识产权强国迈进的关键时期,探究实行国家知识产权战略对高技术产业创新效率的影响,既是推动高技术产业升级的有效手段,也是改革完善知识产权保护与管理制度的内在需求。基于2000—2019年中国28个省市地区高技术产业创新数据,运用时间断点回归方法检验中国实施国家知识产权战略对高技术产业创新效率的影响。研究表明:国家知识产权战略的实施在整体上显著促进高技术产业创新效率提升。区域异质性分析发现,战略实施显著提升了东、西部地区高技术产业的创新效率,但对中部地区创新效率的提升作用不显著。研究结论为优化知识产权政策设计、提高高技术产业的创新能力提供了经验证据。未来应进一步健全知识产权制度体系,并结合区域差异因地制宜制定知识产权政策。

哲学视域下教师发展的德性存在、构成与实践

教师德性是教师发展内在、自主的驱动力量,是教师得以实现持续性发展的逻辑起点。这一德性存在根植于关系视域,以教师的社会性存在为基础,呈现为人与物的关系、人与人的关系。教师在发展过程中要具有时代性的德性知识、审辩性的德性能力、超越性的德性信仰。只有在人自觉、对象性的活动中,综合性的德性品格才会生成,因此还要关注教师发展的德性实践,了解教师生活活动样态中内在善的生成与外在善的实现。只有在哲学视域下建构起对教师德性的存在、构成和实践的整体逻辑认知,才能促进教师发展的自主和持续性发生。
